I have a list of cute outfits

You do not get to see it (because it is a mystery)

You can send me an ask containing a wrestlers name and a number between 1-20

I will make a cute drawing of that wrestler in the corralled number on my mystery list

you can send as many asks as you want

I know this is mostly an aew/njpw blog but I will accept any wrestler

If you're requesting someone more obscure adding a photo reference to your ask would be helpful if you think I might have a hard time finding a good picture on my own

I'm hoping to participate in Art Fight more this year than last year allowed me, and I added Allessandro over there...only to realize I didn't have a colored ref for him! It's been a year since I last drew him so I figured: no better time than now to give him a new fullbody pic!

Fun update: after a month spent searching for his mentor and ending up in Barovia because of it, Saverio finally 'heard' from him a couple sessions ago...only for the message to be vague, short and offer no real answers. Needless to say: Allessandro is still full of mysteries and Saverio is pretty irked at essentially being ghosted by his not-father figure.

8. if youre an artist, how do you draw grovyle? same for dusknoir too. and why?

i like to draw him with big ole claws ..... very brooding expression ......., he's so serious. i think most of the way i draw him is my style ?? so its pretty natural, but i like to slip in some personality to the pokefeatures; like the sharper leaf on his head vs the softer ones on his hands, his claws poised and ready to fight or flee, his stance, etc etc..

also confession time, but i havent ever actually drawn dusknoir (working on that rn.....)

7. Which has the best post game?

Blue Rescue Team!!!! // ~ v ~ ) // haven't played Red or DX

It's not the best because it has super good writing, or the gameplay is fun, or anything. I think Rescue Team's post game is the best bc it's the longest!!!

at least, it very much feels like the longest. to me...

like, every PMD game after Rescue Team has this sort of "finish line". a point which you reach in the post-game and after that, nothing interesting happens anymore. In Explorers, it's after beating Darkrai in Dark Crater. In Gates, it's bringing Hero back in Worldcore // Gates barely has a post-game, which is a shame.... // and PSMD suffers from the same problem as Gates.

the og Rescue Team also has this "finish line", but it takes a lot, lot longer to reach it. Even when the most impactful post-game event happens, there's still new interactions that unlock, and fun quests, and incredibly rare events, and it makes the world feel so alive for so much longer.

I guess this comes from my stupid, naive wish for the adventure to never end - I wanna keep experiencing the PMD world, and its charming characters, and explore new places. that's not feasible for any game, I believe. Rescue team somehow gets close....... that's why it's the best for me!

10. What starters would you add?

frickkkk nobody would want my starters :'D not the players and not the developers. pretty sure their movesets would be crap for starter pokemon standards. among other issues.....

but uhhh...... I'd add grimer partner. and slugma partner. and magnemite player..... and vanillite player.... and a litwick player/partner......

for no reason other than I'm obsessed w/ these little guys and if I could have them as pardnter or player, I would get attached to them so fast and so intensely. lookit my grimer partner......... they're a cutie......... also they stink and it sends enemy pkmn packing. a lifesaver

Oh yippee! Let's see let's see!

🖍️ When did you start drawing? Do you remember?  

As far as I know we've been drawing since we were little, we always liked to doodle and stuff! Started trying to learn more seriously about 7 or 8 years ago though

🐻 Your go-to things to draw when you need comfort?

We have these 3 characters we've been drawing for years (we call them the ot3) and they're typically fun and easy enough to draw that it just feels nice! We also used to doodle their mascot Lord Miss Violet the Slime (our profile picture's a close up of their face!) in silly situations to cheer us up

Hm... I don't know if I have a wish for our art in general, we've been working on getting it to where we want it to be! But I guess I wish it was less time-consuming lmao
