[🎨] is your muse artistic? do they want to be?

Yes! I’ve always loved the headcanon that Papyrus is a very skilled artist, and that’s bled into the others in its own way. Void is a painter primarily, or he sketches in charcoal when opting for something quicker and more casual. Very similar to Edge in that respect, with the primary difference being that Void draws more from emotion as time goes on, and branches out from loose realism/slight impressionism into impressionism/surrealism. As far as wanting to be, it was honestly never something he’s put much thought into, just something he does when he wants to unwind. He likely wouldn’t consider himself artistic.

[👻] if your muse were a fantasy creature, what kind would they be? why?

Oooh this is a good one. If he were to choose, probably something like a guardian spirit, something mostly peaceful that looks after others and has the ability to keep them safe. Why? He has so much unresolved guilt trauma. As for me though as much as I’d love to give a more in depth answer, I’m honestly not too well versed in specific fantasy creatures, at least not enough to kin assign one to Void! Just going off aesthetics though I’d probably make him some sort of fae or shadow entity, or maybe some sort of dragon. Mostly just because I like those things. He’d make a very cute dragon <3

Absolutely, and I’m sure he does all the time lol. He’s got his own code, and if it means helping or protecting others, or otherwise doing something he sees as needing done, he doesn’t really care what anyone else has to say on the matter. That being said he leans morally good so that’s not really a bad thing…usually.

I think this might be the biggest piece I’ve ever created. Taking the entirety of the month to finish up and being too big to post, this was originally one piece that I had to split into three because it was just too fucking big for the site. 

Surprisingly. 

I didn’t originally intend for this to get as big as it did but honestly im really happy to have finished this. 

Even if it’s a cursed abomination of an art piece that cannot be posted anywhere. 

I’m really happy with this. But please as per usual don’t repost anywhere. Reblogs are appreciated and this is also going to be up on twitter if y’all would like to interact there as well.

I got a few projects, one being a big world building project, related to Undertale. I’m not good at writing, especially when it comes to characters that aren’t mine, so I’m definitely open to meeting and talking to other UT writers/artists for advice or tips :D

On another note I’m going to leave a list of my own characters for future reference along with a bit of art - not all of them have Refs yet but sooN!

I’ve got herp brain rot from treating a skink so here’s an odd asK - Do any of your lads like amphibians/reptiles?

Yeah absolutely!!! I can give a quick run down of everyone’s pref, too!

Actively doesn’t like or is scared of Them - Patch, Hawk, Cue, Pictoris, Berry

Indifferent to Them - Papyrus, Red, Haze, Eclipse, Snare, Hemlock, Raviel, Pin, Ice

Likes Them well enough - Sans, Blue, Gold, Copper, Dove, Rust, AR, Luck, Ara, Boötes, Cire, Lace, Rosewood, Clover, Perp

Loves Them!! - Stretch, Ghost, Coal, Boss

Just an overall animal person - Edge, Dusk, Antares, Elester, Void

Most of the guys in indifferent would also be friendly with them, they just don’t really have any draw to them particularly, while the only ones afraid of them would be Patch and Berry

That being said! The guys that like them would be friendly with them, wouldn’t mind keeping the household friendly types as pets, and might be interested in learning more about them from those that are more interested! Of which, Stretch, Ghost, and Coal would be the ones with most direct and specific interest!! Boss is mostly just in that category because he likes them more than most other animals, and may keep a more exotic type as a pet, but otherwise isn’t like the others as much.

Antares would also be an exception to being just an animal lover overall! The other guys in that category love animals, but rarely seek them out as any sort of specific interest, while Antares loves animals, all animals, a lot! He’d love to read books or watch specials about any of them, he’d love any chance to meet any animals, from something as simple as a cat to the most exotic creatures on earth!

So!! Antares and Stretch would likely be the most knowledgeable on those dudes, they’d know tons of different species and breeds, and may even keep some as pets, household situation allowing, while Ghost more so just likes them in general. Would enjoy keeping a pet or visiting them at a zoo or reserve, but he doesn’t really seek out information about them as much. Just likes that they exist and finds them neat! I think he’d have an especially soft spot for snakes. Antares might also have a tiny bias for, if this applies, all the strange creatures in the deep sea. That’s not so much amphibian or reptilian, but it’s adjacent agjdhsjfjdj

I think Stretch would especially love learning about their histories and like, their evolution! Amphibians especially, they’re so neat to him, well, and komodo dragons, I think they’d also be a favorite! I’d imagine he’d really enjoy having an aquarium with some newts and fish!

Oh! And Coal loves salamanders and snakes a lot!! But lizards are a close second place, he’d love to learn more about them on the surface, he really admires how adaptable they are and how unique they are to so many other animals!

Fun tangentially related fact! Edge loves when toads visit his garden, and leaves little “scrap nests” of leaves and garden trimmings around the flowers and porch for them <3

[📚] what is your muse’s favourite genre of books, tv, movies, etc.?

I would imagine it doesn’t come as too much of a surprise that he loves adventure, though he’s also a big fan of science fiction, and especially things that overlap those two genres! He’s also a huge fan of sappy endings and over the top villain/hero dynamics, but those details are kept very close to the chest…

Yes and no. He believes more strongly in karma than anything, but that doesn’t mean it’s entirely without its tics. It also kind of feeds into my headcanon of UF Papyrus having OCD, so there’s some stuff he started doing for the sake of…I’m not sure how to phrase it, keeping up on things? Keeping things “in order” and streamlined, too, if you will, but they quickly became compulsions and he feels very put off if he can’t go about things in the ways he’s developed.

[💭] does your muse have imaginary friends? did they have any as a child?

Kind of…but not really? When Edge was very young, due to the nature of his creation, he had the ability to “see” things “outside” of the code, similarly to the way the player can see Gaster followers. He also had slight precognition, which would cause “visions” of the future (or even more rarely the past) to sometimes bleed into his reality. He could also see Chara’s ghost. Sans thought it was just imaginary for a while, until he realized it wasn’t and made Papyrus swear not to tell or talk about it with anyone (worried of what Gaster might do if he found out). So Papyrus wound up repressing it to the point he pretty much couldn’t see any of that stuff anymore as he got older. For the most part.
