NPD culture is feeling a blinding sense of rage when you see someone else use their disorder as an excuse when they hurt someone and then turn around and demonize your disorders harmful symptoms

Like, if it's Bad and Evil when *I* lash out and hurt someone because of how my disorder works, it's bad when you do it too!!! You aren't better than me for having a different disorder and the harm you cause isn't suddenly Less Bad than when I cause harm just because I'm a narcissist and you're not, harm is harm regardless and a disorder cannot make the same amount of harm more or less acceptable and I'm tired of people suddenly forgetting that the second someone with NPD exists
