Description

Ramberg shows the moment when Malvolio ostentatiously declares his love for Olivia, unaware that he has fallen into the trap of Sir Toby Belch, Sir Andrew Aguecheek, and Feste, who hide behind the screen. The model for Olivia was the famous actress Mrs. Siddons. This scene from "Twelfth Night" was one of the earliest commissions for Boydell's Shakespeare Gallery, a permanent exhibition of paintings of scenes from Shakespeare's plays that opened to the public in 1789. The mastermind behind this gallery was a print publisher, John Boydell; he commissioned each painting specifically from the most celebrated artists of the day and hoped to make a further success by publishing prints from the works exhibited. Though for some years one of the sights of London, the gallery foundered financially and the collection was eventually dispersed.

To kill time in-game, I furnished Lav's flat!

As soon as you enter her home, you'll be greeted not by a living room but Lav's at-home Fortune Telling shop! Since she had to close down her apothecary, she resorted into fortune telling, with the Covey's permission of course. Sure, she could ask them to let her apothecary open, but she doesn't want to raise suspicions....

At the back is her kitchen...

And cauldron! When her landlords asked what was the cauldron for, she said she's doing homemade herbal medicine. With Mrs. Covey's Filipino roots, they allowed her to have this totally not suspicious cauldron, as long as Lav will supply the Missus salabat (ginger tea).

Was it a bit crazy of me to model the whole night club where Once In A Blue Moon is set? Maybe, but it did help me a lot to keep the club consistent and draw the characters with the proper scale ^^

You can see here illustrations from the book, and the screen shots I based myself on. Some of them aren't the exact one, I struggled digging up these because I had so many files laying about, and a lot of screenshots to pick from!
