So a well-known anti-poverty charity in my country was bullied into deleting this cartoon by a bunch of fascist toddlers for portraying their precious queen in an unflattering light.

Would be a real shame to loose it, so here it is. Share this around as much as you can, for trans people, for non-binary people, for everyone. They will never silence us, for we are are LOUD and PROUD and WILL NEVER cower to hate.

Can we take a minute to appreciate and commend Georgia Tennant on her efforts for the Non-binary and Trans kids. I mean this woman has been steadfast, unflinching, and so so vocal all along even though people might say disgusting stuff and try to bring her down or dub her "activism" and insufficient or 'just-for-show' or saying she only cares because of her kid.

I mean from being there for her kids always, to encouraging and celebrating pride, writing heartfelt birthday messages.... from spreading awareness about misgendering and teaching others about how to avoid and unlearn it to bearing the brunt of terfs and transphobes.... this woman has done it all. She is articulate and nuanced; she knows what the correct argument is, what the right thing to say is. She deserves a shout out.

(I know there's a lot more she's posted but hey I'm not on insta and also I didn't wanna post anything which included their kids or was about directly about them [like birthday posts etc] cz... respect privacy guys it's cool. I know she posts them on a public platform but she reserves that right and I don't :)

A non-binary student has died after being beaten to near death in a school bathroom. Their name was Nex Benedict.

There is an ongoing gofundme the family has set up in their memorial. The ACLU and Lambia fund released a joint statement of support as part of their ongoing legal campaign to protect and support transgender students in Oklahoma public schools, Bridge v. Oklahoma State Department of Education.

I don't really have anything else to add. This whole thing is just heartbreaking and I can't even begin to imagine what their family must be going through. This is why we must continue to fight and not leave LGBT students in red states behind. To protect students like Nex.

i really think people need to understand someone’s gender can be entirely unique to themselves.

Not in a “genderless” way and not in a “unlabeled” way and not in a “neogender” way but in a way where your gender is entirely defined by you.

Getting gender-affirming care from NHS England as a trans person can be like

Patient: I'm trans. I'd like gender-affirming healthcare please. NHS: No. Patient: WTF? NHS: Come back in a month. If you're still trans, we'll consider it. Patient: WTAF? NHS: Urgh. Fine. I'll refer you to a gender identity clinic. Patient: How long will that take? NHS: I dunno. Maybe 2-5 years for a first appointment, depending on which clinic you're referred to. Patient: WTF? Can't you give me healthcare now? At least HRT? NHS: Fuck no! We're not qualified for that! Patient: But you do it all the time for cis people. NHS: That's entirely different and no, I won't explain why. Patient: Urgh. Fine. If I get care from a private clinic, will you at least agree to work with them on a shared care basis? NHS: Hell no! Patient: Not even if I choose a clinic where the folks running it also still work for the NHS? NHS: No. Patient: WTF? I'll just turn to DIY HRT then. NHS: No! Don't do that! My sudden deep knowledge of HRT tells me that this will be unsafe! Patient: Then give me an alternative! NHS: No.
