Room Part 3

I love Portal, probably top 3 games easily. And guess who had blank doors? Thats right, me. At least I hope you guessed me. Anyway,

This is one from when I was still painting it, you can tell by the tarp, paint, and unfinished right door.

Okay so the inspiration for these was to be like you were inside of Aperature like seeing the doors and walls.

The right doors are supposed to be, well the doors inside of Aperature Science itself. Not much to it but it was a nightmare trying to get everything as symmetrical as I could. I think it turned out fine especially considering I tried to paint over the original white, then realized I didn't have enough, so desperately tried to wipe it all off but half of it was dried already. But in the end it gave it a "weathered" look so it was actually a win-win for me(I think).

And the left, imm split this one up it two's being the Far left(Big number 16 on it) and Far right(Cake is a lie stuff).

First Far Left. This one I was going for the little signs you can find everytime you enter a level and it gives you the cautions. I chose 16 because of personal reasons and the cautions are what i feel like could happen in my own room, but some are just my favorites.

Secondly Far Right. Okay so this on is supposed to be just a regular wall in a testing area but it was cracked and had stuff written all over it in blood. It's supposed to be the writing that you can find in the secret rooms and the stuff that the Rat Man leaves behind etc.

I do really liked how this turned out and defiantly won't be changing this one for awhile.

Capitalism does not breed innovation. My evidence? Men's clothes. The "men's" section of literally any clothing store. Every short is the same length, same cut, same style in the same four colors, and the same three materials. Shirts have the same problem. Same sleeve length. Same body shape. Same colors. You have black, blue, grey, or white. If a store is feeling adventurous and is willing to weather conservative outrage-farming, they'll throw in some pink or stripes.

My style cannot be defined. In one week I go from “90s punk rock” to “oversized toddler who just learned to dress themselves” to “is she sleepwalking?…”

I like to keep the people guessing.

i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping
