Hello everyone! Thank you all for your help with the GMMTV Kissing Multiverse project so far. I thought I would give an update.

I enlisted all of your help deciding if the WaiKorn sorta kiss from the Bad Buddy x ATOTS Our Skyy 2 episodes actually involved lip touching and if the HeartLiMing kiss from Moonlight Chicken should be included.

The results are in: you voted that Jimmy and Drake's lips do NOT touch, therefore their kiss will be NOT be counted in this project. The HeartLiMing poll resulted in an exact tie (!!!) so I am here to be the tie breaker - upon careful review, if we don't see the lips touch, the kiss doesn't count (I think that will be easier for decision-making in the long run). Therefore, the HeartLiMing kiss will NOT be counted in this project. Thanks everyone for participating!

2. Jojo has an... outsized impact on the number of kissing pairs. He directed 5 of the top 9 shows with the most different kissing pairs - and roughly 17% of all the shows analyzed - but his shows contain about 30% of kisses present in the data set (note: I am just looking at kissing pair iterations here not at unique kissing pairs, e.g., Phuwin/Pond are a pair in two shows (once in a Jojo show and once in a non-Jojo show), so they are counted twice. Otherwise I would have to think about in what show/under which director a kissing pair first originated, how many different shows/directors they've kissed under... this section is mostly a quick exercise in showing how Jojo has a lot of different kissers in his shows so I'm not trying to be that statistically accurate.)

The median number of "different kissing pairs per show" of a Jojo show is 3.38, compared to a median of only 1.69 "different kissing pairs per show" in non-Jojo shows.

3. There were more same gender kissing pairs than mixed gender kissing pairs, though not by much. This may also reflect the data set used (I know I am more familiar with QLs than het GMMTV shows)

Cancelled Missions: Gemini Saturn V

"American manned lunar orbiter. In l LP late 1964 McDonnell, in addition to a Saturn IB-boosted circumlunar Gemini, McDonnell proposed a lunar-orbit version of Gemini to comprehensively scout the Apollo landing zones prior to the first Apollo missions.

Status: Design 1964. Gross mass: 11,182 kg (24,652 lb).

The lunar orbit version required an Agena stage to provide the delta-V for lunar orbit insertion and trans earth injection. The 1.52 m-diameter Agena was enclosed in an inverted conical fairing to both transmit thrust loads to the Gemini and provide thermal protection during the coast to the moon.

Alternatively, a propulsion module based on a repackaged Apollo Service Module propulsion system, as had been proposed two years earlier for a lunar-landing version of Gemini, could be used. This raised the translunar injection mass of the spacecraft to 11,182 kg, well above the capability of a Saturn IB or Titan III-C, but only a quarter that of a Saturn V. The launch vehicle was unspecified, but could only have been a Saturn V used on an early test mission. The mission profile would have involved a 68 hour flight from low earth orbit to lunar orbit, a 24 hour lunar mapping mission in a 10 nm x 80 nm lunar orbit, and a 68 hour return flight. The scientific equipment would consist of a modest camera array installed in the nose of the spacecraft. This consisted of a long focal-length telescope, to which were attached two narrow-field stereo mapping cameras, a wide field mapping camera, a panoramic camera, and two 16 mm film cameras. The film was not accessible by the astronauts, being stored in a film vault shielded against radiation in the nose of the spacecraft. The camera compartment would protrude from the stub nose of the Gemini after parachute deployment.

The manned portion was the same as the circumlunar version, a modified earth-orbit Gemini. The aft modules would be retained, but with the retrorockets removed. The retro module space would be used to install Apollo-type lunar distance communications, navigation, and test equipment. Deployable DSIF omni-directional and parabolic antennae would deploy from the aft modules to support lunar-distance communications. To handle re-entry from lunar distances, several modifications were necessary. The capsule's heat shield would be beefed up, and the Rene 41 corrugated shingles of Gemini's skin would be replaced with ablative shingles. The load of attitude control propellant for the capsule's reaction control system was substantially increased. Additional strap-down gyros and solar sensor packages would be added to provide navigation system redundancy. The ejection seats would be deleted and a Mercury-style launch escape tower added. The then-planned Rogallo wing recovery system would be used to glide to the Gemini to a runway landing on US territory after return from the moon. To handle the scientific payload, a camera compartment was added to the nose below the parachute/Rogallo wing housing. The Gemini spacecraft modified in this way had on on-orbit mass of 3955 kg as compared to the 3207 kg of the earth-orbit version.

The Personality.

A lot of people poke fun at Flora’s name, mostly because she really does live up to it. She’s a bright, warm presence that is usually both empathetic and level-headed. That doesn’t mean that she doesn’t pack a punch though, considering that every now and then she can crack a joke to break the silence or make a snarky remark that seemingly slips out. Overall, Flora is a loveable dork that will go out of her way to help those out who need it and always makes time for an extra job or two. On her bad days, Flora can be a bit too in her head, overthinking every little choice she’s ever made and beating herself up over not being enough. Yet, she tries not to give into it and tries to face herself with the same humor and enthusiasm she has in store for her friends and loved ones.

The Biography.

Flora’s parents own the local thrift store Better Off Duds and are known as a warm and kind presence in the town. They used to be big fish in the fashion industry - her mom’s a fashion designer, her dad’s a tailor but they realized that it was never quite what they wanted from their life and decided to move back home and start anew.

From a young age, Flora knew that fashion was the field she wanted to get into as well, considering she was always so curious about her family’s work and what they did to help resell the clothes they got, tailoring and fixing them before doing so and creating something new out of something old

thanks to that idea, she’s never liked buying new clothing - she’s very much into the sustainable kind of lifestyle and does a lot of re- and upcycling in whatever capacity she can

in fact, she’s been doing so since she was a kid! She was always obsessed with making her clothes more personalized and eventually started sewing on patches of colorful fabrics onto her torn up clothes, drew on her jeans or dyed them if her mom let her get away with it

school was never really what she wanted to do either. she was a good student and liked to learn new things but she knew she’d probably be better off not going to college

instead, she worked at the store and helped her parents as much as she could and in return had time to take courses (ranging from pattern making, to design and sewing) to improve her skills. Before she knew it, she traveled across the country to attend textiles trade shows for inspiration

over the years, she got better and better at her craft and with her parents’ help and a lot of practice, she’s now a self-taught seamstress and freelance textile designer

her interest in the latter eventually resulted in a pipe dream of hers - an online business called To Dye For which is rather popular around town. It’s where she designs prints and patterns and creates her own custom pieces. She sells some at the store in her very own little section but takes on commissions as well!

It’s easy for her to win clients over by being friendly and not afraid to talk and connect to people - she got that from her dad who is a very kind presence and considering she grew up in the store, she picked up on it quickly and adapted it to her everyday life

Today, the Summers still upcycle clothes in their spare time and have their own little extra section in the store.

Ultimately, Flora wants nothing more than to make parents proud and continue her life in the town, yet she’s constantly torn between wanting to pursue her business growth and planning on taking over her parents’ store one day.

She doesn’t want to disappoint them but also doesn’t know how to combine her dream with the vision she had for herself ever since she was a kid

It’s funny though, since her eldest sister raised her, you can see so many similarities (the sarcasm, the intelligence and mannerisms) even though she claims they’re so vastly different. Kiera currently attends university online for film studies. She’s aiming on becoming a writer and director - mainly within the horror realm. This love for horror derives from a young age, and she tends to be a bit of a movie snob because of her studies. You can catch her at the movie theatre almost every Friday. Kiera has been working as a ghostwriter since she was 16 (thanks, Wattpad). Ultimately, Kiera is driven and seems well put-together to those who are unaware of how young she is on the internet and it opened doors for her in the writing realm. It was an immediate success when she launched her podcast; her love for horror and the unusual seemingly not as far-fetched as one may think.Despite coming across as someone with a good head on their shoulders, Kiera is genuinely a firecracker. Prone to anger and acting on impulse, her tongue tends to be sharper than she realizes. She’s caused a lot of trouble on purpose growing up; some situations meant to weigh on her sister, whilst others were her attempt to try to find herself and fix her own issues. To this day, Kiera is working on figuring out who she is through the broken pieces her mother left behind, and still causes some trouble here and there. Sometimes for fun, other times just to bring an off-balance start to another's day if they rub her the wrong way. Kiera is very artistic and sometimes comes across as pretentious. She loves to paint and sketch, but doesn’t want to make a living out of it. Instead, her artwork is loitering the walls of her apartment. She also likes living on her own, seeing that she lives in an apartment and tends to frequent thrifting in her spare time. Kiera is currently working on scoring a scholarship in order to transfer to NYU; this is something she's told no one about as of yet. Especially seeing that her eldest sister gave up the opportunity to go in order to take care of her. With the loss of her mother, who she was estranged to, only about a month ago due to an overdose - Kiera is now finding it harder to keep her sadness at bay over the loss of a 'normal' childhood (with a parent that genuinely cared).

Kiera never had a genuine perception of a family. Due to the fact her mother figure in life was her eldest sister and no father figure in sight. As a result, she’s not great at formulating healthy relationships on any plane. She has a mentality of leaving before she’s left, and hurting others before they hurt her as a fight or flight response to deep emotions and attachments in a any sense. She is aware of this aspect of herself, and hates it, but isn’t sure on how to really get better; it sort of became more of a last resort form of acceptance, seeing that she harbors feelings of not being enough to make her mother finally break the addiction, or even get her father to stay - she now owns up to being the source of her own problems as opposed to fixing the root issue that lays deeper. She’s overly self-critical, especially if she loses or if she feels she could’ve done better. There's an air of competition to her in academics as well as in the workplace - she's always striving for good recognition in these fields. She loves to learn new things, and takes up skills rather easily; and if she thoroughly enjoys the topic (ex: horror films), than you can forget it - she'll cream everyone at trivia. She loves to thrift, and always goes out of her way to support small businesses. Kiera is also very cynical with her outlook on the world, though her activism is borderline anarchist because she's just fed up with everyone and everything. Wise beyond her years, she is known to be quite pretentious in her tastes of music, movies and books, and can rant about all three for hours. Also very smart, in general? Graduated with high honors and has street smarts. Though, she does tend to be sarcastic towards others but she utilizes the excuse of being brutally honest to avoid being labelled mean. Kiera is super open-minded and prides herself in being a safe space. Even though she tends to escape into the night life, and has been sneaking into joints since she was 14 to party, she does have boundaries; she won't try any hard drugs, and knows her limits in alcohol. Even if she seems completely gone, she's not - she can't let herself get that way out of fear of a loss of control. Kiera can be sweet to those who she deems as good people in her life, but she's a type of black hole that kinda brings chaos wherever she goes. She's prone to huge mood shifts, and is known to be fierce for her small and young stature. Will 20/10 ruin good thing if she gets her hands on it. She’s just trying her best, okay? Life is unpredictable and messy, and she’s becoming more aware with that everyday. That’s all without mentioning her need to create battling her need to destroy.

Meet Qualcomm's Newest Chip, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3

While most flagship-tier smartphones today run on Qualcomm's ultra-powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the company recently announced the arrival of a somewhat similarly-powerful chipset, albeit meant for upper-midrange smartphones, also known as "flagship killer" devices - enter the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, which packs a lot of the same features as its "regular" 8 Gen 3 sibling, while cutting down on costs. Chris Patrick, Senior Vice president and General Manager of Mobile Handsets at Qualcomm states: “With capabilities including on-device generative AI and advanced photography features, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is designed to enhance user experiences, fostering creativity and productivity in their daily lives... We’re elated to introduce the latest addition to our premium Snapdragon 8-series, our most premium mobile offering, bringing a host of exceptional specially selected capabilities to more consumers.” Designed on a on a 4 nm process with a 1+4+3 core configuration, Qualcomm says that the 8s Gen 3 is capable of supporting premium-tier features such as on-device generative AI features, an always-sensing ISP, hyper-realistic mobile gaming, breakthrough connectivity, as well as lossless high-definition sound. The new SoC also supports a broad array of AI models including popular large language models (LLM) such as Baichuan-7B, Llama 2, Gemini Nano and Zhipu ChatGLM. Given that generative AI has been a major focus for most OEMs in the past couple of years, it's not exactly surprising to see Qualcomm bring such features to a slightly lower-tier chip, although it's a much-welcome add-on and does slow down device obsoletion. As far as hardware is concerned, the new chip consists of a Prime ARM Cortex X4 which is clocked at 3.0 GHz, and works in tandem with four Performance cores at 2.8 GHz, as well as three Efficiency cores at 2.0 GHz. The debut of the 8s Gen 3 follows the unveiling of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which was announced back in October during Qualcomm's Snapdragon Summit. With that being said, we can expect to see the 8s Gen 3 in action in upcoming devices from several partner manufacturers including Honor, iQOO, realme, Redmi and Xiaomi; Qualcomm notes that the first device running the 8s Gen 3 will be announced this March. Presentado en Brasil en Abril de 1982, en carrocería liftback 3 puertas, y desarrollado sobre el diseño del Opel Ascona de tercera generación (1981), el Chevrolet Monza se convertirá a poco tiempo de su estreno en uno de los modelos más vendidos en su tierra natal.

Gran parte de su éxito lo debe a las carrocerías sedán, 2 y 4 puertas, estrenadas en 1983, mismo año en que recibe por primera vez el reconocimiento a "Auto del Año" por la revista Autoesporte, para en 1984 transformarse en el número uno en ventas, lugar que igualmente alcanzará los años 1985 y 1986.

En Chile el modelo ingresa en versión 3 puertas en 1983, asociado a un motor 1.6L de 75 CV. En diciembre de 1986 se importa la primera unidad sedán, utilizado como modelo de estudio, para finalmente iniciar la venta en enero de 1987, cerrando el año con “332” unidades sedán 4 puertas y “36” de 2 puertas, compartiendo dentro de la oferta local de la marca con los sedanes Chevette, Gemini, Aska y Opala.

En abril de 1988 ingresa a Chile el Monza motor 2.0L, ofrecido asociado a transmisiones manual 5v y automática 3v, esta última dotada de llantas de aleación distintivas. Motor 8v 2.0L (1.998 cc) de 99 CV a 5.600 rpm, torque de 159 Nm a 3.500 rpm, carburador doble cuerpo, tracción delantera.
