Tomura’s design is finished and so is his backstory.

Tenko(Tomura) in this life, would let his guard down with this new family. Knowing nothing of this new world, he would finally be at peace in having a loving father and mother. Until his quirk comes back, he closes himself from everything in order to protect them from death. It’s until he is taken to Wu and shown that he isn’t alone and will be able to control it does he finally open up again.

This is when he meets Morro, who is three years older, who was just about to leave the monastery to rewrite his destiny. Seeing Garmadon, and this boy who almost looks like him; Morro instantly got the idea that Tenko was the green ninja that he was denied. Garmadon and Wu have talk about Tenko’s powers(quirk) as Tenko waits outside with Morro glaring daggers at him. Tenko knows this has to do something about the talk of the “Green Ninja” that his new father and uncle were mumbling about. Wu would put Tenko in front of the weapons, Morro watched with hatred in his eyes from the sliding doors. Knowing something was up, he asked Wu; finding out what his destiny might be, he cried since he didn’t want to become another weapon or pawn to someone else. That included Wu. This would shock both his uncle and Morro as the weapons thankfully didn’t react to Tenko as he stood in front of them.

The trust in his uncle would falter as he waited for his mother to come pick him up. Morro would sit next to him and they would begin to talk. Tenko would later reveal that he was reincarnated and spilled his guts about everything he had did in the past. Morro would find it difficult to understand or believe all of the information; the difficulty now was trying to understand why Tenko was telling him all of this. Tenko would later say that he’s rewriting his own destiny by doing everything he could to not turn out as the villain.

This would inspire Morro to do whatever it was that Tenko was doing. Following him around to learn the secrets of rewriting one’s destiny. Tenko never knew what he was doing, but if it meant keeping his family together then he’d take those chances. Unfortunately those asshole destiny writers from the fifth season had something in store.

You see, Tenko was reincarnated but was never planned to be in the world of Ninjago. He’s an anomaly like Miles Morales was in Spiderverse. The writers have no idea how, but have tried writing his destiny in order to have to have a timeline down. However, every time someone tried to write for Tenko it would immediately disintegrate into dust. Morro already had his destiny planned out until Tenko came along and now his destiny is writing itself.

I’m planning on telling more later.
