(2) 雖然有電線礙眼，但是還是讓我捕捉到陽光撒落在泰北大地的樣貌，跟去年坐到無法開窗的車廂中，才是自由啊 由於早上天氣很涼，所以也不用冷氣，但是到了中午後，也是一個熱啊 Although there are wires that are an eyesore, they still allow me to capture the way the sun shines on the land of northern Thailand. It’s the same as last year when I was sitting in a carriage with no windows. It felt free. Since the weather was very cool in the morning, I didn’t need air conditioning, but after noon, it was also very hot.

There’s something about Northern Thailand - it’s slow, comforting, like relaxing your shoulders after a long day.

This place helped me grow so much. It completely changed my life. It was my first solo trip, the scariest thing I’ve ever done. And it changed my life.

Northern Thailand will forever hold a very close place in my heart. Without it, I wouldn’t have kick started all of the growing I’ve done.

The pork ribs are deep fried in a wok, having previously been coated in a flour spice mix. The beans look shrivelled but they are always crunchy, with a sweetness. A Chang beer & to follow a black tea infused with amaranth flower oils, this from Queen Sirikit Botanical Gardens.

mana prefers sweet things; unfortunately, her stomach can't handle foods with lots of sugar ( ie. baked goods, cakes, etc. ) or rich foods...which is why her go-to is jello, as it's sweet but also mostly fruit juice. her favorite flavor would be coconut...and she will take any coconut candies off ur hands too if you are offering :)
