阿達老師和我一直是瑜伽上的好夥伴,最近在把療癒瑜伽的領域跨到健身和綜合訓練的時候,剛巧我們兩個都抱著針對如何改進瑜伽練習和避免失衡和受傷這一塊帶著很多相同的理念,其中就是針對如何利用重量訓練來改善練習者的盲點。今天早上一起練了好幾個小時,彼此對於美國的某個重量訓練的系統帶著很多熱情,我和阿達一樣都是初學者,期待這週末分享他的學習。

最近很愛嘗試的一個制定的練習是EZ bar連環運動,開始用比較輕一點的重量,連續不停的10個回合,除了可以鍛鍊到身體的不同部位,站著做也能夠帶動下盤穩定和核心一起,最後一個tricep extension是我的弱點,常常沒辦法穩定肩膀,所以坐在板凳上能有比較穩定的推舉,這連環的workout比想像的難,會有很多肌肉強度和心肺的挑戰,這已經是第四回合了,累死但有效!嘗試看看..

[關於療癒166:死侍訓練 deadpool superhero training]

剛看到這影片就想到電影,真的笑死了,重點是訓練項目和流程和我目前設計的完全一樣。
#WARMUP 剛開始暖身Warm Up加入了呼吸breathing和滾輪foam roll練習,保持呼吸順暢,放鬆緊繃的筋膜,然後再加入一些類同瑜伽yoga(貓牛式)和活動度mobility的動作來增加關節移動範圍,包括了胸腔和髖關節,唯一在暖身的時候也會加入肩膀關節的運動。
#SQUAT 深蹲是綜合訓練裡面很重要的項目之一,包括背蹲舉Back Squat和前蹲舉Front Squat
#KETTLEBELLSWING 壺鈴擺盪-這動作能學習如何啟動大腿,臀部和膕膀肌,保持核心穩定來製造力量。
#PULLUP 引體向上-很棒的綜合肩膀,手臂和背部鏈的鍛鍊,也是我練習主要目標之一,目前還是需要用伸展帶來練習。
#BENCHPRESS 臥推-這目前是最挑戰的動作,臥推能強化胸部,肩膀和背部,要保持良好的姿勢嗎,也需要大腿,臀部和核心的力量來增加整體的推舉。
#KETTLEBELLCARRY 這一系列的壺鈴走路有雙手和單手,目前我在練習的就是雙手農夫走路farmers carry(兩個壺鈴走路),單手的是suitcase carry(一個壺鈴走路),變化性很多,這看起來很簡單,但因為要用整體力量去平衡,在走路的時候能鍛鍊核心的穩定,增加協調性,也能鍛鍊上半身手臂和肩膀的穩定,很棒的運動!
最後把這些訓練項目連起來,重複5個回合,就像瑜伽vinyasa一樣,很有趣和充滿挑戰性,看看英雄是如何訓練!

[關於療癒165: 身體多樣化發展]

I remember at the end of March I squat 70kg for the first time,it was really tough mentally and physically. Today, I hit not only 80kg but also doing it in 3 sets of 4 reps each. Though I am not hitting at a high reps, and couldn’t finish the last one, but physically and mentally I feel so much more stronger and confident in my lift! Perhaps it’s because of the presence of a training partner, plus recently I have additional training from my coach learning how to do kettle bell, it helps with my overall core stability and strength!
記得在三月底的時候,我第一次突破了70KG 深蹲 Squat,當時的心情就是出了九牛二虎之力。今天回到Squat,找了一個教練夥伴一起練,我想可能因為教練在後面幫忙,加上最近從新教練哪裡學習壺鈴kettle bell訓練加強了核心和深蹲的力量,今天再次突破了70直接跳到80KG,還能夠三個回合個別舉了4次,最後一輪就3次結束!重點還是這次的突破變的不一樣,心很平衡,呼吸很順利,雖然最後一次沒有完成到4次,但是整體覺得很踏實強壯💪🏼!我想今天是我在這3個月後第一次感到真的有在進步了... . For the last 3 months, I documented my training as preliminary because I am still learning how to do different exercises , I am very close in knowing what to do and doing it efficiently and effectively. For the next three months I should start planning myself a consistent menu that include weight training, calisthenics and yoga. . 在前面幾個月我在這裡紀錄了訓練的筆記,都是在學習動作的技巧,是一種preliminary稱為「初步」訓練,從開始到現在走過來已經很接近開始可以給自己一個更明確的訓練菜單,綜合了體操、徒手訓練、重量訓練和療癒瑜伽的練習來達到力量和敏捷的目標。 . Since I finished my 500hours yoga therapeutic training last year, I have slowly added biomechanics, NeuroKinetic Therapy, running and weight training into my study to become a yoga therapist. Sometimes it’s hard to know where the boundary of therapy is and where it leads to. It is all come together as part of the plan to understand physical pain and imbalance, with yoga as my guide, I learn how to train, eat, rest and recover, surely the knowledge has expands and it should. . 半年很快就過去了,從去年療癒瑜伽結束後,加入了跑步和重量訓練,再補上NKT神經動能治療的課程,剛好這一切都是循序漸進的過程,讓瑜伽練習更豐富,更能理解身體失能和疼痛的原因,如何放鬆,如何加強,如何飲食,如何修復等等,記得老師曾經說過在瑜伽練習的道路上會變的越來越廣,視野變寬了,身體改變了,心也隨著變的更有韌性和柔軟。 . As the body become more knowledgeable and supple, the heart is more open and soft. Understanding the connection between the mind and body outside of yoga practice in return help me to understand yoga more!
