Honestly had zero motivation to make this but felt like I had you guys waiting for too long, so here you are!

Kinda proud with how this came out, too. So not entirely disappointed despite having no motivation to make it.

They’re making me go to school even though the teachers are on strike, and I only have my English teacher there… There will be only 5 of us, and I’m supposed to be there for just one hour, it’s ridiculous 😭 Plus, I can’t work on the next chapter of my story until Thursday, so frustrating!

Dzisiejszy bilans: 376 kcal 

W ostatnich tygodniach staram się pisać raz dziennie wieczorami takie podsumowanie dnia, moje przemyślenia czy nawet jakąś motywację. Nie będę dzisiaj nawiązywać do siebie i swojej wagi. Bilans mówi sam za siebie. Natomiast ostatnio bardzo często przeglądając tumblra, thinspiracje czy wasze posty, czytam że są wśród nas motylki które się same okaleczają, sięgają po żyletkę lub nawet wprost piszą, że nie mają na nic siły. Zwracając się do tych osób, może to będzie akurat ktoś czytający ten wpis .... kochane NIE KRZYWDŹCIE SIĘ - to naprawdę nie jest tego warte. Pewnie pomyślicie sobie, że nie wiem o czym mówię. Niestety wiem. A teraz wyciągam wnioski z perspektywy czasu. Cokolwiek jest powodem waszego bólu - ten powód minie. Mogą to być nawet tygodnie, miesiące, lata ... ale prędzej czy później to minie. Ja nie znam waszych historii, ale pamiętam swoją, pamiętam jak się czułam i jak znalazłam się na dnie. Wiem jak bardzo czasami potrzebna jest zwykła rozmowa z kimś. Dlatego chciałam wam tylko powiedzieć, że gdyby KTÓRAKOLWIEK z was potrzebowała porozmawiać, albo jakieś formy pomocy, motywacji, wsparcia ... możecie śmiało pisać do mnie. Ja wiem, że to nie wiele, ale będę spokojniejsza wiedząc, że osoby, których to dotyczy będę miały świadomość, że zawsze gdzieś jest ta jedna osoba która wysłucha i będzie.
