Alright, my lovelies! ❤️
Time for your weekly reminders:
Brush your teeth, brush your hair, shower, anything you can manage to do, do it. I promise you'll feel better.
Take your medicine! Fuck what other people think. Don't make yourself suffer because of a stupid stigma. You need your medicine and it is okay to take it.
Drink some water! Even just a single cup. Your body will thank you. Even if you don't feel it outside, your insides will be happy.
Do something for yourself. Anything that makes you happy. Even if it's something super simple like organizing your movie collection or having a cup of tea. It makes you happy. So do it.
Don't forget to eat. You deserve to eat something, even if you don't think you do. Even if it's a small snack. Just something to get some fuel into your body. Your mind can't be quiet when your belly is hungry.
Get out of your bed. Even for just a trip to the living room for five minutes. That five minutes makes a great deal of difference. Yes, even if it doesn't feel like it.
Be yourself. Try not to hide yourself from anyone today. Hiding is not good. It deteriorates your sense of self worth and image of yourself because of the stupid thought that no one could ever love you for who you are. ITS A LIE. If the people you have in your life can't love you for who you truly are, then they don't deserve to be in your life. BE. YOU.
Go stand in the mirror and look at yourself dead in the eyes but instead of judging yourself, remind yourself that you are BEAUTIFUL AND LOVED AND NEEDED AND WANTED AND THE WORLD IS SO BLESSED TO HAVE YOU IN IT. ❤️
I love you and your beautiful face so stinking much 😍, even if you feel like no one else does. I love each and every one of you, you are all so special and unique and I am always here for you. No matter the time of day or night. I'd rather listen to your "problems", than the world lose such a beautiful soul. 😘

this may sound really creepy but do you work out? because i was watching the blooper video with you, tt and jess and i was like 'wow those are good muscles!' i've been trying to get in better shape so i was wondering what your workout routine is and if you have any tips for beginners?
((OOC: This is very sweet, thank you! Bear in mind that lighting and angles are a large part of them looking good on camera (which was why I was so surprised and turned on by myself haha)
 I…aah…occasionally work out. And by that I mean that I did the good adult thing and spend money on a gym that I never attend. I have a home workout that a trainer at the gym put together for me that’s muscle-focused but I’m terrible at making myself do it, and even I’m worse at doing cardio. I also already had quite a lot of upper body strength to start with (because I have no core strength and therefore rely on my upper body to do all the work and because I piggyback people when I’m drunk *weeps*)
I can’t really give you actual exercise tips, because everyone’s body is different and it depends on what you want to achieve, and I’m very definitely not a professional. If you can, I would recommend having a session with a trainer at a gym and creating a tailored workout plan. If not, or in addition to this, there are a lot of fitness vloggers and good tutorials on YouTube. These are really helpful if you are unsure of the right form for a certain exercise etc.
Also, aligning your diet to your exercise is important. Fitness and nutrition blogs and vlogs are definitely a good place to get info! 
The hardest part is motivation, so don’t try and do to much a once or you’ll put yourself off (which I have done many times). Start off realistically in both diet and exercise or it won’t be sustainable! I hope this helps! :) x

People want to gain it. People want to lose it. Some people diet. Some people eat out of boredom. Some starve. Some binge eat. There is so much people do and still seem unhappy. Check ups are good to see if there are medical reasons. Self check is good to see what might trigger you in the area. Whether you are little or big, we all fuss about sizes of clothes, shoes, etc. Find your happy place with yourself and love who you are! You are Beautiful the way you are! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

I don’t know how I feel right now. I thought I was finally over this guy,(who I’ve been hung up over for like what, six months now?) and then something happened. Now I don’t know if I’m over him, or if I’m not. I don’t know how he feels and I thought I did, but I could still be wrong now. For a while I had this horrible nervous feeling in my stomach, and it’s since gone away. Those horrible terrible butterflies flitting around and spitting acid in my stomach. 
I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to feel, I don’t know if I want to feel right now. Am I going to get used again? Am I being lead on? Did I get lead on, did he forget about me already? Has he moved on? Is it bad that even as much as it hurts I hope he still wants me? And if he doesn’t I still want him to be happy as much as caring about him has hurt me? Caused me pain and sleepless nights and fights with friends who support me unconditionally? What’s wrong with me?
I think I need to be intoxicated for a long while. Or sleep until this storm passes. I just broke down yesterday, it’ll be a while before I can get any catharsis for this. But that’s another topic for another post.
I love y’all. Remember that you are loved and cared for and and any of these horrible feelings will pass. You can be strong. You will get better. Believe that and it will be true.

Everyone is so worried about everyone else judging them when literally almost no one cares because everyone is too preoccupied worrying about if everyone else is judging them. We live our lives in constant fear of judgment when we’re actually just judging ourselves.
