today i feel so much better about shifting. the ONLY thing holding me back was MYSELF. i realized what i was doing. the entire FOUR FUCKING YEARS i’ve been second guessing and doubting myself. by doing this i was never able to FULLY get seated on the intention plane. ✈️ i would board, place my bags in and then get off the plane. GIRL WHAT THE FUCK??? get to the damn seat (15B) and GO TO UR DESTINATION?! i never let my self fully be seated and trust the plane will take me where i want to go. non stop id doubt myself, second guess if what im doing is right, watch tiktoks, listen to subliminals, doomscroll through tumblr posts, watch shifting advice videos, methods, first shift stories. bro. somebody should’ve slapped me for real. none of this will make me shift. none of it. all i need is the desire, the intent, and to go to fucking bed. i know this is what i prefer as i don’t like methods, i realize that everyone’s journey is personal and i haven’t really absorbed it until now. I NEED TO DO IT MY WAY. not worrying about if im doing it right. my way is the right way. why? because i am the one shifting. i am me. i am. nothing is right: only me. because im the one doing it i am aware of the reality in front of my eyes. i am so ready to finally shift i am actually so relieved im tearing up already. all this time and failed attempts have led up to this moment. i deserve the good i deserve the best i deserve what i want. i deserve to shift and i will. i’ll do it my way.

the thing that would stress me most about shifting was not the failing not the dr not my cr, it was the process. it was the being excited to shift alllll day and then finally getting in my bed and immedietly all the stress just dropped onto my shoulders. i was so stressed about the fact that i was doing something wrong. because surely i must’ve been? i was still in my cr. but that’s what the problem was. on and on and on every night i’d worry about what im doing wrong. worry worry worry. oh i shouldn’t listen to a subliminal tonight i don’t need it im a master shifter, oh but what if my intention doesn’t work? should i count to 100? or wait should i just meditate? no i dont like meditating…. maybe i should try lucid dreaming? ahh that’s too much work i want to shift tonight. maybe ill try a guided meditation? ugh no i dont like those either i overthink the questions they ask— like this is the problem ???? my mind is running a million miles an hour towards the opposite end of the marathon goal?? girl where r u going??? turn around ???? so getting this out honestly makes me feel so much better i should’ve done this long long ago. it feels good to see and know what i was doing wrong. worrying. no more of that. *slaps hands* i’m not doing anything wrong. i am right!!! this reality and the next are all mine!!! 🩵 they are within my reach because it is me. it’s all part of me. that’s why there’s no sense in worrying it’s the lack of faith and trust. that was me setting myself back. it’s like i’m trying to kick a soccer ball into a goal but i literally filled it with cement and im shocked that it won’t move. girl? da fuq. anyways goodnight people. i am going to just say FUCK THIS WORRYING BULLSHIT. go to bed and wake up in my new cr. i don’t have the time for this bs no more.
