I know I shouldn't be reading the Poppy and Zena vs Noehflake drama tabloids people have been maintaining here, cause it's a bunch of Internet toxicity that does absolutely nothing for my mental health (same thing with the Lily Orchard bullshit), but it's definitely a train wreck effect. Gossip, drama, shitty behavior. It's all gross and I shouldn't be paying attention to it. But drama is a drug.

That being said, having read the Poppyamory documents put up by @poppyandzena I have some thoughts. This is all speculation because I can't read people's minds. I can never know what's actually going on inside someone's head or personal life. I can only guess.

Poppy engages in a rather odd combination of covert and overt abuse. It's very strange to read about. She whines and complains about all the emotions she has in hopes that she'll guilt trip her partners into coddling her and capitulating to her whims, and when that doesn't work she turns into a raging bitch.

Poppy does not want partners. She does not want polyamory.

What she wants is a harem of mommies and nurses and therapists she can vomit emotions all over and fuck. People she can control and use to boost her own ego.

Or maybe even more simply, she wants more Zenas. One isn't enough to satisfy her hunger for power and sex. I can only imagine how long it took her to mild Zena into the perfect enabler, but apparently she thinks that because she did it once, she can just keep doing it.

Is Zena completely innocent in this? Absolutely not. They're manipulative and cruel and as much of a self center prick as Poppy is. But given the lengths they go to micromanage Poppy' so-called partners (aka victims) so that they'll comply with Poppy's abhorrent behavior, I can't help but feel like Zena is always on a knife's edge. They act responsible for Poppy's entire life. They're like a helicopter parent that tells the teachers they're not allowed to give their child a bad grade because their child can't handle anything but praise and worship every moment of every day. But they're behaving that way for their supposed partner. Someone who is like twice their age by the way.

This behavior is not normal.

It gives very "when I say don't worry about me I mean worry about me" vibes.

Unless it's casual, a relationship should be a partnership. Something you share. Not something one party is forced into to bend to the will of another person for...what, not being alone? Self worth?

Being alone is better than being someone's emotional footstool. Don't date people online unless it's temporary until you can meet them for your first actual date. Go outside and meet people in real life. And know you deserve to be happy as long as it's not at the expense of someone else.

Hey yall. I'm Kriese (aka Keira, aka 4 Pings: explanation of that one here). I am a former friend of Poppy and Zena's going back to Spring 2021, and I was an Archon (Moderator) of The Foundation starting around Fall 2021. I would not say I was their closest friend; but we shared secrets and they trusted me. I trusted them, too.

A lot happened in between then and now, and I have shared some of that publicly since coming out against them. I have decided to update my previous master post in order to change it from just listing the published documents to instead be a cataloging of what I feel are important or relevant statements, either here on Tumblr or on Twitter. A lot has happened very quickly in the past several months, and it is not all organized.

I do however recommend yall go check out Milena's Poppy and Zena: Abusive Hypocrites Hub Doc. In it are links to all of the already published docs, including Abusive Hypocrites 2.

Below here will be links to and descriptions of what I consider to be semi-important to important statements I've personally made publicly. They're not in any specific order (at the moment; I may go back later and reconsider).

When GayFesh Said People Privately Reached Out to Him, One of Those was Me. I discreetly talked to Fesh once while still in The Foundation. It occurred the night after he made his original public callout post on Twitter. We asked each other to keep our conversation a secret. I wanted his perspective on a few things. We didn't speak again until after I left The Foundation.

I Will Never Again Publicly Talk About RGR. Here's Why.

My First Signed Anonymous Ask to Heloise. This was done in response to Poppy posting my private DMs between myself and her after she dropped into my DMs while I was working.

Followup to That First anonymous Ask Much Later as Myself. In this I better explain what was going on around that time, why I believe Poppy reached out to me, and why I reacted the way I did.

A Signed Anonymous Ask to Heloise Calling Out Poppy Continually Using Spawn's Preferred Name. I was frustrated with Poppy not protecting peoples' identities when she herself should understand what it meant to be doxxed. This was an expression of that feeling.

I Discuss Not Wanting to Take Away What The Foundation has Meant to Others. As it became clear I would be speaking out in the future, I wanted it to be clear that just because I had issues with Zena and Poppy that should not take away from what support and community others had found there. Consider it a time capsule of my feelings and beliefs at that time.

My Offer to Talk to Anyone on Discord. Poppy initially vaguetweeted about me reaching out to Chem and Naomi, which prompted me to send Heloise this signed anonymous ask. Poppy decided to just called me out directly on Twitter afterwards. For what it's worth, I never spoke to Chem, and my interaction with Naomi was just sharing the Spawn 1 doc.

Discussion of What Lead to Me Leaving The Foundation. I sent this as a signed anonymous ask to Heloise in preparation of Luxander's stream and the publication of Abusive Hypocrites 2.

I Reiterate I Never Wanted Poppy to Lose Her Job. This is why I had my final fight in Archon.

About How I Connected With Milena After Leaving The Foundation. This signed anonymous ask was sent after Luxander's stream and Abusive Hypocrites 2 was published. I wanted to provide context for my contribution to the doc and me going public.

My Explanation of the 4 Pings Meme Poppy Made About Me. On March 22nd, Poppy created a bunch of memes about a statement I made during my final argument in Archon chat before leaving The Foundation. This is my explanation of it.

About Patchwork Heart and His Response on Stream. I had watched the VoD of the Cope and Seethe stream he went on, and I wanted to be charitable in how Patchwork Heart reacted to reading the docs (especially the stuff about Spawn).

Further Request to Give Patchwork Heart Space He Needs. I made this as a pseudo follow-up statement to the post above.

Saige Accuses Me of "Turning" Patchwork Heart with a $25 Ki-Fi Donation. This one bothered me a lot, and I responded on both Twitter and Tumblr. The Twitter posts are included within the Tumblr blog.

My Identity. This is where I revealed that I was the one running this Tumblr blog. I have not revealed the reason before, but it was due to Annie discovering my blog and thinking I was a Milena sock-puppet account. A Response to Night Wyld. I waited over a month to make any public statement outside of some comments on Malcolm's Poppyverse discord, and I only did so because Night Wyld publicly attacked me again on their Tumblr. The contents within finally forced me to decide to make a public statement. As their Tumblr has been suspended and Annie has taken down her reblog of the post, the evidence is currently not on this site. I still have it (as do other places).

Cross-Post From Twitter About Wiping Messages on The Foundation Before I Left and Why. I did not wipe everything, but I wiped a lot. I felt it was important people know I chose to do so.

My Recommendations for How to Behave When it Comes to Rhetoric. It's clear not everyone agrees with what I said, but I stand by it.

Hi, new to tumblr. I have liked Poppy and Zena for a couple years now. I watched them pretty regularly; agreed with some of their takes, didn't really comment with others, but that's ok. Their streams were frequently informative, entertaining and dramarific- 3 things I always love.

Over the past 6 months+ my opinions been changing. The constant talking about their poly relationships was weird. There was a lot of drama, and then I read Milena's (who I didn't/don't know) and it really left a bad taste in my mouth.

And then the falling out with Courtney was just....it was so apparent that they were not in the right but were trying to focus on essentially inconsequential things (like Courney "threatening to dox Poppy" or "threatening to beat up Poppy", etc.) to completely try and pivot people's attention away from why Courtney got mad in the first place. And come on- Courney always struck me as a bit country and country girls talk like that. They weren't serious, intentional threats; they were things said in anger to try and get Poppy to not share any of the photos CO had sent her without CO's permission. This seems so clear to me.

One thing- the biggest thing- that really started to bother me with some of these dramas is that, somehow, whenever P&Z had a falling out with someone, it was never, EVER their fault. I'm fact, it was always 100% always the other party's fault and they refused to ever even attempt to take *any* responsibility for anything. And life....just rarely, if ever, works like that.

The other things that bugs me were the constant bitching about "ZZ erasure" as if this is some inexplicable, grave injustice. Now, I will say that I still kind of like Zena (Poppy too, even tho the criticisms are mounting), but this is such a load of shit. It's very, very obvious: the two of them co-host the channel. Poppy does like 90% of the talking, she's more lively and loud and seemingly extroverted than Zena. Zena just comes across as kind of introverted and more quiet, even a bit detached sometimes. You can't do that and then expect people to react to you the same way they they react to your loud, confident partner who takes the lead every time they post.

The last thing is I did follow Poppy and Noelle's relationship on Twitter, and it seemed super intense, super quickly. But ok, whatever. It happens. I saw the mention of Poppy having a convo with a friend who said that it sounded like rape, but Poppy said that the pov was interesting enough to share it on Twitter, but she didn't quite believe it. Then I saw her move from that position to full-on embracing that it was SA. How? Because the other party wasn't sure if she wanted to continue the relationship at the time? That's not sexual assault, buttercup.

Also, I seem to have just read here that Noelle (noehflake) is 20 years old. 20?! I thought they were in their 30s at least! Can anyone corroborate this? Then I saw some weird context-less announcements on the Discord server about how anyone who questions whether or not this was SA was out of the community. Whaa?

It would be easier to feel bad for Poppy if she wasn't harassing her ex on three different accounts. Poppy is mad at noehflake for breaking it off because things got too hard?

I can't blame her, considering the fact that Poppy is the type of person that uses her mental illness to excuse her terrible behavior. Poppy doesn't actually work on her issues. She just puts the burden on everyone else to deal with. If someone doesn't want to deal with her shitty behavior then it's their fault, not Poppy's. If that is what actually caused the break up then it's not surprising at all.

I'm sure the people calling you out aren't contributing to you feeling bad about yourself.

Also please get a therapist.

You can't change someone who doesn't wanna change. Poppy allowed someone who depended on her, the only parent they've known since their mom died, to be abused and mistreated. I understand you think you can help her, but Poppy needs psychological help and to be untethered from Zena. And if you really wanna separate from the Poppy critical side for your mental health, I guarantee being with Poppy is just as detrimental. Best to just cut off all things Poppy, neg or pos.

I'm... not going to address this just yet. My mental health has been suffering, but not for the reasons that you think.

Poppy and I's relationship has reached a point where she says I need to speak up publicly against the people responsible for this nightmare going this far, and honestly... she's right.

And before everyone takes that in the worst possible way, please: give me the chance to speak for myself. Don't fill in the unknowns with your worst assumptions; I'll be speaking more on that soon.

Kriese: I guess now that this is all out in the open, I can mention this was also about me. I was one of those people who talked privately to Fesh after he posted his thread January 16th. I wanted to talk to someone who had been close to Poppy and Zena, and who was also frustrated. I shared several of my personal concerns (remember, on January 16th) with Fesh, asked him to keep our conversation private, and he recommended I leave quietly without stirring the pot. Another friend also unfamiliar with the situation also recommended the same thing. I uh... didn't do that in the end. I went out with a lot more noise than I intended in moderator chats and with a lot of hurt feelings. I bring this up now just to clear the air and provide a little bit of a better timeline of events from my end. I was still on the "side" of Poppy and Zena at that time, but I was uncomfortable with how they had handled past situations and the current one with Noehflake.

I've noticed you mentioning that many creators have covered the P&Z stuff, and that many have gotten the details wrong. What would *you* recommend creators focus on? Is there a specific order of events you'd recommend? For context, I'm a trans man in the creator space. Relatively small, but I also have BPD (and many other things) and am polyamorous and I hate how Poppy is playing into all the negative stereotypes. I want to help. Especially because one of Poppy's victims was a very close friend of mine. I'm currently working on a video essay script about the situation. If you, or anyone else wants to reach out, I'd greatly appreciate it, but I'm well aware that everyone's spoons are lacking right now so no pressure.

The main problem is a lack of organization. Many creators think they can gloss over an introduction and then dive into the docs, and most of the misinformation is in that expositional intro. But when you do that, you make yourself and the situation as a whole look less credible.

And, frankly, covering everything Poppy and Zena have done in a single stream will contribute to this unless you are especially dedicated. Luxander spent a LOT of time asking for clarification and organizing its points so that their arguments made sense.

Here's some facts I've noticed streamers get wrong, at least when they first cover it. I'll list them so creators have a cheat sheet:

Poppy is an AMAB transgender woman who has recently undergone bottom surgery. The bottom surgery is important to note as Poppy regards intercourse with Noeh as "her first time." This is her having vaginal intercourse for the first time, which is something she places value in regards to her trans experience. Poppy has used this as emotional leverage to paint Noehflake as a malicious person who took her virginity and left.

The entirety of the relationship with Noehflake lasted approximately four months and ended in late December 2023. Poppy wanted Noehflake to move in with her either at or a little under the two month mark. I find this extremely important as it highlights how quickly Poppy tries to enmesh herself into people's lives. I personally think its a combination of typical BPD attatchment issues and lovebombing to speed up the process and "skip steps," something Poppy ironically has called out in other people.

Poppy is NOT Spawn (her kid's) biological parent. Poppy was present since Spawn was in utero and took up the role of their father before she transitioned. Spawn's mother died in a horse riding accident at around age 3/4, during which Poppy became their sole caretaker.

PLEASE stop headlining your videos with "child abuse." It's inaccurate. As much as I do not like PZ, we have to be correct with how we criticize them. Spawn was not a minor during the time the abuse ocurred. Spawn has also stated PZ have NEVER sexually abused them and that their childhood was relatively fine before Zena arrived. Please stick to what was alleged. Call it "parental abuse" to be accurate, please. Child abuse brings to mind a minor being harmed which is not accurate to this situation.

Spawn was NOT coined by Poppy. That's the name Spawn gave themselves so their privacy would be respected, something Poppy purposefully violates online to endager them.

Spawn is a 24 year old they/them nonbinary person with POTS, which severely impacts their cardiovascular system and makes labor and even basic tasks difficult. Around 2022 when the brunt of the abuse ocurred, Spawn was around 5ft and 80lbs. They claim a doctor cleared them of health issues in relation to being 80lbs and that it wasn't a weight Poppy and Zena starved them to. I personally find issue with a 5ft person being 80lbs in general and believe it was a contributing factor to their chronic pain, but I do not believe they were at a higher weight and PZ starved them TO that point. I believe they were naturally lithe, but that PZ did absolutely nothing to help manage Spawn's weight as the crux of their abuse was food restriction. According to Spawn, their weight has steadily increased as they've gotten older which I can relate to. Being at that weight puts stress on your body, but to add POTS on top of it significantly disables you.

Spawn has autism and a dissociative disorder, the latter of which Poppy has gaslit Spawn into underplaying in spite of a mental health professional agreeing with Spawn. (This is in the Spawn doc) This disorder is OSDD-1B which Spawn met the criteria for (fact checked with Spawn), which is a disorder that is often obtained through significant, persistent, or otherwise intense trauma. This is ESPECIALLY concerning to me as someone who has researched DID and the sister disorders since I was 15. I have a space in my heart reserved for those people as DID is one of the most misunderstood and culturally manipulated disorders since it's "debut" with the book Sybil. I digress, but the fact that Poppy refuses to see eye to eye with Spawns dissociative disorder despite allegedly having one herself is concerning.

Poppy alleges she was diagnosed with OSDD, Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder. I myself have actually made the mistake of saying she has DID. The two are different, but under the same umbrella. OSDD is sort of the "misc." option when you don't meet the full critera of DID and you don't qualify for psychotic disorders. I actually believe OSDD is more prevalent than classic DID due to the fact that disorders are spectrum-based and can be highly specific to the person if they are traumagenic. People with OSDD tend to have alters like DID, but there is a distinct lack of amnesia between alters and a lack of amnesia blackouts. These people will still dissociate to a degree that counts as a disorder. I have known people with OSDD and it is very real and oftentimes painful, coming to terms with the fact that you've been so traumatized that it necessitates dissociating from reality. It is not fun at its core and I do not wish that on anyone, but it doesn't mean these people aren't valid if they embrace or highlight the positive aspects of their condition to cope.

What makes me sussy-wussy is Poppy's insistence as a "professional" to conflate OSDD/DID with Tulpamancy, the former being traumagenic and the latter being pseudo-spiritual. The topic of endogenic vs. traumagenic alters is one I do NOT want to debate here. I will say I dont appreciate when she combines medically recognized disorders with spirituality, as doing so can contribute to misinformation that we ALREADY have to deal with. If you believe in tulpamancy, I won't argue with you, but you have to be precise in the language you use as to not spread misinfo. Sometimes people have traumagenic disorders that they frame with a spiritual lense, which I can respect, but please be mindful when comparing your experience with others. That's all I ask.

Noehflake, Hayleigh, is a transgender woman who also has a dissociative disorder with at least one alter. In the docs, this alter is referred to as "Max." That is not their current name and I do not feel comfortable airing it out. Hayleigh is not a separate alter to "Noehflake." Hayleigh is simply Noehflake's name. Their experience is not fun and Max has to intervene in especially stressful situations. Hayleigh dissociates, and you can tell in her dedicated doc just how much Poppy and Zena disregard her pain and push her into dissociating more.

Also if I have to hear someone pronounce Noehflake as "Noh-ee-flake" I'm going to eat my fucking hands. It's nitpicky but it's aggravating to listen to over and over. It's pronounced "Noh-flake." Like snowflake. I've made the mistake of pronouncing it as "No-ah-flake." Just saying "Noh" is fine.

Zena is an AFAB transmasc person with agender qualities that goes by they/them, though I have heard they have given the "she/her pass" to close people. Stick with they/them, out of basic respect and to prevent confusion. Zena is significantly younger than Poppy, to the point where an anon pointed out they have less than a decade difference in age from Poppy's child. I can't believe I have to specify this, but Zena is NOT the biological father/mother of Poppy's child. I heard that in one of the worst videos covering this topic and I had to leave out of pure frustration.

Dormiyu is the asexual victim that Poppy and Zena brought to their house. Dormiyu uses it/its pronouns. Poppy wants you to think there was only one instance where Poppy walked out in her underwear to get clothes and Dormiyu freaked out. There were two instances. One was when she was in her set of underwear and Dormiyu looked away, to which Poppy chided it for its "asexual bullshit." The second incident involved Dormiyu being in her office. Poppy entered the office with her bare breasts out and sat in front of Dormiyu to get it to notice her. This, obviously, made Dormiyu very uncomfortable, to which Poppy argued that they "were just tits." I don't have to go into fine detail as to why showing your bare breasts to a guest in your home is inappropriate, especially when the guest does not have the transportation to leave your house. Poppy has since blackmailed Dormiyu into deleting everything as it is an immigrant and her delving into its personal life on stream would not only put Dormiyu at risk of doxxing, but at risk of deportation. You will find the archive of Dormiyu's testimony in my masterlist.

This is especially important to highlight. Poppy admitted in a video to "reproducing" CSA onto a family member. To others, this may seem like a smoking gun. Unfortunately, this is a case I cannot in good conscience speculate on. I can't. One, we ONLY have Poppy's vague testimony on camera. Any surrounding info is secondhand. Second, we do not know if this victim wants their story told by us. I'm not sure they even know who we are. I cannot perpetuate what is essentially a ghost of an accusation when I do not know if the victim is even comfortable having that public. All I can say is that I do not trust Poppy. We have so much more tangible evidence to prove Poppy is all-around abusive, and I will stick to what has been substantiated.

How dare Noeh's partner not respond to Poppy's unhinged manifesto detailing how "abusive" she is for existing around Noeh. Jobs be damned. Sleep be damned. You answer to Poppy! Even if you aren't dating her!

How dare Noeh have boundaries about how much sexual content she can take. How dare Noeh be asexual! Don't you know that Poppy knows exactly how your body works despite not being a medical doctor, or even HER doctor?

How dare Noeh tell Poppy not to come visit for Christmas when Poppy and Zena emotionally terrorize her to the point of dissociation. You can't say no to Poppy! That's her boundary!

How dare Noeh for letting Poppy be intimate with her when she wasn't 100% in love with her! How dare she be abused and conflicted and dissociated during sex that Poppy wanted!

How dare Noeh leave when Poppy and Zena get into one of their many abusive arguments in the hotel room. You come back here and fix this relationship dammit!
