I technically have another TMNT 2012 au.

Atsuko leaves Yuuta when Yoshi and Saki are kids, get custody of her boys and moves to NYC where she meets Socorro (Casey's grandma). Socorro's husband has recently past away, and the two women support each other whilst they raise their boys, maybe falling in love in the process.

Meanwhile Saki and Yoshi get a happy childhood fior once, two mums and a new brother.

ROTTMNT x Monkie Kid crossover prompt idea: Teenage Mutant Ninja Monkey

Warning 2: Spoilers for Monkie Kid S4

Hey everybody! ^^

So for a good time now, I have been obsessed with rise of the tmnt and Monkie Kid and when I learnt those two shows were from the same studios, I couldn’t just miss this opportunity for a crossover!!! ^^

So here’s a crossover idea with in addition an OC of my creation! ^^

Prompt concept:

So, times ago before the turtles’s “birth”, Draxum was still researching to create the perfect soldiers.

He found one day a way to travel through dimensions and time and decided to use this to travel in a dimension to find the “perfect DNA”.

This travel lead him in the Monkie Kid universe a very long time before the Monkie Kid events during the time Sun Wukong was still close sworn brother with Macaque, Azure Lion, DBK, Yellow Tusk Elephant and Golden-Winged Eagle.

Draxum met the demon group and “sympathized” with them, seeing this as a perfect opportunity to get the DNA he was searching for.

However, due to some circonstances, he was only able to get Sun Wukong’s and Macaque’s DNA and was forced to quickly disappear and go back to his world.

He tried to mix both monkies DNA with animals from his world to create powerful mutants without any success but was able to use the DNAs to create a monkie like Sun Wukong and Macaque.

Than thing go like in the ROTTMNT canon: Draxum found the perfect DNA in the form of Lou Jitsu, kidnap him and use his DNA to create the turtles.

He also use Lou Jitsu’s DNA on the young monkey he created to had another powerful mutant.

And like in canon, Lou Jitsu escape and burn the laboratory to the group and escape with the young mutants, the young Monkey include and mutated into a rat.

Lou Jitsu, now Splinter, adopt the four turtles and the monkey and the babies got named: Raphael, Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangello and Sandro.

Things go like in the ROTTMNT canon with Sandro being the fifth member of the Mad Dogs.

Fast forward to after the ROTTMNT movie, the Krangs were defeated, the planet was saved and the Hamato clan thought that things will be more peaceful.

That was until one day Sandro begin to develop abilities which, much to everyone’s confusion, had nothing to do with the Hamato Ninpo.

New abilities which powerful and that Sandro didn’t had contol at all making him dangerous for others around him and for himself.

Wanting to help their brother, the Mad Dogs turned to Draxum, hoping to get answers which could help and learnt about the origins of Sandro’s creation.

To the Hamato clan one thing was now clear, only two people would be able to help Sandro to control his abilities: The two monkies whose DNAs created Sandro, Sun Wukong and Macaque.

And to ask for their help they will had to go to them, in their dimension.

Prompt details:

-Sandro’s personnality: In the group, Sandro is the Sneaky Guy, often the one who scout around for traps and to discretly spy for informations, he is good at reading people’s personality types and had a smooth talk, which is why he often work with Leonardo when it’s come to do talking and negociations.

-Sandro’s appearance: Is a fusion of Sun Wukong and Macaque, his fur is dark brown with the fur on his head being long and tied in a low ponytail, he wear a ninja attire and his main color is yellow.

-Sandro's name is a reference to the artist Sandro Botticelli.

-Like his brothers, Sandro like to goof around and tend to do stupid things, by the end of the ROTTMNT movie, he and his brothers get more maturity.

-Because he is good at reading people, he often use it to either fool them either “encouraging them” to do something.

-The rest of the Mad dogs often describe him as a good manipulator while Sandro like to playfuly retorck he prefer the therm “good negociator”.

-Is one of the nicest in the group and is very social.

-His current weapon is a metallic bo staff, others often comment on the fact it’s the same weapon than Donatello’s to which the two always deny it.

-He love to eat fruits.

-Sandro love pizzas but had often debates with Leonardo on if hawaiian pizza is good or not(spoilers: Sandro think it’s disgusting while Leonardo love it)

-Sandro is very close with his brothers and is protective toward them.

-Sandro’s age: 16

-Abilities: Is the most agile of his brothers, at the start of ROTTMNT, he had a little shadow ability which permit him to litteraly fade in the shadows, at the end of ROTTMNT he develop his Hamato Ninpo, as well as new poweful abilities which he had no control.

-At the start of ROTTMNT, like his brothers, Sandro wasn’t a very good fighter.

-The Hamato clan finding a way to go to the Monkie King universe to find Sun Wukong and Macaque to ask them to help Sandro to learn to control his new abilities.

-The Hamato clan meeting the Monkie Kids group and befriending them.

-When Sun Wukong and Macaque meet the Hamato clan and saw Draxum, they had a “YOU!” reaction toward the Yokai.

-The lmk group being shocked to leanr that Sandro was created from Sun Wukong’s and Macaque DNA like “WHAT? SUN WUKONG AND MACAQUE HAD A KID?!”

-Sun Wukong and Macaque not being very happy to learn that Draxum had stolen their DNA, they’re not upset about Sandro himself but they’re still not happy to learn their DNA was stolen and experimented on.

-Michelangello being like “wait! Does that mean Sandro had FOUR DADS?”

-Akward moment regarding the situation.

-Comical shadowpeach references.

-The Hamato clan and the Monkie Kid group bonding and befriending.

-Sun Wukong and Macaque training Sandro and bonding with him.

-Sandro having difficulties to learn to control his new powers and feeling inferior to Sun Wukong and Macaque.

I'll answer the second question first, because the first one is going to get long, so I want to put that under a "read more"

Favorite line(s) that I have written

My favorite lines are probably both from a Young Justice (cartoon) work I wrote called The Big Guns, where Batman goes to Mr. and Mrs. Kent to convince Superman to be nicer to his clone, Superboy. Both are said by Ma Kent, naturally.

“I respect the Heck out of your Justice League,” Ma Kent said, “but the whole bunch of ‘em treat emotional repression like it’s an Olympic sport."

[Clark] hesitated. “Do you really think [Superboy's] scared? He just seems so angry all the time.”  “Ain’t a whole lot of difference between angry and scared, sometimes — except angry feels safer.”

Fic idea that I haven't written yet

It's an idea for a TMNT 03 fic that I have very roughly outlined, and really want to write when I can finally wrangle my brain.

Basically, Hamato Yoshi survives his encounter with the Shredder thanks to advanced Utrom medical technology. From a human technological standpoint, they basically bring him back to life. His pet rat Splinter, however, still believes that his beloved master is dead, and continues on in the events of canon for a few years: adopting his sons, getting mutated, and beginning to train them as ninjas in the sewers. Meanwhile, Yoshi becomes friends with Leatherhead, who is still living with the Utroms at this time.

Or: Sometimes, a family is a ninja master, his former pet rat, all his adopted turtle sons, their alligator uncle, a bunch of squishy pink aliens, and the humans who have dedicated themselves to protecting them.

Buckle up. I've got Thoughts™ about this story.

One day, several years after nearly being killed by the Shredder, Yoshi is running from some Foot ninja and goes into the sewers to hide. He stumbles across the Turtle Tots (who definitely aren't supposed to be out of the Lair while Master Splinter is on a supply run). Recognizing the similarities between them and LH—and the fact that they're babies—Yoshi tries to approach them, but they bolt further into the tunnels and disappear.

When Yoshi gets back to HQ and tells LH and the Utrom council about this, they all agree that the mutants need to be brought back to HQ so they can take care of them. You can't leave kids alone in the sewers! LH definitely picks up a bunch of books on parenting and turtle care.

Yoshi and LH head back down into the sewers and set up a surveilance system to try to find the turtles. Most of the cameras never catch more than a few frames of turtle-y shadows before they get dismantled (hi Donnie!). However, one of the better hidden cameras spots not just the turtles, but an older mutant rat who seems to be taking care of them. Yoshi thinks he looks familiar, but then the audio feed picks up one of the tots calling him "Master Splinter" and Yoshi damn near loses his mind.

Yoshi and LH eventually find the Lair and make contact with Master Splinter. Splinter is overjoyed that his beloved master is alive, but very wary of taking his sons to live with the Utroms, who are strangers to him. He may love Yoshi, but he's a father now, and he has to put his sons' safety first. The Tots are entranced by LH, and ask him all sorts of questions about his scales and teeth and climb all over him like a jungle gym. LH is a little disappointed that he doesn't get to be a dad, but he is fully on board to become their doting uncle.

Eventually, Splinter is convinced to move his family in with the Utroms. He gets to train his sons in ninjutsu alongside his Master Yoshi (who is VERY IMPRESSED at how good Splinter is from just mimicking his moves as an ordinary rat) and gets to split some of the parenting duties with Grandpa Yoshi and Uncle Leatherhead. After all, being a single father of four is exhausting.

Donnie of course becomes the darling of all the Utrom scientists and has unlimited access to all the advanced alien technology he could ever dream of. However, he still does a lot of tinkering with repairing and repurposing old or broken equipment. It's how he got his start in tech, back in the sewers, and he's also found that it helps him learn faster than starting out with something brand new and fully functional. By getting familiar with older models, their quirks, and common points of failure, he gets really good at improving new designs. With his help, the transmat gets completed a few months or years faster than in canon.

Raph sort of becomes the rough-and-tumble little brother to the rest of the Guardians. He even talks them into letting him tag along on some of their (less dangerous) missions. Guardian Prime Hamato Yoshi is furious whenever he finds out his grandson has gone on another "outing", but the Raph is stubborn and the Guardians think he's too cute to say no to (though they're never going to tell him that). When he's older, he has the most contact (and conflict) with the Foot clan, which absolutely terrifies Yoshi.

Mikey finds out that a fair number of the Utroms are actually really interested in Earth pop culture. They always have a grand old time reading comics together, and Mikey is always roping in other Utroms and Guardians for movie watch parties. The Guardians are suckers for letting Mikey sit in their laps, and some of the Utroms even let him hug them like a pillow during some of the scarier parts. He and Yoshi bond by watching classic Japanese monster movies and samurai movies together. Mikey even gets him to watch a little anime with him. Living in America among literal space aliens, it's a nice way for Yoshi to maintain a connection to some of the more mundane parts of his native culture.

Leo is a little shy, and really only latches onto a few people outside of his immediate family. One of them is Mr. Mortu, who Leo thinks is just the coolest person ever. He gets really interested in Mortu's responsibilities, so he kind of becomes a little assistant to him. If Mr. Mortu is unavailable and you have any questions about the logistics of the Utrom's and Guardians' operations worldwide, Leonardo is the turtle to talk to.

Surprisingly, he also bonds with the Navigators (the unnerving trio of Utroms who make up the Utrom council and speak as one being in three parts). He likes to sit in front of their tanks as they tell him stories about what life is like among the stars. After a while, the Navigators start using a lot of bad puns, and Leo starts picking up the ability to sense safe pathways between solar systems. Eventually, when the Utroms get back to their homeworld (Guardians and mutants in tow), Leo is almost as capable as an actual Utrom Navigator. (Cue opportunities for him to lead his family on Space Shenanigans).

While the turtles are growing up, they need activities to keep them occupied and to test their ninja skills, so Yoshi designates them as the official testers of security at the TCRI building. Basically, can they break into the building? Can they get into especially secured areas? Can they break out of the building? And can they do this all while remaining undetected? In theory it's a training exercise for both the turtles and the security personel. In practice, it's a complex running tournament of capture the flag. There is a leaderboard set up in just about every breakroom and common area, and Grandpa Yoshi, Master Splinter, and Uncle Leatherhead are always insufferably smug whenever their boys are in the lead.

I want to write this so badly, and I will someday! My brain is just not cooperating at the moment.

idea for a tmnt au i have that i wanna share :)

gonna list some things and then connect them at the end. this contains material from pretty much all tmnt iterations but the au is under the cut. THIS IS PART 1 BTW. THIS IS ONLY EXPLAINING THE BACKSTORY!

(ps. think of the rise!turtles but also think of 2012!splinter’s design. love rise!splinter but 2012 is more fit for this)

So, you know how in rise the boys were mutated using splinter’s dna?

And shredder used to be a human?

And how splinter and shredder used to be adoptive brothers?

So what if they never fought over Shen? What if they kept a decent relationship?

And thats where my au comes in. Of course, shredder still ends up as a villain but in a different way here.

So, Splinter and Shredder/Yoshi and Saki (while they were still human), fought together to stall the foot clan (which formed due to the prophecy of someone like shredder becoming a reality) from taking over New York because the foot were trying to expand their control beyond Japan. Little did Yoshi and Saki know but the foot had a shit ton of mutagen and were experimenting on the effect of what would happen if human DNA was mixed with the mutagen and then tested on non human creatures. The chosen test subjects were five little turtles, all different types in order to see if it affected the results at all.

When Yoshi and Saki went to try and ambush the foot, THEY ended up getting ambushed and captured by the foot. The foot see this as the perfect timing because now they have two humans that they could experiment on. The foot took Yoshi and Saki’s DNA through blood samples and mixed it in with the mutagen. They injected three turtles with Yoshi’s DNA and two with Saki’s.

When the turtles started to mutate, the foot decided to test an animal DNA mutagen on Yoshi and Saki. Yoshi being given a rat mutagen (of course) and Saki was given lionfish. Yoshi’s body reacted well to the mutagen and he mutated into the splinter everyone knows. But Saki’s body rejected the DNA. Deadly spikes grew all along his body but he wasn’t having a good reaction. He subconsciously tried tearing out the spikes that would grow back instantly when and if he was successful. He was tearing himself apart to try and stop the mutagen but was never successful. And all Yoshi could do was watch as his own brother was violently trying to jump out of his own skin.

However, this struggle that Saki was putting up proved to be beneficial because he broke out of the glass cage that he was trapped inside. He managed to keep it together for a few moments to break Yoshi out of his glass cage too but told Yoshi to get the turtles and run.

When Yoshi got to the room with the turtles, one was missing already. Two of the foot soldier’s had taken one for some tests but fled when hearing the commotion that Saki was making. Yoshi, not having enough time to go after them, took the four turtles left and ran as far away as he could, taking refuge underneath a bridge a few miles away from where they had been kept. His vision now blurred from the new rat vision, unfortunately.

Yoshi eventually made the decision to name the turtles. He took pieces of ripped fabrics from his clothes and wrapped the fabrics loosely around the turtles necks to be able to differentiate them better now that everything was so blurry. The one with the red fabric, he named Raphael. Purple, Donatello. Blue, Leonardo. And Orange, Michelangelo. He took on the responsibility of raising these turtle mutants, doing everything in his power to make sure they don’t end up like what his brother has become.

Saki ended up being detained by the foot and they continued to experiment on him. Slowly, they turned him into what would be known as the Shredder. The foot mutated him over and over again with multiple poisonous and spikey creatures. With every one mutagen he rejected, he was given three more to compensate.

The fifth turtle, the one who was taken by the foot soldiers nicknamed Bebop and Rocksteady, was brought to a little apartment to grow up in. On their way out they had been mutated by spilled mutagens. One of a rhino and one of a warthog. They hid the turtle, who they named Venus, from the foot and raised her on their own.

As the years went by and the turtles grew up and everyone got used to their mutated forms, Yoshi, now Splinter, kept everything that had happened that one day a secret from his sons. The two who were created from Saki, Leo and Mikey, had no idea that splinter wasn’t their father. Splinter saw it best that he shouldn’t tell them the truth. Leo always looked up to Splinter and Splinter believed that it would destroy Mikey to find out that he’s the son of the one who’s been trying to destroy his family.

He swore to himself secretly that no matter what happens, he will never let his sons down. But wether or not that meant only his biological kids or not, it would depend.
