I forgot that we have leftovers from last night's dinner of sauteed lion's mane mushroom with loroco in spiral pasta. Have you ever had actual lion's mane not in an extract? The texture is like soft crab or lobster meat and it's chewy and filling. Also it's literally brain food, they use it in nootropic supplements for anxiety and ADHD.
