shrieking at discourse about how adding electrolyte mixes or Mio and things of the sort to water makes it juice (Bad™, obviously, because sweet = evil) or not why are fitness people so silly and unserious
#it's literally no sugar no calorie flavors. like yeah we can get into the argument about artificial sweeteners#but also?? there ARE good options!! just because someone is flavoring their water does not mean they're unhealthy oh my goodness#saw someone talking about how adding stuff to water ''alters the ionic bonds'' and makes it ''closer to soda than water''#and it kinda ticked me off bc like. girl. this video is not about sugary drinks like lemonade powders or whatever it's literally Mio#touch grasssssssss#Lu rambles

I desperately want unsweetened things and less sweet things to become more popular. I can't have most artificial sweeteners without getting sick but also I often just prefer things to be less sweet than average. Like why can't I get unsweetened strawberry yogurt? the only option for me in my grocery store is to get plain yogurt and add my own strawberries- there's a version branded as "less sweet" but the sweetness that is added to it is a no-calorie sweetener I can't have.
I like tanginess! I like a little bitterness! I like acidity! I like sweetness but as with all flavors, it should be balanced in a drink or dish and I think too many easy options from grocery stores available to me err on the side of too sweet for my personal preference and instead of having a less sugar or unsweetened version, the only options are usually "too sweet with real sugar" or "too sweet with artificial sweeteners that have a weird aftertaste and will trigger nausea and a migraine and maybe diarrhea"
#i know there are good reasons to have artificial sweeteners#I know that some people tolerate & prefer them over regular sugar for preference or medical conditions or whatever#but a lot of it is obsession over weight/dieting and I need more people to be obsessed with flavor#and it's so easy to add sweetness to most things on your own!#sugar & low/no calorie sweeteners & honey/maple syrup dissolve into most things very easily#but if it's already sweet when you buy it you can't really make it less sweet

yoghurt for breakfast was tolerable but far too sweet for first thing bc when i finished drinking my vitamin C afterwards it tasted horrendous. note to self: drink the vitamin C BEFORE eating the yoghurt if the yoghurt is going to continue to be a fixture. also find a flavour other than strawberry bc that'll get boring real fast
#it's sugar free but they add so many sweeteners#i would be happy with normal sugar but i have to buy the low fat ones#due to inability to digest high fat food#which means you end up buying the weight loss food 🙄#is really not great to be scrutinising labels for allergens and get bombarded with CALORIE CONTROLLED!! all the time#personal

Forces is the ultimate 5/10 game. It's not BAD per se but you play it once and just never want to touch it again
YEAH. not all that far into it but YEAH. i’m playing this game mainly for the avatar customization cause i think it’s neat so i do have incentive to go for missions and thereby s ranks, but like even still after i play any given stage i truly have no desire to play it ever again. there’s very little satisfaction to be won in this game anywhere, you just kinda do stuff and the only reactions i ever have during gameplay are “that’s mildly annoying” or “oh, okay”
#the story and such is a whole different beast#but even then it’s just not satisfying.#sonic forces is a 0 calorie 0 trans fat artificial sweetener of a game#asks#forces posting#rambles
