Hello folks, and happy one year anniversary of Pale Court!

We're incredibly happy with how well received the mod was. We even got fans wanting to contribute to the translations! We went from the initial English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French to also include Russian and Japanese— and heads up! Chinese and Korean translations are also in the making, and should be added on the next update.

Unfortunately, the year didn't go by completely devoid of issues; due to personal actions by Gauthier (Pharloom's musician), we have decided to remove the tracks he contributed to the mod, which will be replaced by new ones in the next patch.

Now, we'd like to give a shout-out to a few creatives that did pretty cool things about the mod, starting with vegathron and his deep dive into the inner workings of the mod's charms

In lieu of this post I absolutely headcanon that Raph fully just LETS his brothers win when they spar him because like.....dude is twice the size of them and probably has enough of a weight advantage as well that he could mop the floor with them if he put actual effort into it (which becomes darkly as funny when alligator snapping turtles ARE actually the biggest out of the boys and their actual species, like they really made this boy caked up for no reason)

That or he just weakly paddles at them like a cat the entire time instead of actually hitting them

raph does this until mikey full on suplexes him and he learns his lesson (because he threw a WHOLE SKYSCRAPER in the movie, raph aint shit)

Love when people say “be careful practicing kundalini yoga (or insert some mystic practice) it can fuck you up” and they mean it can like make your spirit go to the dark realm or invite depression demon fairies

But then people describe it and it’s like, Yeah I bet you do have to be careful breathing in such a way that induces stress responses comparable to suffocating and using that to hallucinate

The risk here is DEFINITELY spiritual and not oxygen deprivation
