Before you married the infamous SECRETIVE PLOTTER, you were a new constellation that Uriel had (somehow) befriended. Uriel invited you to certain meetings with Plotter, Sun Wukong, and the ABFD, and soon you just began to fit in.

You’d decided put in the extra effort to talk to Plotter because of how lonely he was in your eyes. He did find you quite annoying at the start, so he just ignored you, but that didnt work.

So, he tried staying away from you, and you got the message…to say the least.

You looked so sad now, even if you were with the charming Sun Wukong or the sweet Uriel, and he felt guilty for leaving you like that.

He sent you a gift as an apology (it was a very pretty necklace picked by yours truly) and then you both started talking again! great :D

Now he realizes how you werent really that annoying, and he didnt give you the chance that you deserved. Now you both have some sort of friendship dynamic and its wonderful. Even though its just him nodding his head and grunting, it was better than nothing.

He realizes that he’s catching feelings when he notices how possessive he is now. He used to not care when Sun Wukong or some lowly constellation flirted with you, but now it irks him and he wants to put them in their place for trying to take whats his.

You realize that youre catching feelings when you hang on to every gesture from him, a simple nod or grunt will have you thinking it over for hours.

Its a very slow process, but sooner or later you both are deeply in love with each other.

This is my first time doing an ask, but I was wondering if I could request an ftm/ftnb reader x slasher fic (any character you think would fit/any character you want to add) where the reader has trouble breathing in the winter/cold and wearing their binder just makes it worse and their whole body is sore due to going up and down stairs so much so they can't keep up with the slashers longer strides and has to run after them.

Like, if the reader and the slashers were at the zoo or somewhere outside and the reader just started to take SUPER deep breaths just to be able to breathe normally or just to get air; especially after walking up or down stairs or hills.

And at one point the reader just gets tired of having to take so many deep breaths so they just go the the bathroom and take off their and layer two jackets over their shirt since they didn't bring an extra bra.

And like about 20 minutes later, reader STILL has to take super deep breaths just to actually breathe and having to run after the slashers just to be able to walk next to them; but with how sore reader is, they can't keep up with their partner and often has to take 3-minute breaks just to be able to catch their breath.

Life could not have truly picked a worse time to fuck with him! Why today did he have to wake up as his s/o instead of his real body? He had a very important assigned mission to take care of, and with the body he is in, he will be unable to do it. In fact, his s/o who is in his body will be unable to do the mission!

He hurried to the Ninshuu compound to find his s/o, but to his shock she was not there. “Oh Indra-sama has left early in the morning. said he had some mission in the borders to take care of? I am sure he will be back soon though!” said one of his students, not knowing he is actually speaking to him.

“Damn it…” he mumbled. He had to go there himself and help his s/o. The mission was after all a dangerous one, which could lead to a full sale war if not negotiated correctly. And his s/o knew nothing about it(according to him at least)

Indra hurriedly ran back to the house to get some necessary medical stuff to carry with him during the journey. It wasnt long form the house, but he had to hurry to make sure his s/o would be safe. He gathered the bag full of supplies and ran out.

Due to his surprised, as he was running up the hill, he saw his s/o, in his body, going down with few students. “Oh this is bad…” he thought. He hurriedly ran to them. “What you doing here s…Indra-sama?” he was very close to calling him by her name in frong of the students, but luckily he didnt. His s/o smiled and gestured for others to keep moving and that he will follow them.

As soon as the students were at safe distance, his s/o hugged him hard. “I did it…! I negotiated with them darling! They will not be planning any attack on us! Instead they even want to form some type of an alliance…? Can you believe I did it!?” she kept saying happily. Idra was surprised by that, not even knowing what to say. He never imagined that his s/o can actually negotiate with an “enemy”. And form an alliance…? Even more surprising. He was planning to intimidate them, scare them off or simply put them under a genjustsu to be done with them, but this outcome was not what he expected especially from his s/o.

When they returned back, the students kept praising him, telling how amazing he was and how smart he was. The ‘enemy” was even left speechless. They kept announcing this to everyone, while Indra himself was standing next to his s/o, not even knowing how to react. That same day, as they changed bodies back, Indra was summoned by his father, who praised his wisdom and different approach that he had shown. Of course this added more shock to him, knowing well how is father never praised him and his choices.

After walking out of his father’s room, Indra instantly decided to go to his s/o’s house. Not only to know ALL the details, but also to reward her.

Madara

He found out about the change on a very terrible time! He had a very important council meeting yet could not find his mind in his body. Once again, he found it in his s/o’s body, trapped on such an important day.

As a sly and intelligent man, he was already planning how to get out from her house and return to his, as well as how to change their bodies back, but little did he know that it would be impossible. His s/o, being a princess of her clan, had more responsibilities than he could imagine. Classes, trainings, etiquette lessons. He hated how long those lasted.

The worst for him was the man who was taking her body sizes. For a kimono obviously. Even if it was an old man, known for his craft all over the village, he still hated that idea of a man touching her body like that. He had to hold himself back from insulting the poor old man. Not to mention her mother was there too so it was out of the questions.

There are not any women that scare Madara, but his future mother in law was a pretty terrifying one. In his opinion of course. He always found himself wondering how can his s/o be so sweet and feminine, while her mother is stoic and heartless? Of course, many other call him like that too but he believes its normal for a man.

Her mother made sure have her daughter’s day full of activities that will help to shape her be the perfect princess. She was making meetings with Madara very difficult to be arranged. Madara partially understood her and her actions, but keeping her away from him forever would not be possible no matter what. He wanted to confront her, to ask why she disliked Madara that much and did not approve of their relationship but he had something more important to do: to escape and go to the compound.

After multiple hours, the classes were over and Madara now had the chance to rest. Of course he instantly took the carriage and went to the compound. His heart was beating fast, his nervousness showing on his s/o’s pretty face. Maybe if he gets there on time, they can find a way to swap bodies back and he can do the council meeting?

When he got there, he was greeted by his s/o who was in his body. They hugged hard and instantly started to discuss their actions. Madara was nervous, desperately finding a way to switch their bodies. “You should take it easy love~ I already concluded the meeting. As well as I took notes to give them to you so you will be updated what we discussed.”

Madara looked at her weirdly. Notes? Concluded the meeting? How come? It was supposed to be the council meeting where the clan elders discuss their future actions. The ones that benefit the clan and the members. What did she say during the meeting…? As his mind was full of questions, his s/o kept chuckling and shaking her head. She found him too cute. The fact he was sin her body was adding more to the cuteness as well!

As they went to the garden, where his s/o showd him the notes, Madara could not help but examine the notes fast. And to his surprised, everything looked…PERFECT. Everything was written beautifully and without any errors. It almost looked like he was the one who wrote it all.”Surprised love~?” his s/o asked. “You wont believe it but all the lessons i took and your lectures as well served me nicely as you can see. I used all the information i could remember to make the notes or the report perfect”

Madara was truly lost for words. He knew his s/o was a smart woman but he did not expect her to be this talented and…brilliant. He would definitely find a way to repay her back but now, there was only one thing in his mind: to switch their bodies back and get that woman to marry him as soon as possible!

Izuna

Izuna usually was not always trusted with important tasks as his older brother. One of the reasons was of course because he is the younger brother and had other tasks to do. Some more relaxing ones. After getting critically wounded in one of the battles, Madara strongly was against of putting his little brother’s life at risk. So he would only give him the easy tasks.

Izuna at first was not very thrilled about this change, as he thought his older brother does not consider him strong. However his attitude slowly changed when he realised how much free time he has and how much he needed it. He was now able to meet with his girlfriend, go places with her and just enjoy her.

Their first body swap was exciting and funny for them both, yet also educational. Izuna thought that they will get the body swap again so he decided to train his girlfriend, in case she needed it. He was gentle and sweet with her, but his s/o wanted him not to hold back. Izuna respecting her word, decided to do as she wanted. They not only trained and improved their combat skills, but also started to discuss clan issues, war strategies and many other things.

Despite not fighting, Izuna was a perfect war tactician and was helping his clan come up with the right strategy. He was going to attend the weekly meeting, but his plans changed when he discovered him in his s/o’s body that morning. He would usually stay calm, knowing his s/o can deal with it, but this time he was little panicking. After all, they were preparing for a large scale war and their strategy needed to be perfect.

He quickly dressed up, taking into account what his s/o loves to wear, and ran out. Unfortunately he was also late from the meeting as he overslept but he was sure he can still make it. As he entered, he saw how the men were gathered around him, carefully listening how he speaks and plans the startegy for the war. He was in his s/o’s body, but since other knew of their relationship and how close they are, they did allow his s/o to enter.

Izuna wanted to interrupt and suggest some changes, but he didn’t. When he heard what his s/o’s plan was, his eye lit up, his chest filling up with pride and joy. He was feeling like a proud parent who is seeing their child exceed others for the first time. The way his s/o was speaking so confidently, so full of aura that he himself forgot about their bodies being swapped. He had hearts in his eyes and his chest felt like it was going to be ripped apart by his pounding heart.

His excitement and pride lasted for days and even weeks! After the meeting he took her to the garden, loudly stating how amazing she was and how hot she sounded! He could care less that others didnt know their bodies were swapped! He wanted to shout for the whole world to hear how amazing she was and how proud he was of her. His excitement tripled when they returned back with perfect victory, following the plan she made for the clan. Of course, he was going to reward her for being so smart and amazing, but he was going to do it in his own way.

he gets it, he really does. the basic run down of my hc/take on ej is that he wasnt always some flesh eating monster; just some dude who got caught up in some bad stuff

so naturally, he doesnt... really vibe well with the concept of eating human flesh, which can lead to a few... instances. from intentionally to accidentally harming himself while hes lost in his instincts

so hes no stranger to being a little roughed up around the edges

but hes a stranger to comforting; he'll likely approach it from a logical side before trying anything else. "you've been hurt," before going on a small tangent about the formation of scars. hes not the most... emotionally... good... available... person

so youre going to need to lay out the general basis for what you need for basic comfort, on days where your scars become an issue; be is needing comfort or a distraction. it may take him a while, but hell eventually start to pick up on cues and hints as your relationship develops

otherwise hes very neutral about them, again approaching them with a blunt view; seeing it as neither good nor bad. he doesnt draw attention to them, but he doesnt act like theyre gross

really just. vibing with it, doesnt make a huge deal of it since he feels he doesnt have any place to judge, nor does he feel its his business to pry for information

solid 6/10 imo, hell comfort you if you express that you need it but hell likely not go out of his way to do it

Hoodie;

naturally he has his own fair share of scars from various.. activities

really im still all jumbled up with how i wanna write him and masky; not sure if i want to make them like how they are in their MH source or lean into the proxy thing that was prominent in the early days of the fandom... lowkey leaning into the proxy thing for this post because im more... versed..? in that, but anyhow

hes more upfront and compassionate than eyeless jack, in fact hes probably the most caring out of the four in todays post... maybe thats because i read one (1) fic years back that changed my entire approach to his character but! yeah

subconsciously trails his hands on them when the two of you are holding one another; something gentle and intimate, not too obnoxious to make you self conscious, but not careful enough to go unnoticed

i view hoodie, and by extension brian if i end up considering him and tim fully seperate from their 'proxy' parts, as a very tactile person

true to the popular fanon interpretation, hoodie doesnt speak much. but that only makes him a better listener, so on days where things get hard, hell let you talk his ears off with anything thats bothering you. very rarely, hell speak up and offer some words of advice, most times hell inch closer to grasp you. though it does get awkward since most the time hes just. blankly staring at you silently without emoting or saying a word

overall? personally hes a 7/10 for me, i would rank him higher if he were more verbal, but thats just because admin has an easier time venting if its a two way convo; but overall hell make sure that your scars dont effect your worth

Masky;

very similarly to hoodie, masky also has his own set of scars for the same reasons

he probably starts pointing out his own scars to you and mumbles about where they came from if he knows their origins

this doesnt mean "oh hes invalidating your experiences and hes trying to make it about himself," but more so "hes showing that he really does get it and he doesnt mean to talk over you"

much like EJ he approaches scars with a very blunt and upfront mindset, but to a lesser extent. he admits that whatever led up to the tissue forming, it hurt. emotionally and physically, and hes not going to deny that simple fact. hell listen to you, have a conversation with you about it, and try to help you through whatever you may be currently going through regardless of if youre injury is relevant.

or at least, thats what hes trying to do.

hes still has his own personal issues regarding going about his own problems in a healthy manner but hey thats something for another post; maybe, if i remember

honestly this post doesnt have enough fluff imo, and i can kinda see masky doing this, but imagine he boops his mask against your scars in a mockery of a kiss (doesnt take off his mask often, in fact youll probably never ever see him without it on), i can see jack doing this too tbh

okay! this one is going to be interesting for one main reason! i actually havent touched tobys character in YEARS! so hes probably going to have the shorter list... obligatory i havent built any solid hcs for him past what was going on in the fandom in the 2010s, before toby briefly became a mild discomfort... but we're back in business baby!! (^^ dont feel bad for requesting for toby btw! hes no longer a discomfort, and if i didnt want to write for him i wouldnt be including him right here!!)

obviously we cant talk about his part without talking about his cheek. and other, similar hcs. while i dont think most of the self inflicted marks on his body were from a place of.. for lack of better words, darkness; it doesnt change the fact he still has them. i think a lot of them are from the fact he cant feel anything; accidental burns, gnawing through his cheek, digging his fingers deep into himself. really i could go into detail, but due to the aforementioned fact that my take on him isnt as developed as other characters + i really dont think its appropriate for this post (or really, anywhere on this account,), ill stop there

while he cant relate to the physical pain of what caused your scars, he can sympathize through your feelings. do you feel sorrow, or anger to whoever hurt you? hell be getting worked up right with you, because to him youre one of his closest friends

i feel like he doesnt talk much about his past, regarding his family. but hed tell you, and you can sure as hell bet that hell do his absolute damndest to grant you the same feeling of security.

hell probably touch and prod without truly meaning any harm, but thats because he can have problems with boundaries, but hell listen if you sit him down and tell him it makes you uncomfortable if it does

more so emotional than outwardly... supportive? idk the words, but hes very empathetic with you and tries to relate to you through emotion rather than feeling what you felt. honestly? kinda based for that, but maybe thats because i dont see feelings about this topic being touched on, usually its straight up about how the scar makes the person look or the physical trauma they had gone through, but idk, maybe thats just a me thing

he can be an asshole at times but hell usually backtrack and cool off somewhere else if you call him out on it imo

Here Pete Mitchell was, tracing his fingers over a folded up flag that he’d had now for two years, a joyful laugh replaced with perfect stitching, warm skin replaced with rough vinyl, a sparkle in a pair of icy blue eyes traded in for 50 white stars on a field of blue….

Stifling back a quiet sob he opened a box, pulling out a few items and placing them on the table in front of him….a USNA hoodie, clearly worn quite often, but still in good condition with the embroidered logo fading in color but holding strong….

The light metal sound of not one, but now two pairs of dog tags hitting the wooden surface beneath. The weight of one pair all these years was heavy enough, and now here Maverick was with two….

A voice startled the man out of what he was doing, almost dropping the flag that set on his lap, Before he picked it up, setting it on the coffee table as well.

Quickly wiping away a couple newly formed tears he stood, smiling up at the young man who stood in his foyer.

“Bradley, it’s so good to see you” he brought the man in for a hug, smiling into the solid foundation of his shoulder. Giving him a slightly tighter squeeze before he let go.

“Thought I’d bring by some dinner….is all this-“ he trailed off, setting down the bags of takeout, looking at the table. “Is this ices stuff?”

Bradley took the liberty to sit down on the couch in front of Mavericks table of wonders, small nick knacks he’d collected over the years, now seemed more like a graveyard than keepsakes.

“Yeah….” The brunette trailed off, sighing softly with a small sniff, “yeah it is….”

Bradley looked at him, with those beautiful brown orbs, full of so much sympathy and heartbreak for his (essentially) father figure. Who had sacrificed so much to be there for him when he lost his dad, then later when he lost his mother, Maverick was all he ever had. Was there to stay up with him on nights when he couldn’t stop crying, take him to school on days he couldn’t bear to drag himself out of bed. Even help him enlist when he turned 18.

But now, it seemed Maverick was the one that needed him.

“Todays the-“

With a hand on his shoulder Bradley squeezed maverick softly, letting out a sharp sigh through his nose. “Yeah I know….its been two years today”

So that’s why the kid was here, well, much less of a kid now, closer to pushing 30. But Maverick will always see the boy sitting on the piano at the diner wearing his dad’s cowboy hat as they played the piano.

Rick and Morty Finale Theory’s/Predictions

The Freaky Morty Theory

The Freaky Morty Theory is that at some point either during or after episode 5, Evil Morty switched places with Morty Prime. There are some actual bases for this, and users have been collecting a decent amount of possible evidence for this reveal!

- Morty acting almost pre-season 4, like a Morty that hasn’t properly interacted with a Rick in a while

-Flinching significantly more then usual. In a flashback it implies Evil Mortys Rick was abusive which checks out

-the smug look. Don’t get me wrong Morty also has a chronic resting bitch face and smug I told you so look, but it has been a lot more prominent in the last couple of episodes

There’s a lot more to this but the basis is somehow they switched, and the season finale would be the time for the reveal.

personally, I want this theory to be true. It opens a lot of doors and would be a fantastic cliffhanger and segway to a more Morty-oriented episode or season.

Ricks Deepest Fears

His Fear Of Morty

Ok, so there are a lot of ways this can go. But here's in my opinion the most likely avenue;

Rick would absolutely never admit it, but part of Morty scares him. We see it on his face during the Purge episode, and more frequently during the last few seasons. But I think the reason he dogs on Morty and tries to keep his confidence low is because Rick knows how dangerous he can be when motivated enough. Morty is more aware than most and Rick picks up on that. He is scared one day Morty will grow up to be like him, bitter and angry. He sees it in him now and can't blame anyone else. Now with everything with Prime, I think Rick fears Morty will grow up not just like him, but like Rick Prime specifically. He'll get angry and lash out, do something drastic in revenge for all the ways Rick has wronged Morty throughout the years. Morty will realize what he's capable of and leave, and Rick couldn't really blame him.

His fear of Rick Prime

This one is probably what's gonna happen. Since Rick definitely didnt get closure from killing Prime, this could be his chance. To get over his fear of Rick Prime, of what he represents and what he is capable of. This episode might be his chance to a means to an end.

His fear of losing everyone else

Another huge one would be his fear of the Smith family dying the same way his family did. Rick has kind of detached himself but it’s no secret that he cares. He’s especially fond of the version of the Smiths he lives with now. Even admitting Summer reminds him of Diane. To lose them would absolutely devastate him. Maybe this episode will be him trying to finally heal from his fear of losing everything all over again and being alone.

Mortys Deepest Fears

His fear that Rick will kill him too.

Now I know how this sounds, but I thought, that would be interesting to see if one of Morty's fears is that Rick C-137 tries to kill him. Now I know that sounds out of character since WE know Rick would never but think about it, it’s not said but almost implied he probably could have fixed the prime universe from being Cronenberg but chose not to because it wasn’t his family, it was Primes. And I think Morty is smart enough to figure that out once he found out Prime was really his Rick.

He also compared Morty to his biological Rick multiple times, then basically beat his biological Rick to death with Morty to practically witness it. Now obviously Morty doesn’t blame Rick for hating Rick Prime and frankly Morty doesn’t seem to like Rick Prime either. But subconsciously I wonder if he thinks he’s the last strand, that Rick will one day finish what he started. it’s pretty clear C-137 would absolutely never actually kill him, but could you imagine him finding out Morty fears him

His fear of being alone

Morty has become detached in the past few seasons, and you can’t really blame him. His own Jerry seemed to get frustrated when he offered to get him a “new” Beth and Summer. Like they were toys he could just swap out. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care. He does. He defends Summer and his parents. His love is like a dog, it’s unconditional so no matter what he still loves Rick even after everything he put him through. So he was angry and upset when he left. Even afterwards, when Summer brought up”The Crow Thing” Morty got visibly upset. He even tried to manipulate Rick to come back. If a representation of that comes up, this could be a chance for him to give faith to Rick and his family that he won’t be left behind.

Shes also surprised your fangs dont hold any poison

She loves your fuzz so much

The fact that you can manipulate wind is so fascinating to her,your so small and yet you can controll such strong air currents

Anon you've come to the right place for incurable thoughts and feelings about Cassandra Cain! And you raise such a good point like there's no way Cain's abuse didn't leave her with more than just aphasia, illiteracy, cptsd, all the emotional issues... OK well he left her with a lot of stuff but still! You're definitely right that there's more. I'm no expert but one thing I know how to do is ramble about Cass, so:

In flashbacks we see young Cass doing a jigsaw of a rose in the dojo Cain's raising her in, which makes me think he did want to find ways to make sure her cognitive skills functioned even without words. Of course this is just me theorising but in terms of toys I think he would have carefully selected things that would stimulate her brain and improve her motor skills even without reading and writing. The image of David Cain carefully buying Jenga and Operation and making sure all the packaging with words on it never reaches Cass is now permenantly stuck in my head so thank you for that.

I do think she was definitely deprived of a lot though, and things like the jigsaw were clearly meant to be filler stuff for her before the actual fun games like "getting shot and dodging the next few bullets". I don't think Cain would have ever wanted Cass to be relaxed and comfortable enough to actually fully enjoy playing with toys, you know? If she was actually able to find things like jigsaws meaningful and fulfilling then his conditioning of her to associate getting shot with "fun game of dodgeball" wouldn't have been as successful. Cass may not have liked two for flinching but she did love the fighting and the dodging. Any thoughts of "why am I in pain when I could just be playing Jenga" would have never been allowed enter Cass's head. Which would be easy enough because (understandably so given the isolation) Cass looked up to Cain and got joy and fulfilment from seeing him smile. He doesn't care if she finished the jigsaw other than getting angry/worried if she fails. Whereas being able to assemble and break apart a gun while blind makes him light up with happiness/pride. So naturally, even with Cain making sure her brain isn't TOO different for her not to be able to function as the perfect weapon, she would still be deprived of important cognitive skills and stimuli.

The writing specific fine motor skills would definitely be impacted imo because while her training makes sure her hands can work a massive variety of weapons and probably permenantly injure a man in multiple places with each finger, writing is such a specific task that only comes naturally to us because we learned it so young. It can be learned later in life of course but the natural act of holding a pen and writing would feel so alien to Cass. And that's before you factor in her dyslexia like no wonder we only saw her pick up a pen once 😭 Cass being able to write the alphabet with any sort of ease and lack of intense focus would be a massive accomplishment given David Cain's fuckery.

And just in general being so isolated for most of her childhood would have impacted her brain so badly like even without the autism Cass must have been in overstimulated sensory hell after leaving Cain. So many voices talking, which she'd never heard before. So many smells and sounds and new textures and sights that are too intense for her eyes to handle. She missed out on an entire world and only got to start experiencing it when she was 8, that's got to have a longterm impact. I think as well as autism Bruce and Barbara had her tested for adhd due to all the symptoms she displayed. Doctors aren't clear if she actually has it or if its something different brought on by her upbringing. She spent nine years homeless and travelling so she's more adjusted than she was at the start but there's still times that the whole world just goes blurry and whoops panic attack time need to find an empty place and hide.

I'll stop here so I don't rant forever but thank you for giving me the chance to yell about head. canons and theories. Cass is indeed the most fascinating onion, and the layers are endless. Feel free to rant in my inbox whenever you want I love hearing other people's thoughts on her!

around 2023 , me and some of my close friends found B's youtube channel .

“i’m sorry, could you repeat that?” 

chifuyu cocked his head, he couldn’t help listening intently, you were only outside the store door. it was like this everyday, your best friend would show up on your break time and spend all 30 minutes with you. chifuyu didn’t mind as long as you went back to work and didn’t bother the customers, but he found himself tuning in lately, noting the troubled look on your face when you would walk in. 

“I said,” your best friend started, “you look really cute in that apron, you should wear it more often.” 

you scoffed, “you mean, my job uniform?” 

“it doesn’t have to be this apron,” he says, looping one finger underneath the strap, “it could be any. like.. a maid apron or something!” 

you step back, gently pushing away his hand. something in you flipped, you felt it in your stomach, heavy and uncomfortable. you were unsure of him lately, maybe it was the way he was calling you more often, or maybe it was the flirtatious comments. there was, however, one thing in particular that bugged you, and it was the way he’d try to hold your hand as the two of you would walk home together. but still, maybe you were just being paranoid? best friends hold hands all the time… right? 

you open your mouth, struggling to find the words to say, until a familiar head pops out from the store. 

“time’s up,” chifuyu says, shooing away your friend with his hand. “get back to work.” 

you nod, feeling a sense of relief as you give an awkward side hug to your friend and scurry back in without looking back. 

“i’ll pick you up after-” your friend tries to say, but you’re already inside, hands clammy as you take your place behind the counter.

chifuyu follows you in, noting your fiddling hands and your eyes glued to the floor. “you okay?” he asks, grabbing a dustpan and broom. 

you nod at first, before sighing and shaking your head. “can i ask you a question?” you start, before shaking your head once again. “actually, nevermind.” 

chifuyu pauses, before shrugging and giving you an “okay.”

the rest of the day moved by in a breeze, it was a slow tuesday. you spent most of your shift cleaning and taking care of the kittens. you loved your part time job. working at peke j land was the best part of your day, the little kitten licks you’d receive each day was enough to get you by the stuffy customers and otherwise long hours. you were hired as a temp worker to fill in for another employee, baji, who was stuck crunching for his college finals. 

as the sun dwindled down over the horizon, you put your apron back in your locker. before you walked out from the back room, you felt that familiar uncomfortable feeling. your best friend was going to take you home today. you texted him earlier, telling him you’d just catch the bus home since you were staying pretty late. he texted you back but you didn’t wanna see his response, leaving it unopened. hopefully, he wouldn’t show up.  you peered over your shoulder, as your boss typed away on a laptop, probably business emails. 

you wanted to ask him if he’d drive you home today, hoping to avoid your friend. but you stopped yourself, reasoning that you shouldn’t mix personal issues and work. 

“i’m heading out, chifuyu! see you tomorrow.” you said, giving a small wave to his back. 

“oh,” he says, before he swivels in his chair, grabbing his keys. “you want a ride home?” the laptop closes with a click as he gets up. 

“you don’t have to..” you start, thumbing the strap of your back.

chifuyu shrugs, “the guys have been getting on my case for staying late anyway,” he jingles the keys in his hand. “let’s go?” 

“okay,” you say, shyly moving out of the way. 

it’s not terribly awkward to walk out with him, following close behind him. it’s reassuring, until you hear a familiar voice. 

“hey, y/n!” it’s your friend, who seemed to have been waiting for you, getting up from his spot on the sidewalk. his smile falters when he sees the two of you, glancing between you both before extending a hand out which you shy away from.

he’s perplexed to say the least when chifuyu ignores him and says, “my car’s out that way.” pointing down the street. you nod, eyes glued to the floor as you mutter out, “chifuyu’s taking me home, you can go now.” 

your friend steps out, blocking your path. “you’re coming home with me, i take you everyday.” 

you shake your head harder, “no i texted you…”

“and i texted back letting you know i was coming back anyway.” he cuts you off, clear irritation in his voice. you’re shrinking, farther back as he steps forward and chifuyu’s had enough. 

he sighs, “kids like you are so fuckin’ annoying.” 

“excuse me?” your best friend asks, voice incredulous, “what did you just say?” 

“i said,” he reiterates, using his finger to push back on the other man’s chest, “kids like you are fucking annoying.” 

your friend scoffs, before grabbing your arm, “let’s go y/n, we’re leaving.” 

“wait-“ you start, trying to plant your feet so that you won’t get dragged off. but he’s much stronger than you and you stumble forward anyway. 

you feel a hand on your other wrist and turn back to see your boss holding onto you, before he steps in between the two of you. 

“back off man,” your friend warns, clearly ready to do something stupid. 

“y/n, do you wanna go with him?” chifuyu asks, eyes staring straight through you and only you, as if your friend wasn’t even there. 

you look between the two of them before you shake your head. “no, i’d like you to take me home..”  

“then there’s your answer.” chifuyu says, looking back at him. “don’t bother her anymore.” 

perhaps it was ego that fueled your friend to swing his fist, but chifuyu was faster, too many nights spent sparring with kazutora, baji, and more had him well equipped for this. you winced hearing the connection of fist to jaw, the crack of bone, and the thud of a body on the pavement. 

“alright, now we can actually go.” he starts walking off towards the direction of his car, before looking back at you. “you comin’?” 

bewildered, you look at chifuyu, then back at your friend’s unconscious body, then chifuyu once more before asking, “um, we’re just gonna leave him there?” 

chifuyu shrugs, “he’s a big boy, he’ll be fine.”

Awase - he wouldn't care all that much at first but as it starts to spread and potentially get to his friends and such then he will start trying to find who started it.

Sen - he instantly starts to pick fights with anyone that believes the stupid rumors lmao. Its his way of clarifying that the rumors are just rumors lmao. (Tbh its not helping though)

Kamakiri - he couldn't care less about what people that dont know him think. If its his friends then they would already know he didnt do whatever the rumors say yk? And theyre the only ones hes worried about when it comes to this stuff.

Kuroiro - hes very shy and quiet so hes more surprised that someone bothered to spread a rumor about him in the first place then the rumor itself. He doesn't bother trying to clear things up if its obviously fake but if its too extreme he will get involved

Kendo - she tries to clear things up as quickly as possible. Shes class representative so if some nasty rumor about her is going around it could ruin her classmates view of her.

Kodai - shes just really confused the whole time. She will hear the rumor and shes just like 'i did what? Thats crazy.' The whole time lmao. she just lets the rumors be but if theyre too extreme or if they involve someone else she will slear things up pretty quickly

Komori - she is a bit upset about the rumors so she turns to one of her friends for advice. They end up helping komori clear things up and make her feel better <3

Shiozaki - she instantly trys to clear things up when she finds out a rumor about her is spreading around UA. Shes also a little heartbroken that one would start about her in the first place yk? She starts to wonder how she hurt whoever started the rumor to get that treatment but her friends reassure her <3

Shishida - hes surprisingly calm about the whole thing. He just clears things up before the rumor really has time to spread ykyk

Shoda - how his classmates see him is pretty important to him so obviously hes a bit upset about the rumor but hes even more so worried about how it will effect his reputation amongst his classmates. He probably gets some help to get rid of the rumor as quickly as possible.

Pony - shes a bit upset that someone started a rumor about her so she tries to find out who started it before clearing up the rumor itself.

Tsubaraba - he does so much crazy stupid stuff every day so at this point he cant tell the difference between a rumor and something he actually did and just forgot about lmao. If its obviously fake he'll just turn it into a joke amongst his friends

Tetsutetsu - if there is a rumor about him going around he wouldn't know unless one of his friends actually broke it down for him. Even if he heard someone say he did something crazy tetsu would just think theres someone that shares the same name as him lmao. Honenuki and kendo end up shutting the rumor down for him and tetsu dosent even realize until weeks later (hes not dumb just ignorant lmao)

Tokage - she tries to look like shes unbothered by the rumors but anyone remotely close to her can tell that shes a bit hurt by them. Shes very strong and brave but she lets things get to her a bit too easily sometimes. Her friends get rid of the rumors for her pretty quickly.

Manga - he is out of the loop bro. One of his friends ends up clearing up the rumors before manga finds out they exist. When he finds out after everything is done with he freaks out for a bit before his friends let him know that its already been delt with lmao

Honenuki - hes suprisingly popular so most rumors about him dont really get the chance to start unless it actually sounds like something he would do yk. He was a bit surprised when a pretty bad rumor did start to go around but he had no issues clearing things up lmao.

Bondo - hes pretty shy for someone so tall and intimidating so he probably turns to a close friend for help and advice and they help him clear up the rumor.

Monoma - he lives for drama so obviously he figures out who started the rumor and he acts accordingly. Aka he starts a 'rumor' about them himself nothing too extreme but still.

Reiko - she could not care less. If anything she just finds it funny that people that know nothing about her are terrified of her now because of something that isn't even true lmao. As long as her friends know its false shes fine lmao

Rin - hes very calm when he finds out even if the rumor is pretty extreme but internally hes freaking out. Who did he piss off to make them spread the rumor? What if his classmates believe it? Anyways he takes care of the rumor pretty quickly
