PS: in this story, Neteyam was shot on his arm when he was fighting the RDA, not on his chest, hence a scar on his arm is gonna be mentioned.
Slightly proofread. I'll edit it as soon as I can.
Chapter 9
Tumblr media
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
I don't wanna look at anything else now that I saw you
I can never look away
I don't wanna think of anything else now that I thought of you
Things will never be the same
I've been sleeping so long in a 20-year dark night
Now I'm wide awake
And now I see daylight, I only see daylight
(...)
All of you, all of me intertwined
Daylight (Taylor Swift)
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
Neteyam's lips kissed your neck in a perfect mix of tenderness and passion. Your whimpers filled the air as you felt his big bulge rubbing against your ass and Neteyam took that as a sign that you were enjoying that level of intimacy with him. He was finally able to show you how much he craved you, how just the thought of your wet pussy made him get hard as a rock.
Neteyam was leaking so much precum for you, his loincloth had a stain on it from his thick salty liquid, as he kept rubbing himself against your butt in a languid yet delicious pace, almost driving you insane.
His four fingers hovered over the sensitive skin of your arm.
"Your skin feels so soft, oeyä muntxate… just touching it makes me get even harder for you."
You turned your head back to look at him and his amber eyes stared deep into yours. Your fingers softly touched his beautiful face, tracing his dark blue stripes and his freckles.
Neteyam let out a deep breath and closed his eyes, savoring your touch. You turned yourself around completely, your body towards him now, and your lips reached for Neteyam's mouth. You softly kissed him, feeling how plump and wet his lips were. Neteyam eagerly kissed you back as soon as your soft mouth came in contact with his. His tongue sneaked between your upper and your lower lip carefully but passionately and you opened your mouth wider so he could explore the insides of it. Neteyam laid over you and you felt his cock growing even harder and bigger, now pressed against your soaking wet pussy, still covered by your clothes. You wanted him so bad, he made you so weak that you couldn't help but moan against his lips. Neteyam ended the kiss leaving two pecks in your lips delicately.
“I want you so bad… your body, your scent, your lips on mine…”
Neteyam touched the sleeves of your white cropped top slightly, taking his time, not wanting to startle you or make you feel like he doesn't respect your boundaries, but Eywa knows there was a hungry animal inside of him who only wanted to bury himself deep inside your tight pussy, rough and merciless. His animalistic side wanted to hunt you down and catch you like a prey, mating with his female, taking what's his. But he knew it was too soon to act like that. This was gonna be your first time together and the last thing he wanted was to scare you, to drive you away. He could not live without you again. He needed to have the scent of your skin on him to survive.
His fingers finally reached the hem of your top and as he watched your body language, Neteyam noticed you welcomed his actions, so, he took your top off, your hair getting a little messed up as he passed it over your head. He threw it to the side and couldn't care less about where it had landed because all he could focus on was your breasts. They were much bigger than the breasts of the other na'vi girls, as you were in an Avatar body. That pleased him beyond reason. Neteyam's hands traveled through the delicate blue skin of your tits, caressing it with the most tender touch, his fingers drawing over your bioluminescent freckles. You watched his face, the way he looked dumb with desire and longing, his mouth half open, his breath heavy.
“Oeyä muntxate, how can you be even more beautiful in this body? Your human breasts drive me crazy, you know that, but these… your pink nipples contrasting with your blue skin, these stripes, your little freckles… fuck, my love… I wanna suck on your titties, bury my face on them and never let go.”
You chuckled slighty “Then I think you should. I'm yours, Neteyam.”
“Yeah? You're mine? Say it again. Say you're only mine.” He dared teasingly
“I'm only yours, Neteyam. My body belongs to you.” Neteyam's smile was big and proud
One of his hands cupped your right breast as he took your lips on his, tasting the softest mouth he had ever kissed.
Neteyam kissed the tip of your cat like nose, then left kisses on your mouth, your chin and your throat. His lips rapidly found your nipple and he took it inside his mouth, suckling on it profusely, his hunger taking over him. Your na'vi ears moved downwards, your mouth was half open and your eyes closed, your back arching slighty. Your folds got wetter and wetter as he sucked on your other tit now like he had been starving for that for way too long and it had been killing him.
Neteyam traced your stomach slowly with his fingers, the bare touch of his digits scorching you with delight. He carefully started to unbutton your shorts as he looked into your eyes, as if asking for permission. You nodded and he slid your piece of clothing down your legs. You opened your legs slightly and his big hand cupped your pussy, covered by your soaking wet panties. That made a thought pop up in your mind: did female Avatars have a hymen? Would you feel pain and bleed once he penetrated you? You never bothered to ask about that to your teachers because… well… you never thought you'd be having sex in your Avatar body. You could never imagine that Neteyam would appear to you. Never… that made you hold back a smile but the corners of your lips curled up, in stubbornness.
“Why are you smiling?” Neteyam teased “Do you like when I touch you like this, muntxate?”
“Yes.” Even though that wasn't why you were smiling, that was undeniably true.
Neteyam smiled, proud of himself, and wrapped his tail around your leg, making you feel owned by him and that always turned you on beyond explanation.
He just wanted to pleasure his precious mate already. The way your juices smelled was driving him mad. Neteyam needed to finally have your taste all over his tongue. But before that, he wanted to do something important.
“It's time, tanhì. Tsaheylu.” He was nervous to ask you for something that was utterly normal and natural to his people but could be so very weird to you. In that moment, Neteyam was so aware that you had been raised in a totally different culture. That as much as you were na'vi in your soul and was in your na'vi body now, you were still… human.
But you eagerly consented. He breathed out, relieved and the fearful look left his face, where now there was a soft smile, showing no teeth.
Your fingers trembled softly as you took your long braid in your hand and your tendrils were now free, the delicate, thin extremities dancing in the air.
“No need to be nervous, yawne. You're my mate. We belong to each other. Do you trust me?”
You looked at him with doe eyes “I do. I'm not scared. Just nervous.” You smiled coyly and he kissed your hand tenderly
When you both brought your pinkish tendrils together and they intertwined, you felt a powerful wave piercing through your whole being.
How do you explain that you can see yourself through someone's thoughts? How do you explain that you can feel, not sense, but literally feel how much the person you love loves you back, just like your spirits are one and the same? Your teachers in the laboratory taught you that tsaheylu worked very similarly to how synapses work in the human brain, extremely similar actually. Neteyam was passing to you his emotions through his kuru and so were you, like you both… had the same mind. As weird as it sounds to a human being, you never knew you needed that invincible, raw connection until that moment. It was euphoria running through your veins but also calming too. It almost did not make sense… but it did. It cannot be explained rationally, you can't use your brain to understand it. Only your heart will. His electrical waves invaded your body and your soul like a sword, its blade so sharp, the love so strong, that none of your barriers could keep him away, keep him from becoming one with you. You could only wonder if that was real, if that moment wasn't just a part of a crazy dream.
That's the best you could come up with to try to explain something as ethereal and sacred as tsaheylu. There are no words, at least not in the limited English language that you could try to use that would convey the feeling that it was having Neteyam's tendrils intertwining with yours. It was like they were made to be there, together, connected. Like some force said so in the beginning of time and there was nothing nobody could ever do to prevent it. Just like the cycle of life, it was an unstoppable force, you and him, the love you shared.
You hadn't realized when you had closed your eyes but once you opened them, you saw Neteyam with his eyes still closed and his lips parted, like he was in a trance. You couldn't help but smile. Was he feeling something as strong as you did? After a few seconds, he opened his sparkling golden eyes. Neteyam smiled at you and held onto your waist, kissing you passionately.
He gently pushed you to lay on your back, his hands on your shoulders. Neteyam left a trail of delicate kisses in between your breasts and went down, opening your legs.
“I'm addicted to how you smell. How can you have this power over me, yawne?” His wide eyes were locked on yours while he pronounced those enticing words
Neteyam kissed your navel and licked over your wet panties, tasting your juices. Your breath got caught in your throat, so good it felt. He got rid of the last piece of clothing keeping him from tasting your cunt - that now belonged to him. Neteyam was impatient, it was like he needed to eat you out right now or he would die.
When his mouth finally reached your pussy and he licked your soaking wet folds for the first time and your taste invaded his taste buds, it was like he was gonna explode. His tongue lapped on your cunt over and over, desperately, like an animal, like you had just awakened his rut, even though it wasn't possible. But maybe it was. You had a hold on him that no other girl had ever had. And he knew that there would never be anyone else for him but you. Neteyam ate your pussy like you had the best taste he ever had on his tongue. And you did. He had been yearning to taste you for so long. Just touching himself thinking about you hadn't been enough for some time. He was so, so grateful to Eywa that he was finally there, with you, mating with the girl he loved so much, the girl who had turned him from a man into a burning flame, so strong was the desire he felt for you.
“Yawntu…” Neteyam cried “You taste so good…” he sucked on your clit, making your pussy feel hot and your entrance clench around nothing, aching to be fucked by his cock.
You were now no longer a girl but a moaning mess. There was a boiling pool of pleasure in your lower stomach. Your body contorted under him.
When he was done eating your cunt, Neteyam sat on his ankles, and took his cock in his hand, its impressive girth and length turning you on, making your pussy get wetter, your inner thighs all sticky.
Neteyam started to jerk himself off, his swollen tip pouring precum out insanely while he gazed at your body with lust tainted eyes.
It was such a sight to see, so hot it had your heart beating at the speed of light and you felt your pussy walls clenching around nothing, yet again.
You could not believe he was like that because of you. Were you that pretty? So pretty that you were able to get the attention of such a gorgeous creature? Getting to the answer didn't matter, though. All that mattered to you at that moment was how hot he was and how crazy he was for your body. Neteyam's huge cock made you feral and you knew he was feral over your body too.
"Can I put it in, baby?" Neteyam asked, still stroking his blue cock. You watched him use his four slender fingers to stimulate himself with want in your eyes. The way the veins there were all loaded with blood… Fuck. "Need you so bad…" he cooed, yearning.
"Yeah" You meant to speak but it came off more like a moan
Neteyam gave you a lustful look with his wide feline eyes, the yellow in them luring you in as they shone like gold.
He put his cock on your entrance, making you quiver a little by the slightest contact of his member with your cunt. When he had all his length inside of you, there was the animalistic Neteyam again. The one you met that night outside your bedroom window, the one who could barely keep himself from forcing his body on you.
"You're mine!" Neteyam said and then groaned "All mine! Ahhh, fuck, yawne!" He kept slamming his hips vigorously against yours
No words could possibly come out of your mouth at that time. All your brain would let you do was moan loudly.
"Eywa… you're clenching so much around my cock" He chuckled "Do you like being fucked by me as much as I like fucking you?" He said, while thrusting deep into you.
"Mmmgh…" You pathetically mewled
"Yes, you do, yawnetu" Neteyam let out a sexy, almost cocky smirk. He loved knowing he could melt you like that, give you so much pleasure you couldn't even speak.
Neteyam kept fucking you hard, slamming his hips against yours, his tip reaching deep inside your body, poking at your womb, bruising your insides but bringing you to a state of raw pleasure that you never thought your body was capable of feeling.
He felt divine as he buried himself inside your sensitive flesh, his moans just would not stop filling your ears, turning you on beyond reason, driving you closer and closer to the edge of Paradise.
“Get on all fours for me, oeyä muntxate”
You obeyed Neteyam's command without thinking twice.
In the blink of an eye, he was inside of you again, reaching deeper this time, making you moan in an addictive mix of pain and delight as his swollen tip reached your womb with every thrust.
"This pretty, tight pussy is all mine now. This body…" He let out an animalistic growl "so fucking hot, all for me. All mine. Yawne…" he moaned loud for you before he pulled out and pumped his cock as his warm, sticky seed fell all over your ass and reached the beginning of your lower back. That sight was by far the most beautiful thing Neteyam had ever seen. He had marked you as his. Completely. His cum covering your skin as a sign to show who you belonged to.
You laid at the wooden floor, flushed and panting a little as Neteyam smirked and kissed your back. He still breathed heavy as he ran his hand over your back, in a sensual caress. Neteyam was beyond proud of what he had done to his precious mate. Now you were utterly, undoubtedly and completely his.
༊⁀➷
When you two were holding each other, cuddling after having made love, you noticed a big scar on Neteyam's arm. How did you not notice it before? It was big and ragged. You felt bad for not noticing it before. But then you realized he wasn't wearing the brown beaded bracelet he used to always wear that day. That must be why. He hid his scar under his bracelet.
“I never noticed before that you had a scar on your arm”
He chuckled, trying to cover up his embarrassment. “Yes, I have one.”
“How did you get it?”
He breathed deeply and then let the air out, his eyes now clouded, like some terrible memory was hunting him. “Fighting against the demons. The Sky People.”
“I see…”
"It's kinda ugly, I know." He joked but you could see right through his smile and the obvious way he was now covering it with his hand. Neteyam was insecure about the way his skin looked with the scar on it.
You kissed the scar on his arm tenderly, your lips gentle as they did so.
"It's not ugly. I like it." You told Neteyam as your eyes were fixed on his scar "It only reminds me that you've been through something terrible but survived it, that you're strong." You looked up into his eyes again and Neteyam smiled at you tenderly yet coyly, showing no teeth.
“The bullet hit my artery. I bled so much when I got shot that my family thought I was gonna die. But I believe the Great Mother found a way to protect me because there was a female warrior with us and she was also a healer. She was able to stop the bleeding until they could get me to my grandmother, the Tsahìk. You know what a Tsahìk is, right?” He smiled softly, petting your face, his thumb gentle as the touch of a flower
“I do. They're the spiritual leaders and healers of the clans, right?”
“That's right, yawntu.” Neteyam was happy you knew a lot about his culture. The culture you should have been born in. You were his na'vi mate, in your soul you were na'vi. He knew it, he could feel it. Seeing you in your na'vi body (or in your Dreamwalking body, like his mother and grandmother used to say) felt so right. Like things finally were how they should be. You were just temporarily spending more time in the wrong body, the human one. But that would change soon.
Your heart hurt profusely, you wondered how your life would be if you hadn't met him, if he had died.  It's weird to think this, but you felt like it would hurt you to lose him like that, even if you wouldn't be actually losing him if you would never have met him, right?
Even so… thinking about it made you almost despair. How can you love someone so much like that? That the mere thought of having never met him shatters you? And beyond that, you hated that he had got shot. By humans. Your kind. That made you feel dirty, ashamed to share DNA with such a despicable race, one capable of hurting and almost killing a young man who was just trying to protect his family, his people, his home.
You fought back tears and of course he noticed. Neteyam noticed everything about you. Nothing would go past his golden eyes.
“Hey, don't cry.” He said
“I hate that it happened to you.” He gave you a comforting smile
“I survived. It's okay.” All you could do was hug him tight, still stuck in the thought of having lost the opportunity of meeting the best person you ever laid eyes upon
He hugged you back, his arms making you feel at home. They were your home now. You were far too sacred in Neteyam's eyes, like a pure, delicate creature he must protect at any cost. And he would. Neteyam would live and die for you.
He was way more than you had ever dreamed of in a partner. He showed you a kind of love you never even thought could exist, so pure and strong and raw and powerful. You wanted it to engulf you. You wanted to dive deep into Neteyam's ocean and never come back for air again. You wanted to learn how to breathe under his waters, just so you could never leave the state of mind that being loved by him, feeling that love so strongly, all over you, burning you so good, put you in. It was a sweet ecstasy.
After a while, Neteyam walked you back to your small room in the laboratory and when you were safe, inside the building, he headed back to his family's hut. Your taste and the way you felt were still all over him, though. Your beautiful face was haunting his thoughts. A part of him was left with you.

Stories of the Sky People
Sully Family x GN!Dream Walker Reader (Platonic) | Word Count: 1209 Words
Synopsis: Tasked with watching the Sully kids while Jake and Neytiri are away leads (Y/n) to recite the ‘Ugly Duckling’ story by Hans Christian Anderson, one of their favourite stories back on Earth to keep the kids occupied until their parent return.
The reader is the same age as Jake.
Tumblr media
I never knew my life would turn out like this, taken in by a world many light years away from my birthplace. I have finally found my place amongst the people of Pandora. In particular. In the embrace of the Sully family.
Back on Earth Jake and I were both marines. Him an ex-soldier since he became paralysed. And me? I was a Captain yet also resigned alongside Jake when I lost my leg from a mine.
It was tough for the both of us. But our injuries bound us together through the worst times in our lives. We quickly became like siblings to each other, and we mourned together when we got news that Tom was killed in action. That was when we were both requested to join the Avatar program. They needed Jake to pilot Tom’s avatar and my own avatar was approved to begin the growing process since they deemed me a suitable candidate to gain information on the Na’vi.
We had nothing left to loose, so we signed the papers without hesitation and began our new lives.
That leaves us with today, I sat in the family home with Tuktiery in my lap. Kiri sitting to my left, Lo’ak to my right, Neteyam sitting cross legged in front of me and Spider laid beside Neteyam. I was one their own, like an Auntie/Uncle to the young Na’vi. I made jokes and orchestrated pranks on their Father just to see Jake flick me the finger as we all ran from the scene of the crime.
“So, what happened then?” Tuk gasped her yellow eyes wide with wonder.
“The Mother duck came to realise that one of her babies didn’t look like the rest, they were grey and much larger than their tiny yellow siblings. Yet that didn’t matter to her. She leads all the babies into the water watching them swim along with her, even the grey baby. The mother was happy that her grey baby swam like the rest and thought to herself “Why, that's no turkey," she said. "See how nicely he uses his legs, and how straight he holds himself. He's my very own son after all, and quite good-looking if you look at him properly. Quack, quack come with me. I'll lead you out into the world and introduce you to the duck yard.” My quaking impression got a chuckle out of the kids as my smile also grew at their happiness.
All the Sully Children were wrapped up in the story, maybe it resonated with them in a sense. Being half human and half Na’vi, well in Spider’s case, a human amongst the Na’vi. Feeling like an outlier in their clan.
“The Mother duck’s friends complimented all of her children yet insulted the grey duckling, the grey duckling was pecked at and shunned by all the different animals, the other ducks, the hens, the humans. So, when he grew up, he left.”
A gasp left the five children at this twist.
“Oh no! Poor grey duckling!” Tuk whimpered. I ran my hand up and down her back in a comforting manner.
“The story isn’t over yet Tuk.” I stated with a smile as I continued, “The grey duckling flew away from his Mother, sick of the treatment from all the other animals. He then found his way to a lake that had elegant white swans. The grey duckling said to himself "I shall fly near these royal birds, and they will peck me to bits because I, who am so very ugly, dare to go near them. But I don't care. Better be killed by them than to be nipped by the ducks, pecked by the hens, kicked about by the hen-yard girl, or suffer such misery in winter."
“The poor grey duckling thought himself as ugly because that was all anyone, but his mother had told him. But in fact, he was quite wrong. As he lands in the clear waters exclaiming to the beautiful swans to kill him, he bowed his head and caught his reflection. He was no longer the reflection of a clumsy, dirty, grey bird. He himself was a swan! Being born in a duck yard does not matter, if only you are hatched from a swan's egg.”
“He was praised by the other swans and the other animals of the yard. He felt so very happy, but he wasn't at all proud, for a good heart never grows proud. He thought about how he had been persecuted and scorned, and now he heard them all call him the most beautiful of all beautiful birds. He sang out "I never dreamed there could be so much happiness, when I was the ugly duckling."
“Awwwwww~” Kiri cooed, “I’m glad the duck- I mean swan had a happy ending.”
Tuktiery had a big smile on her face as the conclusion of the story. Neteyam had a warm look in his eyes and Lo’ak lent back on his hands with a smile on his own face. Spider has a grin on his as he looked to the woven floors.
“I loved that story when I was little, Mum used to read it to me every night” Jake stated with a warm smile recalling his memories, as he entered the home alongside Neytiri. I gesture to them ‘I see you’ and the kids quickly follow suit, as Jake and Neytiri sign back.
“Got into any trouble when we were gone (Y/n)?” Neytiri asked with a smirk on her face.
I gasp in mock horror. “Me Neytiri? Never” I said with my own smirk. “I was just telling the kids some of the stories from Earth.”
“Yes Mum! (Y/n) always has cool stories from the sky!” Tuktiery excitedly stated, yet stifling a yawn.
“Earth, baby. We came from Earth.” I correct.
“Yeah, Earth!” Tuk giggled.
“That was a wonderful story (Y/n), thank you for sharing it with us” Neteyam thanked with a warm smile and nod.
“No worries Neteyam, anytime.” I smile as I lean forward to ruffle his hair dragging a laugh from him.
“I think it’s time for bed, I think” Jake says as he watches Tuk drift in and out of sleep in my arm. This gets a hum of acknowledgement from Neytiri and I as we all move into bed. Jake gently pries Tuk from my arms as she settles quickly into her Father’s arms. Jake lays down in the middle, Neytiri to his right and me to the left. Kiri curls up by my side as Neteyam cuddles with his Mum and Spider wedges his way in-between Jake and I, that’s when Lo’ak decided to lounge across everyone gaining a groan from all of us.
“Lo’ak move your butt!” Spider groans and he kicks Lo’ak in the shin.
“Owwwww! Spider lay off!” Lo’ak wines yet doesn’t move an inch.
“Enough boys!” Jake scolds through his teeth, trying to keep Tuktiery asleep. That was enough to get Lo’ak to move and let poor Spider breathe.
“Sleep.” Neytiri states with her eyes shut.
I could only smile at Neytiri’s blunt parenting style.
“Sweet dreams everyone.” I murmur.
“Goodnight.” The Sully’s reply before we all fell into the embrace of sleep.
I would do anything to protect this family.

Village life is now settling down, meaning families are now returning to their homes so they can rest and recover from today’s activities. As Jake and Neytiri walk home with the kids trailing behind them she can’t help but think about how harshly she’s been treating you lately. She feels bad because she knows that over the years all you’ve done is love her purely and she nor Jake have been reciprocating that.
Neytiri knows she can’t change Jake’s actions, he’s far too stubborn to muster up any regretful emotions but she can at least acknowledge her mistakes and apologize for her own actions. When she gets home she wants to talk things out with you in hopes to change your relationship around for the better.
After a few more steps the family finally makes it home and the kids start running around looking for you. “Mama!” Neteyam shouts while running throughout the marui, wanting to greet you with a hug. When Neteyam doesn’t hear your voice or footsteps it makes him wonder where you could be. “Where is Mama?” Neytiri can only respond with a simple answer, telling him you’re probably out gathering fruits for dinner even though she doesn’t know your whereabouts either.
Neytiri’s mind starts reeling with memories from throughout the day, trying to remember if she’s seen you since she and Jake left early to start their clan duties as leaders. “Jake, have you seen y/n today?” Jake shakes his head no, not being much of any help, making her hiss in annoyance at his lack of care about you.
“Mom, what does this say?” Kiri runs toward Neytiri with an open letter in hand, making her brow bones fur in confusion as to what it could be. As her eyes scan the letter, taking in the mixture of english and na’vi words that are written on the paper, tears begin to pool her eyes which grabbed Jake’s attention, making him wonder what could be so bad that it brought her to tears. “What does it say?”
The Tsakarem quickly tells the children to go to their room so she could talk to Jake alone and not scare or worry them. Once she sees the kids are gone Neytiri walks over to Jake and clings to him, letting her emotions take over. A shaky breath parts from her lips before she burst into tears, feeling like her world was crumbling at her feet. She didn’t mean for this to happen, for things to get so bad and cause you to do something drastic like this but now it was too late, too late to repair the relationship you once had. “She’s gone, Jake. y/n and Lo’ak are gone!”
After an eight hour flight and dealing with a restless child you finally reach the coastal reefs. As you’re getting closer you’re riddled with nerves but you put on a strong face for Lo’ak, not wanting him to see you rattled with the new environment. The most frightening part about this whole situation is worrying if the Metkayina would be kind enough to let you and Lo’ak seek refuge with them, especially since both of you are considered demons in the eyes of the Na’vi.
Once you fly over the atoll you notice how the pattern of water goes from rough to calm and how the dark blue to color shifts to nearly crystal clear. From your perspective you begin to see an island, humongous trees erupting out of the water, holding together the structure of multiple homes, and multiple palm trees scattered across different areas of the sand. Your nose begins to fill with the scent of salt water, the windy breeze is blowing through your hair, and the sun is beginning to warm your skin.
All of these changes in the atmosphere makes you realize you finally made it to Awa’atlu, the place Mo’at described to you vividly. When you fly over the seawater lagoons you can see multiple Reef Na’vi averting their gaze from their duties to you, making them dive into the water so they can quickly get to shore to figure out why you’re invading their lands. The sound of a horn being blown rings through the air, causing a sleeping Lo’ak to stir in your arms and eventually open his eyes. The sound is familiar to you, it’s a universal sound used in all Na’vi clans when the village needs to be notified of something.
Hufwe lands on a strip of sand, finally able to rest her aching wings from the tiresome journey. She lets out a screeching sound before clawing her nails into the sand. You disconnect your queue and gracefully slide off the back of your ikran, doing a quick stretch so you can release the tension in your muscles. You place your hands under Lo’ak’s armpits and raise him off your ikran and place him onto the ground. “Mawey, okay?” You kneel in front of him and begin to straighten his clothing and fix his hair that became a little messy along the ride, wanting him to look his best in front of the Metkayina. He nods in response, making you smile before grabbing his hand and walking toward the crowd of people.
The Metkayina can’t help but stare at you and your son, of course they’re curious to why you’re here but most of all it’s because of how different your appearance is from theirs. There’s plenty of chatter and whispers among the Metkayina, questions and concerns bouncing between the clan members. The crowd is getting louder but once a loud husky voice shouts throughout the area everyone silences themselves. “What is the meaning of this?” People immediately begin to disperse to make a path for their Olo’eyktan who’s dressed in traditional leader clothing, carrying a large spear into his hand, making an entrance on a large aquatic creature. You start using your context clues and realize it’s Tonowari, the fierce warrior, respected leader, and well-spoken statesman Mo’at told you about.
You and him exchange a formal Na’vi greeting, slightly dipping forward and your hands touching your forehead as a sign of respect before he speaks. “Why have you and the little one come to us?” He inquires as he looks between you and Lo’ak with softened eyes.
“We come seeking uturu, Olo’eyktan.” You say in the most confident voice you can muster, feeling slightly intimidated by his presence. Even though he was tall and had an authoritative demeanor you can tell he’s a kind man and you’re hoping he will show some of that kindness today and allow you to live in his village.
“Why?”
“I no longer want to live in the forest. I don’t feel safe there anymore so I gathered my things and brought my son, hoping to create a new life here.” As you speak you feel Lo’ak’s tail curl around your leg, something he always does when he’s near you and feeling nervous or anxious. When you pick him up he immediately clings to you, resting his head on one shoulder and placing his arm around the other.
Tonowari takes in you and Lo’ak features, noticing your thin tails, skinny arms and legs, and lack of fins. In his eyes your bodies were weak which means you will be slow in the water. “We are Reef people, you are Forest people, your skills will mean nothing here.” He knows it will be hard for you both to keep up, especially since your physique is accommodated for forest activities instead of aquatic.
While Tonowari contemplates on your capabilities, some of the villagers decide to outburst their concerns. “They aren’t even true Na’vi!” A random man shouts amongst the crowd of people. “They have demon blood, you can’t possibly let them live among us!” A woman angrily yells out while pointing at you and your son’s four-fingered hands, making the crowd of Metkayina surrounding you gasp in shock.
You wince at their comments, knowing that their words can make or break Tonowari’s decision. “I know I was once a sky person but now I’m Na’vi, I’m willing to adapt and do whatever it takes to fit in here.” With each word your voice begins to tremble and the exhaustion in your eyes is beginning to become overshadowed by tears. You’re practically begging him to accept you at this point, if he turns you away you will have to go search for another clan and you don’t know where to look. “I promise we will hold our weight and not cause any problems. All I ask is a sanctuary for me and my son, I just want to keep him safe.”
Tonowari lets out a sigh as your words run a mile a minute around his head, thinking about your request. Making this decision is difficult for him to make on his own, usually he would have his mate Ronal to share the burden of decision making with but she unfortunately went to live among Eywa years ago. He often thinks about what she would do or say in situations like this and that’s what helps guide his decision of you staying.
“This young woman and child will stay with us. We will provide them with food and shelter. We will help them find a role in the clan and learn our ways. We will treat them as our brothers and sisters, if there is anyone who is not treating them with respect and kindness they will be dealt with accordingly.” As Tonowari speaks he turns to look at the crowd of people, placing heavy emphasis on his last sentence so everyone is aware. Hearing the sternness in his voice the clan shows no objection or resistance, making him end his speech with a content nod. Even though he’s still curious to the true reason you were here and still processing your surprise arrival, he’s still willing to welcome you with open arms and to save his questions until you settle in.
When you hear his statement you finally release the anxiety induced breath you’re holding and let out a sigh of relief before immediately showing your appreciation. “Thank you Olo’eyktan, you will not regret your decision.” You can’t possibly express the gratitude you currently feel, now that he’s allowed you to stay the hard part is over, you can finally have a shot at a happy life again. He returns a smile your way before telling some of his warriors to go grab your belongings from your ikran. Once they collect everything they ask you to follow them, leading you into the direction of an empty marui, your new home.
The sound of birds chirping and waves crashing against the sand were powerful, it was something you would have to get used to but you know the adjustment won’t be hard. Your marui is near the heart of the village, giving you easy access to anything nearby. You love how all the mauri’s are placed above the reef, allowing you to see the beautiful oceanic creatures as you walk along the spongy pathways.
As you watch Lo’ak play with his toy Toruk beside you, making his own screeching noises to bring his imagination to life, your heart swells with joy knowing that you were able to achieve your goal, moving him into a safe environment. Your family is now miles away from the Olo’eyktan and Tsakarem of the Omatikaya clan and you can’t be more rejoiceful. When you hear the sound of footsteps coming toward the entryway of your marui your head turns swiftly, wondering who it could be since you aren’t expecting visitors.
“Hello, y/n. I hope I’m not disturbing you.” Tonowari saunters inside with his children trailing behind him, a boy and a girl.
“No, not at all. What brings you by?”
“I wanted to introduce your son to my children, Tsireya and Ao’nung, they will help guide him in learning the way of water from a child’s perspective.” Tonowari places his hand behind their backs, slightly pushing them forward, silently encouraging them to go and talk to Lo’ak.
You think it’s sweet that Tonowari’s children are going to help him navigate learning the ways of water because you want him to be social with the village children and make new friends and who’s better to be friends with than the Olo’eyktan’s children. “It’s nice to meet you both.” You flash a smile towards the little ones before looking at Lo’ak, waiting for him to introduce himself.
Once your son tells them his name and all three of them move in the corner of the room and begin to talk and play amongst themselves, trying to get familiar with one another which gives you and Tonowari an opportunity to talk. “I really want to say thank you again for accepting me and Lo’ak into the clan, I’m beyond grateful.” You’ve expressed your gratitude every time you see him throughout the village because you truly can’t thank him enough, his kindness truly saved your life.
“No need to thank me, I did what any man with a good heart would do.” As both of you continue talking he begins to admire your features, your wide yellow eyes and the eyebrows that frame them, your black braided hair that reaches the middle of your back, adorned with wooden beads, and your four fingers. He’s heard plenty of stories about how the Omatikaya accepted humans into their lives to create Uniltìrantokx but he never thought he would meet one in his lifetime.
“Well, I appreciate it a lot Olo’eyktan-”
“Please, call me Tonowari.” His statement catches you off guard, you’re used to a man demanding respect with the title of Olo’eyktan so you assumed he would want to always be called by his title. You nod your head slightly with a small smile, making a mental note to call him by his birth name.
“I also brought along some clothes that are more suitable for the water.” He walks outside and within a few seconds he comes back inside with a basket in his hand, filled with child-sized loincloths for Lo’ak and matching sets of bra tops and loincloths for you. Everything was embellished with seashells, beads, flowers, and anything else that Eywa provides as decorations.
You grab the basket from him and place it on your wooden table, placing your hands inside and start rummaging through to look at each piece of clothing. “Thank you, these are beautiful. I can barely decide which one I should wear first.” You chuckle softly to yourself, knowing that when it comes to clothes you have a tendency of being indecisive.
“How about this one?” Tonowari places his hand in the basket, going to grab the top he thinks will look appealing against your dark blue skin. When he finally locates it he goes to wrap his hand around it but he stops when he feels something warm against his skin. He shifts his gaze downward and that’s when he finds the source of warmth, your hand tangled together with his.
When it registers in both of your minds what’s happening you lift your head, causing your golden orbs to lock with his oceanic eyes. This goes on for a few seconds, staring into each other’s eyes with a light blush on your face. The moment would’ve lasted forever but the sound of the children’s laughter brought you both back to reality. “I think this one is pretty.” You say in a tone that’s barely above a whisper, trying to keep yourself at ease while Tonowari towers over you. “I will wear it when I come to communal dinner tonight.”
“Well, I will leave so you can get ready.” Tonowari turns his head and beckons for his children to come, telling them it was time to go home. He leads them outside the marui and before he turns to walk along the spongy pathways he looks at you one last time with a small smile, making your blush even more apparent. When he’s fully out of your line of sight you let out a sigh, feeling like you’ve embarrassed yourself in front of him. If Tonowari makes you feel like this with the smallest interaction you don’t know what you’re going to do during lengthy conversations.
Tonowari is sitting with some of the hunters when you arrive at the beach for communal dinner. Lo’ak was walking beside you but once he saw Ao’nung, Tsireya, and the other children sitting together he ran off to be with them, leaving you by yourself. When Tonowari notices you, sitting down by yourself with a shell plate filled with grilled fish and cubed fruit, wearing the golden colored reef macrame top he recommended, he can’t pry his eyes from you no matter how much he tries.
He’s trying his best to not make it noticeable to the hunters around him and it’s working, no one noticed, except for his right hand man, Ralak. He can see a small twinkle in Tonowari’s eye, the same look that casted upon his face whenever he saw Ronal. Ralak doesn’t want to bring it up in front of everyone but he’s definitely making a mental note of it so he could bring it up later.
He can tell Tonowari wants to come up to you, he just assumes he needs a little nudge. Since they are sitting beside each other he places his hand on his shoulder, gesturing his head in your direction. “Go to her.” When Tonowari hears his statement he scrunches his eyebrow bones, wondering how he knew you were on his mind.
Tonowari decides to listen to his best friend and come up to you, hoping that the conversation will go smoothly. “It seems like you're enjoying your vey.” He predicts while taking the empty seat next to you, surprising you in the process. You didn’t expect him to come up to you, especially while he was talking to the other hunters which made you assume it was an important conversation.
“Yes I am, this fish is very tasty, better than what I used to hunt back in the forest.” The different spices you’re tasting were mouth watering, the food is delicious, the best seafood you’ve tasted in a long time. You wipe your mouth with a cloth you always keep in your pouch, wanting to make sure your face is free of any crumbs while speaking.
“Feel free to take as much as you like, we have plenty to go around.” When Tonowari finishes his sentence he notices your gaze is on your son who was eating and laughing with the other Na’vi children. “Your son will have a good life here. We have plenty of things to occupy him, the karyu’s are wonderful at teaching the children the skills and abilities they need and he has plenty of opportunities to make friends even though it seems like he’s made some already.”
“Yeah it does, I’m so glad he’s already adjusting to life here.” a smile spreads on your face, happy that the children were accepting him despite his differences.
“Soon you will adjust as well and a good way to start is with learning our ways, do you know how to swim?”
“Only in shallow waters.” Your swimming skills weren’t the best but they were decent enough when you lived in the forest and only had to deal with rivers and lakes but now since you’re living in the reefs you need to be able to reach the depths of the ocean.
“Well, you need to reach all levels of the ocean to properly be one of the people. I will meet you tomorrow near the shore at sunrise.” Tonowari was willing to teach you himself, even though there are many qualified people who can do the same thing. Most would say he’s just being the kind man Ewya molded him to be but in reality he’s doing this so he could be closer to you.
“I will be there.” You’re excited to learn from Tonowari and gain more knowledge about the Metkayina since you were a scientist at heart but you know it won’t be easy, especially since you’ve been so programmed with how things were done in the forest. Rewiring your brain to make room for the way of water is going to come with its challenges but you know you’re capable of doing it.
When the clan conversations begin to simmer down everyone starts making their way home, ready to spend the rest of their evening with their families. When the kids walk over to you and Tonowari, yawning and rubbing their eyes, the two of you knew it was time to call it a night so they could rest. “C’mon, Lo’ak. Let’s get you home.” Lo’ak, Ao’nung, and Tsireya exchange goodbyes before you pick him up and start walking down the beach and toward your dwelling.
As you disappeared into the shadows of the night Tonowari began walking his own children home. As he walked along the bouncy pathways he began to anticipate his lesson with you tomorrow, he couldn’t wait to teach you the way of his people, he was excited to see you again, up close and personal.

Hello I was wondering if I could request an Ao’nung x Reader, maybe reader could be Tsu’tey’s daughter from a woman he had mated with after learning of Neytiri’s and Jake’s mating, he had a woman that he had loved but he couldn’t have because he was betrothed to Neytiri. And that love bore fruit to our reader who is very close to the Sully family especially with Kiri whom she always defends when being teased by other children. She joins Norm and Max to the metkayina clan. And she’s just this badass with an ikran that was theorized by others to be the spawn of The great leonopteryx that Jake had tamed once. And Ao’nung is flabbergasted by this pretty na’vi riding such a dangerous animal? When the battle happens, she goes ham on the RDA and SAVES NETEYAM BC GDI LEAVE MY BOY ALONE and when they return theres a whole celebration and reader finally relaxes and shes been surrounded by curious na’vis alike bc phew baddie ‼️💅🏻 and ao’nung is such a simp tryna talk to her and rizz her up and it’s just ao’nung pining over her ackk

Ao’nung x Tsu’tey’s daughter!reader [Word Count: 3.1k]
🤷‍♀️uploading this after 123456789 years of draft!! Enjoy reading another rubbish fic😚💕
Warnings: mentions of death, spoilers
Jake has made countless mistakes since he joined the Omatikaya for his mission. Tsu’tey had never approved of him, until he actually saw him. He was betrothed to Sylwanin first, then came the humans, taking her away from his arms, Neytiri being the next suitable partner for him. As if there was a curse following him, a demon swooped Neytiri from him, though they were not that subtle. He has never seen Neytiri the way he looked at her older sister though.
Third time’s the charm, right?
In Tsu’tey’s case, it is. Being the next olo’eyktan meant he would be interacting with the entire clan, making sure that they felt safe even before his rule, heavily dedicating himself to making the hometree the most secure and comfortable place for their people. That’s where he met your mother, the forbidden fruit he’s always afraid to touch, only to see. He did not think it was right to look at another woman when he was promised to another man’s daughter. He was afraid that she would be too dainty for him to pursue.
Only to see, he said.
The third time he planned to mate with a woman was in the middle of the conflict. Right after he learned about Jake and Neytiri’s mating, he stormed off, not without giving Jake a good beating of course. It is when he actually had the chance to follow his heart, free of expectations. He soon learned that she too, was in love with him since he passed his iknimaya, hiding it from the rest of the clan as soon as she realized that she could not have him. Not without betraying the daughter of the olo’eyktan. So she comforted him, became friends with him instead. With his pride broken, he took everything that he thought would put his pieces back to being worthy of a warrior. Eywa, did it feel good to follow his heart and tell your mother how he really felt. So that’s why Sylwanin used to talk of mating as if it was the most beautiful thing in the world.
Somehow as he reminisced, he has really begun to see himself growing older with your mother. So, he set himself a new goal. To protect his love, and his people. Neytiri did not matter to him that much anymore, having moved on from the ghost of the past, accepting Jake Sully as his brother once again, deciding to fight against the sky demons with dreamwalkers whom Eywa have shown promise in.
What he did not expect was you. So imagine his surprise when he came home, your mother guiding his hands on her torso, telling him, Think you can handle one more, ma tsu’tey?
And so, the war came. Battles were won, people were lost. Including the mightiest warrior your mother has ever known. Your father, too young to be taken by Eywa, but alas. It was time for him to embrace the great mother’s comforting presence. He thought it was a shame it would take him years before he actually gets the chance to clutch you in his arms. He’s long entrusted you to his brother though. He made sure Jake promises him to look after you and your mother after all.
A beautiful young na’vi, born into war, just a few months before Jake Sully’s first son was born. You were then named, (y/n) te Rongloa Yenateu’ite. You were a carbon copy of your father, your mother actually exclaimed Tsu’tey’s name when she saw you having the eyes and seemingly permanent daring look your father had. You never really knew your father. Your mother would speak highly of him every night, stories and songs written by her, dedicated with her love for her long lost love. You would see her casting a longing gaze at the walls of your tent whenever she braids your hair, telling you of her and her past love’s nightly escapades when the people would head to their tents to sleep. Amazement and sheer pride written on your face when hearing of your father.
That’s when your mother would sigh audibly, completely defeated that you would always be a daddy’s daughter even without meeting him.
It has been a few weeks since your adoptive family moved to Awa’atlu to seek uturu. Your mother has long passed away, developing a sickness a few years ago. Life in the waters for them was not easy, having new responsibilities and things to work on, especially the breathing.
You were the seventh Toruk Makto, for Eywa’s sake.
Your iknimaya was going perfectly, along with Neteyam. Neteyam proved himself to be a mighty warrior, having wrestled with one of the toughest-looking ikran in the rookery. Kiri showed that she had the strongest connection to Eywa when she ‘befriended’ an ikran at a very young age, earning the title of tsakarem. You, on the other hand, basically confirmed the undeniability that you were Tsu’tey te Rongloa Ateyitan’s daughter, after an unusual occurrence in the ikran rookery. The “most dangerous iknimaya”, as Mo’at would say. As soon as Txop’alei sealed his bond with his ikran, as you stepped through the narrow path, a large ikran– No, a Toruk towered over the ikran rookery, making all of you yell in surprise followed by hisses from Neytiri behind you, and screeches from ikran fleeing away.
Your heart skipped a beat when you crossed gazes with the Toruk, stepping forward cautiously as its vibrant orange reflected on your yellow eyes, examining its slightly emerald green tinges on its wings. Soon enough, you were greeted with a threatening roar, making you gulp as soon as you realized that you were being chosen. Wrestling with an ikran is one thing, but with the great leonopteryx? It’s like a death sentence. Maybe it’s your mom or dad calling for you through Eywa, but would the warrior side of you really give up this thrilling opportunity?
Xi’di. That’s what you named your Toruk. Neytiri says it looked familiar. She thinks it’s a child of her mate’s Toruk. Mo’at says it’s your fathers gift to you from the other side when she pointed out how similar the green tinges match your father’s ikran colors.
You were more than happy to get to know your friend, Xi’di, through sneaking out and having late night flights. It wasn’t long before you were exposed to war, with Jake asking you to spot demon machines when the stars multiplied in the skies, together with his sons Neteyam and Lo’ak, brothers you would consider them as.
“Stop the useless yammering and out with it,” you spoke, jutting your chin upwards to emphasize that you were a greater warrior than he is.
“I saw your ikran,” Aonung inhaled deeply, petting the ilu swimming around the two of you, “it is bigger than the others” he pointed out, his incorrectness making you roll your eyes. You thought it was pathetic that he would attempt to hold a conversation with you after participating with yet again another standoff with your brothers. Your ears flickered slightly at the sound of celebrations around you, children laughing as they danced around.
You huffed at his curious glance, “It is a Toruk,” you smiled wickedly at his reaction, “Surprised that a girl smaller than you is a better warrior?” He scoffed at you, a mocking smile written on his face as he changed the subject back to something related to breathing.
The Metkayina chief’s son was not as who you expected him to be. He was arrogant, condescending, the complete opposite of what Neteyam was like, as the former olo’eyktan’s son.
“You wish,” he smirked, remembering how you checked him out earlier in the day as he raised the nets, his toned arms making your heart gallop. “Metkayina men are known for having mighty arms,” he boasted, too absorbed with himself that he somehow missed how you bashfully avoided eye contact for a second, a blush overtaking your cheeks as he continued on and on about what he has achieved, and his goals to be realized before and after he becomes olo’eyktan.
Regardless of the boastful and proud demeanor, Ao’nung lives up to his status though, having the toughest feats than the men his age, hunting the most, sparring the best, donning the most pleasing face in the clan and all, not that you would admit that to his face.
You remembered the faint voice of your father echoing from the tree of souls, telling that he might not be able to handle it if a pompous na’vi were to win your heart, you were Tsu’tey’s daughter for Eywa’s sake. Nobody would be worthy of you if he was actually there to guard you from presumptuous young men. So, you heed your father’s vivid wishes, promising yourself that you would be in your most sound and logical self when it comes to matters like this. Jake would always nod at you with pride when he hovers to size up your suitors, as soon as he witnesses you reject potential mates.
No wonder he and your biological father grew on each other.
You were not keen on migrating to another clan, only knowing the forest since you were born. You were angry. Furious, that the sky demons were responsible for your family's pain. You would never hold that against your adoptive father though. You loved him more than anything in the world, together with your half na'vi brothers and sisters, but you could not give up the forest. And so, you held your ground and decided to stay with the Omatikaya people.
Since the Sully's arrived in Awa'atlu, your siblings have received nothing but a flurry of insults and looks of disgust from most of the village people. Especially from the chief's son.
As the eldest sister, you felt responsible for making your brothers and sisters feel safe. Back in the forest, you would glare at every stupid boy who would dare sneak up on your sister and call her a freak, you would cast the most frightening look on your face when people would point at your youngest brother. But the most important of all, you would smile the sweetest directed at your younger siblings.
So when you heard of Kiri's situation from Norm, you immediately called upon Xi'di and braved the waters to come to where your family was. Horns and spears were let out when the Metkayina guards caught sight of a large beast coming upon their island, terrified yells from people left and right were heard, except for Lo'ak who let out a laugh of disbelief when he laid his eyes on the majestic Toruk. The colors were oh-so familiar, clad in a saddle that screamed Omatikaya, a dangling string of beads around its neck, the diversity of materials that came from none other than him.
A loud roar resonated within Awa'atlu, startling Neytiri who was busy tending to Kiri. She frowned at the thought of you, thinking that she was imagining things.
"Did you hear that Ma'itan?" Her question was answered soon enough when she noticed him running towards the crowd outside and exclaimed, "Sister, you have come!"
And there it was.
Ao'nung almost snapped his neck at how fast it turned when he caught you in his peripherals. His eyes almost bulged out of its sockets at how fast it widened when you turned your eyepiece upwards as you broke the bond with Xi'di.
"My mighty warrior! It has been too long baby brother," you slung your arms around Neteyam's frame, telling him how much he's grown in just a few months. Gladness and worry was written on your face when he brought up Kiri's situation, "You mean she had a seizure underwater ?!"
Ao'nung noticed how your waterline easily filled up with tears waiting to be shed when you approached the marui where Kiri was currently being taken care of.
What made his feelings definite was the brief eye contact with him that you shared though.
"Thank you, great mother! Thank you!"
You wailed with your family, hugging each other where Neteyam was lying down, grateful that your family has been once again blessed by Eywa. The sky people had wrought destruction in just a matter of a few weeks since your arrival in Awa'atlu after you decided to stay until you have reassured Kiri's well-being.
You were feeling beyond terrified at what had just occurred. You saw your brothers and sisters getting chased by the demon machineries, three of them tied on the huge ship that drove on the waters, spurring the darkness inside you as you fought and fought and fought until you have ensured that they were all safe.
Your brother, Neteyam.
The brother that you have known the longest, shot near where his heart lies, sealing RDA's fate when you saw your brother wheezing on a rock, who wanted nothing but to come home. You were soon enough blinded by rage, together with Neytiri who channeled her anger to retrieve her daughters who were left on the ship.
Everything was a blur that night. Guns and armies thrown left and right, ships exploding, taking hundreds of lives, both na’vi and human. You didn’t think you could have handled it well without the guidance of your father. You felt rage and hurt. Seeing your brother writhe in pain, shivering in the numbing coldness of the water raging against the rocks, you felt like you have just had your heart thrown away.
Your childhood friend Spider, getting sliced across his chest. Your mother, completely having her judgment clouded over her dying son, her daughters, desperate to be freed from the arms of a demon who somehow took pleasure in making your father's life null.
Then it was all submerged in the harsh waters.
You cried out for your companion and rode your Toruk, circling around the sinking demon ship, tears continuously flowing in frustration.
Where was everyone?
You swore you almost lost your mind, but then you remembered.
They were Omatikaya. They will survive.
So, you swallowed the impending grief. You forced yourself to think clearly through the bond, Xi’di responding with the loudest roar it could muster, and swooped down towards the direction of the rocks where you Neteyam laid.
At the sight of Neteyam, you cried.
It was that day when Ao'nung first saw you cry in Neteyam's arms, who was also sniffling at the thought of almost dying and missing out on his siblings' lives. He ruffled Tsireya's hair as she cried in relief, thankful that his sister was also safe.
The people cried. The people mourned. The people had their reunion with their families.
Sully’s stick together. And stick together, you did.
All of you were safe.
“You okay, kid?” Jake mumbled against the top of your head, embracing you and Neteyam as soon as he climbed up the shores, to which you responded by sobbing and hugging him tight. Neytiri had Neteyam against her chest, kissing his forehead, thanking the great mother all over again.
You turned your heads at the sound of water splashing once more, revealing Spider.
“Monkey boy!” Kiri exclaimed, smiling at the sight of her friend, pressing a hand against his chest. You untangled yourself from your father, fussing over Tuk and Neteyam as you see Lo’ak and Spider get squished against your father’s chest.
As you pressed your lips against Tuk’s forehead, you somehow met Ao’nung’s gaze, casting a soft smile at him as you observed him rubbing Tsireya’s shoulder in affection as she cried in his arms, completely being washed over with relief and mostly just overstimulated from the war you had just gone through.
And soon enough, it was time for a celebration of their victory against the sky people.
Fires were started, wood were piled up on one another, the children holding hands together as they sing praises to the great mother, celebrating the victory of their people, ever grateful for the safety of who remained, and prayed for the guidance of Eywa to help those who were lost, to come home to her warm embrace.
Ao’nung fixed the headdress he was donning, a symbol of his status, as he sat beside his sister, scanning his gaze amongst the sea of his people.
And then there was you.
Your eyes were piercing as you held your gaze, the brutal reality of his feelings slowly sinking in as you tucked one of your freshly braided hair, his eyes slowly trailing over the accessories you saved for occasions like this.
Did you have different sets of necklaces for ceremonies?
Were they of rare materials? Because he has never seen a woman this beautiful, he wondered.
He was so struck with your fierceness he did not notice that he was the only one left on the mats laid out on the high platform that was planted on the sand for celebrations. He placed a hand against his left knee, slowly rising from his spot to walk towards you, perhaps ask for a dance?
You were speaking to him as soon as he stopped walking, him blurting out a question he’s been meaning to ask, only to be responded with a huge hit to his ego.
“Surprised that a girl smaller than you is a better warrior?”
He never let people step on his pride.
Not even his sister whom he closetedly doted on, completely overtaken by the idea that ‘he’s a man, so he should not be seen as vulnerable’. He soon learned that that shouldn’t be the case though.
With you to pursue? He’s going to relearn everything, it seems.
You were different.
But perhaps those differences would be the factors to taking him a step closer to you.
To a future where you and him embracing under the starry skies as constellations meld together as one during the darkest of the nights, would be a normal occurrence between the two of you.
That, you did.
Months of building himself up in your eyes, and you finally learned to see him as he hoped you would.
“Good, because I see you too,” you remember him saying those exact words after you practically swept him off his feet, his pretentious demeanor once again taking over to spare him of your teasing, not that it went by unnoticed.
You knew him too well.
So when he promised to take care of you, you knew he would.
Just like when he promised to not spoil his first son to the point that he’d grow up like him, you knew he’d end up eating his words.
You knew him, after all.
You see him, in both light and darkness, you see Ao’nung.
Edit: 💀somebody pointed out a misplaced paragraph so i went to remove that one ohmygofd

When someone insult you
Tumblr media
One way to cause tension and trouble for someone on Pandora will be by insulting one of their family members. As it will show, you disrespect someone you love and care about and think nothing bad will happen to them after saying hurtful words. These hurtful words can have any effect or consequences on anyone involved.
Jake x reader x Neytiri
evil demon women
It was a sunny and hot day you had taken the kids out for a swim near the water for some fun, and relaxation as there was no task for the day. Your spouse had been gone of the day so you were just with the kids today, but you are still enjoying your time with them. Some other families had arrived as it seems like, they all had the same idea as well.
tuk " mama can I have some fruit please I'm hungry"
y/n " sure sweetie" you had take out some fruit and cut in half give some to tuk, as she smiled and eat some of the fruit.
tuk " thank you mama" tuk soon hugged you before she ran off back towards the water.
navi women " look at her that dreamwalker has found a way to infect our clan"
navi women 2 " she acts all high and might just because she mates with neytiri and Jake sully"
navi wonen 3 " she just some evil demon women" you had become sue to everyone words and gossip towards you, as some of them hated the idea that you are with two heroes of the clan. At the moment you are avoid conflict as you didn't wish for any trouble with them.

neteyam “ no mama they are being rude and I … we won’t stand for it”
Kiri “ yes they are being rude mama and it should be addressed”
loak “ we not let anyone be rude to our family”
y/n “ kids”
Tuk “ mama says if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all” the group of ladies looked taken back of what the kids had said to them. As you had stood there looking at them as the women seem to be regretting what they had said towards you.
y/n " come on kids lets go home right now we can spend the rest of the day together there"
neteyam " oh yes our dad and mom will be learning of this whole situation, lets hope to has a good outcome for you all"
y/n " come on neteyam"
neteyam " coming mom" the kids had soon walked home with you and you had embraced them into a group hug, proud of them standing up for family.
lo'ak " so are we in trouble"
y/n " no it all good no one is in trouble now come on lets get home, and maybe I can make a very sweet snack for my wonderful kids"
kids " yes" you and the kids had soon gone home as it soon started raining, the kids had been able to keep themselves entertained while you made them snacks. Later on in the day Jake and neytiri will find out the truth of what happened, and they were not happy Jake had to hold back neytiri. The ladies had been order to stay away from you until any other word given from your mates and you.
Jake x tsu'tey x reader x neytiri
Demon
It had started off a peaceful and good morning for you, as you had been working out of the humans bases. You are also enjoying the sun hitting you skin it seems like it was going to be a good day. Now there was only the wait for your kids and mates to get here, as they promised to come over and have morning meal with you.
y/n " they will be here soon should I make some juice for us or maybe pick some fruit ... it can do anything to help with some of the meal" you had decided to pick some fruit and make into juice for the family, as you were picking some fruit you were humming a song.
????? " what is that sound"
???? " I don't know but it coming from over there" you had soon heard movement coming towards you, and soon saw some navi from the clan.
y/n " good morning"
navi women " oh it just you"
y/n " yes it just me good morning as well let hope, the great mother blesses us with a good day"
navi man " she will not need blessing from a demon like you"
y/n " excuse me"
navi women " you heard us you and your demon kind have wormed your way into omadtikayaia clan and have ruined them, by become mates with them and having half navi children"
y/n " I know we have hard time getting along with other navi ...."
navi man " no matter what you do demon you will never be one of us and mostly the demon child you have as well"
y/n " we are not demons"
navi women " yes you are demon and we will make sure no more clan get effected by the likes of you" the demon soon had shoved you to the ground, she was about to grab you again.
???? " mama" tuk soon came running and soon held tight onto you, as the three other kids had came and started hissing at the two adults.
neteyam " how dare you touch my mother and hurt her"
lo'ak " you messed up big time never mess with a sully"
kiri " mama are you okay" kiri and tuk had helped you onto you feet as you soon look, at the two adults.
navi women " looked what we have here two sure born navi and two demon blooded kids"
y/n " you can insult me all your want but leave my kids out of this"
navi women " what are you going to do about demon" the women had hissed at you but she was not acting all pride, when she soon had been take to the floor.
neytiri " how dare you insult my wife and kids"
navi man " hey we were just teaching her and those demons a lesson" the man had soon been punched hard in the face by no other then Jake, and soon someone tossed him towards the women and that was Tsu’tey.
Jake " no you dare speaking to my wife like that ever again, or we will have more trouble here"
Tsu’tey " you two don't have any rights to come near y/n and our kids"
navi women " we were just voice how other feels"
neytiri " then your parents have failed you two on teaching you two to bid your manners, our y/n has done more then you will ever do"
Tsu’tey " no leave and stay out of straight and ear shot if we see you again near here, with our a good reason and causing trouble it will not be good for anyone" the pair had gotten up quickly and soon ran off leaving the family alone.
neytiri " ma y/n are you okay"
y/n " I'm fine neytiri no need to worry thank you all for standing up, for me it makes me feel good"
neytiri " if that women ever come back here again tell me and I will deal with her"
Jake " yes and I and Tsu’tey can deal with her buddy over there"
Tsu’tey " yes we will make them play"
y/n " thank you all but for now more violence at the moment, let go have some breakfast"
tuk " yeah we were able to save mama and now we get breakfast"
y/n " yes we do"
neytiri " we brought some stuff over to cook with as well"
y/n " good now come along" the group soon followed you home, the situation of this morning had soon speed the rest of the clan. it say no one was happy will be a understatement as, everyone was upset about the words that were spoken towards you and the clan. The duo had been made to say sorry by their clan leader and promised to keep their distance from the clan until notice,
Tonowari x reader x ronal
false navi
It a good day in the village a very funny and warm day and the clan was going on with their day. The same could be said about you and the kids, as you are with them near the shoreline collect materials while the kids goofed off here and there. Making you laugh as you had looked at them being kids and making sure to have fun today.
rotox " ahh aonung no fair" aonung and shoved his brother into the water soon, gaining your attention as you look at the two boys.
aonung " oh come on I'm just playing around"
tsireya " you two are so childish" the two boys soon looked at each other and soon smirked, when they looked to their sister and before trsireya could do anything. They had tackled her into the water getting a scream from her and laughs from her brother.
tsireya " hey"
rotxo " oh come on baby sister you should of seen that coming" tsireya soon started a water fight with her brother as you stood there laugh and looking at them.
kids " mama"
y/n " be nice all three of you and not hurting each other please"
kids " yes mama" the kids had went deeper into the water having their battles still going on, as you stood there watching them. You had been standing there for a while before you had waked off.
navi women "excuse me y/n"
y/n " hello how may I help you ladies"
navi women 2 " well us and some of the clan were wondering if you are true navi or false navi"
y/n " excuse me"
navi women 3 " yes after ing the olo'eythan you have failed time to time again, to have a kids with him while ronal has three kids ... are we sure you are actually navi or just some unwanted child the great mother gave your childish parents"
y/n " that is none of your business the great mother will bless me with a child, when the time right"
navi women 4 " are we sure because if you are false navi maybe it time, to have someone become the perfect mate and perfect navi to our clan"
navi women " you have these kids call you mama when you are no a mom to them"
y/n " I will not waste me time with you all anymore good day" you were about to walk away from the women, when big splash of water, had hit the women.
navi female " ahh"
navi women " who did that"
????? " it was me" the group of women and you had looked and saw it was aonung on his IIu.
Aonung " how dare you insult my mother like that"
navi women " mind your manners young man"
aonung " you should mind your manners when you are speaking to my mother, a very import women in the clan"
navi women 2 " we are speaking to her that all"
rotxo " you are being rude toward her and we heard everything you had said"
tisreya " yes and we will make sure to tell our parents about what you said, I wonder what they will think about how you all acted" a crowd had form due to all the fighting that was going on right now.
y/n " kids"
tsireya " you will start showing our mom respect"
???? " what going on here" tonowari and ronal soon had arrived, they soon walked towards you and the kids.
ronal " ma y/n and children what has happened"
aonung " these women were insulting mama mom they called her a false navi"
ronal " false navi"
aonung " yes they said she was a false navi because she failed to give father a child"
ronal " you dare insult my wife like that"
navi women " we had been speaking what is true she has failed to have a child with the olo'eythan"
tonowaro " how dare you speak to y/n like that after everything she has done for the clan, you all make me sick and not only insulting her you insult my whole family"
ronal " my family as well" ronal had gotten closer to the women and hissed at them, making them step back from her as ronal was very mad and so is tonowari.
tonowari " ma y/n are you okay"
y/n " I'm good now"
ronal " you are hear by not allowed to come near her or the children until I and tonowari deem to far enough, and your words and actions today might reflect your families and mates as well"
navi wonen 3 " wait no please"
tonowari " enough the tshaik has spoken I will decide on the offers I was going to give your mates, but for now leave before you all do anything else ... if anyone thinks the same speak now so we can deal with you all" no one dare to speak right now as it bad idea, the women had been escorted away getting glares some everyone else. Your mates and kids had taken you home as they comfort you about the whole matter.
tonowari " dont pay them any mind ma y/n you are the perfect mate, perfect mom, and perfect navi"
ronal " yes and one day you will be blessed with a kid"
y/n " yes I know the day will come"
tsireya " we love you mama"
y/n " thank you kids and my wonderful mates" the family had spent the rest of the day together, having a good time along with making sure you are okay as well. Tonowari and ronal had made sure the group of women stayed far away from you, and the kids their mates had apologized to you and were able not to be affected of what happened that day. You knew the day will come when you will be blessed with the another child in your life and family.

Ummm….this is my first time doing this but Is there any chance I can please request a ao’nung x dreamwalker shyreader, he’s deeply in love with her despite they’re already together. Like the whole and every clan especially the children adore her. Bonus: The sullys are surprised theirs a dreamwalker at the meytikayna clan, pretty cute that Jake and Neytiri sees themselves in ao’nung and her 💙💙💙
No Cap
Ao’nung x Metkayina!Avatar!reader
Tumblr media
The strangers' arrivals in Awa’atlu didn't take much to shake confusion and interest within the Metkayina clan. A crowd of aqua skinned na’vis circled the omaticaya family as they dismounted their Ikrans, Toruk Makto and his family themselves presenting themselves before the people.
Pushing their way through the crowd, Ao’nung and Rotxo arrived on scene. The duo was like salt and pepper, never one without the other. The fierce looks on their faces didn’t go unnoticed by the two Sully boys that greeted them, before it switched to a teasing one. God, it was bad already that everyone was staring at them like they were a bunch of forest freaks, and now the Olo’eyktan’s son was making fun of them too?
Everything went quiet in Lo’ak’s head when he caught a glimpse of a certain Metkayina girl emerging from the water. She was beautiful, unlike any girl that he had ever seen before in the forest. Neteyam observed his brother before turning his head towards Tsireya, noticing another girl following close after. Gracefully as ever, Tsireya and you exited the waters that you loved so much to check an eye out on the large crowd of na’vis. Though you couldn’t yet feel the obnoxious stares of the strangers on you and your best friend, Ao’nung surely had.
His nose bridge creased as the Sully boy’s eyes strayed on you for too long, but he refrained himself from baring his teeth just yet. Neteyam quickly looked away from you, not wanting to get on the boy’s bad side even more than he and his family already were. You yelped once you came close enough to Ao’nung, feeling him pull you by the arm and onto his side.
Though Rotxo’s and Ao’nung’s name calling season of the two Sully brothers came to end due to Tsireya’s scolding. Their parents soon followed shortly on their respective skimwings. You swatted a hand at Ao’nung when he made fun of the family for flinching when the Olo’eyktan flew his creature above their heads, landing in the waters beside you all. Your boyfriend only playfully bared his teeth at you, chomping down onto nothing as it made a loud resonating sound.
Your attention had been stolen away from Ao’nung by none other than his mother, the Tsahik Ronal. You winced internally as you knew that this poor family was about to pass through hell and back under the judgement of the Tsahik, because you had been there at first. You remember your arrival at Awa’atlu like no other, mostly due to the fact that Ronal had quite literally held you under the sharp blade of her spear.
It was scary, if not terrifying as the many eyes of the reef na’vi turnt towards you in hatred. Though the Metkayina had never faced the ruthless face of human destruction, stories from around the globe spread faster than ever. It took you long for you to stand where you now stood, but you were proud of yourself for getting through it.
You heard Tsireya sigh from besides you as she watched her mother forcefully grasp the hand of the eldest daughter, bringing it up to her face for a better look. Though the crowd of reed na’vi didn’t shake until she moved towards the son.
“These children are not even true na’vi, they have demon blood!” you felt your heart stop as Ronal lifted the youngest son’s hand up for the whole village to see, and their noises of displeasures made you cave into yourself. You looked down at the palms of your hands shamefully, your ears stuck to your skull.
Though it doesn’t even take a minute for Ao’nung to notice your pity-party. He moved his 4 fingered hand to hold onto your 5 fingered one, his thumb rubbing circles over your back hand. You couldn’t stand to look up at him and into those awaiting eyes, because you knew that he’d just read you more than he already had. Ao’nung knew the ways into your heart way too well, and sometimes you cursed him internally for being such a good people-reader.
It was maybe also because you were too shy to meet his flaming gaze, but that’s a story for another time. A mere look from the boy was enough to stir deep feelings inside of your stomach, and it was the last thing that you needed for now as you watched the poor family with pity. You could only pray that Ronal would spare them her sympathy.
You knew that the clan loved you, that they accepted you as one of their own. After all, whether they wanted it or not, your boyfriend was the chief’s son. You knew that somewhat, this feeling of insecurity was stupid, because the Metkayina didn’t  treat you as an outcast or as a reject. On the contrary, they trusted you with their children, which was already one big step in acceptance.
The children loved you, begged for you to come play with them everytime that you were spared from training. Yet, as you watched the omaticaya children being shamed for something that you relate to, you couldn’t help the feeling of gnawing pain in your chest. What was so different between you and them? For all you knew, you were closer to those ‘demons’ than they actually were, because at the end of the day, you were still human.
You still needed to feed and bathe your human body as your avatar slept comfortably at night. You still needed an exopack when you were not in your na’vi body, and for all you knew, these children didn’t.
You were cut off from your self-deprecating thoughts at the booming sound of Tonowari’s voice. He told the village to treat the Sullies well, to welcome them into their home land asif it were their own. Your heart visibly relaxed at the sound of it, and you knew that the distressed family would have a roof above their heads tonight and a warm meal to feed their stomachs.
“My son Ao’nung, my daughter Tsireya will show your children what to do.” you felt your boyfriend’s hand being ripped away from yours as he moved before his father, trying to protest his way out of it. Though it was short lived as he was roughly scolded by Tonowari.
“Their dear friends, Rotxo and Y/N will assist them with making you feel at home.” Everyone turnt to look at the both of you, and you coward under their eyes. It didn’t help that their mother looked all intimidating and irritated. You watched anxiously as Neytiri’s eyes widened subtly, and you could obviously see that she was gazing above your eyes.
God how stupid were you to believe that they wouldn’t catch up to you in mere seconds. After all, her husband was an ex dreamwalker, and some of her children had inherited his odd traits. How could she not notice the weird hairs upon your brow bones, or the extra finger that you shared in common with her children. You soon curled into yourself as you realised that it was not only Neytiri that was staring rudely, but quite literally the whole strange family.
Although you could understand where it was coming from, because you were pretty sure that your program had not been informed to all sectors of the main lab. Words must’ve never gotten through Jake Sully’s ears, because they were visibly raised in shock. He must’ve only been aware of omaticaya avatars around, you must have been the first Metkayina dreamwalker to ever be programmed.
“Quit staring, more moving!” your boyfriend came to the rescue as his words shook the omaticaya family out of their staring trance. Ronal smiled proudly from the sidelines as she watched her son stand up to those Sullies, mostly because of her little hissing altercation with Neytiri earlier.
You appreciated the attention being short lived as the family thanked the whole of you, missing no time in following Tsireya to their new home. God you could’ve pounced on your boyfriend on the spot for saving you from their prying eyes, but that wouldn’t make a good image of you infront of his mother now would it.
“Cmon, let’s go help them settle. I’m sure that with arms this thin, they could use your help.” you tried to motivate him, holding softly onto his forearm as you turned him back to look at you. Your voice was low but you watched as his ears raised at your comment, clearly feeding at his ego as you compared him to the omaticaya boys. He smirked as he dragged you by the arm again, making you grin as you watched that smile rise on his face again.
His thick tail swooshed around the place, knocking your lower back as you both laughed it off. You bounced on the stretchy material of the bridge, hopping next to your boyfriend with a few woven bags upon your shoulders.
-
“You good?” you heard the deep voice of your boyfriend next to you, turning your head around to be met with the beautiful sight of the bonfire kissing his skin. The orange hue enveloped his skin in a beautiful mix of colours, and you felt yourself going shy under his stare.
Ao’nung looked down at your chest to see a child sleeping comfortably on you. More specifically, the youngest son of Ayka, a close friend of yours. He admired the way the boy fit perfectly into your arms, before swivelling his eyes back to you. Though this time you were not looking at him like you previously was, instead you were staring at the bonfire with that frown that he hated so much sprawled upon your face.
“Don’t take what my mother has said to heart, y’know she doesn’t mean it.” His hand found yours alongside the back of the sleeping child, his hand visibly bigger than yours. Though you find it hard to believe when she said it with so much resentment. Her tone was practically thick and full of it, and you didn’t know who to listen to anymore.
“She’s just trying to find ways to not make them stay, she’s just scared yawne,” you smile coyly at the nickname, trying to hide behind your free hand as Ao’nung was still holding the other down. The sound of his deep chuckle made your chest flutter.  “She’s scared for her people, for her family, and you’re part of it.”
Ao’nung watched as you slowly crept your way out of the hand wall that you had built yourself, your round aqua eyes staring at him so innocently. “She loves you too, like a daughter of her own.”
“And soon I'll make you her actual daughter-in-law,” he teased and your ears raised comically at his comment. You gasped mockingly at his part-crude comment as he referred to the both of you mating, but you both knew that it was too early for that. Soon the time will come for you both to move up to the next step, but for now you’d enjoy your youth a little more. Plus as much as much as Ao’nung would love to see you as his little wife waking up everyday next to him, he also knew that it was not the time yet.
“No cap?” you asked, using one of the human slangs that you had learnt and shared with him. Though he hated anything related to the human species, he couldn’t help but love you in every shape and form. He knew that once you were out like a light, your avatar sleeping peacefully in his arms at night, you would have to wake up in your human body to take care of yourself.
Sometimes Ao’nung would even suck it up and visit you at your outpost. Though it wasn’t that hard for him to do, because there weren’t many humans at the Metkayina shack, just enough to help you to keep going.
“No cap.” he repeats, though he doesn’t sound interested in what he’s saying at all. You craned your neck to look up at him, his free hand raising to rest comfortably on your cheek as the other one kept laying on the child’s back. Ao’nung crept his face closer to yours as his eyes kept on switching between your eyes and mouth.
For once, you didn’t feel shy at all to make the first step. Inevitably it had shocked Ao’nung as you leaned all the way before he even could, pressing your lips against him in a soaring kiss. The warm hand on your cheek followed along.
Your ears fluttered back as you melted into the kiss, turning your face to the side to catch more of him. Ao’nung was like a drug, you just couldn’t get him off your mind nor could you get enough of him. He was like a constant thought running wild at the back of your head, being constantly sought out. You can't really tell what you would do of yourself if one day he decided to up and go, but you’d enjoy what you have for now.
Unbeknownst to the both of you, the child that was resting upon your chest had already risen from his slumber. The high pitched ‘Ew’ made you jump a little from surprise, quickly moving away from each other as the boy wiggled his way out of your arms.
The previous thoughts that you had of Ao’nung possibly deciding to leave you one day completely vanished as he stared you down with that lovesick gaze. His eyes sparkled like no other when he looked at you, and you found yourself falling under a similar spell everytime that you would look at your boyfriend.

Your avatar body laid thrown to the side, Quaritch’s machine stomping over to you and your real body struggled to breathe inside the connector. Your neurons disconnected, eye jolting open inside then shuttle before you clamped your eyes shut again to rebond with your Avatar. You struggled to put up a fight, while Miles easily picked you up by your long braid, your feet kicking while his knife was against your throat in an instant.
Neteyam wasn’t having it, angrily hopping over the enormous log, bow and arrow in hand. You scowled at Miles, slipping in and out of the bond with your Avatar. Neteyams arrow flew past you, straight into Miles’ chest. You were dropped to the ground, triggering the final disconnect right as Neteyam fired another arrow into Miles’ abdomen. He pounced over to you, protectively squaring over you and hissing aggressively at the now dying Colonel.
Your human body slammed the shuttle cap open, gasping and heaving for oxygen. You fell out of the shuttle, feeling the immense panic rise in your chest as your lungs felt like they withered inside of you. Hoisting yourself up, you desperately tried to reach for the oxygen mask, fingers just barely wrapping around the straps.
Neteyam looked down at your Avatar, shaking you eagerly, whining out your name when he realized you weren’t getting up. The 7 foot tall boy put two and two together. You were dying. His eyes immediately darted to the port that Quaritch had smashed in.
You collapsed to the floor again, taking desperate repetitive breathes and basically drowning yourself with everything but the proper amount of oxygen. Vision going blurry, you passed out and felt the numbness travel through your body. Neteyams hand slapped against the glass, before he turned to his left and jumped in through the bashed window. Squat jumping over to you, he cradled your limp body in his lap and whimpered your name over and over again. Holding your small body in his arms, he reached for the oxygen mask, pressing it against your face in hope of you taking another breath. His golden eyes teared up, running his fingers through your hair while he waited for any sign.
Feeling the wave of oxygen enter your body, you coughed, taking a deep breathe and you cleared out the mask to filter out unwanted chemicals that nearly killed you. You saw Neteyam in his giant form. He looked so different when you saw him, larger and intimidatingly handsome. You two locked eyes, neither wanting to break the gaze first. Reaching and hand to his face, he leaned into it, a tear running down his face. He looked so handsome, angelic even. Neteyam thought the same of you, how small you were compared to him, your body feeling light in his grasp. You looked beautiful, admiring each detail of your face that wasn’t noticeable in your avatar form.
“I see you..” You said first, letting your hand slip down from his face to his chest. He followed your smaller hand, pressing it into his chest further.
“I see you.” Neteyam replied with a slight whimper heard in his accented voice.

It all went by so fast..
Lo’ak’s call for help saying that there was dreamwalkers in a place he shouldn’t be, Netyiris panic and concern, jake and his orders for you to stay put, And the gushes of wind left by the ikran’s and their mighty wings.
But all you could think in that moment was ‘Fuck No’ and your body moved before your mind could process what you had just done as you jumped onto your Ikran ‘Pepe’ and rushed to save your nieces and nephews.
Everything in those moments were one big blur as you jumped down from the tree dagger in hand ready to kill as you landed on top of the Dreamwalker in charge of the group that was holding your family member hostage. This caused him to let go of Lo’ak letting you pin the alien onto his stomach pushing his face into the dirt. Loudly you yelled in Na’vi for Neytiri and Jake to get their children out of here as you pinned the Alien to the floor a grunt escaping his throat.
Quickly you’d grab his hair pulling his head back only to lay your dagger to his throat, proceeding to hiss at the Dreamwalkers pointing their guns to you. Harshly you’d pull the Aliens head back farther than before showing no care or mercy for the pain or damage you caused him or his queue. Pushing your dagger deeper to his throat hissing again.
“(Y/N) I told you to stay back!!” Jake yelled panick lacing his voice.
“Lo’ak! Neteyam! Tuk! Kiri!” Netyiri would yell from above. Her voice was full of relief. Quickly you’d look around to find that your sisters kids had escaped. You’d sign in relief thanking yourself and the great Ewya for saving them and your sisters heart. “Thank you sister!”
“NOW GO! GO!” You’d yell teeth chattering. As your tail wagged frantically hitting the floor occasionally your ears lowering. “GET OUT OF HERE SISTER! I’LL BE OKAY!”
You lied and netyiri and Jake both knew you did. But they didn’t have any other option. Why would they Risk their kids getting captured again Or killed? And with that they left, you felt them leave your gut sinking was enough of a signal for you to know they were gone. Then everything sank in. Where you were, what you had just done, the aliens that surrounded you and their weapons. And then you thought to yourself ‘one is better than none. I might as well kill one before they all kill me’ pressing your dagger harsher against aliens throat your dagger piercing his skin causing him to hiss. with a hiss of your own you’d lower your face to the aliens ear that you had pushed into the dirt so roughly only moments ago venom and hatred radiating from your body.
“What’s the word boss?” A female alien would yell as she pointed her gun to you.
A sound of annoyance would leave your body as you looked at the dreamwalkers around you. They all looked so scared and that didn’t make sense to you. Why were they scared? They didn’t have the knife to their throats. This alien beneath you did, and he didn’t seem to budge not one bit. Your tail stilled but your ears remained back. You had a murderous look in your eyes as you stared the female alien down.
“SHOOT HER!” Another alien would yell this one wearing something black that covered his eyes.
“do NOT shoot ‘em!” The alien underneath you would yell.
Your head would shoot down to the alien and quickly you’d take your blade from his throat raising your arm ready to rid your planet of its nuisance only to have your hand grabbed and with a loud manly grunt have yourself get thrown onto your back and a knee brought to your gut. Before you could process anything your wrists would get pinned to the floor as a weight you have never felt before held you down.
“Well we’ll, what do we have here? A pretty little princess just for me.” The Alien from above would coo a smirk crossing his face while it’s fingers tickled your cheek.
With a click of your tung you’d turn your head to his fingers in an attempt to bite them off, only he was too quick. A chuckle would leave the aliens throat as he took his hand away from your face. With that you’d look away from the monster only to have a slap land across your cheek and a echo heard through the forest.
“Look at me bitch”
rough and forceful fingers would grab at your chin and force your face and eyes to meet those of the alien above you and in that moment everything slowed. ‘beautiful’ was the only word that would process through your mind as your eyes met the aliens. A zing would flow through your body as you stared into his yellow eyes and your body would stiffen. He was so beautiful, his eyes, his lips, his hair, but his eyes…No man had ever made you feel so strange and safe. But you weren’t safe and your body reminded you of that. You’d aggressively furrow your brows at the thought and spit in the aliens face and hiss.
The alien above would chuckle and lick his Canine digging his knee to your gut and foot into your wrist. His hand would go to your throat wrapping around the entirety of it. Your eyes falling to his forearms the sight of them making you feel uneasy and strange. an unwanted feeling pooled at your gut and heart as you stared at the veins traveling up his strong arms. Your thoughts were interrupted by his blood, the blood from the cut you left on his neck dripping onto your cheek causing a feeling of accomplishment to sit in your gut. The alien would watch his blood drip onto your cheeks its trail beginning to thump the floor and your legs trapped underneath its frame. The alien would smile again and bare his teeth as he leaned down to your face its hand squeezing your neck.
“Now princess that’s not very ladylike of you. But what you did back there was very noble I’ll give you that.” The monsters grip on your neck would tighten. your poker face never faltering. “But very stupid” the monsters words were filled with hatred.
You’d stay silent. You weren’t gonna talk. Why would you? This alien would have to kill you to get a word out of you. you’d gladly die than speak to such a disgusting creature. They killed your father and many family members. They killed Tsu’tey your bound to be mate. You didnt love Tsu’tey in a mate or romantic way, but you did love him and they killed him. His death left you alone and angry for the longest time. Your eyes would lock with the aliens once again and your eyes were filled with a fire ‘if only looks could kill’
“So you’re just not gonna talk? I know you understand me, I heard Jake speak English to ya. I ain’t stupid sweetheart” the monster would say as he flicked your spit from his face and slammed his hand onto the ground.
‘It’s intimidation tactics are pathetic’ you’d think to yourself. ‘It should’ve just killed me already’ and as if Ewya had answered your prayers the alien would grab your dagger the dagger your father gave you, the dagger your tried to kill him with moments ago. With a huff you’d close your eyes accepting your fate.
The alien above you would laugh, this had your eyes shooting wide open only to be met with the laughter of all the other dreamwalkers.
“You think I’d just kill you? No princess that would be way to easy. You’re my new tool” the monster above you would laugh as he strapped your wrists together.
‘Tool’ you’d think to yourself ‘the sky people are gonna try and use me? That’s just pathetic.’ “Naaaah!” You’d yell in annoyance at his words your ears going back as you shook your head like an annoyed child.
The alien would step off of you and stand picking you up by your wrists and throwing you over his shoulder in a swift motion. The alien would say something about moving out but your mind was to foggy to really catch what it was saying. As he carried your through the forest like a rag doll you’d take in all the scenery you could memories of you and netyiri flashing through your mind. Grace and her school. The war. Jake becoming the clan leader despite you being the oldest. Netayum being born. All the talks you had with Kiri and spider. Then your thoughts were stopped when a gush of wind and a loud mechanical noise filed your ears causing you to hiss and whine.
“Don’t like that now do ya kitty?” The alien would tease. Your glare at the alien below you. ‘I’m screwed’
——————————————Time Skip————
Your eyes would squeeze shut and your teeth would clap down onto your bottom lip causing blood to pour from the puncture. Your nails would dig into your palms and turn white as your tail whipped around.
“WHERE IS JAKE SULLY!!” A short human would yell at you. “JUST GIVE US ONE GOOD IMAGE AND THIS WILL END!” She’d yell again
Your eyes would water whilst being shut blood running from your nose and lip. The foreign machine you were strapped to making a terrible noise while it shocked your brain. This had been going on for 10 minutes. You hadn’t said a word and the pain had only increased as time went on.
~~~~(Miles POV)~~~~~
Miles had sat in the other room while they did their thing to you. He could care less about what they did to you, a nasty savage is all she he thought. Jake silly’s sister in law. Ms. Silly’s older sister. He wondered if killing you infront or her would bring her unbearable pain. But he was curious, you hadn’t said a single word to him. He wanted to see if you’d said anything to the humans. I’d they broke you. With that thought in mind he’d made his way to you. And what he saw caused his toes to curl and stomach to turn. You were sitting there strapped to that machine. Blue skin pale, fists white, sweat dripping from every pore in your body and blood. ‘BLOOD’ his mind would shout at him and as if his Body moved on its own rushing to stop the machine and it’s torture only to stop himself before his body did so. Shocked and embarrassed he’d swallow a dry lump in his throat and look around.
“Has she said anything?” He asked the colonel only for her to shake her head.
“She won’t spill” she said in annoyance as she looked at you not caring for the pain you were in. “ONE THOUGHT OF WHERE JAKE SULLY IS AND YOU’LL BE FREE! JUST ONE THOUGHT!”
“That’s surpris-“ miles ears would shoot back as his head turned to look at you sharply
~~~~~~(End of Miles POV)~~~~~
It had become too much. Way too much. The pain. the yelling from the random human. The noise of the machine. The straps holding you down. The pain from your lip. All of it. All of it too much. The only words of the human yelling at you that you caught was “one thought”. And like a rope snapping A blood curtailing scream would escape your lips and fill the room as your mind went to one thought.. the aliens eyes and his hands around your throat. But the pain would continue until it didn’t your head would fall to the side as your chest rised and fell your breaths ragged and short. Your eyes would open only to see the alien from before walking towards you before you passed out.
———————————————————————
Your tail would flick nervously as you sat in the corner of a white room a small silver table sitting in the middle, ‘way to small’ your head rested between your knees as you tried to calm yourself. These machines, the strange rock, the wall, the grey white and plainness of the sky peoples homes, it all frustrated you. In the midst of your panic you began to sing a song to yourself in Na’vi, one that your mother had sang to you multiple times when you were a child before netyiri was born.
“That’s a beautiful song princess” your eyes would widen and head would shoot up as you tried to jump back only to be stopped by the wall. Your hands would shove the alien in front of you away as you darted to the other side of the room only to be grabbed and thrown onto the small table the alien placing himself between your legs. the sight caused your stomach to turn in an unfamiliar way just like earlier. his hands resting on your shoulders causing goosebumps to rise “Whoa whoa, calm down there sweetheart. I ain’t gonna hurt ya. Just here to talk.” Your eyes would lock with his and you’d try to tell yourself he was disgusting, but you couldn’t help but think he was beautif. ‘It! IT! It does not deserve to be anything other than an Alien and an It!’you’d tell yourself trying to change your thinking.
The alien would chuckle nervously. “Now are ya gonna talk or what? Cause if not I’m gonna have to let them strap you back down onto that machine” the aliens fingers would rub your arms causing your body to stiffen and your teeth to bare. “And we wouldn’t want that now would we princess?” The alien would smirk and take his hand off of you.
You’d take this opportunity to heart taking your legs to his chest and kicking as hard as you could causing you, the table and the alien to fly across opposite sides of the room. With a thud you’d hit the wall table slamming into your stomach trapping you against the wall. You’d shake your head pushing the table from your body a loud ‘FUCK’ filling your ears as you laid your eyes onto the monster before you. The alien would face you fists clenched and nostrils flaring.
“You wanna play?”The alien would tilt his head as his tails wagged ears going back as he bared his teeth and hissed. Raising his fists.
You’d Hiss back getting in a stance ready to fight. Your eyes would lock with his and you’d yell in annoyance as you leapt at him landing a blow to his face quickly he’d grab your wrist and turn it in n painful manner causing you to bite the hand that held your wrist and have him let go and yell
“You fucking savage! You keep this up I’ll put a bullet in your brain and make sure every inch of this planet is burned to the ground!” The monster would grab your hair and drag you back to the table flipping it upside right “now you’re gonna talk it I’m gonna cut this ducking thing!” The Alien would bark baring his teeth to you grabbing your Queue and holding a knife dagger to it.
“NO! You do not cut tsaheylu! YOU MONSTER!” You’d yell grabbing the aliens wrist in an attempt to keep his knife away. But you knew if he wanted to his arm could overpower your whole body. Has your hand gripped his wrist like a vice your eyes would lock onto his forearm. The memory of his hand around your neck causing your tail to whip. ‘I should not feel like this, this alien should not make me feel like this’
“Oh, you like my forearms princess?” He’d snicker “we all saw that little thought of yours earlier” slowly he’d place the knife back into its strap. Only to put his hand back around your throat. “Or is it maybe your a dirty little savage that likes to be chocked?” Your ears would go back as he slammed his hand onto the table between your legs. Someone’s hands being so close to your sacred place causing you to squirm and close your legs. The alien would take note of this a Laugh to himself. ‘Calm, calm, calm’
“Do not- I am not a savage! YOU PEOPLE ARE SAVAGES! Destroying the forest! Killing women and children! Taking so many lives, for what?? something you think is your to take in the ground?!” You’d yell as best you could his hand still around your throat.
“Well I’ll be damned princess, you speak a whole lot better than I thought you would. I wonder what else that mouth is good for.” The alien would say to himself for than to you. Your face would contort into confusion and disgust at his words. “So, you’re Sullys Sister-in law, aren’t you?” He’d ask
With a glare you’d respond nodding your head.
“Words princess.” The alien would say in a demanding tone.
“yes, you idiot” you’d bark only to have the aliens hand leave your throat and go to your cheeks squishing them together causing your lips to pucker.
“You WILL speak in English or Ill rip that tung of yours right out!” The alien would say in a threatening tone.
“Yes..” you’d say to the best of your ability your cheeks still being squeezed together.
“Good girl” the alien would bring his face closer to yours and patt your cheek finally letting go of your cheeks. “What’s your name sweet thing?” He’d say that stomach turning grin creeping onto his face again.
“(Y/N) (L/N)” you’d say looking to the floor again. Ears back and tail still.
The alien would wait a couple minutes and click his tung. “Tsk tsk, Aren’t you gonna ask me what my name is?” He’d say in a mocking tone pouting his lip. Ask me my name” he’d demand his words like venom his spit landing onto your cheek.
A look of protest would cross your face, your mother would be ashamed of you right now. You’d bite your lip back not wanting to speak. The alien would stomp his foot and tilt his head in annoyance licking his lips.
“W-what is your name?” You’d ask barley above a whisper your eyes going to the floor shamefully. You’ve been made a fool. So compliant. Death would’ve been easier on you than anything else.
“Miles, Miles Quaritch.”

﹒ɞ  answers questions meant for you neteyam is frighteningly attentive to your state of mind, any and all telling signs and gestures are swiftly picked up by your boyfriend. the moment he notices your brief hesitation when faced with a question or some probing from a fellow clan member, be it because you're in a cranky mood or scared, he's quick to step up and answer on your behalf. as long as you're comfortable, he doesn't mind being the mediator in the relationship.
﹒ɞ  hunts and prepares your meal as a mate, neteyam is a provider through and through. you'll never be short on anything, not if he can do something about it. "do you want mushroom steak or roasted sturmbeest ? oh, beanpod potato ? noted, i'll be quick then." neteyam prides himself on his unmatched hunting prowess, and he relishes in your praise and beaming face every time he enters your home with his catch in hands. your mate always takes your cravings and wants into account, and he takes great pleasure in preparing your meal, all the while you cuddle yourself to his side in anticipation.
﹒ɞ  enforces your boundaries he's always ready to ensure that no one takes advantage of your kindness. neteyam understands, how hard it is to deny a request, and he gets how mentally and physically taxing being everyone's go-to person is, honestly. he doesn't want you running around, losing sleep, and spreading yourself thin over someone else's business. "we'd appreciate it if you could do this on your own." even if, in order to do that, he needs to use a little force. you can rest assured that neteyam will always have your back.
・・・・・・ ʟᴏ'ᴀᴋ
﹒ɞ  makes way for you by drawing back the flap of a tent open as he stands to the side, holding onto your hand behind his back as he shoulders his way through the people, ushering you over to sit alongside him during meals. your home is right by him and he wants you there always, so he makes space for you wherever he is. lo’ak loves spending all of his available time with the one he loves most, and as long as he's around, you will always have a place in the world.
﹒ɞ  defends your reputation lo'ak's troublemaker abilities are well known within the clan since he was a small kid, and while he's been discouraged from those practices since getting with you, that doesn't mean he won't resort to some quarrel or ruthless prank to get back at someone who dares to bad-mouth, belittle or disrespect you. you've had to patch up your boyfriend a handful of times because of that, and despite being apprehensive of the consequences that await him, you fall deeper in love with him each time. "stop it! that's so cheesy. i'm not your silent protector, ew."
﹒ɞ  interrupts people who interrupt you if there's one thing Lo'ak hates more than being talked over, is when people talk over you. the sight of your beautiful features twisting into a frown is like a punch to the stomach. he doesn't care whom it is you're talking to either; your friends, his siblings, your siblings, a tutor, or an experienced warrior, the least he expects is for them to respect you. and he's relentless about it too, not backing down until you finish your sentence. “they weren’t done speaking."
・・・・・・ ᴛꜱᴜ’ᴛᴇʏ
﹒ɞ  escorts your rides it has become customary for the people to see tsu'tey accompanying you high and low–through the communal spaces and deep into the forest. his commanding hands constraining your pa'li as you struggle to conduct it, occasionally galloping behind you with his strong arms secured tightly around your waist to keep you from falling over. and he is even more fretful during your flights, hovering with his banshee close to yours, calling out directions. tsu’tey was chosen by the olo'eyktan himself to educate you in their ways, to teach your untrained eyes to see–and he’s nothing if not a proficient and devoted teacher. he's always ready to catch you.
﹒ɞ  weaves your garments it really surprised you at first, catching sight of tsu'tey weaving a loincloth with his battle–hardened hands. craft-making is a proficiency for every na'vi, they are taught and encouraged to practice it from a young age, seeing that they do not partake in selling or buying their clothing and utilities from others. since you were not born into those traditions, tsu'tey gladly takes it into his own hands to weave and gift you pretty, colorful, and fitting loincloths, tops, and other items to adorn your avatar body. "is it to your liking ?" he puffs out his chest in pride as you voice your approval, and he also grunts on all the occasions you mention picking up on weaving for yourself.
﹒ɞ  dresses you in your battle attire tsu'tey has always been gentle with you, and it's no different whenever he assists you in dressing and painting yourself for war and raids against the RDA. And you love it, the glide of his cold fingers against your warm skin, the grip on your shoulder as he adjusts the strapped sheath of your knife across your chest, the sight of him on his knees before you as he fastens your leg band. but in special, you love experiencing how much of an endearing person tsu'tey can be, for you only. "here, let me put it on you. turn around."
・・・・・・ ᴊᴀᴋᴇ
﹒ɞ  lights your cigarettes you have a frustrating habit of losing all of the lighters you've brought along to–more like snuck into–pandora. they're never inside your pockets, on your baggage, or in your wardrobe and shelf when you ransack them for it. after noticing that, jake started keeping a spare lighter and matches inside the pockets of his pants and backpack for whenever you need them. he beckons you closer, with a flame already lit, "i got you, sweetheart." and when you lean down, cigarette in between lips, he never misses the kiss placed on your chin.
﹒ɞ  talks you out of trouble unconventionally, you and jake have always shared an attitude. your fuse, however, is much shorter than his. so he has to resort to pulling you into a corner and sweet talking you into not doing some dangerous stuff he would clearly do if given the chance. "yeah, but this isn't about me. i'm trying to stop you from getting killed." it might be more stress than he signed up for, but jake definitely wouldn't trade you for the world. and in his defense, he manages to hold your trigger finger alright, for the most part. those other times, he joins you in whatever it is you plan on doing.
﹒ɞ  pulls on pitcher leaves for you to drink from after so many years, your boyfriend has developed a deep knowledge and connection with pandora. and so, jake readily teaches you what he's learned from the omatikayan people–half to impress you, and half because he doesn't want you going through what he did on his first day on the field. one of his favorite past times is to take you on an expedition to the forest, where he tugs on the leaf of a pitcher plant for you to drink rainwater from. and you have half a mind to remind him that you've done this enough times to know how it goes, but you simply comply and let him do as he pleases. and you also don't comment on how he sneakily shakes the leaf to get your white shirt wet.
・・・・・・ ᴀᴏ'ɴᴜɴɢ
﹒ɞ  looks after you ao'nung has always been a distant individual, and you were aware of that when you accepted his courting. but it pleasantly surprised you when, early into your relationship, he started to treat you more mindfully. "careful with your head, yawntu." he watches your blind spots during hunts, carries any heavy items you have to transport, accompanies you when out and about, keeps a hand on your back and arm at all times, and he doesn't eat before making sure you did. ao'nung's behavior is strikingly clear, especially in contrast to how detached he is from everyone else. and these gestures are all unconscious; to him, looking out for you is instinctual.
﹒ɞ  maintains your weaponry from the moment you and ao'nung became an item, he took it upon himself to cater to your well-being and safety, and he does that by also maintaining your knife and spear. after every hunt or occasion, he gently takes your weapons from your hands or sheath, and sharpens the blade and repairs its handle. the last thing ao'nung wants is for your blade to fail you in a moment of need. despite coming with and leading any hunt you're present in, for his peace of mind, he makes sure to preserve your weapons' integrity for the unavoidable moment he might not be there to protect you.
﹒ɞ  carries you around ao'nung proudly admits to spoiling you rotten, it is a clear sign of how good a mate he is to you. and at first, he never realized to what extent, until one night while returning to your dwelling, you leaned your body against his and tiredly demanded that he carry you inside. it was dark and only the two of you, so he complied. "but the marui is only a few feet away... fine, hop on." but now, despite grumbling a little, he always carries you on his back or arms to and from wherever place you want to go, to the entirety of the clan's bewilderment. but you don't overuse your power over him, so as not to embarrass him too much in front of his friends.
・・・・・・ ʀᴏᴛxᴏ
﹒ɞ  collects trinkets for you garments in rotxo's most humble opinion, you are unarguably the prettiest person in the whole clan. he knows how much you love to adorn pretty armbands, necklaces, and headpieces–it only adds to your charms. and so, as the dutiful boyfriend he is to you, he carefully scouts the surface of the sea bed in search of the prettiest and most iridescent shells, rocks, and crystals to weave into your garments. "i made you a new headpiece, yawntutsyìp. did you like it ?" whenever and wherever he is, rotxo makes sure to keep an eye out for flowers, beads, leaves, bones, talons, and teeth to add to the impressive collection of garments he has woven for you. seeing you walk around all dolled up, showing off his creations, is a sure way to make him all sheepish.
﹒ɞ  fixes your appearance the most distinct trait of rotxo's love is, undoubtedly, his heedfulness toward you. he's always gazing, watching, looking out for you, and whenever he notices something out of place he's quick to fix it. he brushes your hair back into place, fastens your loosening armband, reaches over someone else to pull a leave from your hair, adjusts the belt of your loincloth, he's doing whatever it takes to tidy you up. and honestly, you love the gesture and he aims to keep you content.
﹒ɞ  always at your beck and call he could be sleeping, at the bottom of the ocean, elbow deep into some important work; before you can even think about asking him to do something for you or with you, rotxo's already on his way to ask you if you need him. whatever it is, he's always down, no questions asked. "of course, i can! we can do this right now." sometimes your requests might be answered with a pout, a grimace, and even a few seconds of hesitation, but he'll still do the thing for you, even if to make sure you won't get yourself killed. besides, spending more time with his adorable mate is never a bad thing in rotxo's book.

· Pairings: Neteyam x Na'vi Reader
· Summary: Him and his suggestive comments while you're applying battle paint on him before the raid.
· CW: 1.3k // Suggestive themes. Implied sexual content. Fluff.
Tumblr media
It was the day when the Omatikaya warriors would raid against the Sky People, to defend our home. You approach your mate who is sitting on a log in front of your shared tent, checking the string of his bow as well the sharpness of his arrows. Your body is already covered with battle paint, you've asked Kiri to do your paint after Neteyam went out to talk to his father earlier.
He has returned a few minutes ago, sitting in front of your shared tent to prepare his bow and arrows. “Beloved,” you hold his shoulder as you call out to him. “Yes, love?” Neteyam looks over his shoulder, smiling brightly. "How can I help you?" He sets his bow and arrows aside and stands up facing you. He wraps his arms around your waist, drawing you into an embrace. He lays his head against yours, breathing in your sweet scent.
“It's more like, how can I help you?” You throw the question back at him, kissing his shoulder as you returned his embrace. “Do you want me to apply the paint for you? Or you'd rather do it yourself?” You asked before kissing his jawline.
Neteyam chuckles at your response, pressing a quick kiss to your lips. “I would love to have your help with applying the paint,” he admits with an impish grin. He trails a few light kisses down your neck, before placing a peck right on the base of your chin. “Would you be willing to lend me a hand?”
“Gladly,” you urged him to sit back down on the ground as you grabbed the colorful battle paint inside the wooden bowls. Neteyam doesn't resist, taking a seat on the ground with crossed legs. His muscles ripple underneath his skin as he leans back, giving you an excellent canvas to paint upon. He places his hands behind his head and stretches his arms wide. "Have at it," he tells you with a smirk. "I'm all yours."
You give him a small chuckle. You admire his toned body from his years of training, his body is noticeably a bit more toned than the typical Na'vi male, inherited from his father who was a Dreamwalker. You're also admiring the pattern of the bioluminescent dots on his skin. Your finger dips into the paint, using the color he usually uses for battle before you apply it on his chest and abdomen.
As you apply the vibrant paint to his body, Neteyam keeps still, letting you work. He's fascinated by how you're painting him. He watches with great interest, admiring your skill and patience as you meticulously apply the paint to his skin. His skin quivers at the touch of your fingers, and he lets out a slight groan, closing his eyes and leaning into your touch.
“Darling...” You sigh at the familiar body reaction with your eyes not leaving your fingers as it traces the paint along his body. “Don't tell me you're aroused, hm?” You ask teasingly as your fingers paint across his chest.
Neteyam groans again, his body tensing up as his heartbeat rises. “Sorry, I can't help it when you're touching me so intently,” he admits with a sheepish smile. “Your touch makes me weak.” He reaches out and holds the side of your waist, pulling you closer to him. He gives you a passionate kiss, eager to express his desire for you.
“Hmm...” You hum at the kiss before pushing him back to continue applying paint to his body. “I've warned you that we shouldn't be doing it the night before the raid, now look at you,” you say with a playful hum.
Neteyam lets out a frustrated groan, rolling his eyes and shaking his head. “It's not my fault you're so alluring,” he mutters, looking up at you with a cheeky grin. “I can't control myself when you're around, my beautiful mate.” He sighs and lowers his head, allowing you to continue painting him. Despite his protests, a pleased look comes over his face as he enjoys your skill and touch.
“I can't believe you,” you shake your head at his response. “And here I thought that I would be the needier one when it comes to that,” you tease as you're still focused on applying the paint on his shoulder.
“You might very well be the needier one,” Neteyam tells you with a grin, his gaze traveling from the paint to your face. “But it's not hard to tempt me into making love with you all day and night, my love.” He reaches a hand up, sliding his fingers under your chin to lift your head, so he can kiss you deeply.
Your heart is beating hard as you hum again at the kiss. “You're distracting me,” you say before giving him a small peck on his lips and dipping your fingers again in the paint, trying hard to not get too distracted by his words and gesture despite the way it makes you feel tingly inside.
“Well, that's the point,” he admits to you with a shameless smile. “I want to drive you wild with desire, making you so desperate that you just can't wait to do it again.” He chuckles, leaning forward and nibbling on your earlobe. "Did it work?" He asks in a sultry whisper.
“Why are you like this,” you can't help but chuckle at his words, really trying to not get distracted by his attempts, “But very tempting, I must say.” You stood up for a while before sitting down on the log he sat on before, removing his braids and queue from his back to his front so you could paint the back of his shoulder.
“You know you love it,” Neteyam tells you with a wry grin, leaning forward slightly so you can easily paint his back. He closes his eyes and relaxes, letting you work your skills on him. “Besides, I'm your man, your warrior, it's my duty to protect you, entertain you, and pleasure you.” He lets out a soft sigh. “And if I'm not doing that, then I haven't completed my job as your mate, now have I?”
Your heart soars in happiness at his words. A big smile paints your face as you paint his back. “And you're doing a very wonderful job at it, beloved.” You kiss the back of his head before getting up from the log to sit down in front of him again.
“I'm glad to hear it," Neteyam tells you with a smile. He gazes at you with admiration, taking in the sight of you painting him and how attractive you look doing it. He reaches out, squeezing your knee with a smile. “Are you almost done? Or do you need more time?” He asks playfully, tracing circles on your leg with his thumb.
“Your face, love. Now, stay still.” You dip your fingers in the paint before applying it to his face. Neteyam nods and stays perfectly still as you paint his face. He watches with much interest as you carefully apply the pattern into place, noting how each stroke of the paint makes him look even more imposing than before. When you finish, he smiles up at you from under his battle paint. “How do I look?”
“Like a fearsome warrior?” You reply with a playful chuckle. Admiring the way he looks in his full warrior attire once he stood up. "Fearsome? Maybe," Neteyam muses, flexing his arm for you. "But don't forget about the appealing factor," he teases, placing his hand on his hip in a provocative fashion. He glances at you, making sure you got a good look at his toned physique.
You chuckle at his words as you stand up as well, grabbing your bow and arrows as you hang them on your shoulder. “Now, are you ready to fight, beloved?” He smiles, making sure you're also ready. “As ready as I could be,” you nod. He gives you a short kiss on the lips and a long kiss on the forehead,
“I still want to do it once we get back home.” He grins suggestively at you as he squeezes your bum before you walk side by side towards the gathering. Looks like you two are about to get really tired from today.

In one of those days, Neteyam sees her but she doesn't notice him. He falls in love, seeing how happy she is amidst nature. Neteyam finds out she's actually a human in an Avatar, so, he finds a way to go where her real body is. He hates to admit it but, seeing her in her human body, he realizes he still loves her. After watching her, he notices how she's always happier when she's in her Avatar, so, he develops a deeper connection to her. However, he becomes obsessive. Reader has only heard about him, the famous son of Jake Sully and future Olo'eyktan, praised for his great achievements as a young Omatikaya. After getting reader's attention, Neteyam asks her to choose to live forever in her Avatar, becoming his mate and making tsaheylu with him, gaining a new home as a fresh member of his tribe. Reader is scared and torn, since, even though she's intensely attracted to him and only truly enjoys life when she's Dreamwalking, she doesn't really know him and she's afraid of dying when trying to go past Eywa's eye. But Neteyam just won't give up on her that easily.

Chapter 1
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
I love your touch, cold as ice
And I love every single tear you cry
I just love the way you're losing your life
Oh, my baby, how beautiful you are
Oh, my darling, completely torn apart
Gone With The Sin (HIM)
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷
Neteyam would look at you every moment he could. He didn't have that much free time since he was the Olo'eyktan's son and had so many responsibilities weighting on his shoulders. But he would always make any sacrifice he needed to make to find time to see you. Even if it meant using the few hours he had to himself to contemplate you. His sad, gloomy-eyed, beautiful girl. You were not actually his yet, but, he was determined to make that change.
Neteyam saw you holding back tears way too damn often, so, he was always deeply worried about you, and, that was one of the reasons why he was always creeping around, high up in branches of trees located in Hell's Gate, watching over you, almost every day, ready to help you, defend you from any danger, to say "screw it" to how out of the blue it would be if he - a stranger, a male na'vi stranger - just came up to you and said "hey, I've been watching you for a while, and… I'm so, so in love with you. Please, leave this damn idiotic human life you live and let Eywa help you be transferred to your Avatar body for good, just like she helped my father. You're so insanely pretty like this - and I have never felt attracted to any female of your demon kind before, so, believe me when I talk about your beauty - but you look even prettier when you're in your Avatar form. Let me make you my mate, let me make you the future Olo'eyktan's mate. I can give you a far better life than the one you have now"
He knew he was just a weird alien boy (as the humans would probably say), stalking you, always up in the highest tree branches he could find and reach, watching a girl while she cooks - as it was your job - like a hunter watching their prey. But he meant no harm. On the contrary, he meant to take care of you, to save you from it all. Because he wasn't blind. Neteyam saw how unhappy you looked while peeling potatoes (he knew what they were because his dad who was once human told him and his siblings about how delicious that vegetable from Earth tasted, especially when it was made as French fries) to cook on the high-tech stove the humans used to prepare their meals in and prepare mashed potatoes to those damn lab guys who invaded his Planet and did nothing but harm.
Neteyam thought it to be unnecessary. His future mate could easily prepare the same potatoes in a bonfire he would light up for you in the Omatikaya forest. He knew they would taste even better roasted in the natural fire than just plainly cooked in that energy fueled cooking device the humans used. He could give you a life so incredibly better than the one you had right now, it pained him to see his yawne working so hard to feed every damn scientist in that cold, air-conditioned lab while not being as appreciated and thanked by them as you deserved to be. You could be preparing food to feed his children instead, the sons and daughters he would give you, if only you accepted becoming his forever mate.
He hated the humans. They didn't know how to lead a proper life. But you were different.
Neteyam knew how breathtaking you looked in a na'vi like body because the first time he saw you, you were in your Avatar body - as you were a Dreamwalker - and that's when he fell in love with you. But he learned to love your human body too. He could never hate you, even in your human form. You were the only human he did not despise.
The day Neteyam first saw you, he was out in the forest to hunt and gather food, collecting bladder polyps, lionberry seeds and trying to kill a hexapede, so, he could bring all of it home and him and his family could eat a nutritious dinner.
That's when he heard a squeaky, funny laugh. It was a female voice, he recognized. Neteyam followed that sound just like he was a sailor and the girl whose laugh he heard was a mermaid, bewitching his senses and drawing him closer.
When he saw you, it was like his heart was going to explode in a thousand pieces, so fast it was beating inside his rigid ribcage, so strongly the blood was being pumped through his arteries. He knew he had to make you his mate, to have you forever.
Neteyam had always been a practical and rational young man, he had to be. He was the eldest son and had to look after his 3 younger siblings and not show a single sign of weakness when his father would scold him in a harsh tone, whenever any of his siblings - specially his younger brother, Lo'ak -, got into trouble and somehow, Neteyam ended up having to take responsibility over their actions. "But that girl… that beautiful, ethereal girl… she makes me believe in things I've never even considered before. I know it sounds stupid to say that about a girl I just met, only some minutes ago but I don't care", he thought. Only he and Eywa herself knew the raw, powerful feeling he was experiencing at that moment. He just wanted to let go for a while. To not force himself to be all brains, zero heart for once, just once. And you were gifting him the opportunity to do just that. Your beauty was so enchanting, it could leave any creature in awe.
His father had once told him about Christianity, one of the most popular religions back on the glory days of the Planet Earth, and, of course he didn't follow those beliefs, his spirituality was completely based on Eywa, the Great Mother, the spirit and moving energy of Pandora, but, if the beings called "angels" his father talked about were real, Neteyam was utterly sure that they could only look like you.
You were perfect. Every curve of your body, every bioluminescent freckle, every pattern of your stripes, your long dark braided hair falling like water on your flawless back, as you kept smiling and touching every single flower you could see, playing in a foolish way, just like a child. He felt a primal urge coming from his guts to make tsaheylu with you right there, right at that moment.
So many thoughts roamed through Neteyam's mind: "I need her… right here, right now. She's… ugh… I've never felt anything like this before… What's going on with your stupid mind, Neteyam?! You can't just choose any girl to be your mate, you'll be the next Olo'eyktan, remember?! The best choice would be a girl who has a calling to be Tsahìk. Maybe your parents will try to arrange a marriage, to find the perfect match for you. Damn! Who am I trying to fool? She is the only perfect match for me…"
Neteyam started to watch you go about the forest every chance he got.
When he found out you were actually a Dreamwalker, a human in a body created in a laboratory, a hybrid of demon and na'vi, a freak... It was like his world was falling apart, piece by tiny piece crashing on the floor. How did he not notice your fifth finger before?! Was he that much under your spell, that blinded by how beautiful and charming you were?, he asked himself.
So, he told himself he was going to find a way to at least see what your true form looked like. He hissed at the thoughts and feelings you had caused him the whole way to Hell's Gate, where the laboratory was and where he knew all the humans that stayed in Pandora and had an Avatar stayed.
When Neteyam saw you in your human body, he got hit by something as strong as lightning. The moment he sniffed your sweet scent (the smell you had in your Avatar had notes of your original human scent, as your DNA was used to build that body), the moment he recognized that melodious voice… The expression in those eyes, that smile, that laughter… it was you. His yawne.
He didn't understand how that was possible, what he was feeling. Nevertheless, he realized he still loved you. His heart still beat fast for you. It didn't matter which physical form you took. Na'vi or human. You were you. And he loved you. Madly.
His people had a great contempt towards the ones who Dreamwalked. They were "demons in false bodies", like his grandma and his mother always said. And Neteyam himself felt the same. Worse, he had felt disgusted by the love and desire you made him feel, back when he watched you wandering around the Omatikaya lands, when you would jump like a little kid, so happy playing with the bioluminescent, neon plants of the forest.
But, still, that feeling lingered inside him. The attachment, the deep affection, the devotion… He could not comprehend it.
All Neteyam could grasp was that he hated all humans, but you were the only exception.
Even though you were originally human, you had a na'vi heart. He just knew that. As crazy and impossible as it sounded, he figured out it was true. And that blew his mind. That sorrowful girl he was seeing cooking in a small technological kitchen was not the same one he had seen at the forest. But it was, at the same time. It apparently made no sense, but it actually did. You were not where you belonged. You did not belong imprisoned among those four walls that the other humans kept you in. That you were keeping yourself in. You belonged free amidst the Pandoran trees. You did not belong in those big human clothes. You belonged in a comfortable loincloth and a big leaf necklace covering your beautiful breasts, letting the wind hit your skin.
You seemed out of place in that environment you were currently in. And that made Neteyam feel something so overpowering. He knew it was useless to try and fight it. He was not even sure if he even wanted to fight it anymore. That feeling was good. It felt just like what he felt when he thought you were a na'vi girl. He even felt attracted to you, even though he still thought you looked much prettier in your Avatar body.
He was fully aware you were one of the demons. But you were not like the rest of them. You were special. He could tell that. He could tell you'd be a hundred per cent happier if he could convince you to become na'vi. And that's exactly what he was planning to do. He still did not know how, but he would find a way.

saying who’s got the most rizz in the family is hard, their blood is strong. but one thing neteyam can’t deny, is that his father is the original rizz
how did he managed to pulled off neytiri? he don’t fucking know. the daughter of the chief while he is a ‘dreamwalker’ to them? he got them rizz
neteyam, being the golden child he is, is determined to follow his father’s footsteps.
and who else could he ask advice from? lo’ak? nope, that boy would never miss a chance to make fun of him, if he would go for his assistant. plus, he got rizzed up by tsireya, he down real bad.
kiri? nah, she has her own world and neteyam respects that. letting her be her free-spirited self would be the best option.
spider 👁️👁️ what does that boy know? does he even have a girlfriend? *ahem* i guess we’ll never know. he got the lowest rizz game in the family, with all due respect from neteyam.
tukkk, SHE IS A MINOR AND A CHILD.
neytiri? i guess? bet she would be more of a pain in the ahh if he would go to her for advice. being a mom she is, she would definitely judge neteyam’s crush and all of his dream would crash down. no, we don’t want that.
jake, it is.
but how? how to make it the least awkward to approach his dad about stuff like this?
he tried to give his dad signals and signs everyday but he doesn’t seem to pick them up. he even started to doubt if his dad is the real player, cuz them boy is clueless😭
“dad?”
“yes?” jake replied with his back facing neteyam.
“how do you er…like send a sign?”
“neteyam, i thought we went over this already,” he sighed. “press your collar when speaking, and say ‘over’ when you are done talking”
“oh!” he scratched his neck. “okay, sorry, dad.”
neteyam was hopeless 😭 but to get a girl, he can’t just give up easily
he tried again, now, with a little help from his sister
“dad,” he walked quietly into the marui where his dad is resting.
“what?” he grumbled.
“erm…last time…when…” his words fumbled around each other, while kiri came into the marui.
“when what? get to the point,” he shifted the blanket off his chest and sat up.
“dad, he is asking you how to ask a girl out,” she said nonchalantly as she looked through the drawer. “you’re welcome, bro,” with a swift of her tail, she was out the door.
“oh, well,” jake chuckled loudly. “have i heard correctly?”
“well, yea..yes.”
“c’mere, son,” he patted the mattress. “let me show you.”
jake would be so proud. he would laugh uncontrollably for like 10 minutes cause neteyam got him worried there.
but his son ask, he will reveal
“now, welcome to “the way of rizz 101” class with jake sully,” he joking said. “there are many ways to ask a girl out, alright, but there is a main pattern you must look out for.”
“number 1: set the mood. it is the most important, alright?” he ruffled neteyam’s locks. “you could never go wrong with setting the mood, look for spots, lighting, and the feels.” “guess where we got down, the tree of souls, yeah, magic, am i righ-“
“ew dad, please.”
“okay, listen to the experts, son,” he laughed. “number 2: make it personal, PER-SO-NAL”
“yes, i understand, I’m not dumb”
“no, son, it’s really important. don’t reuse your letters, never get her the same gift. DO NOT never ever use the same pick up line. AND definitely do not use the same pattern for every girl.” (amen to deja-vu from olivia rodrigo, guys)
“number 3: be yourself,” he patted his son back. “don’t be afraid, if she doesn’t accept your offer, don’t let it consume you.”
“how can i do that?” he retorted.
“what is she like?”
“she is the only girl i have ever laid my eyes on and they were stuck! can’t imagine even just one other girl that i have felt the same feelings i am feeling right now.”
“that’s the spirit, atta boy,” he chuckled. “then, i pray for eywa that this is the way.” “eywa will show you the way if she is the one for you,” he smiled softly.
“and a honorable mention, do not ever make a girl cry over your stupid mistakes, alright?”
“how would i know?”
“you would feel it, respect her, respect her as a goddess, hell yeah, adore her, like eywa,” he added. “she is gentle but deadly, the spirit of life. always ask for consent, always. when you are mated for life, you both become equal.”
“let her guide you, and let you guide her,” he held his palms together as one. “now, how to rizz a girl up is not useful without your effort,” he patted his son’s head and pushed him up.
“go get the girl, atta boy!”
today is a great day to go touch grass 😳 i mean- take care of yourself 🤍

ALL OF UR WRITINGS MAKES ME WANNA 😩♥️♥️ im obsessed♥️♥️
Do u hve any writings with like stepcest?
A Family Dinner
Tumblr media
Warning: humiliation kink, pseudo incest, fingering, semi-public, almost caught, squirting, etc.
Pairing: Stepbro!Lo'ak x Stepsis!Reader ft. Neteyam
Synopsis: Lo'ak always loved to tease you even under the table during a family dinner.
Was it weird that you allowed your stepbrother to touch you in areas only your mate should touch?
Yes it was.
But did you care? No, you didnt care one bit.
What you and Lo'ak were doing was against the will of the great mother. Against the familial relations you two had. It was clear Lo'ak liked you from the start. You were the sister that stuck by his side. As the seasons passed on, Pandora grew and so did you. He was the first to notice the changes of your body.
He was the first to notice your sudden increase of height, the change of your voice, the rapid growth of your hair, and of course, he saw how "womanly" you became. This obviously came with grave consequences. The men, youthful and mature, tried to get your hand, but Jake would rather die than give your hand to them. Lo'ak was a different case. No one, Na'vi nor dreamwalker, would dare to mate with you.
He wouldn't allow it.
Mind this, Neteyam was not stupid. He noticed the incestous connection Lo'ak and his stepsister had. It was suspicious how Lo'ak hissed at every Na'vi that dared to look your way. He knew. Neteyam knew everything. He observed how Lo'ak snuck to your room every night, how your hugs seemed so intimate, how his tail flashed behind him when you kiss him on the cheek.
It was fucking obvious.
Neteyam tapped his fingers on the table as he watched his brother and stepsister get along a little too well. He peered his eyes to see what was really happening. Lo'ak ran his hand between your smooth thighs. He rubbed the wet spot on your loincloth resulting a small whimper to escape your lips.
Your legs slowly began to lose its strength although you were sitting down. You laid your head on Lo'ak's shoulder. "As much as I love hearing you moan and whimper f'me, you have to keep it down.", he said almost as if he was teasing you. He listened to your small whimpers and praises. It made him lose control.
He increased the speed of his slender fingers on your clitoris and your clenching, soaked cunt. Your hips slammed on to his hand. His palm was collecting your love juices like a well. Your face screwed up like an overstimulated pornstar. You hid your face in your palms as you released all over Lo'ak. Lo'ak rose his hand and licking up your juices. You sighed in relief. "He is finally done!", you thought.
Key word.
Thought.
You were on the verge of unconsciousness, your amber eyes rolled to the back of your head. "Don't pass out on me, baby.", he said. But you couldn't keep your eyes open. You couldn't stay awake. Lo'ak glared at your almost unconscious figure from the corner of his eyes. He pinched your puffy clit mercilessly. So hard, your eyes shot open as you jotted up in pain with a mixed of pleasure.
Neteyam was alarmed when he saw his stepsister jot up suddenly. "Tsumuke, what is wrong?", Neteyam asked. You looked at Lo'ak signalling he should stop but this psychopath just smiled at you devilishly. About to respond, Lo'ak forced his fingers back inside of you. Your pussy made erotic, sloppy sounds. You bit your inner jaw and clench your thighs together. " I-I'm fine, rä'ä sngum si.", you exclaimed. Lo'ak slowed down as he saw his mother and sisters approaching with dinner. Jake sat beside Neytiri, who was beside you.
Now you were fucked.
No pun intended.
Tuk was sharing how she met a new friend. Lo'ak dropped his napkin, catching the attention of his mother. "What is wrong Lo'ak?", Neytiri asked. "Just...dropping my napkin, that's all.", he said crawling under the table. He smirked as he sees the huge wet stain on your loincloth. "Perfect.",he whispered.
He moved your loincloth almost making you choke on your food. His tongue met with your folds. His two fingers thrust inside you with maximum speed. Your fingers ran through his braids as you attempted to hold your moans by biting your bottom lip. "So sweet for no reason, ma.",he claimed as he slurped up your wetness loudly.
About to cum, you hit Lo'ak on his head harshly. He ignored your warning ad you squirted all over his face. He picked up the napkin in one hand and used the other to collect your juices from his face and licked it off again. You trembled in your seat and the chair you sat on was soaking right through. "Are you alright, syulang?", Neytiri asked in concern. Jake walked over you, checking if you have a fever. You couldn't respond. Lust clouded your mind.
"Neteyam, take your sister to her room.", Jake commanded. "Sir I can do-", Lo'ak tried to speak out but the glare he received from his father shut me up immediately. Neteyam threw you down on your bed and shot you a deadly glance. You looked at me with eyes of fear and full of eyes. "Don't act innocent.",he said almost whispering. He knew. He began to remove his loincloth. "You know what to do.",he said sternly. You shook your head.
"Don't be shy sister, after all you weren't afraid to let Lo'ak finger you in front of our parents.", he said with a grim look on his face. He moaned as your lips wrapped around his half erected member. He forced your face balls deep. "Dirty girl. Fucking both of your brothers like a whore. If you bite me, I'll slice your tongue off."
He didn't care. After all, you were not blood related. The perfect son finally broke down. You looked beautiful like that.
Lo'ak wouldn't mind sharing, right?

the dreamwalker of the sea
tonowari x reader x ronal
Tumblr media
You had come to Pandora to join the avatar program and as one of grace helpers, during your time there you had made great friendship and see wonderful things as well. When the war had happened you had helped fight in the war, but you had been lost as you and your ikran had been hit. Everyone had thought you were gone as they couldn't find you, but eywa had saved you and soon brought you to safety within a reef clan where you had started your second journey in life.
y/n " Noiey" you are standing the sallow water as you looked at your son playing with his wooden toy.
noiey " mama"
y/n " yes mama is making sure you stay very close to her I know you are a good swimmer like your dad, but you need to be careful sweetie" noiey had smile at you as he went back to playing as you were studying some shells.
noiey " mama mama"
y/n " yes sweetie what the matter" noiey was pointing up at the sky when you saw some ikran, you soon picked up your son as you as the ikran getting closer to the village.

When the day had started just right, you immediately know what you were about to busy yourself with. Considering there wasn’t much happening in the clan and nothing you could help Norm and Max with, you hopped into your link shack, opting not to go out with an annoying exopack outside.
Besides, you’d rather be in your avatar body anyway for what you were about to do.
Waking up in your avatar body, you took the necessary precautions, moving around, stretching your muscles and checking your reflexes. Once you deemed it was all good, you quickly made you way onto a little chest you had kept in your tent.
Crouching down, you had picked up a few books in your hand. That’s right, you were going to spend the day reading. Smiling as you imagined yourself leaned against the tree, book in hand, and the sun providing the much-needed light to read, you were determined to make that a reality.
Standing up, you carried the books in one hand, quickly leaving the tent and running away to find a spot.
After finding the perfect tree, not too far from home, you sigh in relief, sitting down and leaning your back against it, placing the rest of the books beside you stacked neatly as you picked the one you were reading before.
Opening the book, you were met with the last page you had remembered reading, the memory feeling like yesterday, but in reality was a few weeks ago. Smiling to yourself, your eyes began scanning the words, taking it all in and making a little bubble of your imagination.
When you were already halfway through and deep in thought as you read, your reflexes had calmed down to a point where you didn’t hear something approaching, rather someone.
Your face had contorted into different emotions as Neteyam walked towards where you were. His tail perking up and swaying in curiosity at what you were doing, and the thing that you held in your hands that made you frustrated as you sighed loudly, grumbling words.
He waved to get your attention, but it didn’t work, your eyes were glued to this thing in front of you.
“My love.” He suddenly voiced out. You didn’t move or even look at him. Whatever it is, it had your full attention!
“My love.” He tried a little louder this time and you finally look up, smiling when you saw him. Neteyam’s heart spiked, happy that he finally got your attention. He smiled back, about to speak when you turned your attention back onto the book.
He frowned, but made his place beside you, he also noticed the stack of books on your other side, then looking at you, then what you were doing.
“Hello, ‘Teyam.” You greeted him while reading.
He leans in. “What are you doing?”
“Reading.”
“Reading?”
“Mhm.”
He glanced at the book; he couldn’t understand anything his eyes were showing him.
“What are you…reading?” He asked, trying to gain your attention, if asking many questions would do it, then he would ask anything that’s in his mind right now.
“I’m reading about….” Once you had explained the plot of the book, Neteyam looks stunned as he didn’t know half of what you just said.
“And what is happening now?” He asked again.
“She’s about to try and plan her escape.” You answered.
“Is she going to escape?”
“Probably.”
He had asked a few more questions, but as much as you liked to answer them, you also didn’t want to be distracted from your favourite past time.
You suddenly sigh as Neteyam was in the middle of asking another question, pausing to look at you as you closed your book, trapping a finger inside so you don’t get lost.
With your free hand, you cup Neteyam’s cheek, him smiling, you almost felt guilty. “Neteyam, you can stay here, okay? But you need to promise me one thing.”
“Of course.”
“Can you promise to be quiet?”
Neteyam tilts his head. “Okay.”
“Okay? Good.” You smile, leaning in and leaving a peck on his nose before leaning against the tree and opening your book again, continuing to read.
At first Neteyam settled on watching you read, but soon enough he started to get bored. He played with the nature around him, looking around and inspecting everything, but it wasn’t something he hadn’t seen before.
His eyes settled back on you, particularly down to your legs and your tail that was occasionally flicking from side to side. Slowly looking at you then at your leg.
Times like these, Neteyam would just leave you be to do let you focus on what you were doing— but today, he was feeling rather childish as he slowly reaches his hand over your leg, placing a fingertip down on the skin and began tracing along the dots.
At first, he gave an experimental trace then looks at you. You didn’t even seem to flinch or react. He shrugged, okay then.
He continues doing that, every time he goes back to his starting point, his finger gets higher and higher upon your leg, almost reaching your thigh. Your tail was reacting subconsciously as it tried to swat away Neteyam’s hand, thinking it was an insect.
When he did reach your thigh, however, that’s when you felt shivers ran down your spine as you tucked your legs in, looking at Neteyam.
“Neteyam.” You warned, but it was more like an empty threat. But Neteyam decided to give you a wide grin, a cheeky one as his eyes held some kind of plan as he looked at you.
“Neteyam, no.” You said as he slowly approached you, acting out his plan. You felt the tingles in your nerves as you tried to hide away from him as his playful smile grew, but ls, you were stuck against the tree.
“NETEYAM I SWEAR—”
You didn’t get to utter a single word after that as he quite almost pounced on you, tickling your sides as you laughed out loud, begging to be free from the torture your boyfriend was causing.
The books stacked were now scattered across the floor from your struggle, the book that you were currently reading has fallen off your thighs, shutting closed once it hit the floor, page no longer marked.
Both you and Neteyam’s laughter echoed in the forest, once Neteyam had deemed it enough to stop, you were panting, hands gripping at his wrists to stop his oncoming attack. “You’re the worst.” You breathed out, Neteyam just chuckled, sitting beside you. “I was getting bored.” He faces you.
Then the two of you noticed the mess of books scattered, particularly the book you were currently reading. Your heart dropped, forgetting the page you were on— you forgot to mark it!
You suddenly frowned, alerting Neteyam. He follows your gaze, the book was closed shut, and based on your expression, Neteyam quickly picks it up with one swoop of his arm, handing it to you.
You continued pouting. “I lost the page I was at.” You explained.
Oh, is that what’s this is about? Thankfully, Neteyam, moments before pouncing on you, his eyes scanned your book and he remembers a certain mark of what he could tell where numbers his dad taught him.
He laughs at your expression, leading you to knit your eyebrows at him. “What’s so funny?”
“My love, you do not realize how cute you look right now.” He admits, hand placing on your cheek, pulling your face closer to his as he leaves a peck on your forehead, your nose, then at your lips.
The action makes heat run to your cheeks, nudging against him. He pulls away, and to your surprise, your book was now open to where it was before, Neteyam handing it to you with a sheepish smile.
“Thank you-“ Neteyam pulls you into his lap, earning a yelp from you as you settled in, his arms protectively caging you.
“Can you…” He started, trying to figure out what to say as he looks at you then at the book. Staring at him, you quickly connected the dots.
“Want me to read it for you?” You smile. Even though Neteyam was sure he won’t understand a thing, hearing your voice was enough. He nods eagerly, placing his chin on your shoulder.
You loved this, trapped in your lover’s arms as you read aloud, two of your favourite things combined, why haven’t you thought of this before? Thank Neteyam.
Letting out a deep breath, you smile and leave a peck on Neteyam’s head before turning towards the book, finally uttering out the words you read.
Neteyam found his brain feeling empty as you read to him, eyes fluttering shut, only opening when the pages were being turned, or if he occasionally looked at you, to see your expressions while reading.
Oh, he’s going to get used to this.
