1997 was a good year. #FBF My first bonafide sold out, wall-to-wall #loftparty after playing about 1.5 years out professionally. Danny the Wildchild was playing when I arrived and already had the packed out crowd going hard for his style of jungle. I was nervous af when I saw so many heads. It was my time. My hands were shaking hard when I dropped the first needle. Only pausing briefly to look up, I realized they were still dancing. I eventually got comfortable and made my way through the set I had rehearsed. Playing for the party promoters #Pure was a big deal! They threw the best events and I didn't want to mess it up. I had never played with Paul @johnsongram either and it was an honor to play on the same bill.
