Breasts come in all shapes and sizes. They can look up, down, to the sides or towards each other. They can be very round, bell-shaped or conical. They may be symmetrical or asymmetrical. Nipples may protrude, be puffy, be flat, or be inverted.

Some people have supernumerary nipples. Some people can be missing nipples from birth or from surgery.

Areolas, the colored area around nipples, may be any size from 9 millimeters (3/8 of an inch) to 12 centimeters (5 inches) in diameter. They may be circular or elliptical. They could be brown or pink.

People can lactate from hormones triggered from birthing, or from repeated suckling or breast pumping. The same lactation triggering hormones can be taken artificially, can be produced anytime if you have Hyperpituitarism or can surge during starvation recovery. These circumstances can lead cis-men and trans-women to lactate.

Males can have Gynecomastia, a case of males having breasts. Gynecomastia can be caused by having multiple X chromosomes (XXY, XXXY, etc.), but having multiple X chromosomes is not a guarantee. Gynecomastia can be caused by the body having enough androgens that the body disposes of the excess androgens by turning them into estrogens (ironic). This may happen temporarily during puberty or from taking androgens.

The line between male and female chests and nipples is arbitrary. If you want to see evidence beyond illustrations, you can see the AMAB people who are already willing to show their Gynecomastia online and trans women participating in the "do i have boobs now" movement, where trans women post topless photos periodically during their transition to push the boundary of female nipple bans.

This is our future. Today ig announced that they will start demoting content and content creators that are 'vaguely inappropriate'! This means that if a post is sexually suggestive but does NOT include nudity or a sex act, it could still get demoted. So basically it means that ig have found a way to get rid of, and silence, the hundred thousand of women who they want to delete but can't because of "technicalities" like the one that they haven't actually done anything wrong. And that woman is most likely me and you! One thing is that this is a HUGE set back for our rights as humans, because with this new algorithm they are about to create, they will be "hunting" down content that could be considered inappropriate in order to teach a machine what to look for... AND THIS IS WHERE IT GETS F*CKED UP! Cause according to ig, content that will be demoted for being "sexually suggestive" is literally just a woman in underwear. And this is not about to be a rant about the unfairness between genders, BUT... why is a woman in her underwear at all similar to a man directly groping his dick! Why? How? How can you compare the two? When will it stop that everyone is sexualising the female body, while at the same time not allowing women to take ownership of her OWN sexuality and/or make it a business. This is not just a huge set back on ig, but in our society as well. I have no words other than an encouragement to all of you to use your voice and refuse to get censored and stripped for your basic human rights. There's nothing left to say other than until this change: be careful what you post queens. Even though this is not fair at ALL, we will have no way of fighting back and raising awareness of this if your accounts gets demoted, or worse: deleted. It's a bitter pill to swallow but unfortunately ig have the upper hand, they can do what they want, so please be careful with your content but continue to talk about this!! For the first time I fear for my own business and I'm left with a million questions such as: why is something not allowed on this platform when it's allowed in the outside world? Is a woman in a bikini "sexually suggestive", is my normal clothes? When, what & WHY?
