Just because I'm keto, doesn't mean I can't have 'sweet' treats! I've been having strong cravings recently (I'm blaming my medication 🤷‍♀️), so I've used my day off today wisely and baked up some sugar free chocolate muffins, and peanut butter cookies 😋 Both recipes are from Baking Without Sugar by @sophiemichell, the muffins are the chocolate cake recipe popped into muffin cases instead (bake for 30 mins, and I don't bother with the frosting. I add a @realfoodsource sugar free chocolate drop chopped into four to the top of each one). Sophie's book is worth it just for these two recipes 😁😁 The muffins are SUPER moist.
