Monster Hunter G/T?

YEEEEEES!!!

Gosh I am not an avid gamer, but monster hunter just HITS (DID YOU SEE THE NEW TRAILER??)

I feel like there's so much monster hunter g/t that I would go buck wild for👀

Just a monster hunter exploring farther into the wilderness- setting up camp far out and taking some notes for the nerdsquad back at base. They end up noticing some weird behavior in some resident species- hearing word of something large moving around from some other explorers. Thinking it may be a new species they go searching for it, finding strange tracks the can't identify, but that are absolutely massive.

Maybe they're so engrossed in investigating the tracks that they don't notice the approach of some big ol aggressive anjanath or something. They get completely caught of guard, tossed and dropping their weapon as the creature charges forth, when another creature- though they hesitate to call it that- rams into it.

They watch in what they're unsure is horror or fascination, as a gigantic human fends of the would be attacker.

I LOVE THIS

Like a giant herding massive creatures- FARMING THESE LITERAL MONSTERS??

Or maybe they craft their clothes like regular humans and the monster hunter mistakes their sleeping for for a monster and the two go straight into battle before both having a wild realization "That's a big/little person???"

ALSO JUST CLUTCH CLAW CLIMBING A GIANT?? (Bonus points if they absolutely hate when the MH does it, but the MH refuses to be picked up)

OR THE GIANT HAVING LITERAL KAIJU PETS??? Like you can't tell me you wouldn't want a nargacuga or paolumu???

I don't like the name Bakusquad and Dekusquad (Personal Opinion)

It is just a Fanon name for the two funny ahh groups, but Bakusquad and Dekusquad just sounds... Not, good in my brain.

since I'm not a fan of the name Bakusquad and Dekusquad- but still want to have a specific thing to call them each by, what should I name them? Dekusquad is the nerdsquad in my brain. Or the "Be gay do crime" gang. While Bakusquad.. Hm. The "Hazzard squad" cuz ya know:

Bomb, Acid, Electricity, Rock and Warning tape!

And also, personal reason why I don't like the name of Baku and Deku squads is because of the association of "They're only Baku's or Deku's friend." I know it's not like that but it is to me.. Like- Imagine me this.

Bomb, Acid, Electricity, Rock, Warning tape AND eldrich HORROR!! (Plus, Anti-Gravity, Sonic, Hot Cold and Fucking FROG.)

i choose to believe that at some point during spring break sophomore year possibly at one of the shrimp parties riz and adaine #nerdsquad kissed once to see what it was like icarly style. riz found it so deeply neutral and weird and adaine thought it was gross and had nightmares about it that night. they shook hands afterwards and avoided eachouther the rest of the night but this shared unpleasant experience did improve their ability to work together on future investigations.

Imagine Kacchan getting mind control powers to make Deku do whatever he wants, he never takes it too far just making Deku do small dumb things like rub his feet, get him a snack, carry his bag, pull out his chair, etc.

Basically he just kinda makes Deku his personal servant but draws the line at doing anything Deku would be morally against, he’s not a villain after all and it keeps suspicious away.

Dekus always been viewed as a bit of a pushover and a people pleaser, and now that they’re getting closer everyone just sees it as a natural progression.

It goes smoothly for like a week before Kacchan asks Deku to do something he doesn’t want to do, he’s tired of the nerdsquad always taking up Dekus time. It’s a shitty thing to do but in a hissy fit Kacchan orders Deku to stop being friends with them

And Dekus just like, “wtf no??? Get your attitude in check and I’ll see you later.” And then nopes out

Kacchan discovering the mind control never took, Deku had free will the entire time was just genuinely happy to do whatever Kacchan asked of him no questions asked

The next day Dekus back to doing all the things Kacchan’s asked him, like a routine but he seems much grumpier about it now

Kacchan worrying that maybe it’s because Deku is a people pleaser and just doing it because he didn’t want to ruin their tentative friendship, but he’s not sure how to ask without just coming clean

Kacchan feels gross and guilty, and so confused that he tells Deku to back off, and Deku does which in Kacchan’s mind just confirms his suspicions

Finally everything boils over and Kacchan comes clean, and Dekus like “I was grumpy because you’d been a brat but I don’t do any of those things because of some kind of obligation, I just like taking care of you”

Last time they had done an in costume session of their campaign, she remembered people commenting that it seemed like she was 'doing too much.'

"When you're on stage, you're performing and putting on a damn good show and being sexy." Sighing she looked in the mirror again. "I just don't want people thinking that I'm trying to be something I'm not or wanting more attention or something." Those words had seemed to hurt more than she let on.

"you've seen what I wear on stage right? I am the last person to tell someone if their pants or outfit are too tight." She replied. "I love it. The cape wraps up the outfit perfectly.

While they all had their session zero she really couldn't wait to see what everyone did with their characters. This time she went with a druid instead of a ranger.

I’m such a fuckin nerd. Yesterday I was in my math lesson doing just basic calculation for a exercise. I was doing the math myself and I just was only writing the calculation with a calculation programme on my computer. And in the middle of the calculation I accidently pressed enter... And my reaction to that was the most genuine nerd reaction ever...

If you want to break a sweat creating Annual reports and especially in the field of finance you have my Humblest condolences, no I truly mean that. Because be warned when you've actioned around hhmmm let's say 50 of them annual reports , your paymasters, well they put you out to pasture, out to grass in your elasticated waist, nylon, slip on pants, and your even trendier fast grip, non slip, slip on slippers.. Let's face it annual reports are for nerds, though we all deep inside of us have a tiny bit of nerd that we all engage with secretly now and again, kept hidden, far from public view. NOTE: This piece was made by me and my dear friend a while ago as an project for our after school classes. It took us about 30 hours but it was worth it.
