LOOKING FOR RP PARTNER

Heyyy guyss so I'm looking for a rp partner for the Ikemen games, Touken Ranbu, Mystic Messenger, or Hypnosis Mic, or Demon Slayer! Though I'm not super involved with prince or vamp, I still know enough to carry a plot. I type about a paragraph or so, so you don't have to type super long but PLEASE no one or two liners. The R.F.A. is a charity organization founded by the generous and caring Rika. After she 'passed away' — everybody was hesitant to carry on since it would feel strange to continue after her death but they eventually decided it would honour Rika's legacy rather than letting her ambitious dream wither away. It was too beautiful a dream to let go of, so they got to work advertising the organization. Through a flyer hung up by a caf�� or having it spread by word of mouth.

While they were getting the R.F.A. back and running, something much darker had started bubbling underneath the surface — a cult started by that same organization's founder to bring eternal paradise upon a world overcome by corruption. Rika had been recruiting more people, too. People who have been wronged in their life, free to make a brand new start at Mint Eye. She was their saviour and the one who could singlehandedly deliver them to a life free of pain and suffering.

Fast walking seemed to

be a trend today as he made his way out of his building, nearly trowing his things in the car as he got in wordlessly. It was clear he was angry so the driver did not interact, simply doing their job and driving him home.

Ding!

His phone went off...

If it wasn't clear by his entrance, the slammed car door upon his exit was proof enough that he was livid.

Ding!

The amount of time he took between car and house was remarkable in speed, and in hindsight he wished he were that fast all the time.

Ding!

Ding!

Entering the house in a rush he slammed the door, kicking his shoes off, throwing his stuff down, and nearly ripping off his jacket as he pulled it off and threw it on the hook.

Ding!

He agressively pulled his phone from his pocket, he was not in the mood.

Ding!

Watching the screen light up he could have sworn he'd have an aneurysm.

"Mew..!" His head snapped to look at the feline standing near him

"What?!" He gave agitated, though immediately drew back from it.

She was just... Being a cat... She didn't deserve his wrath. The panicked expression on the persian's face pulled his mood a completely different way.

"Oh, Elizabeth..." He gave softly. His whole aura seemed to change as he realised just how irrational he was being. He didn't quite know how to approach the situation as the cat had run off.

Now he felt bad.

Fantastic.

Ding!

For a second his anger returned and he tossed his phone to the floor with his shoes. As it clattered on the ground he had left the entry area, he should... Find his cat...

"Hey pretty lady..." He called softly

"Elizabeth..." He tried again, walking from room to room. He finally stopped in his own room, dropping to the floor at the foot of the bed, slate grey irises bouncing around as he examined the dark under the bed.

They met a blue pair.

"Elizabeth..." He breathed.

"I'm sorry." he sighed as if the feline understood him. Something in him knew she didn't, she only reacted to his tone, he could only hope a softer one was more approachable.

It took a long period of time, and Jumin had almost given up, closing his eyes, just laying there, but the cat started to slowly creep forward from her hiding place.

He'd have a red mark from the cold tile imprinted on his cheek a while, though at this point he didn't much care.

He nearly jumped out of his skin feeling a light touch to one of his eyelids. Opening his eyes he found he was nose to nose with his beloved cat. He had startled her, just as she had him, but she didn't run this time.

God, she probably thought he was dying, or sonething., Laying on the floor.

Slowly he brought his hand from where it rest to sit in front of the cat's face in an attempt to gain her attention. It worked as she sniffed it a few times before ramming he head into his palm. He couldn't help but smile, holding back a laugh. He could not stand how adorable she was at times.

The cat was his main priority as he gently pet her soft white fur.

"I'm sorry I yelled." He said softly to the dainty feline, who meowed in response. Jumin liked to think of it as an answer to what he had said. Shifting a bit slowly he had moved his free arm to rest under his head, elbow against the hard floor holding his head up. His normally cold eyes locked on his cat with a newfound warmness. He was always captivated by her presence.

"Hi, pretty lady..." He mused quietly, petting the cat, who clearly enjoyed the attention. Though it was clear she had forgiven him, the director still felt extremely bad about it. Maybe it was just because... It was his cat. Who knows.

Not him.

All he knows is he still feels pretty bad about scaring the shit out of his cat.

The past is the past one would guess... But anyone who knows Jumin well knows he definitely doesn't let go of the past despite the facade he puts up. He was constantly questioning his previous actions. Now was no different.

Sure he was angry, but why had he yelled at Elizabeth like that? She definitely was not who he was angry at. He had also questioned why there was even such a break in his cool exterior. What was happening lately? He was just a mess.

Mindlessly he had stopped petting Elizabeth, and in typical cat fashion she made sure to let him know she was still there by headbutting his hand. He came back to reality and started petting her once again. The sound of her purring was mildly comforting. In fact, that's about all he could hear, and part of him was thankful. The annoying repetitive sound of his phone had only seemed to further fuel his anger, like kindling to a flame. It was not the cause, but certainly incouraged it.

Exhaling a soft breath, Jumin focused his gaze to his cat once more, watching her Bob about ad he gently pet her was certainly amusing, though his mind was clearly else where.

Space cadet Jumin, come back to Earth! Back to Korea, even!

In an attempt to bring himself back into reality he changed his approach to petting her. He went from shprt Stokes on just her head to long ones that trailed down her back. Maybe he could switch his focus to just be on her.

All he could see was the fearful expression she had earlier and it was unsettling. In a single movement he had looped his arm around her, pulling her close and placing a gentle kiss on her head. He was sad.

As cats do she attempted to wriggle free, giving a soft meow, yet soon gave up, producing a long sigh as she gave in, laying down and relaxing against his arm.

She was soon purring, and for some reason. He felt he could almost cry. He refused to, but his eye still glossed over a bit. He brought his other arm around wrap around her too, his head now resting against the cool tile floor. He tried to just focus on her soft purri g as he did not like his current thoughts.

The sound of his familiar ringtone pierced the air. He debated retreving his phone. He decided against it, though did wonder who in the world was calling at this hour. It... Was after working hours, that's for sure, and seeing as he's been working late recently. He had no idea who it was. Sure, at times he called his friends at odd hours, but those were... /His friends./ Never a business official . I mean, hell, it was dark out. Ignoring it, he tried to focus on his cat again. she had stopped purring. It was clear the also had heard his phone on the other end of the house, and was confused as to why he hadn't reteved it yet. Jumin gave a sigh. Was there never truly any rest?

i  haven't  been  entirely  present  on  the  tumblr  rpc  lately,  but  there's  so  much  that's  changed  from  when  i  was  super  active  on  it  like  6  years  ago.  i  kinda  miss  gif  icons  tbh,  but  they  are  a  lot  of  work  lol

Hi! It's been a while but I was wondering why don't you write for Mystic Messenger anymore? I saw your post about Zens Birthday but other than that it's been quiet? :( I hope this doesn't come across mean because I love the caleb stuff but I really enjoyed the mystic stuff as well.

For the short answer - I haven't stopped, I just haven't had much motivation for Mysme or many requests for it either T-T I wrote a saeran piece the other week and Zenny is getting something for his birthday (low-key forgot about Yoosung I'll make it up to him I swear 😭 we are just too similar, drop out vet students, so writing him is FUNKY)

I'll write something a bit more personal under the cut, feel free to skip it LOL I would, I hate writing my feelings out.

I'm glad your enjoying the Caleb stuff! More lads stuff is coming, as well as the other characters, so if you have a favourite Anon let me know 👀 maybe we can do a fun cross over or something; I take all and any requests I can.

For something a bit more personal, I joined the mysme Fandom in 2020 but wasn't really that active until I joined a reverse big bang for it - that's when I REALLY started to get into the fandom. I made friends, and had a whole ass community I spoke too daily!! It was great, after that I joined another mysme server and made another small group of friends and we broke away to do roleplay together, so from 2020-2022 everything was brilliant, I loved mystic messenger and all the characters brought me nothing but joy - I even travelled internationally to meet someone i met through the game (please please please don't do this if your not 300% sure they are who they say they are, I was a dumb kid that got lucky).

It was last year really that things started going to shit for me, the people I had literally grown into an adult around started to become distant and I lost some friends I thought I'd have for a life time. The fandom became very very toxic for me, and at times I struggled to even get the motivation to talk to the friends I made through the game because I knew they would mainly be talking about something that had brought me so much pain. I had legal fears over this game, I feared my full name being doxed by someone I once cared for, I had private messages sent to others and weaponised against me, I had to fight every day to keep the ones I loved safe and they were used against me too.

It was hard, it was awful but I battled through - I still had the small rp community as well as another small group I'd found. That was until I lost the rp community due to something I'm not ready to talk about - it wasn't pretty, I cried every day for a month and didn't really eat (I literally fainted and was rushed into hospital). The stress was killing me.

So, all of this coming from ONE fandom did make it leave a sour taste in my mouth. I was still writing for it, I still LOVED the game and the characters - I mean the Zena Mystictober was after all this had happened! And I'm still writing for it now, but, as mysme became toxic lads became a safe place. I lost my grandfather, a man who practically raised me, shortly before Calebs release, and the joy I felt messing around with him and getting his cards was one that kept me going - i remember me and my best friend playing through his cards together as we waited for the hurst to arrive.

I don't want you to feel like I'm attacking you Anon, but I am aware most of my followers followed me because of mystic messenger and I do feel you all deserve an explanation on why it's now in second place on my blog. Mysme isn't going anywhere, but, it's going to take a while for the game to not leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I'll always love Zen, Yoosung, Jaehee, Jumin, Saeyoung, Saeran, Jihyun, Rika and Vanderwood just as now I love Caleb, Xavier, Zayne, Rafayel and Sylus. That won't ever change, they got me through the pandemic. So I promise you, they aren't going anywhere. Not on this blog at least. 🩷🩷
