Zosan in Nefertari!Sanji would be Zoro's nightmare and it's so funny to me. Like this random cook is close to this fucking princess, is actively rooting for said princess and the witch to get together and somehow her keeper doesn't even argue with him even though he's just a guard who can cook. When they're leaving Alabasta the cook has this weird look on his face even though he's smiling it looks so similar to loss. Zoro shrugs it off as they settle in after Alabasta sinks below the horizon line.

Then they start dating around Skypeia because the cook has somehow wormed his way into his life so thoroughly. They start dating and it's not something they're hiding but it's not out in the open either. After they get the Sunny do they both sleep in the first mates quarters? Yeah, do they do anything other than sleep in there? No, the walls of the ship are thin and they don't want to do that to the crew.

Like everything is normal, the story is the same except when they're leaving Wano and the cook introduces himself as Vivi's brother, a prince twice over. Zoro already knew he didn't like the cook's family but then he finds out the cook is adopted by another royal family, a family he does like? Zoro is staring at his boyfriend like he somehow has four heads. They still have the death pact and everything. He corners the cook after the introduction to talk about it. Sanji asks if anything would have been different if Zoro knew and Zoro doesn't have an answer for that.

All Zoro knows is that this shouldn't change anything but he almost lost Sanji once and he's not exactly happy to deal with that again. They end up on Dr. Vega Punk's island though before they can go save Vivi. It's fine she's free and back in Alabasta according to the paper. Zoro holds the cook's hand and tells him that he was right and the cook nods. The cook is still sad he can't make it to the coronation, as is Nami, but there are presents delivered for the crew from the event.

Including a new bounty poster with Sanji's name updated to 'Nefertari D. Sanji' and Sanji is very proud of that.

Not all of them were abandoned by individual people like family members and their community, but the government. Specifically Franky and Law.

Vivi was gonna be in there too but i couldnt,,,, really,,,,, fit her in there.

as far as one piece antagonists go Crocodile truly gets absolutely scooby-doo’d at unmatched levels

He immediately falls for a phone scam and from basically little garden to rainbase he doesn’t even know the strawhats are alive (and clowning towards him at incredible speed). As soon as he does, they’re in his house tearing at his walls and bringing marines into his villain lair.

He uses a literal floor trap door over a gator pit to catch them, gets phone scammed again, full scooby-doo chase scenes after Chopper through the streets while still missing him, and suddenly his prisoners have escaped his impossible cage, and his giant bananagators are dead. and Nico Robin saw it all happen.

He then spends rest of the arc complaining about those meddling kids and their dog “strawhat pirates and their weird pet” and at no point does he even know how many strawhats there are.

Like yeah he keeps having plans on top of plans to stop everything Vivi can do but also she keeps coming up with a new thing to do (Tom and Jerry ass dynamic).

Part of it is that he’s underestimating them and keeps grandstanding villain monologuing but also teens keep killing hundreds of his grand line bounty hunters and he straight up does not know what is happening.

Cause he IS trying to kill them he’s sending top assassins after them and ripping out luffy’s organs, the whole time he’s yelling HOW ARE YOU ALIVE?? DIE. as whack-a-mole Luffy keeps inventing new ways to hit him.

Zosan Nefertari!Sanji where Sanji doesn't introduce himself when Vivi is kidnapped by his real name. Who after Egghead convinces the crew to go to Alabasta with the forever post Vivi gave to him before he left. Zoro keeps checking on his boyfriend as they sail because he's staying in the galley and seems more worried than Nami who is dating Vivi. Sanji keeps assuring he's fine, it'll go away once they're in Alabasta. Zoro is like 'yeah, sure, I totally believe you about this' while Sanji sighs and says they'll explain in Alabasta. Zoro is wondering who are 'they' and what are they explaining.

When they arrive it's a whirlwind of activity to prepare for the coronation and maids and butlers separate the crew to help them prepare for the festivities and dress appropriately. It's a royal affair and they're friends of the royal family after all. They're being treated as such and Zoro is itching to get to his cook because he went through enough royal shit alone recently, dammit, let him go!

Of course they arrived day of so they're let into the party hall and the crew is all together except Sanji isn't there. He's not in the room and Zoro and Luffy keep looking but Robin promises they'll see him soon. And they do. When the royal precession starts and Sanji is giving a speech as he crowns Vivi the Queen of Alabasta while he himself has a tiara or something on his head. Zoro is gaping, Luffy, Nami, and Chopper are confused as Usopp mumbles and points and is trying to put it together timeline wise. Brook asks if anyone besides Robin knew they were traveling with a prince and Robin mentions the Vinsmokes while Jinbei and Franky tell her that doesn't help.

Sanji and Vivi come find them and take them all to a private balcony through a hidden passage way while Koza waves them off. Vivi and Sanji dressed in their royal robes as they pull the crew with them through the darkness. Once they get to the room and the balcony and Sanji leans into Zoro and Zoro asks him if he really thinks they don't have to talk about it.

"Wait, wait none of you knew?" Vivi asks with disbelief.

"Well they found out about the Vinsmokes because they were threatening -" Sanji starts.

"Right, the Vinsmokes, who we basically kidnapped you from but Judge did nothing and we, very publicly and loudly, adopted you." Vivi points out.

"Yeah! Them! They tried to marry me off." Sanji waves off. "Don't think they knew what exactly they were dealing with."

"So do you have to stay?" Usopp asks.

"Absolutely not, if he doesn't leave with our nakama I'll banish him." Vivi assures.

"Third times the charm." Sanji agrees which makes Luffy and Robin laugh and Zoro and Vivi groan.
