Furious at realizing some of my 3ds games don’t work right anymore because of the reliance on streetpass, internet, and sometimes micro transactions within the games that Nintendo no longer supports

Haaaa… I’m fucked 🙃 so I’ve been trying for the past few hours to buy all dlc for fire emblem fates, played through chapter 6, calculated the cost of all dlc… then that’s when hell started. I spent like 2 hours or so figuring out my Nintendo network ID, passwords and whatnot; I even went on my old Wii U to check my ID and stuff. Then I worked on linking all of my systems together… then I merged funds… now, my funds aren’t showing up on my 3DS. It shows on my switch and on the my Nintendo website… I hope by tomorrow, the funds show up on my 3DS before 5pm cuz that’s when the eshop closes and I’ll be hella fucking sad if I can’t even buy fe fates revelations… this is what I get for procrastinating and overthinking shit

I have like $100 in nintendo eshop gift cards to spend and yet i’m terrified of spending gift cards. i’ve had these gift cards for over a year

Been restocking gift card stations this week and I have some observations.

Microsoft Xbox are the only bitches who don't wrap their gift cards in plastic, instead using a tight paper sleeve. It's small but I appreciate it.

Roblox gift cards vary from $10 to $200. Something about kids spending $200 on microtransactions in a video game is haunting to me. Feeling grateful I grew up before they were a prominent thing.

Also the very concept of a gift card is bizarre. I guess if you don't have a debit card of some sort like a child that makes sense, I used to buy Nintendo cards because I couldn't add funds to the eshop on 3ds. Maybe for Americans too because your bank system doesn't do easy transfers but it's way easier and cheaper in like 99% of cases to either transfer the desired money to the recipients account or just give them cash. Cash has no $7.95 activation fee and you don't have to worry about the business going bust.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Hi everyone! I hope you all have a great Christmas! Mine was very nice and we had an amazing time and we all loved the presents we gave and got!

My grandma actually said that I might have given the best gifts because they were funny, useful and pretty also! Hearing that made me really happy!

And I got some amazing presents like Gift cards and lotion, but these down here were the BEST.

The hippo one is super cute and I am an anxious bunny so rainbow fits, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE MUICHIRO SHIRT I GOT! It's so well done and I'm going to use it next time I head to the gym!

I haven't actually seen the Chainsaw Man, but I love the perfume and I ADORE my new Demon Slayer calendar my dad got for me! I can barely wait to hang it on my wall when I get back home!

OH OH, AND, I BOUGHT THIS SUPER GOOD VIDEO GAME CALLED "Ōkami" FORM NINTENDO eSHOP SALE!

I absolutely loved that game when I was younger and it's so good, but I can't recall ever managing to play it through.

I also noticed that the Harry Potter game, Hogwarts is on SALE there also, only about 17 euros or such and I admit, I haven't seen all the movies, never read the books, but I saw, like, the first 3 or 4 movies about... 15 years ago? Maybe?

But, before you shoot me down, I've heard it's an amazing game and I can't resist a good deal. I have tons of games to play, but I'll try to keep writing also! Hell, I might get new ideas!

I'm also already planning on visiting my grandma next year and visiting my grandparents who live in Joensuu also. New Year? I might spend it at my lil sis' place again, but it depends on how she and her hubby need me and how much the kids want to play with me.
