Daily Journal Entry Day 11 and Day 10 A bit behind already with my journaling. 😂 For the past two days I forgot to post, I was busy worrying about other things— like what else will I be doing in the coming days? why do I feel like this is some sort of job? One of those days

Today is one of those days that I feel this subtle tinge...of sadness.

Whenever I feel this, I know the days of deep sadness will come, because as early as now my usual routines get cut out and I have no motivation at all.

Tough times this pandemic forces us to sit with ourselves and think.

So many depressing news updates, and my country’s government aint improving at all. 

There is no hope in sight...yet im currently working on my new path. 

It is unfortunate, that when I chose to be honest with what I want to do..it happened during a difficult time. A time when all of us are looking for that extra motivation and willpower to keep us going.

This will be all over soon. We will be able to weather this out, stand strong.

Do not be harsh on yourself and live one day at a time.

Hello lovelies! I preach about self-care because it's hard for me to maintain. It requires time and energy. I know it helps me keep healthy mentally and physically. But I can lay on my bed for 30 minutes just to muster the will. Pain, depression, and lack of energy all compell me to turn in and ignore even basic habits. I was struggling to stay awake so badly, I didn't even work on my scarf or design concepts for adorable bat wear. But still, I did the basics of self-care because skipping one day is a slippery slope to letting stress and my demons overtake me.
