Being a Survivor is a Superpower!

From toddler tea parties + mud pies w/my cat - to now, I can feel and hear energies. It’s an adaptation my brain created to cope with constant fear, stress+trauma as a kid.

I’m a disabled artist, alchemist, activist + health educator. My lifelong love of art, health, the human body+ politics began at age four. Science award winner at age seven🤓 I prefer clean food,tea, music, yoga,nature, indie politics +media, science, books + using ancient healing arts over junk food + TV. Food is Medicine!

I know a few things. I know how to find joy in the now-Zen moment. I know music inspires me! When singing or creating healing recipes, I connect to ancient worlds through an energetic, electrical field! The multiverse collapses. I am timeless + filled with inspiration, sensing my ancestors delight as I create bone broth soup! I make great soup. I also make a great glass of lemonade🍋

I honor you, I love you and I recognize you as innocent. I am transparent before your eyes, so you know that I do not hide or owe anything other than being true to myself and to my very existence, that walking with the wisdom of the heart, I am aware that I fulfill my life project, free from invisible and visible family loyalties that might disturb my Peace and Happiness, which were once my only responsibilities.

I renounce the role of savior, of being one who unites or fulfills the expectations of others. Learning through, and only through, LOVE, I bless my essence, my way of expressing, even though somebody may not understand me.

I understand myself, because I alone have lived and experienced my history/herstory; because I know myself, I know who I am, what I feel, what I do and why I do it.

I respect and approve of myself.
