Ever since I saw this comic I always somehow manage to write Yuuji and Ieri as friends.

Not necessarily super close or anything but like... sit in silence together, reminisce about the good times, swallow your sorrow and choke on silence buddies. Unwilling, tortured survivors.

They were there for each other when nobody else was. Because everyone was gone.

I don't know why but their relationship is Very Important to me.

"Please drink some water, Ieri-san," Ijichi says, offering a bottle of water with a deep crease between his brows. Always awkward, that one. Shoko doesn't know why he even tries. She should probably be grateful that someone in this hellscape does.

Utahime crouches beside her, reaching out to warm a patch of her arm. Good old Utahime. Soft hands, soft heart, soft voice. "Shoko, we need to move somewhere safe. Can you walk?"

She stays still long enough that they leave her alone, hunched on the floor. Alone alone alone. Hollow puppets, walking along; march in time. One by one, two by two. Cut strings left and right.

Who's gonna cut her strings? She's ready. Why's it just her? Picking up messes and dealing with the fallout, it's been this way since high school. She should've known. Bastards. Bastard.

She can't even cry.

Bastard.

"We're leaving now, Ieri-san," a voice says, youthful and bright-edged. Hoarse. She'd recognize those dulcet tones anywhere, even colored with so much grief. Itadori. "I'll carry you. Please tell me if you're uncomfortable."

She's lifted by strong arms, stronger than a teenager has any right to be. The day he ended up in her morgue, Satoru grinning with glass teeth as he contemplated mass murder, she'd thought he was another kid gone too soon. Haibara two point oh. Now she realizes she was wrong.

Try Satoru the second. She should have known.

What a legacy. What a damn- ahh, fuck. She doesn't have the energy to philosophize. Doesn't have the energy for anything, so she doesn't bother to fight as he carries her away, moving yet again, trying to find some safe haven that no longer exists, some hopeful ending that'll never come, no matter how many curses go down.

Heal, succeed; heal, fail; heal, sleep; heal, smoke; again again again. Never-ending. She can't figure out the point anymore.

Her best friends are dead.

She turns her head, tucking her face into Itadori's shoulder as he carries her, silent and solemn, like a wake. A witness to her own funeral, how perfect. The reverse curse user; she was always going to be the last to go. Maybe it was her destiny to witness the falling of a dynasty. Which god does she curse for this?

"We're all alone, huh, Itadori-kun?" She murmurs into the worn flesh of his uniform.

He doesn't reply.

It's not like she blames him. What the hell is there to say? But after a moment, his hands shift to grip her a little tighter, a little more secure, and by some miracle, when she drops off to sleep, she doesn't dream.

Classic. It's not one of my favorites but defienetly in the A category. They have a good buildup and great chemistry. I think nobody would argue against that they're probably going to be endgame and I'm fine with that.

jaisy - is this really how you're gonna leave things out of two childhood friends

They're one of my favorites. Daisy's always there for Jake and Jake is always so kind to her. I wish we could have seen Jake being there for Daisy with her problems as well but Sean slid in there(not really complaining but alas). I really hope we see more progress in their relationship in season 2 although I think season 2 will be focusing more on jailey.

jean - one idk out of where did this come from

I dont find them as appealing as other ships but defienetly not my least favorite either. They're cute. I guess. Not much to say tbh I havent really thought about how a romantic dynamic would be between them.

jander - one hear me out out of hate isn't strong enough of a word

I havent really interacted with the tmf fandom much so idk how ya'll treat non canon ships that arent drake but I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say I like this ship. I also love lander ofc and thats the beauty of multishipping. But yeah I think jander is nice. B tier imo.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh. The sweet scent of unrequited love. I'm not that much of a big fan of them but I like the angst. Also they look good together lol.

drake - endless thoughts of what could have been out of its as if we never were

I'm afraid it was never casual guys. But jokes aside, Drew paralelling the people that canonically have a crush on Jake(or do in subtext) is just so dear to me. Like yesss feedmy delusions. I love the concept of unrequited love on Drew's end and Jake having no idea until it's too late. ("I'm not in love with you anymore." "I didnt know you ever were") They have so much capacity for angst and I love that.

drakailey - boaf? Boaf out of HEAR ME OUTT

Guys hear me out. Can't decide between Drake and Jailey? Have them both. But honestly I really like this ship. It's a fun dynamic to think about what can I say. Also they need more content tmf fandom I am begging you.

Lander - 10/10

I saw an edit of them that was Zander saying how he's "not like Stacy yknow" and Luke was like "Yes, and?" and I think that's beautiful. Their relationship is nicely balanced and healthy. I just wish the fandom would stop making Luke Zander's parent, always telling him to "calm down". They're widely mischaracterised in the fandom which Zander really isn't that hard to mischaracterise so idek how yall do that...

Milliot - how does this work out of one cactus with flowers

Don't get me wrong, I like them. I really liked them when they were first introduced and I am really glad they got a bit more fleshed out in the spin off. I really liked Elliot's character. What confuses me is that I'm usually not a huge fan of the nerd x troublemaker trope. But they work because Milly's not an asshole to other people (Except zoey but she highkey deserves it sooo)

Droey - three sappy nicknames out of fifteen "busy weekends"

I don't. Like this ship. No matter how much I dislike(half true) Drew nobody deserves to get cheated on. Zoey's an immature girl and she really needs to grow up (side eyes the jomies cameo in the spinoff). I know a particular of the fandom likes to make them be in sort of a "lavender relationship" and I'm not really against that I'm just talking about their canon selves.

Dria - we got rejected by jake out of pretty girls walk like this (if somebody understands the references I'm making I'm kissing you)

I meaannnnn... I just don't think Drew would go after his cheating ex's ex best friend. Now that I put it like that it doesn't sound too bad... I'm not opposed to it but I wouldn't really go out of my way to look up content for them.

LC PART 1 SUMMARY

the prologue is a hint towards eis existence! shes not mentioned at all in part one as she isnt actually. introduced yet and hasnt made her way to where everything is happening, but the prologue implies her existence! it follow an unnamed girl who "reawakened" and is covered in dirt (meant to imply she. you know. dug herself out of the ground)

in chapter one, aib and her soon-to-be-dead friend, ichimi, are hanging out in a bathroom together after aib was browsing her parents personal emails. ichimi mentioned knowing someone other than aib and she had to suppress her anger. also rereading this in some lines it feels ichimi has a hint of... innocence? is that the word? that you might associate with ei, and it reminds me of weird ei-ichimi paralells that probably arent actually paralells i just dont know what other word to use. ichimi was actually named after ei (i talked about it in a different post). aib is referring to this one barely mentioned side character via surname meanwhile ichimi is calling them their given name, interesting thing about aib being more distant about. everyone i guess. and ichimi being warm and friendly

still on chapter oen sorry just a new bullet point becayse thats a lot of words there. i almost didnt realise the car situation was gonna happen in this chapter. how could i forget. talking about her parents and her relationship, aibreann said "[we] seemed less like a family and more like roommates, if you could even call [us] that". then she ran across a busy street because she was impacient, and suddenly a strange guy knocked into her (to save her from a car that was going to hit her) and asked her what her problem is. his foot got run over and aib immediately went Omg awesome gorey foot... like there were two paragraphs dedicated to aib thinking about the gore. he then picked her up to carry her to her address, aibreanm thought "i shouldnt tell a stranger my address" then did exactly that. also i remember someone i showed like just this chapter to thought this man was aibs father LOL unfortunately not

chap 2. the man introduced himself as kane. he had to tell her that her knees got scraped and were kind of bloody cuz she didnt notice. shes so aggressive(? well not exactly aggressive shes just swearing internally and rolling her eyes and stuff) and sarcastic to him. he tucked aibreann in with a blanket and is leaving blood all over the floor from walking around. he made her tea and tended to her scrapes. then he started to realise Oh fuck my foot hurts and he left. she tried to mop all the blood kane left all over the floor before her dad gets home but she fails and kind of trips and falls into the blood and her dad comes home and she gets up and limps away

i just realised this is probably gonna be kind of long lol... well no read more for you my followers must be strong enough to handle one billion words of oc stuff at once

chap 3. were immediately hit by multiple paragraphs of exposition. maybe i couldve done that better instead of having aib internally monologue about her magic bs but whatever this was written like one a 2/3rds of a year ago. now shes starting to wonder if things would be better if she was dead. two new one time side characters that just exist to be talked about once mentioned. honestly if i ever went over part 1 and rewrote part of it i might just remove these two. which luckily means i just remove a few sentences in one chapter. their "existence" was fine before but now im starting to feel these random people being mentioned fucks with what i started to build up afterwards yk. she changes into a clean uniform and mentions she usually ditches the sweatervest with hers. now shes wanting to die again

I'm going to say things bc that's how I cope.

As a person who thinks that if you're going to do something you should do it right, I can't help it, it bothered me how sloppy this season felt. Of course I fully blame HBO and their cheapness, but it stills bothers me. Not only we got two episodes less than s1, but the 8 we got were shorter, and you can tell. I also blame the budget cuts for the constant yet unnecessary flashbacks, and the weird editing, and the anticlimatic pace. In any case, I want to highlight the things I did like, because I fucking love this show and Im sure that after a rewatch or two I'll be less angry, so let's stay positive:

Since it seems they were having trouble to get the complete cast together in one plot, I do love they kinda let them have their spotlight one by one. Like, Frenchie in the first episodes, Wee John as Calypso, Lucius with his PTSD in ep5... It's not the same as s1, but it's something.

I've seen people complaining about this, but Im happy they didnt invest too much time on the forgiving process. I like it better when everyone gets along fine, and in the end they're pirates and they never seemed to be the kind of people who hold grudges, so yeah lets skip to the nice part.

I did like a lot what they did with Izzy. I don't care if it happened too quick or what, I used to feel indiference towards him and this season I actually enjoy his scenes a lot. I still dont know how I feel about his death tho. It bothered me a little that the whole scene was more about Ed than Izzy himself, but in the end I always saw Izzy as a narrative tool in Ed's arc more than as a character of his own, so I guess it makes sense.

Super happy with the music choices, and also the new outfits.

Really, the first five episodes were absolutely brilliant.

It made me so happy they got Bronson Pinchot as Ned Low.

Huge fan of Zheng Yi Sao and Auntie.

Im so fucking furious at Taika Waititi for his pro-Israel shit that seeing Pop Pop attacking him gave me some sort of inner peace.

Now, things I wished had been done differently: - There were a lot of paralelisms with s1, which is good, but I'd like they brought back more actual elements of s1 into play. Like, the lighthouse painting, the secret wardrobe, the pink robe, a third Badmington (he would have work better as big bad than this prince ricky guy I dont really care about?). Frenchie singing again. This oneis a reach, but I would love to have Mary Bonnet back. And I was really hoping they play with the fact that Stede is "dead". The guy doesnt even mention the Master Fuckery from ep10.

-On that note, I was a little dissapointed on Jim's arc. I was never that invested on them or their plot in s1, but it feels weird how this season it seems like none of that even happened. Even Jim felt like a different character. I feel it would worked better if some of the conflict was related to Siete Gallos stuff, so at least it would feel all of that subplot wasnt a waste of time.

-Little missing opportunities of making me happy: Anne Bonny and Mary Read mentioning Jack (to insult him, mostly); they kissing when the house is on fire; Ed finding not just one letter but the whole pile of them; a better narrative use for Seagull Buttons (well, any narrative use, really); developing the bombclocks thing in a way where Auntie was not deprived of her superhuman detective skills; having Ned Low as bigger villain, with several appearances.

-The general development of Ed/Stede in the final episode... It's just confusing to me. My reading of Stede's mind state was that he was on autopilot since he killed Ned Low, and being abandoned by Ed and having his ass kicked by Zheng would wake him up a little, but this episode he's still in PROBLEM SOLVER mode, zero regrets about anything, still hasn't talked anything through EVER, he's just fine. With Ed I dont even ask for coherence bc he's always been a wtf guy, but I dont understand the "just do whatever you're good at" thing in the beginning of the episode, and he claiming back his leathers and his pirate-self and going on berserker mode and fighting along Stede as equals and blablabla if at the end he's still chosing to be a fucking innkeeper. Also, having a shitty inn in the middle of nowhere sounds too close to the antique shop in ep4, didn't they learn ANYTHING from Mary and Anne? I mean, the innkeeping was a predictible outcome, but the setting up of the episode was really aiming to the opposite, so it feels weird to me. In any case, I'm happy they're together and if being absolutely on their own in the loneliest house in the world doesn't get them to improve their communication, idk what else they could do.

-Still think they should have been lighthouse keepers instead.

-Next season Im totally muting every OFMD tag as soon as they announce the trailer release, because the promo and bts content was absolutely TOO MUCH. Those fuckers had been showing us stuff from the very climax of the fucking last episode since weeks before the season aired. I get it's a me problem, but I do believe it ruined my experience a lot, so fuck that.

And well. That's it. Good season, could have been great. Im happy but sad. Let's just hope that, if there's a season 3, they gave them more money and time to do it properly.

And before I post this and run away from tumblr, Im checking out how much of my wishlist had been fulfilled: - LUCIUS IS ALIVE - Stede Bonnet, berserker era [Not as I imagined, but hey] - The Queen Anne’s Revenge, either being captured or coming back as the ship Ed left behind when he went to The Revenge - The Blockade of Charleston (and make really absurd) [Still might happen in the future?] - Anne Bonny and Mary Read(as middle aged women who kinda mirror Ed and Stede, but they did it right) - Since he was already mentioned in s1, it would make sense introducing Hornigold, maybe as a new antagonist or something. - A rip off of that wwdits episode with the Vampire Council, except this time is the Pirate Council and its members are pirates from other movies and shows [I was really dreaming big here] - On that note, a really weird episode with every person who has played Blackbeard in recent years [Fully tripping] - More women and more asian characters. And more people speaking their mother tongues [So many Chinese gals, not one chinese word :(] - Ed finding out about Stede’s death and believing it [It did happened but not how/when we thought] - Ed meeting Mary and getting along [Never losing hope on this one] - Frenchie adopting a cat (and singing a song about it). - More info about everyone’s pasts. - I would LOVE having Bartholomew Roberts in the show. [YES PLEASE]

She left the relative safety of her northern town to get some godsdamn life experience HOW is she supposed to handle all the politics of the Territoires if she's never seen the damn Territoires, DAD!?! Honestly.. (and if she eventually wanders beyond the borders of Winter, then really, who's to judge??)

I have not yet figured out how she and Rune end up meeting, because they are literally from opposite ends of the continent. But they end up meeting, falling in like and dating for.... three months-ish. After literally bumping into Les and maybe getting caught up in a brewing revolution, Snow, Rune and Les travel through The Shadowed Grove, where Nix and her people live. (i could talk for HOURS about how Snow and Nix are each others mirrors, narrative foils, their paralels- *inhale* but thats a post for another day)

god i also wanna talk about Nix leaving the Grove and her community, her flight, but that is also a post for another day

So Nix leaves the Grove with the gang to see the world! And also fight this evil conqeruer guy down south or whatever. (evil conqeruer guy = Drift Sandshifter my beloved i will talk about you someday god you're so cool)

Snow.... doesnt like Nix. At all. From her POV, this random Drakonyc (Lisken for "half-dragon) just wandered in here, tagged along on their very important mission, WILL NOT SHUT UP, and ON TOP OF THAT, Les trusts her! After only a week of traveling!! What the fuck!!! It took WEEKS for him to even look her in the eyes!!! How. Shes so confused and hurt. what the actual fuck.

By the time they arrive in Nimbus(?), the town being thretened by The Cloaked Conquerer (Drift), tensions are at a breaking point. As The Conquerer's forces amass in the deserts outside of Nimbus and the resisters gather in town, they prepare for battle.

And the moment arrives.

Snow, with her sliver spears, fighting for the innocent town thretened by evil. Fueled by rightious anger, she fights like a whirlwind. She doesnt know what is happening on the other side of the battlefield. She cant know, how could she? (Later, she learns what happened on the other side of those dunes. She hates herself when she doesnt know if she would have stopped it.)

Nix with her staff and leather armour, wanting adventure, caught off guard by the brutality of both forces. She is felled by a warrior stronger and more experienced, succuming to a blow to the head. The last thing she sees is a dark green cloak brushing across the sand.

And so the battle ends, neither side winning. As the leaders both call to retreat, Snow seeks out her partner and friend, excited to tell them of her fighting skill and triumphs. She finds them outside the infrimary, Les trembling and Rune bleeding sluggishly as he tries to comfort him. 

When she asks what's wrong, she learns that her feathered friend is one of the legendary Spiritwalkers, famed mages able to hold emmense power over the souls of both the living and the dead. Les connected all of their souls to his, just for the battle, so he could know if they were dead or seriously injured (btw dont ask me how soul magic works i have absolutely no idea). 

"Nix- her connection- its muted, its so faint, we've asked around but no one's seen her, she's missing and we havent collected all the bodies yet what if one of them is her's-"

They don't know. They can't know what's happening in a small stone cottage a mile away, and they won't know for another few hours. And so they wait, they wonder, they worry. (and you can't know either, as im going to discuss that when i do one of these for Nix)

And thats pretty much all i can say about Snow and her journey without getting into some major spoilers for Nix's story and Shadowed at large lmao. This got SO MUCH LONGER than i thought it would good fucking lord.

Ugggfhhh vent under the cut cuz i do nottt wanna depress ppl but like. Real struggle

So like. By now its been two days ago since i got in a head on car crash, right? Dealing with the trauma of it sucks

I feel like i died for a split second. Like, one of the worst possible things that could happen to a person happened and yet. Somehow im lucky enough to be able to walk

Still quite injured in a way ive never been before tho. I still lick at my lip and feel that first sensation i felt. I had put my arms up in a protect my face block last second (arms paralell like you learn in self defense classes) and what i walked away with was seatbelt bruises, a bloody lip and what feels like a broke shoulder. It still hurts, but holy shit im alive. It was horror, but i lived. Adrenaline feels like bees running down your legs abd also thank god the airbags worked

My poor mom though - i really think she's broken in several spots... it makes me not wanna drive ever seriously i was lagging behind on a license getting experience but now FUCK that dont want it rlly dont

But like, holy shit. Holy shit holy shit does trauma fuck you over so bad. My brain wants to block out what happened so bad but it keeps on dumping off minor details with it and i swear my whole word remembering and memory is worse for ware overall

Also nobody fucking. Tells you that smell is such a deep routed part of trauma. Just like rhe impact and the sound, just like the moment of air getting into bed feels like the jolt of you almost going flying and getting pumped full of adrenaline as your soul almost leaves, just like every bang of cabinets and doors and even sitting too hard sounds just like the impact, reignites the sound of cars crumpling and windshield breaking all at once like its happening fresh fresh right there. My god the smell is the worst. The smell of burning oil and exposed car engine and leaking fluids and whatever the fuck else is smoking, its strong and awful and it was so soaked into the clothes i had to wear for hours while waiting to see if mom was ok, and if i was ok, and it sucked and as soon as i got home so late i changed and gavoned some cold food because holy fuck i was alive. But holy fuck i did not make it unscathed

And the worst of the smells. Is that if your brain. When so close to accident, smells a smell it doesnt like, like say the smell thats supposed to be gross not-mint of vapor rubs that relax those bruised muscles, it turns into that burning awful oil car smell, and suddenly you're there again with your poor panicked mom screaming to get out of the car because the road is bad and youve never had this happen and youve never known what you should do so you run like a dizzy dear to her side in a muddy hill and try to calm her down because its all you can think to do. And the smell is still there, the smell is always lurking behind hated smells, the bad turning to its worst the moment you smell it.

And that ever traumatized child in you is back, feeeling all the pain and fear with you. It decides it wants to buy cosmic brownies in your instacart for the milk you went in your stupid car to stupidly go to the convenience store in but got smashed by an idiot who tried to just go for it on a turn thst should have stop lights, stop signs, anything.

And you have to tell the kid we were the passenger and its not our fault. Because thats true

You hold the tiny traumatized kid in your traumatized arms as you're held by the funny little bug with mismatched horns in your mind. Watching the big scar in your mindscape bleed hot car oil fluid smell

And you decide to sit outside the next day and sketch a plan to keep cats contained, because you do not want your cats run over but you want them outside in the sobering air with you

Shout out to douglas, who got me socks in the hospital bc i didnt wear socks in my shoes bc i thought id be home in under 5 mins. He was rlly kind and helped my mom too

Shoutout to the instacart lady i had the next day that couldnt speak english much, but sent me pictures of replacements and said, "like? 😀" and like. Yes i like and i am in love with the sweet people like you that keep my brain from dissolving in trauma fear

And also hugs everywhere for my siblings and grandma who wre home when i dared to ride w mom for milk and cleaned up all this stuff and brought pasta and pizza. And keep letting me have all the hugs i want bc its nice and keep telling me they'rehappy we made it home alive. Anyways im crying tears bc good humans are so very great... and im happy to be near them

My 14x13 Opinion

Lebanon The 300th Episode

I am so proud of this episode and so blown away by how awesome these last 4 episodes have been! Might be an unpopular opinion guys but I really like this season! Sure its had some duds like Optimism and The Scar (Though The Scar had a great broment) but I thought we’d be getting Leader!Sam this season but we have emotionally wrecked!Sam instead, and Im here for that! Needless to say I LOVED this episode, I was so pleased with pretty much everything and I have no big complaints, so lets have at it! I enjoyed the lightness of the beginning, and getting a look at the town. Im so pleased they FINALLY noted that Lebanon KS is the geographical center of the country! So the boys can get anywhere in the country within a day and a half. Its kinda weird though that Lebanon seems to have 3 different post offices. The one from Something About Mary, the one from The Spear, and now this one. LOL thats no big deal so lets move along. 

It was funny that the dude in the pawn shop committed suicide by Winchester, which of course is trying to, or successfully killing one gets you killed by the other, and Dean acknowledges that they all talk too much LOL.

The kids talking about the rumors about the boys was fun but I really wasnt impressed by “cool chick” Max. I liked the boy in the hat though, he was great. Stealing Baby is also suicide by Winchester but Sam and Dean dont go around killing teenagers so, they got lucky. 

I was amuzed by the ghost of John Wayne Gacey clown, and Dean being all “You love serial killers but hate clowns!” and Sam being like “I get it Dean” but Im really glad they didnt make Sam act like he was scared like the other times before. It just wouldnt have fit well into this episode I dont think. Saving Dean is more urgent than a clown fear right? 

Moving on to the meat, and this was as meaty as an episode can get! Dad comes because Dean makes a wish. It seems Dean’s desire to have his family together is more of a desire than getting ole Mike out of his head, and thats really pretty sweet. Dad recognizes the boys right away, which is cool especially since Sam looks NOTHING like he did back in 05, let alone 03 but John says “What happened to you?” I reckon they aged 15+ yrs Pops!

The boys give Dad the nutshell version of their lives over shots of whiskey, because, how else could you do it? But man, John’s face when he hears Mary’s voice was amazing! And I dont even like Mary but, good lord if she didnt nail these scenes!  My hear crumbled, their reunion kiss was completely believable even though we never saw them kiss on the show before. I saw some of you whine that John didnt ask permission first... really? I could see if they were gonna have sex, but when does anyone on TV ever ask to kiss someone?? Not very often. It was by far the most romantic thing Ive ever seen on this show, 

Like typical Winchesters, Dean is sucked into whats right before him and Sam is worried about the big picture. But Sam doesnt lean too hard on Dean about it, lets all have the nice family dinner we’ve never had. 

While compiling a shopping list with Mom, Dean leaves Sam alone with Dad. This scene was .... WOW... so well written and brilliantly acted. I had been wondering how Sam and John would hash things out and this was so much better than I invisioned. Its so in character for the Sam we have watched grow over the last 14 years to get over the bad and focus on the good, because those you love can be taken away in a heartbeat and being left with hard feelings is the worst. All he can think of is seeing Dad dead on the floor and he never got to say goodbye. and he never got to smooth things over. Sams emotions were raw and real! Jared really let Sam feel it, all the regret and anger and loneliness, melts away and turns into “but you loved us.... and thats enough” It was so refreshing to get so much emotional POV from Sam. Something we;ve gotten more of this season than we ever have. It hurts like a mother... but its worth it. 

After the heart shattering talk, Sam composes himself and tells Dean hes right. This was a good thing even if its jut temporary. He asks Dean if he wants company for shopping, and this is like Sam wanting to hold on to his rock (Dean). This is precious.

The boys leave Mom and Dad alone, and go shopping. Now we discover that the timeline has shifted and they have alternate selves. Dean is a wanted criminal and Sam, omg lol Sam is flaming TED talking douchebag that wears turtlenecks, loves Kale, doesnt drink coffee, and doesnt see the need for hobbies or family. But, I gotta say hes lovely in glasses 😎

This inevitably means that not only will Mom disappear, but the boys wont have the relationship they do, and we know, thats a fate worse than the universe exploding. Meanwhile we get a guest appearance by Zachariah and Cas, and Cas is back to S4-ish Cas and possibly even more of a dick. Sam and Dean find them as theyre about to kill the teenagers from earlier and save them. Cas of course doesnt know them from Adam but Zach does. A fight ensues and I just have to state very clearly that Dean went after cas with the angel blade with no second thoughts. Zach attacks Sam and tries to kill him, but Sam kills him instead. Now thats poetic to have been killed by both Winchesters at different times! 

Now Cas is trying to kil Sam, which as we know, never goes over well with Dean, but Cas really nails Sam HARD in the face and Sam spews blood all over! That was pretty graphic and dramatic! Well full strength douchebag angel or not, Dean doesnt let you beat on Sam. so heattacks Cas, and Cas is about to kill Dean. There is no “Cas its me!! Fight this!! I love you!!” like all the hellers wanted and predicted LMAO instead Sam writes a sigil with his blood and zaps Cas away.

Back at home, yet another highly emotional scene as Sam tells Mom why they have to let Dad go... she would just fade away and they would become their “other” selves. Mary cries real tears. and Sam overflows again. God my heart!! Dean talks to Dad and Dad is more than willing to lay his life down for Mom. They all sit solomly at the dinner table. Oddly enough Sam is the only one eating, and Im sure theres meta in there somewhere.... all I can think of at the moment is that hes distracting himself from the painful slence, and hes the only one who never really had Winchester Surprise. John decides to lighten the mood and be grateful for this time, and they all follow suit. And it was glorious!! My boys laughing and eating and enjoying themselves with mom and dad, I just dont know what words to give this scene! 

Afterwards, Sam and Dean are washing dishes together #husbros and they briefly discuss keeping it the way it is. I mean really.... Mom may disappear and they wont be insanely co-dependent, but Michael wont be in Dean’s head anymore, because nothing leading up to it would have ever happened. Dean says hes good with who he is, and hes good with who Sam is, and hes just too old to want to change it. 

The farewell scene was nothing less than earth shattering painful. Dean was surprisingly calm and stoic, though he had many tears. It was as if on purpose, he let Sam and Mom have all the emotions. John hugs his sons one last time. and tells them he’s so proud of them, Poor Sam is gutted. He cant even pretend he isnt crying. Dad tells them he loves them. Dean says he loves him too. Sam cant get words out so he wipes his face and nods. In a beautiful paralell from the old days when John told Dean “Take care of Sammy” and Dean answers “I always do” John says “Take care of each other” and Sam answers “We always do”😭😭😭😭😭😭John takes Mary’s hand and Sam in obvious pain crushes the pearl and Dad fades away. He wakes up in Baby back in 2003 believing he had a good dream. 

Now we have to wait a freakin month for the next episode. But Ill be ok. I think I need a break from all the emotions of the last several episodes because the next couple will probably be less dramatic. This is ok, if every episode was this emotional, even that would get old fast. We only have 7 episodes left and I dont want to rush to the end of the season for a freakin 6 month hiatus!! AGGGHHHHH!! 

Overall I am in love with this episode. It may have moved itself into first place but it has at least tied. This episode definitely met and exceeded my expectations, and last week I thought it wouldnt be able to beat that one. Im so proud of SPN, the writers, and the cast of this episode Ill give them all a standing ovation 👏👏👏👏👍💖 I think its abundantly clear now that Dabb DOES care about the brother bond and doesnt give a rats ass about dean/cas in fact it looks as if the next few episodes might be Dean lite... but we never really know till we watch the episodes.

In conclusion. on a scale from Bloodlines to Who We Are, Lebanon is a 10. Well done show.... well done! Now onward to the 400th episode!!

It makes no sense as a lot of people have licenses for ID only and do not have a car (because they aren't allowed or can't drive): By law if you have a driver's license you are supposed to carry insurance whether you own a vehicle or not. It's usually called non-owner's liability coverage. Because of this law they would be able to suspend your license if your company cannot provide proof that you have coverage. This answer makes no sense. I won't say who provided it/they don't allow me to answer them though.
