Jesus could sleep in a storm. To find yourself in a time of suffering, now is the time to press into God. Let your roots grow deeper. Whenever there is a famine, tree roots are forced to drive deeper into the soil to find water. These times of suffering are designed to create such a deep-rooted faith that our natures will be changed forever. #prayer God uses our trials to build our faith, draw us closer to Him, and give us a testimony of His faithfulness for others to see. #prayerworks When the pain is deep, go deep in prayer. #prayerchangesthings Sometimes you need to feel the pain and sting of defeat to activate the real passion and purpose that God predestined inside of you. #trialsandtribulations “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
