idk whats with friday that it excites me too much despite the busyness it entails. it’s like an epilogue of a new prologue, nawmsayn? it feels like the start of the end and the end of the beginning. maybe thats the reason why TGIF was thought of—we are grateful for fridays, maybe because it just puts an end to a something we want to get over with. although u have a lot for the weekend, friday just tells u to breathe right before the weekend approach u. i like fridays—the excitement, the rush, the thrill, the surge, and i thank god for those! happy friday everyone!

This 13y.o. kid had gone viral on social media first quarter of this yr bec of MJ Montimayor's (1st photo) fb post. Later on, another viral post about him by Gender Ermita (2nd photo) caught the attention of a friend who tagged me (just bec she knew I love kids 😁) and told me that I might consider helping him which led me to have a search for him. Lo & behold, a BGW participant from his sch connected me to him. I came to visit him at sch but he was absent for 2 days which later I found out he got sick. Allen Khim Bibat shared his heartfelt life story which caught the masses' attention the reason why he went viral esp in Negros. For my circle's sake, allow me to briefly share: He's known in Silay (my hometown in Negros Occ.) as a 'Penoy kid' who hitches a ride from the mountain to the city proper. At a young age, he sacrificially work to help his mom sell Pinoy snacks/desserts to sustain their family's daily needs. His stepfather is a pedicab driver and the mom, a vendor. As an older child, he would go the extra mile just to earn and send himself to school despite their poverty. Imagine the challenge. If he doesn't have P20 for his fare going to sch, he'd hitch. It's quite dangerous but he'd boldly and shamelessly ask for a ride. Some posts would say his positive outlook encourages netizens to react to posts and help him esp that he wanted to become an engineer someday. Hitching a ride is his story. Finally, w/ the help of Mrs. Lobaton, I met him at Mcdonald's Silay yesterday. When I got him food (chicken w/rice, burger, fries, coke float & choco pie), he was surprised so I received my first countless "thank you, ma'am". Looking at the food in front of him, he politely asked if he could set aside the burger and the fries for his siblings. My heart melted and so I told him to eat what he can finish yet if he's able to finish everything, we'll drive thru (w/my scooter Skyler of course. Bec the line is long plus the waiting time, nawmsayn. Haha!) so he could bring some to his family and for the first time, his countenance was lifted and I first glanced his smile and his eyes sparkled. Happy 5th Anniversary!

Another celebration apart from each other haha but we can always celebrate any other day NBD.

This year has truly been one big fucking roller coaster of a ride.

First off, I welcomed 2019 with a bing bada bang bang boom. Can you believe it though, hapit na pud mag 1 yr. Time flies so fucking fast and slow at the same time.

Second, I think most heartbreaking sa imoha ani na year, tong pagkamatay ni Doopie. Hayyyyyyyyy (lol, naforward pa jud nako ang pic sa imoha accidentally, sorry luh yah)

Third, I healed quite fast so naka Singapore and Malaysia ta. Your first out of the country and OUR first out of the country.

Seventh, the dumbest decision I made which led to my broke and depressed ass right now, resign og ahak (wala ka sa pics pero iapil nako kay shet)

Tenth, side trips ofc. From mnl to baguio to la union to vigan to paoay. What a fucking ride tbh no wonder gisakit haha but hey no regrets DAPAT

Eleventh, nagkita ta usab when I went w my barkada to Cebu yahu

Twelfth, our last/latest kita. When I went to Cebu for CCNA Bootcamp training.

WEW daghan na jud nahitabo but i always feel like this year has been so fucking fast but so slow at the same time. Idk daghan kaayo big decisions nahitabo which led to another to another and then to another etc. BUT we stayed by each other’s side no matter what! i think that is they key to a ~successful relationhip~; genuine support and trust and constant choice of being together nawmsayn.

this yr, although not rly a test for our relationship, has been tough for me. when i resigned i was so fucking lost i cry everytime. so much has been going on but at the same time, nothing literally is happening to me. BUT you are my constant reminder to keep on going and that this is nothing compared to what is coming ahead of me. thank you for always supporting me! mentally emotionally and most of all financially, $$$my sugar daddy 4 life$$$ srsly tho i couldnt be more grateful for you and your money HAHAHAHA imma repay you when i get a job :(

lastly Y know what LDR is not rly bad as I thought it would be. There was a lot of ~miss yous’s~ in between those moments (ever since you started working in Cebu), but every time we see each other again,, its like nothing has fucking changed and i like that a lot hehe no pressure always. now i dont understand why ppl give so much fuss about ldr.

I felt as if someone shove a bucket of ice on me. I feel really really cold and my hands gets sweatier and sweatier.

But I compose myself and replied to your how are you.

Our conversation lasted at 11PM. 

I didn’t know it was our last.

Months had passed.

I passed the licensure exam but I don’t receive any congratulation message from you.

I was curious why you suddenly left me hanging. Until I saw your display picture on a social media with someone else.

Oh, you’ve got a girlfriend now.

Ouch. Why does it still hurts the same as the first time I felt this?

As if it’s the first time.

A year had passed. I thought I’m over you. But I guess I really am. 

It’s just that I dreamt of you for three straight nights and I don’t even have a single idea why you.
