What would have been your perfect Habrina endgame plot for CAOS?

The witch hunter plot would be more explored. I mean the show started with a warlock, that was raised by humans, having been stabbed to death and it was said that witch hunters did that.

It was later believed that Father Blackwood was responsible for that, but then the angels showed up. So maybe they did it? Maybe Blackwood knew about them? So I would have wanted that to be explored more.

Harvey should have found out about Agatha and Dorcas being responsible for the mines collapsing. Bonus if he found out that both Sabrina AND Roz knew about it but just never told him.

I believe that maybe Sabrina's mother's family would have something to do with the witch hunters? Before or after Diana ended up falling in love with a warlock, that eventully got her to be tricked by the devil and later killed in a airplane accident.

So maybe Sabrina's mother's family and Harvey's distant reletives were witch hunters? Maybe even helped Harvey find out the truth about the mines, which would make him angry and hurt but he would still hestitate about being a witch hunter because he never wanted to be a killer.

There should have been a kind of Romoe & Juliet-like love story between Sabrina&Harvey. Where they know that they shouldn't be together because it's too dangerous but they still love each other too much to let each other go. Their realationship built on friendship and genuine love.

I don't know how it should have ended. I mean the ending... I still can't believe that some people think that part 4 (with Lilith queen of hell, the devil injured in the human world, Sabrina dead and Miss Wardwell the head of her own witch cult) was a GOOD way to end things. THERE WAS A WAR COMING. I swear... Some people just never fail to disappoint.

What's worse is that Harvey's character was not just made into a background character, but he was also made into a kind of N*zi and some people even said that he was "always like that" WHICH IS BULLS*IT. And there are even those who think that Nick was ALWAYS planned to be Sabrina's Harvey replacement/Harvey clone which is ALSO BULLS*IT since Ross Lynch was the most famous actor on the cast (had the most followers on social media, was in a band plus had acted in several movies) and the only reason he wasn't killed off was bc the showrunner f**king R*berto knew that without him, less people would be interested in watching the show.

I had such high hopes for Habrina. I mean R*berto had explained that Harvey was suppose to be "the prince charming in this dark fairytale" which I suppose he was in the beginnig.

In the novels he has ANGEL POWERS. He never once lied to Sabrina in the show, although she lied plenty. Their realationship was interesting! Pure and they made each other better people.

I know there is a LOT to be upset about when it comes to part four, especially the ending, but there's one thing that bugs me so. much. and it's how they dropped Nick's storyline from part three (and even part two) COMPLETELY. I mean, his trauma? They already did a poor enough job with that back in part three (constantly turning the narrative against him and making him the bad guy, while also sexualizing him and his trauma to the most uncomfortable lengths) but in part four it was literally ERASED. You barely even get any mentions about what he's been through. The fact that he's been to Hell at all and been possessed by the Devil is nothing but a few casual lines thrown in here and there, when it's such a big part of his character. It just doesn't make any sense.

And as if that wasn't enough, they also made everything about his character revolve around Sabrina again (and don't get me wrong, I love them together so much and you guys know that, their chemistry was the highlight of the season for me), but he was treated as even less of his own person than in previous seasons. And that's saying something. We barely got any Nick scenes that weren't nabrina scenes as well (which, yes, she's the protagonist, but even Harvey and Theo and Roz had their own thing going the last couple of seasons, and Nick had his own thing going on LAST season... what happened?). Hell, we didn't even get to see him make decisions ABOUT his relationship with Sabrina. That all happens off-screen. We don't even know the exact moment he decided they should get back together. One moment he was with Prudence (which could have been a nice (colorful) friendship for us to watch develop at first if they wanted this bad for Sabrina to try dating and knew that could only happen if Nick was unavailable, but again we saw nothing of that, just them in the background for a couple of episodes---we still don't even know what was going on there at all, all we got was "we had our fun") and then the next he's trying to win Sabrina back.

And I understand that they had issues with the amount of episodes and airtime they got, so maybe they wouldn't have been able to fit a recovery storyline for him in there (though they might have been able to had they had less random plots nobody asked for and not as much Blackwood), or even any Nick storylines besides nabrina, but they could AT THE VERY LEAST have addressed all these things through his relationship with Sabrina. Because guess what? That's a big part of their relationship. His trauma is why they broke up. There is so much about the Dark Lord, and Hell, and what happened to Nick and even how he grew up that was an issue in their relationship or at the very least relevant to their relationship... A lot of the things that happened to Sabrina this season parallel to things Nick himself has been through before, too... And still, we got nothing.

I think my point is, they should have maintained the Nick storyline that was promised to us back in part three. But since they, for some reason, decided that wasn’t possible, and that this season Nick's main (read: only) storyline would be his relationship with Sabrina, they should have put proper time and care into that, and let these parts of his character be dealt with THROUGH their relationship if nothing else.

Instead, they pretty much retconned what happened in the previous seasons, painting Nick as nothing but a sex addict (because that's what those sex demons were about, right, people?) ex-boyfriend that was never able to fully commit (even though he was committed enough to you know, go to Hell for her) and now wants a second chance.

And then they killed him off in the worst possible way. As well as off-screen. Because, again, why even bother to give him actual scenes.

1. How long ago did you start reading fanfiction? Writing fanfiction?

I’ve been reading fanfiction for a very long time. Since I was at least 12.

Writing fanfiction...I started ACTUALLY posting stuff around the same time, maybe a year or so later, but I’ve been writing ‘offline’ since before that. I used to write story after story of my friends and I as self-inserts in the Totally Spies tv series, and in the W.I.T.C.H books...I also used to print them out and bring them to said friends for them to read. God, I hope they don’t remember that...

10. What’s your favorite fandom, pairing, or character to read fic for? 

Right now, nabrina for sure. I haven’t been this obsessed with a pairing in years, I’m honestly really happy haha.

20. What’s your favorite part about the fanfiction writing process?

Interacting with people for sure! I really just love the community here. Also, I absolutely love writing when writing comes easy. When you know exactly what you want to write, and how you want to go about it, and everything just...spills. Sigh...such a good feeling.

25. Do you listen to music as you write? If possible, link your writing playlist.

Yeah! Generally, I either listen to music or play something in the background because I can’t stand silence, even if I don’t actively pay attention to whatever is playing. When I work on If You Let Me, I sometimes like to go back and listen to the fic’s playlist, which is here. Other times, I browse and finds playlists to vibe with. Lately, I’ve been loving this playlist called Noir, which is basically described as ‘deep, dark, heavy, and haunting’ and yeah, I agree haha.

28. How do you deal with writing pressure (ie: pressure to update, negative comments, deadlines, etc)?

By taking a second to breathe and remind myself that fanfic writers literally do this for free LOL. I often berate and stress myself out over not posting frequently enough, but then I remember that my readers are awesome and nice people who understand. You gotta be kind and patient with yourself, especially in this shit storm of a year.

30. Post a snippet from your current WIP without context - no more than 300 words.

From the next chapter of If You Let Me. Not exactly 300 words, but I thought it was a nice cut off haha.

39. What’s something about your writing that you pride yourself on?

I think my writing is pretty visual! I get happy whenever I can use heavy descriptors, as it’s one of my favorite parts about writing!

“Well what does Madam Satan do during all this you say? Well, not much. Like a Cersei Lannister in last season of Game of Thrones, Michelle Gomez stands around doing nothing, looking gorgeous and wearing a badass gown. It seems that despite her great character development in part two, Madam Satan is not given much to do and it’s disappointing. Watching her journey from being Satan’s right hand to uprising against him was one of the best plots in part two and fans were expecting to see her embrace power and actually use it in the new part, but besides her occasional advice giving sessions with Sabrina as her Evil Godmother, Madam Satan doesn’t have much to do. “

shortly, they just threw another Michelle Gomez character development out of window this year, what a fucking great year! i swear, if DW will not make it up i will stab someone! They had such an amazing character there and they do literally nothing with it, but it gets better! Remember how much chemistry Michelle and Miranda had on screen from ONE scene? How one tiny scene, where nothing happens fired so hard the most talked ship out there became Madam Spellman while kids were fighting over Harbrina or Nabrina.

what this article says, is that mambo marie gonna help coven with figuring out some shit and new additional rituals and all, she will help them... but, excuse me, you literally have a character who knows more than anyone about witches, rituals, demons, hell, who was there from the beginning of time, the first damn witch after all that you will not use at all, but will let her be somewhere on the background to play evil godmomma to a teen, and also who had a two? or three scenes with Miranda and you needed not a knife but a fucking double swords of Prudence to cut that tension. But instead, you throw a new character and start new relationship, in which Zelda does not appreciate new character, wait, remind me who she did not appreciate before? oh sorry, we have to forget that character exists for now and wait till Sabrina needs an advice. huh ok. great.

again, this is not about mambo spellman and i do not have anything against it, im sure i will enjoy performance of both those women, because i already know Mirands is fantastic and I am 100% sure Skye will be amazing, but it feels like a slap from the universe. 

You could USE Lilith for helping the coven, if she doesn’t get to do anything else in part 3, and you could start a lesbian couple there with them and there would be a point in it, which we all wanted, if there is a point in a new character who Zelda doesn’t appreciate and who knows stuff like Lilith, and it would not look like fan service, if there is a point. 

idk guys, i feel down af and feel like im betrayed by the universe once again. I was ok with Madam Spellman not happening, but this feels so much worse because we get something we could really have with MS but for some reasons it’s a new character with Zelda instead and Lilith stays outside of everything that happens in part 3 and is used as an evil godmother of Sabrina only, she doesn’t even gets to fight for her throne and crown, which i already predicted before, she is doing nothing... I thought if it will not happen they will be doing their jobs, high priestess and queen, but this is kinda unfair. I am just sad about it. CAOS was disappointing in a lot of things, but this one really hits hard.

we have not seen this part yet, but from this review it feels like creators are saying to me: yeah you know, we heard you, you can have what you wanted for so long but with another character instead. 

and now, it’s not because of not getting madam spellman, it’s because they give us madam spellman kinda thing instead, and now i really do not expect anything from this show. they literally wrote that Michelle Gomez will do nothing there, that pissed me off.

I have two actually, one it’s just an idea for a Modern AU probably some enemies-to-friends-to-lovers. 

My other idea, takes place in a future post whatever-it’s-going-to-happen in part 4 (I have my own ideas) and it’s going to have lots of Nabrina’s angst. The main theme it’s Nabrina ansgt angst actually, whatever-it’s-going-to-happen in part 4 it’s just the background.

F: Is there a song or a playlist to associate with [insert fic]?

As there is no fic named, I’m going to tell you that most of my fics have a playlist or a song, some of they are:

I love angst, even when it break my heart. I love to read it, I love to write it.

Start to finish. Though when I’m writing a chapter I’ll jump around in the chapter.

5.  What is the perfect environment for you to write in?

I usually write on my laptop while sitting on my couch and listening to specific music. With The chaos of the stars I listen to the various Halsey albums. But I am one of those who need background music going or my mind just goes to various places and no writing gets done.

10.  Do you enjoy writing dialogue, exposition, or plot the most?

Plot. I like diving deep and working to connect everything from the first chapter to the last, while revealing different pieces along the way. Getting everything to connect and make sense is one of my favorite things to do with a fic.

24.  How did you come up with title for [The Chaos of the Stars]?

So there is a book called The Chaos of the Stars, that I’ve never read (I need to read it), but I kept coming across this one quote from it and I always loved it and think it fits Nabrina pretty damn well, especially in my story.:

I didn't fall in love with you. I walked into love with you, with my eyes wide open, choosing to take every step along the way. I do believe in fate and destiny, but I also believe we are only fated to do the things that we'd choose anyway. And I'd choose you; in a hundred lifetimes, in a hundred worlds, in any version of reality, I'd find you and I'd choose you.

I hated that caos never used harvey after part 1, i mean he was barely a main character. just there. a background character at best. but there was still that teased build up between him and sabrina, especially in part 3 when it was said that roz was not harvey's true love.

but ig the nabrina fans were too loud ig, and the writers didn't want to kill off harvey because ross had such a huge fan base.

i hate part 4 which felt like bad fanfiction. too many things both happened and not happened, so many plotholes and nick had a 180 personality change and became a jock ew saying things that harvey had said, or acting like harvey, pretty much becoming a clone or just acting like gavin and not nick. gross.

worse was the part where roz and harvey had that unnecessary AU conversation about her being a witch. i still hate roz for never telling harvey about that vision she had of agatha and dorcas causing the mines to collapsing. i mean, she's a weird sister now, and was fine with harvey sitting at the table with agatha Right There after saying (when they first got together) that she "wasn't like sabrina" that just made her a liar and a hypocrite. they were together for a long time, at any time she could have told harvey the truth. instead just like sabrina kept the secret of her being a witch, roz decided to keep the truth a secret from harvey. sabrina never told either. but she was so "clearly" not harvey's girlfriend. and she was a pretty bad friend over all.

F: Is there a song or a playlist to associate with [Chaos of the Stars]?

Sadly no. I listen to Halsey songs while I’m writing it, but that’s mostly because I can tune out the lyrics but need something happening in the background.

H: How would you describe your writing style?

I’d say plot heavy and diving deeper into lore.

I: How many fandoms have you written in?  Do you have a favorite?

Let’s see, X-men movies, X-Men comics, CSI, TVD, and now CAOS. So five different ones unless we count my babysitter club fics from when I was teeny tiny. Then its like 6. I think I also wrote Nancy Drew fics when I was younger too. 

I think my Klaroline ones in TVD really helped my writing grow a lot. I played around with a lot of different tropes, managed to finish three fairly large chapter fics, and a lot of different one shots. Plus I participated in so many different fandom events back when I was involved in it. But I haven’t done anything with any of it in years. I do occasionally read some old stuff that others have written and my fic from back in that fandom too. 

But I’ve always loved whichever fandom I was involved with. The Nabrina one is reallllllly new to me but everyone is so nice and welcoming. :)
