THEME: Little Reading or Writing Required.

Hello friend, so for folks who aren’t great with reading or writing, I think the best approach is to use systems that provide you with small amounts of information that you can keep in your head, or games that provide you with a lot of visual cues. I’m going to include some systems that seem pretty rules-lite (because they allow you to create a character pretty easily) but I’m also looking for games that give you visual or tactile aids to help you remember what’s going on in the story or with your character.

The Best Job on Earth, by Hilander.

Players will take on the role of unpaid interns working for SolTech Industries, a perfectly ethical research consortium funding a Better Tomorrow! Of course, when these experiments get out of hand, our fine interns are deployed to clean up.

The Best Job on Earth is not a very long read for the GM, and probably an even shorter read for players. Your character sheet can fit on 1/3 of a piece of paper, with three stats and a little bit of space for the items you get from a d20 roll table. This game isn’t necessarily a one-shot: your interns can spent earned XP in order to get a promotion, which involves increasing personal scores and getting an extra Luck point, which basically is a resource you can use for a free re-roll. This game is great for fans of horror, paranormal science, and the crushing weight of unpaid internships.

Mausritter, by Losing Games.

Take up the sword and don the whiskers of a brave mouse adventurer in Mausritter, a rules-light fantasy adventure roleplaying game. Mausritter is built on the chassis of Into the Odd, with new rules for setting, character generation, magical artifacts, and mouse-scale adventures.

Mausritter has very concise character sheets, with only 3 stats to keep track of and a card-based inventory system. If you buy the physical version, or if you decide to do some printing, you can use these cards to put in/on your inventory slots, as visual reminders of what you are currently carrying and how much room you have left. The book is 25 pages, but character creation is one, maybe 2 at the most - and most of your creation process just involves rolling on tables! Make your mouse in minutes and you’re ready to play.

Flyover Country, by Headstone Hills.

Fields of wheat and corn ripple in the wind, hungry eyes peering out between the stalks. Billboards along the road advertise strange and dangerous attractions. Smiles are too wide, manners too polite, secrets buried too deep. The neon light of a diner glows in the distance, but you may never reach its doors. An empty highway stretches out to the horizon before wrapping back in on and around itself, twisted on into the forever horizon. This is Flyover Country.

Flyover Country uses a tarot deck as a resource and oracle as you play the game. Character creation is simple and quick - although I recommend the GM do a bit of reading and prep beforehand. Each character gains a score (or pool) of points for three aspects: Body, Mind and Wyrd. Every time they use their ability, they draw a number of tarot cards equal to their score. The player can then choose which card they want to use to represent their outcome. Characters that are injured will reduce the score of a relevant trait by 1.

One way to make this game a bit simpler is giving each of the players a card with their character’s Ghost and Haunting already written on it. This is a combination of your character’s dark secret and the strange ability that will manifest inside them once they make that secret known. When I played this with my characters, we used poker chips as tokens to represent our ability Scores, and players would hand in tokens whenever they had to reduce their scores. I think the tarot cards make for an exciting mechanic, although the game’s success certainly depends on how well the game master can interpret the outcomes of cards being drawn.

This House Will Outlive Us, by pludmale.

Residents change, but the house remains. Everyone is changed by the house, and the house, in turn, is changed by its visitors.

In this game players take turns building the story of a house. The narrative is guided by flipping a coin onto different areas of the game board. The game is played in 3 stages: determining the type of house, picking out character roles and playing out the history and future of the house itself.

This House Will Outlive Us uses a map of the house, a number of cards with prompts, and a coin that you flip in order to tell its story. Each card has to be read to figure out what happens next, but the amount of information you’re expected to retain and communicate is very small, and because the game is so collaborative, you could potentially have one person do the bulk of the reading while the table shares the role of providing answers to the prompts.

This is a game that also doesn’t really require anyone to write anything down, as it’s meant to be played in a single session, and the changes from era to era should be pretty easy to remember - although you could also assign someone to be a note-taker if you like.

Horse Girl Infinity, by Jordanfish.

The majesty of someone's passionate vague horse fantasy. Inspired and empowered by the grace and might granted from the union of girl and horse, hero and pony, pilot and mecha.

The combination perfect for horse-lovers and mech aficionados, Horse Girl Infinity is high-action but relatively simple to play. You are presented with a grid of strengths, three of which your horse is specifically good at. The amount of dice you roll is dependant on how close the skill you are using is close to one of your strengths. Some especially difficult challenges may require a group roll, where everyone has to roll their dice and contribute Victory Points dependant on your success.

Your characters’ advancement is built around their goals, which takes a mechanical effect. Your Dream is something about yourself that you want; when you act in accordance with it, you gain Determination or XP. Determination can be spent to give you an extra dice on a roll, while XP can be spent on a separate grid that gives you a new narrative advantage. I think the spatial organization of information may make it easier to find and keep track of, and you can use tokens like poker chips or coins to help you keep track of your Determination and your XP.

If you want a slightly different genre, you can also check out Demon Blade Ultimate, which is more aligned with Shonen-style anime.

Crescent Moon, by Ema Acosta.

I don’t own Crescent Moon, so I can’t say for certain that this is super non-reader friendly, but I’m willing to go out on a limb and say it is, because the character sheets remind me very much of Mausritter character sheets.

The most obvious connection is the hand-drawn inventory: you draw the objects you carry, as well as items and conditions that may affect you. Because you use cards to represent what your character is currently carrying, I think this element has the potential to reduce the amount of reading and writing the player has to do. The GM on the other hand, likely has a little more work to do in terms of planning an adventure - although I don’t think the work a GM does in this game is as much as say, a D&D DM.

"she was at the table with the drinks, she's in a pirate costume" chad responded

I got inspired by a lot of other clangen blogs I was reading at the time. It sounds very generic but just seeing how many people in the clangen fandom (and warriors fandom for that matter) take the time to write stories simply out of a simulation game made me think “hey I can do that too!” so I just… started writing! Other stories that were big inspirations for Vespidclan were IHNMAIMS and The Mandela Catalogue to name a few. I’m a big fan of things with dread and scariness, I’d totally check these out of you haven’t already.

I usually look at cat references and the way other people draw poses for cats before drawing. Believe it or not I’m not very used to drawing quadrupeds, but at least Vespidclan helped me improved with that?

You all know I do the script/dialogue before I start drawing comics. I base off the script from what event happened during the moon and start off there, sometimes writing several scripts for a scene and figuring out which would be best (there was an alternate ending for The Frame-Up!)

Pinterest is a big help lol, but I try to figure it out on my own. Since they’re from clangen, the design is already there, I just give em shapes to work with and stuff! I really want every cat in Vespidclan to be distinct and unique (there will be a LOT of characters to work with), the sisters were a good starting point for that. Iciclestar is lean and spiky, Heartflicker is long and droopy, and Snakevalley is round yet sharp. Sizes also help differentiate the cats, which reminds me I really should make a size chart for them hehe

Webspeckle and Sparkbreak are my favorite designs, but Heartflicker is my favorite to draw. It’s not that I hate her design but Iciclestar can be such a pill to draw, I made the mistake of giving her cool eyes and head shape that I can’t ever get right!

Secret is out! I DID have a Vespidclan song list on Spotify! I say I did because I have to remake it since I made whipped it up while I was just figuring out the story and I think it doesn’t really fit it much currently. Maybe I’ll fix it someday………….But there is a 404 playlist you can listen to. 404 is a very compelling character to write about, she still is! I thought making a personal playlist for her would help with that.

I’ve somewhat mentioned it before but Shut Eye by Stealing Sheep fits Heartflicker, and Who Can It Be Now? by Men At Work suits Stonepaw, maybe there will be more later on!

Don’t start me now—I despise every and all songs from The Beatles. I get angry when I hear it. It isn’t anything bad, it’s just a personal vendetta that I acquired in the 4th grade that would be too long to elaborate on. Listen, I dunno if I've sent you one of these before, but I really love your PJO posts. I was wondering if you could make a detailed post saying exactly why you don't like Percy? No hate actually-I also don't like Percy's OPness at times. Jason should be able to wipe the floor with him, as well as Thalia.

And Luke? Well, Percy is NOT the best swordsman in 300 years after Luke. I'm pretty sure that Thalia would take that title. And Percy and Thalia definitely beat Luke because of their godly heritage.

Well it's less that I dislike Percy, I'm more disappointed with what he is and despise what the fandom makes him out to be. And as to Percy beating Luke simply due to his godly heritage- I'm just gonna mention here for a second that whenever we saw those two fight Percy either lost or it was a draw. He never outright won against Luke, and even when it was a draw Percy consistently either got sudden help from someone else and was fighting in conditions that favoured him a LOT. As for Thalia...eh, willing to give that one since we did see her win against Luke. Though it's still worth to mention that not only was Luke in a horrible and far worse mental and physical state than Thalia, but he also was most certainly not fighting with the same degree of killing intent as her. Either way, onto your ask now! To be quite honest I'm not too sure what you mean with "detailed", so imma just list off some of my reasons for not being Percy's biggest fan. 1. He's just a bland character. Genuinly compared to everyone else, Percy does not really have that much going on. His romance with Annabeth is, frankly said, cliche. They are the main boy and the main girl in a book series who end up falling in love with no major issues or drama along the way. Anytime some drama or threat for this relationship could come in (like Calypso for Percy) it gets written off almost immediately. We don't really get any deeper exploration of Percy's personality or struggles. PTSD, disorders or even conflicting feelings about the goods are barely (if ever) scratched. It is constantly said he dislikes the gods, yet he still does everything they want him to? Never truly questions their quests or anything? That just seems weird to me. 2. He pretends to have this super hard life when compared to everyone else, he's on game mode easy. The whole book (and fandom) constantly want to pretend like Percy is this super poor kid who had it super hard, yet when you look at his situation compared to everyone else it really wasn't???? Like don't get me wrong, this is not to say that Percy does not have a hard life. But I am going to say that for demigod standards Percy probably has some of the best lives people like him could get. Like what issues does Percy truly have? He was raised by a single Mom with a missing Dad- that's like a staple for demigods if we are all honest. Then he had to deal with an abusive prick for years, that's really bad ngl. But also it was solved the same book we even got to know him and Percy never seemed to have any issues after. He's forced to go on dangerous quest and be used as canon fodder by the gods- again, just another demigod staple. He even gets regular help from other gods and Chiron. And now compare that to everyone else? We've got people like Luke who had an insane Mom which basically saw him having to take care of himself for all his life even before he ended up living on the streets. Annabeth's Dad is neglectful and her stepmom emotionally abusive to some degree at least. Clarisse's GODLY parent is abusive! And she can't get rid of him! Meanwhile Percy has got a loving home he can always return to with a family that genuinely loves him. Especially after his Mom remarries and has his sister. So seeing him and everyone else constantly whine about how bad he has it just seems spoiled to me. 3. Percy is balls deep in plot armour aswell as not that impressive and no one wants to accept it. Here, I said it. Percy Jackson is not as strong as you all want to make him out to be and most of his "wins" were either just plot armour or the fans overhyping him.

Percy did not "defeat" Kronos. The entier "Defence" of Manhatten was a huge failure- remember how Kronos got up onto Olympus and destroyed it so much it needed Annabeth to rebuild it? That sure doesn't seem like CHB's goal of defending Olympus against the TA worked. Luke ended up offing himself and Kronos with him, not Percy. Percy would have been six feet under if Luke hadn't bricked himself and done the job for him. There's not a single book in the OG series that would have gone as it did if Percy hadn't gotten help from the gods. The only reason he managed to get out of the Underworld in TLT is 'cause Poseidon gave him those pearls. In SOM he needed Hermes giving him those gummies and the wind thermos. In TTC he had to let Artemis go fight Atlas for them. BotL literally had Hera guide his arrow to win the fight against Geyron. TLO didn't have a god help Percy but instead literally Luke killing the big bad for him. Also to return to TTC, and this is more a gripe with the fandom than anything, Percy didn't even hold the sky for that long as ppl want to make it out to be. He held it for what? Five minutes? Meanwhile we have Annabeth holding it for a day and Luke for even longer than that. Stop pretending Percy is somehow special or cool for something other people did much longer. Honestly I think those three points sum up why I generally am not a fan of Percy, that and ofc the fact that he openly supports the god which give me severe "Authoritarian Goverment who don't give two shits abt anyone but themselves with a huge propaganda mill to back them" vibes. Yikes.

Act 2, Innitial thoughts, It's 4:30am

First of all: I really need to stop staying up late to binge this show...

SO!

Overall I feel a little bit of everything except happiness. It was all rather confusing and chaotic, which I think was meant to go along with the mess that the natural world is currently in, but is more likely a pacing issue. Act 1 could be quick in some places, but this act had far more 'trust me, happened off screen' moments and I'm not a fan.

Aside from that I liked it, my issue of pacing stems from me wanting to see more of these characters. Some were punished by pacing more than others. Viktor was fine, it was perfect A to B from where we left him to where we pick up; unlike Vi and Cait reconciliation.

Vi and Cait need a proper chat. I think Cait disagreed with Ambessa's plan of attack and would have found a way to disrupt things even without finding Vi. Cait's rage has simmered down it seems(still bringing up potential harm to innocents), her focus back on Jinx instead of the Undercity, so it makes sense for her to go against an assault on a peaceful settlement. Her finding Vi was just an added advantage.

The two of them haven't buried the hatchet. Vi must have something to say about what Vi has turned both cities into, and Cait has to acknowledge what her actions have done to her home and the woman she loves. I'm hoping them working together now is just a patch job for the bigger problem to be fixed in Act 3.

Vi and Jinx were adorable. I love that Jinx knew that Vi was pit fighting from the start, keeping an eye on her not out of care but just in case (maybe to get herself some money too, since she was betting on her sister) and that she immediately went to Vi after discovering Vander. The two of them felt like sister for the first time since season 1 act 1. Even their fight was less actively trying to hurt each other and more sibling brawl. It did work to show just how much of a mess Vi is, as she had trouble dealing with Jinx-who even on shimmer should be no physical match for Vi. I think Isha helped as a kind of filter between them, along with Vander. Jinx and Vi had to rely on each other for the first time ever, not even when Jinx was Powder did Vi rely on her. I think seeing Jinx older sister Isha put something into place for Vi. She sees that Jinx can love and care, and that give Vi hope.

And Isha... Isha who became a mirror of Powder, an off shoot of Powder that blows up an off shoot of Vander.

Non verbal characters in animation are always fun to watch because it gives the animators full control. Every gesture and expression has to add to something because there isn't any dialog to assist. A way to progress the story and give a character character through expression alone, and they knocked it outta the park.

Isha dying her hair, playing the monster game, drawing fake smoke tattoos, etc, all to imitate Jinx is adorable. I also love how she isn't just a tag along, but actively pushes Jinx into doing something to the point Jinx thinks she's in cahoots with Sevika. It's foolish to hope she lives, but god do I hope Isha lived.

Viktor is interesting. He is so unbothered by everything, with only the faintest sense of self remaining. I still think Sky is just figment of the Hexcore/Arcane, an avatar for him to play off of. His determination to help others at the cost of himself is that last strand that connects him to humanity, it's his hope and empathy.

And that's what Jayce kills, not the Arcane. There is not doubt in my mind the Herald survived, but Viktor is gone.

I know people are giving Jayce a lot of flack, but I'm holding out on learning what he experienced in his days/weeks spent inside the Arcane. It seemed to tear at his psyche, leaving him with the sole goal to destroy it's spread; and who was spreading it faster than Viktor?

We have yet to see Heimerdinger and Ekko return from the other side so, here's to act 3.

Lastly, Warwick. I loved the perspective shots with him, I loved his design and voice, and I love Vander. I did not realize just how much I've missed him.

The flashbacks with him, Silco and Felicia (Vi and Jinx's mom) were so bittersweet. Blister's a brimstone, what could've beens, and the promise of the future through children. The song and art for the sequence too was just heartbreaking; not to mention that Vander named Violet. It also seems to be confirmed that toddler Vi would hang out at the Last Drop with her folks, Vander, and Silco which is adorable.

I'm honestly not sure if Isha's attack will kill him, cause quite a bit of damage certainly, but he's been shown to regenerate quickly and from deadly attacks.

Billie from Final Space. She was an inspiration of Tiffany Haddish and Mettaton from Undertale. That's it...I just made her around like when I first started watching Final Space...There were like four attempts on redesigning Billie(she didn't have a name for the first time)and my sister had to help me on drawing Billie the third time, she used to have green hair like Bolo but instead of that I could mix that with my old oc and boom final touch(she's going to have her green hair back by unlocking her unknown power by Bolo)

Jia from Lego Monkie Kid. She an inspiration of Wednesday from the Addams Family and werewolves.(I'm a big fan of werewolves so u might see so much wolf base characters)😅 She may seems cold and mean but she means well when it comes to her friends and Amiko as her closes friend from her childhood. Jia was raised by a rich family with the ability to become both human and wolves. At first they were born as wolves but has the power to become human in disguise and have to learn the abilities to also need to learn other things that needed to be taught like how to summon their ancestors for help if needed, becoming wolf, human and mix, and also having Wolfokinese(like Mei's but a wolf). In the family, the oldest need to learn how to use their ability and after they are learned, the next child could be taught. Jia is almost old enough to find a mate but she isn't interested into that mushy stuff. If a demon is a friend of one of the family member betray them...they would either be banished or executed on the spot to bring justice for the wolf family. Edit: sorry I was wrong she was an inspiration of Claire from Monster High G1

Anna from Troll hunters tales of Arcadia. Anna is a part witch so she could get sick if she want to use her powers. There's not much I could say about her since she's based off of Frankie from Monster High and I had a hard time drawing her back then....at least my drawing is different now I'll try to make an update on Anna. Edit: She has no inspiration on anything because my sister helped me with this

Alissa from Hazbin Hotel. She is a raccoon sinner because it represent her crime and d3ath. She is an inspiration of Sly Cooper in the video game.

Ravine from Helluva Boss. Ravin(Raven) for short and how to pronounce her name in case if your having a hard time pronouncing(Rav-een)She is a mix of lust and wrath imp. The scars show how reckless she was(I used to be that when I was young)

Shaila from Undertale. Her soul is creativity and her choices of object is a paintbrush. If anybody watched the old Backyardians(who goes there?) that's wat I kinda mean by that...She doesn't have an inspiration. Edit: so the paintbrush is kinda like that but there other things she can do with art(it's called art creation) She will get a redesign too.

Mingan from Spookiz. She is the descendants of King Lycon. This is her teenage self, she is an inspiration of Clawdeen from Monster High and Loona from Helluva Boss

Valeria Limél, she's part japanese and part Mexican...her quirk is Moody Aura. She is inspiration of Blue Diamond from Steven Universe, the movie Inside Out and my twin sister. How her quirk works is almost the same as Blue Diamond but when she is triggered or want to force her feelings onto others. When she's not using her quirk it's just her aura glowing around her, showing her true colors literally....so there's nothing to hide about her feelings.

This is Moonstone but prefers as Moon or Luna from Steven Universe. There were three different types of gemstone on June, so I picked a Moonstone....since Alexandrite is a fusion and my sister got a Pearl, so Moonstone was my last option.

‘Georgia’s so fucking predictable,’ Malik thought while flipping the last pancake onto his iHop-worthy plate of breakfast. He rolled his eyes at the hard downpour outside the kitchen window, then placed the hot pan in soapy water. 

“We’ve never been good, so I don’t know why you have to have a damn fit every time we lose a game.” He grumbles while drizzling an unhealthy amount of ‘maple’ syrup on his plate.

Once he’s satisfied with the amount of sugary goodness, he takes his plate, sits in his father’s favorite armchair, and turns on the television. A broadcast about last night’s game immediately draws his attention, Malik’s never been the biggest fan of football but he shares the same level of competitiveness as the rest of his family, so he enjoys a good game. In his opinion what happened last night was truly unfortunate to watch. It’s one thing to watch your dad try and coach his favorite team from his living room, but being there and watching them get pummeled by one of the guys he met just the day before- especially when he raved about the guy the second he left. It was a special game, to say the least.

His favorite part was just watching his favorite sibling fall harder and harder for the guy. Not that he’d ever say it to her face, but he liked Joe before he even stepped into the house. He saw them pull up from an upstairs window and it wasn’t just the level of chivalry he showed her that impressed him but the pure and beyond obvious adoration he had for her -the girl that once tortured him because he ate a chicken nugget that wasn’t his. He knew his big sister was a good judge of character, more times than not, so he was hopeful for the outcome of their love story.

“It smells like something burnt in here.”

Malik stabbed his short stack and groaned as the door slammed shut. “Why are you back? Y/n is not here, go away.” 

Riana cackles as she snatches a strip of bacon off his plate and then sits on the couch farthest away from the 21-year-old. “You should be nicer to your guests Malik. Mama Mina said I could stay as long as I wanted.” She smiles biting into his food.

“Hey! She said nothing about taking my food, this took me forever!” He scolds, and in return, she pouts and makes a crying gesture with her hands.

“Whatever.” He shakes his head, grabs the TV remote, and changes the local news to ESPN. 

“Ugh, you didn’t get enough of that last night?” Mars rounds his chair with two water bottles from the fridge and sits with the other girl.

“I’m sorry, is this not my house? Last time I checked you lived down the road.” The older girls giggle and watch the boy fidget in his seat.

“Yeah well, it would be your house if you got a job to pay for some of the bills, but last time I checked Y/n helps out more than you and she lives in Louisiana.” 

Just as Malik’s about to reply to his loc’ed-ness monster sister-like nemesis, a new story about the game perks all their attention.

“I love watching players find their footing in the league. Joe Burrow last night was phenomenal.  Sure, are the Falcons ragdolls, yes, but the Bengals ran them in the dirt like it was nothing.”

“You know he’s a showboat, right? Burrow had to show off for the pretty girls in that stadium.” 

“Hey if my model girlfriend were in the stands, I’d play my ass off as well.”

“And a beautiful one at that, Megan Claire was in his eye line the entire night. They seem like a great couple.”

“Some even caught them leaving later than usual, but that’s enough about that for now.”

Malik was the first one out of his seat with his fists clenched and a scowl burning on his face. “Who the fuck is Megan Claire and where is that stupid motherfucker at?” He turns his scowl towards the girls and watches as they scurry off the couch.

"Malik calm down. I'm sure there’s a reasonable explanation for this." Mars expresses only slightly panicked but still fumbles with getting her phone out.

The young man's breath picks up as he paces the living room. "Did I not just spend an entire weekend watching him and my sister play house?"

"What's taking so long, why isn't she picking up?" Mars groans.

"Maybe because it’s 10 am," Riana mumbles earning a glare from her.

"Fine, how about you try- since you know every fucking thing." Riana rolls her eyes and makes the call.

"Someone tell me what the fuck is going on!"

Meanwhile at the Hilton...

After a very successful night, most of the Bengals players went out to celebrate, engaging in the city’s nightlife. Their most important player, well he spent his night a bit differently.

While Ja'Marr and Tee were having fun and getting drunk, Joe decided a quiet dinner with his special girl was more than enough fun for him. Little did they all know, that no one would be able to tell the difference in their mornings by the way they spent their nights.

Chase and Higgins were rudely awakened by intense headaches and sensitive senses, while Burrow had to listen to ridiculous shriekings from alarms- or what he thought were alarms.

Joe wanted nothing more than to shove his face in his soft pillow and catch more zzz, but the noise didn't stop. He didn't remember setting an alarm for the day since he was very content on having a well-deserved lazy morning, so when he had to stretch farther to reach the device it didn't concern him as anything that important. In an attempt to turn off the horrid noise, he answered the call and dropped the phone next to his pillow.

The quarterback began to slip back into Dreamworld until a woman's voice came blaring through the small device. "Y/N YOUR NEW BOYFRIEND IS A MANWHORE!"

Joe's soul practically jumps out of his body as he gazes at the phone realizing it was a FaceTime. What the hell.

"Ri, give me the phone. That is not how you start a conversation." A softer tone, belonging to the nicer half of the duo he had recently met, said.

Joe half-assly cleared his throat to gain their attention. "Look I don't know what is going on, but I'm not a whore."

"Don't play dumb with us Burrow." Mars' previous tone grows harsher.

"I can promise you there are no games here, just a very tired Joe, who would like to go back to bed." He yawns turning onto his back.

The video on the phone begins to jolt from person to person as someone else tugs it in their direction. "Listen here jackass."

'Huh Malik does not seem happy.'

"Who the hell is Megan Claire and why are you cheating on my sister?" Joe's face falls at the accusation from the young college boy and he faces the camera.

"Woah he even wakes up hot."

"RiRi!"

Joe chuckles, "I'm flattered but taken."

"Answer the question second string."

“After last night that comment was uncalled for. Megan’s an ex from a while back and I’m not cheating on Y/n.” He rakes his fingers through his hair and takes a glance at the figure sleeping soundly next to him. "I'd have her vouch for me, but I'm not waking her up."

“You’re lying! Every single media outlet is talking about Megan repping your jersey last night and you looking in her direction the whole game!”

Joe rolls his eyes and gives the boy a second to calm down. "Malik, who's phone did you call?"

The brown-eyed boy just shakes his head. "That has nothing to do with it! You could've snuck into the room and pretended that you'd been with her the whole night.

"Malik I don't know what else to tell you. I haven't seen Megan in over a year, I didn't know she was at the game and I was out with your sister all night." He sighed just as the figure next to him began to stir.

"Fuck what time is it?" You slowly lift your head out of the layers of pillows and comforters to see a blurred version of your boyfriend with your phone in his hand. "Babe, what's going on?"

"Tell my sister the truth!

“Oh, just your brother accusing me of cheating two days into our relationship.” You reach over your nightstand for your glasses. Once they're settled on your face, Joey pulls you closer to him.

"Malik, what the hell is going on?"

"I'll tell you what's going on. You're being played. The entire time he was trying to get in with you, he's had another bitch repping his famous ass name."

You roll your eyes and scoff at your incredibly naive little brother. "Oh yea, and what credible ass sources did you hear that bull shit from."

"It's all over social media duh." He smirks glaring at Joe.

"Malik you need a fucking media literary class if you believe every fucking thing you hear on social media. Have you seen a single picture of them attached to those damn articles? No. Has either of their media teams come out and said to leave the matter alone? No. Why? Because it’s BULLSHIT. Have I, your older sister, given you any sign that he'd done something wrong or found out some big secret of his? Hell no. Which means you need to hop off your fucking high horse and apologize for going off for some dumb ass shit."

Malik's face falls as he takes it all in. He clearly didn't do much thinking after hearing the news. "I'm sorry guys. I swear I was just trying to protect you, but I know that I took it too far too fast."

"Malik, I understand why, and it’s incredibly sweet of you to defend my honor, but you need to fact-check with the people that matter before losing your head."

He nods his head, "I promise to always check with you. As long as the model's not a problem, I won’t be either."

Joe snorts Malik and hands the phone to one of the girls. "She was definitely a problem a couple of nights ago."

"Let's not bring that up again." You groan.

"Yeahhh, let’s not talk about that." Riana dryly chuckles while biting on her nails. Your brows furrow as the phone's yanked out of her hand revealing an also nervous Mars.

"Guys, are you okay?"

The dark-skin girl lets out a sigh. "We have something to tell you, but you can't get mad."

"M, don't do it."

You lean back into your boyfriend and watch the same confused look form on his face through the camera. "Don't do what?" He inquired.

"I'm so sorry I let her rope me into this. It was supposed to be innocent, just to help speed things along. Then I saw what she wrote and we couldn't go back. It was all one big misunderstanding-

"Oh my god, Y/Bff it can not be that bad. Just calm down and say it." She pursed her lips and frantically nodded her head. "Girl, it’s okay."

"Claire wasn't the one sending those messages, we were."

You blinked at your long-time friend. "Come again?"

"Someone..." She points to Riana. "Came up with the brilliant idea to pretend to send Joe messages as his ex so you'd be jealous and act on your feelings for him."

Your jaw drops and Joey grabs the phone. “Are you fucking kidding me? You did the fucking opposite of helping. I had the whole thing planned out then your stupid messages made everything I was saying sound like utter bullshit!” You slowly stroke his unoccupied arm as a means to calm both him and yourself.

"Listen, we were only trying to help. You guys were starting to seem hopeless from our view- we didn't want you to be only friends forever." Riana began.

You just shook your head in disbelief. "Fucking bitches!"

"Y/n come on, if it wasn’t for us you wouldn't be in the same damn bed right now!"

"Oh fuck you, do you know how that shit made me feel? That was the dumbest fucking thing you've ever done to me and if I remember it was YOUR friend that caused my fear of relationships with men. I can not believe this was all your fault." She freezes as you remind her of that day, her face pales and her eyes no longer on the screen.

"I told you it was a stupid idea, but no... we were doing what's best for her. Look where we are now."

Riana didn’t acknowledge the other girl as she shook her head in shame and defeat. "Y/n, I never thought about how it could affect you in other ways. I'm so sorry that I reminded you of that night."

Your eyelids drooped and you palmed your face. "Fuck I never should've brought that up. Now I'm sorry, that was never your fault. Guys like that act on their own accord, you were trying to do something nice.”

“No, I completely understand why you would go to that. You worked so hard to get through that then even more therapy after Miles. I know you wanted to take your time and I should've respected that.” She sniffled.

“Ri, you’re my girl. I know you had the best intentions-

“Oh my fucking god.” The two of you stop as the phone is ripped out of Riana’s hands.

“Ok we get it, Ri messed up. You took it too far. We’re all fucking sorry. It’s done, stop apologizing! Damn.”  You press your lips together to suppress your laugh.

“On that note, we are done here,” Joey says taking the phone from you.

You look up at him and snort. “Babe for real?”

“Yes, say bye.”

“Wait so you forgive us for meddling right?”

“Riana please!”

“I just wanted to know-

You can’t help the belly laugh that erupts from within you as he ends the call and tosses the phone to the other side of the room. “Well, that’s a great way to wake up.”

Joe snorts. “I can list a hundred better ways right now.” Then pats your hips. You turn to face him in his lap, and hook your arms around his neck.

“And what sorts of ideas are you concocting Mr. Burrow?” Your eyes meet his blues with a certain flare to them. “Joey..” 

“Huh?” His gaze goes down to where your shirt ends and exposes the bare skin of your thighs.

“My eyes are up here.” You tap his chin, his steamy eyes following your finger.

“Yep so are your lips.” You snort at the way his pupils were so blown. 

All you did was sit there in his shirt and you had his full attention. Not even just now, last night it didn’t matter how dim the lighting was or how good the food was; all that mattered to him was you. The waiter sat you at a table next to the window, the chairs were across from each other, but he couldn’t take the distance and moved yours so you both had an amazing view. The night sky was incredible from up high, but he only had eyes for you. 

“I feel underdressed, this place is so fancy. If I’d known we’d be going out I would’ve packed a nicer outfit.” You looked down at your light blouse and dark jeans.

“You look beautiful.” His eyes sparkled with adoration. “My plan was for them to deliver to our room, but I thought this would be better. I called and asked if could just be us, they actually set the whole thing up. Suckers for romance.” He smiles and takes your hands.

“I wanted to show you how serious I am about you. I know I did the whole speech, but actions speak louder than words right?”

You blinked as a small smirk formed on your lips. “Did you just quote Jonathan Larson in Tick, Tick… Boom!” His gaze fell to your joined hands as his cheeks shifted to a deeper pink

“You put it on a few times at my place, I might’ve picked up on it.” He chuckles then brings your hand to his lips. You bite your bottom lip as your smile plumps your cheeks.

The evening was wonderful, you enjoyed your food, got a bit tipsy, and fell asleep to the ending of Iron Man 3. 

“What are you thinking about?” Joe must’ve noticed the wondrous yet blissful look in your eyes. You smiled and pecked his lips.

“About how beautiful last night was and about how much of an amazing boyfriend I have.” His cheeks pink up the same hue as last night.

“I only had to wait a few years to secure the woman of my dreams.” 

“Stop you’re gonna make my cheeks hurt.” You giggle as he pulls you in so you’re chest to chest. A groan escaped his lips as your French tips threaded through his hair before massaging his scalp.

“Never, I was told to never let that smile leave your face. So you’re stuck with me, baby.” He nips your nose making you scrunch, then captures your lips with his. His touch was searing yet so careful, bred from passion and caution. His tough fingers kneaded your plush thighs like the most delicate of doughs. His wandering tongue encouraged your soul to float away into his sea of want and open up a part of yourself that had been closed off. Your soul wanted nothing but the ability to submit to the man who had won your heart before letting it be known. Too bad the moment was interrupted by a knock on the door and the call of ‘room service.’

“Fuck I forgot about breakfast.” He panted against your head, you pecked his forehead and shuffled off his lap.

“You know if I didn’t know any better, I’d say you’re trying to woo me.” He shrugged as a grin curved up his fiercely pink swollen lips.

He opened the door wide enough for a cart to roll in, the smell of fresh coffee and pastries filling the room. “Oh, you can woo me all you want.” The tray covers are lifted to reveal an assortment of different fruits, muffins, and savories. Your eyes gravitate to the crispy potatoes, Joe’s one step ahead of you and places a tray on your lap. You lift its covering and practically melt at its offerings: a small bowl of melon balls, a vegetable omelet with bacon on the side, and a side of perfectly crisp potatoes with fluffy white insides. 

“So, how is it?” You look up from your potato heaven at him handing you a cup of coffee. You take a sip and moan at the taste of the Colombian coffee. I think I need to marry this guy.

“It alright,” you sigh. He looks at you puzzled. “It would be better if my quarterback was next to me.” 

He lets out a breath and smiles. “Always keeping me on my toes aren’t you?” You blow him a kiss as he brings the rest of the spread over and takes his rightful spot next to you.

As you’re enjoying your breakfast, you switch on the TV and find a broadcast about last night’s game. While Joe’s more fixated on his protein-packed meal, the rate at which your fruit makes it into your mouth halts at the headline on the screen.

You let out a loud gasp to gather your boyfriend’s attention. “Oh no, Joe Burrow and his girlfriend, Megan Claire, were seen leaving last night’s game around midnight!” Joe looks up for a moment and rolls his eyes before diving back into his eggs.

“Wait, if you left at midnight, then who did I have dinner with at 10? Who are you? Oh my god, I went on a date with an alien impersonating my boyfriend so he could go have sex with his ex under the bleachers.” You hold your heart and fake sob. “How could you do this to me?”

“You’re ridiculous.” He chuckles reaching over to his bedside for his phone. You shake your head and cover your sobs. 

“I can’t believe this is happening.” The words are muffled but clear enough for him to catch on video along with his laugh from the other side of the camera.

You whip your head up and sniffle. “I just knew that the big-time hunky quarterback would never go for a small-town girl like me. I was never meant for this life, I should’ve never put in that transfer to that Ohio clinic.” 

The phone in front of Joe’s face falls and shows his furrowed brows and curled lips. “What did you just say?”

You purse your lips to hide the smile forming on her lips. “Nothing..”

Joe moves the plates in between you and slides closer to you. “Baby, are you moving to Cincy?”

“What? I have no idea of what you’re talking about, I said nothing about Cincinnati.” You shake your head, albeit unconvincingly because before you know it, he’s on top of you with his strong hands tickling your sides. 

“Come on babe all you have to do is be honest and I’ll stop.” You thrash around full belly laughing until your core begins to burn. “Ok ok ok, I did it!”

He stops, letting you catch your breath and pulling you forward. “Now was that so hard?” You scrunch your face and lightly shove him. He just smiles and pulls you closer.

“For your information, Joseph, that’s why I got to your place so early. I had an interview with a clinic and they gave me the job- a promotion too.” You flip your imaginary ponytail since your hair is safely secured underneath your bonnet. 

“Baby that’s fucking amazing. Wait- you did this before we got together. Did you just expect me to let you move in with me?” He smirks and wiggles his brows.

“If you want, I could go to Ja’Marr’s.” You test looking at him from under your lashes.

“Nope, I’m shipping all your stuff to my place immediately.” 

You wink and peck his lips. “Good, now past the fruit please.” Joe takes a grapevine from his platter and feeds it to you like a pharaoh.

“Oh, I could get used to this.”

about the design!

modern street fashion is like, the antithesis to all of my charcter designs. i hope i was able to make something coherent and cool-ish (i even needed to use a character maker for help sobs)

his shirt resembles a fake png, firstly i was gonna do a magenta-black checkerboard texture because that's usually the defeault missing texture in a lot of games, but it was clashing too much with his color scheme so i decided to use the fake jpeg (also cuz it's more recognizeable imo)

i also drew the back of his shirt! as a little reference to the proseka's files themselves (the provisional kanji image is from "the cutting room floor" page on prsk, there's some really interesting cut beta content from there!)

his shoes are kinda messed up because they're supposed to be incomplete. yes. totally not because i didn't know what to draw there!!

now, about gacky himself:

in my hc/au gakupo cannot speak properly, like some kind of engine error, imagine those utau to vocaloid ports, like they tried to port him to piapro NT but didn't go well and now he only speaks in broken syllables, static noise and sqweaks, doesn't make him show any less emotion tho

GAKUKAI JUMPSCARE!!! this is actually slightly based on this wonderful gakukai wxs fic but it was mostly based on the freaking alt color from kaito's costume from walk on and on (read my tags!)

i have no clue how the fandom portrays him and VBS virtual singers personalities are based on how fans view them so idk, to me gakupo is a bit playful and specially flirty with kaito who's totally oblivious, but he's also genuinely scary when he's serious

my little backstory for this is that gakupo straight up spawned in an abandoned screwed up and slightly glitched building of street sekai, and while kaito was wandering around, he got lost and found gakupo there! no clue which feelings made him appear

kaito tried to keep gakupo a secret from the rest of street sekai but meiko started noticing that he was grabbing DOUBLE the popsicles and ice cream.. and he was also strangely asking for eggplant flavoured things because he "wanted to try it out"... anyway she and miku eventually find out about the little glitchy man!

also... because he's character 27 and vsingers are the last ones in the id list... this leaves it open for more characters that i can add to this little au thing... maybe even a glitchy sister that speaks a little better than him and really likes carrot cake may come around to street sekai too, who knows!

An Inside Out 2 Human OC!!

As you saw from the last post I am currently working on a human OC for Inside Out 2 whom I'm shipping with Val! The bottom 2 images were drawn by my friend Allie since she helped me in trying to design her a bit! Also before anyone asks no Val is not a F/O(for obvious reasons) because the idea of her all stemmed from me being curious about OCxCanon and appreciating Val as a character because she’s super cool! I also noticed there are a lot of Inside Out 2 Ocs that are emotions and not humans so I wanted to be a little unique! P.S- Rei is her own unique character and not a self insert like my FE and Persona 5 selves because those are actually me and not OCs! Maybe somethings about her are loosely based off me like being a geek and the nationality, but she is her own character! Her name is Rei Galvez and here are some tidbits about her: = Rei is Filipino-American and can speak English and Tagalog fluently (Her nationality is based off of myself although unlike Rei I only know little Tagalog but I'm trying to learn it a bit more!) = Rei is a huge fan of Shadow the Hedgehog (she selfships with him) and loves Get Up and Glow just like Riley! = She's a golden retriever therian (described as a golden retriever in a human body) = Her demeanor is sweet and shy along with being introverted, but when she's pssionate about her hobbies and interests she becomes an extrovert for a second! Although Val is helping her break out of her shell more. = Rei and Val are both from Oakland, California and have been friends since childhood! = She's apart of Bay Area High's Anime and Gaming clubs and is well known in the geek circles of the school! = She's always supported Val even when she became the captain of the Firehawks! Rei was always in awe seeing Val on the ice and it got her curious about playing hockey and ice skating = During the events of Inside Out 2 she and Val are a couple as she confessed to Val before she went to Hockey camp. She's been wanting to confess to Val for a while, but was nervous to do so until she got the extra charisma to confess. = Rei considers Riley to be the little sister she's never had since she's an only child. She even considers Bree and Grace like her little sisters too but she and Riley especially click really well in the sister department! = Rei loves to draw and loves cooking and baking! Let's just say she almost fainted seeing Riley's burnt chicken! = Dani likes teasing her and nicknaming Rei the "Captain's Pup" because of how Val nicknames her puppy Extra tidbit: When Riley has her anxiety attack during the events of the film she helps her by comforting her as she knows how it feels to go through it and remembers how Val comforts her whenever she gets them. I'm still trying to figure out her hair color and what to color the flannel she's wearing, but I hope you guys like her so far! Again thanks to my friend Allie for helping me with the concept sketches to help me better design her too! :3

Some questions about the Roleshift AU

How did William die? How did the people around him feel about his death?

Does Sammy possess the puppet? Is Charlie Shadow Bonnie/Shadow Freddy? Or do they possess different animatronics?

What is Cassidy's motivation for killing Elizabeth?

What is Jessie's motivation for killing children?

What is Elizabeth's relationship towards Baby? Is she still a big fan of her? If not, what animatronic does she like?

I'm assuming that the reason Michael is killed by Baby and not Foxy is because Baby is one that kills him in the regular timeline. But why does Michael hold a baby plush? Is he not a fan of Foxy?

Do the events of the Charlie Trilogy happen in this AU? Are they (Jessica, Carlton, Lamar, etc.) swapped with anybody?

Are the MCI swapped with anybody?

Does Jessie still smoke weed?

How is Cassidy killed by Fredbear? Is Fredbear built with child-killing features, much like Baby? If so, how did Henry not notice? If not, how did Cassidy's head make contact with Fredbear's mouth?

How does Henry feel about Jessie trying to fill in for William? Why is Jessie trying to fill in for William anyways? We know that Cassidy's mom still has custody over her son in your regular AU, so does Michael's mom have custody over her son in the Roleshift AU?

THESE ARE A LOT OF VERY GOOD QUESTIONS

1. I'm not fully sure how William died yet but tbh knowing him I wouldn't be surprised if he got into a car accident while drunk. Mr Drives-down-the-wrong-side-of-the-highway-at-200-mph

2. Everyone feels awful and sad about it, since no one had a reason to hate him yet. I think the people it hardest were Henry, Jess, and Elizabeth

3. Yes and yes! Sammy is the puppet and Charlie is shadow bonnie/freddy. Tbh I also associate Charlie with bunnies like I do Sammy so it still fits. I have some thoughts about changing the puppets design in this au to fit Sammy more though

4. Similar to Liz's motivations for killing Mike in the main timeline! He mistook her for Jess due to them looking similar, and killed her both out of desire for revenge and to try and escape (I'm not entirely sure how yet, since I have liz's death as CC biting her face off rather than her being scooped (；・∀・) maybe he just manually rips her open and digs his way inside?) I'll go more indepth into why he wants revenge when answering the later question abt him and Jess--

5. Jess knows about remnant and is trying to figure it out! She has William's old journals, and since he's known about remnant a long time, there's details in them about creating it (just not from/for humans. William spent a lot of his life experimenting on animals before main timeline Will hyped himself up enough to kill a person). It's also a great way to relieve stress (and then get More stress from the fact you have to hide the fact you killed children)

7. I think Mike doesn't actually like Baby very much. His plushie was a hand me down Liz basically forced on him (and-- like how fredbear plush acts to CC in my main timeline comic-- the plush follows him around even when he tries to leave it places). Liz bullying her baby brother via inducing gender dysphoria by making him carry around a girly baby doll is wild. I think he does still like Foxy though (also, I think in this au, Baby and Co are the animatronics that stick around for the public while the fazgang gets the sister location trapped underground treatment, so the foxy Mike is more familiar with would be funtime foxy!)

8. They could, but that would be a second timeline split off from the one I've been drawing so far (which is a shift of the roles in my game timeline)! I think if I were to do a roleshift for the Charlie trilogy, I'd just shift some of the roles of the friend group around! For example: Marla -> John -> Jessica -> Carlton -> Lamar -> Marla (I'm not sure this is the order I'd ACTUALLY shift things though. I have to put more thought into that).

9. Hmmm I'm not sure... I don't have a lot of character laid out for the missing kids in general (it's definitely something I should think more about, it's just hard for me to get super attached to any of them). If I do end up having the funtime animatronics fully swap places with the fazgang I'll have to think about how that works and what changes I would make to certain characters >_> (looking at ballora mostly... don't want to saddle a child with that kind of body)

11. I've thought about this a little and I think maayaybbeee... instead of CC getting his head bit, he crawled inside of Fredbear gregory-style and got springlocked? Maybe he knew he wasn't supposed to be alone w Fredbear, heard Jess coming, panicked, and tried hiding. I do think Fredbear was made with child killing features, but Jess made them less noticeable or found ways to explain them (which-- William actually has explanations for the child killing stuff in the funtimes in my main timeline!! He explains the voice copying as a means for fun party tricks, and the space made to hold captured kids is explained by the biddybabs and minireenas being able to crawl inside and pop out for little acts)

12. Henry feels sorry for Jess and understands why she feels the need to try and fill William's shoes, but he can't help but feel annoyed and pitied by it. She can't replace William and he doesn't want her to. Jess tries to fill William's place because she feels like she has to. I think she feels guilty for his death for whatever reason, like somehow there was this butterfly affect where he wouldn't have died if they hadn't gotten married maybe. I think it makes a little sense, since they both liked getting high and drunk and stuff together. Maybe she feels like since they enabled each other, it's partially her fault that William ended up dying. A lot of her actions stem from her missing William and feeling bad about his death

13. In the main timeline, Marina (Mike's mom) and William technically both have custody over Mike, in that if he wanted to he could choose to stay with either of them, it's just that Mike feels like he can be more of himself in hurricane than he could living with his mom and grandma so he chose to stay there. I think this carries over to the roleshift au. Marina and William's mom both keep in touch with Jess and I imagine Marina has offered to take Mike home after William's death but Jess feels responsible for him so she's like "noo it's okay I love having Mike around and anyway his friends are all here I think moving him back to the UK would just make him upsetttt" and Marinas like "sick awesome yay" (marina and main-timeline-Jess are in the absent mothers club together). I think in the roleshift timeline Clara (CC's mom) still has shared custody of him. She was very very angry when Jess "lost" him

Okay so this might be just a thing between me and my friend, but we have this AU where Emet-selch hid away Ryne/"Minfilia" to keep her away from Hydaelyn's influence, but then he still dies as normal and Zenos is the one to find her alone and rescue her? 🥺 And long story short she's now his little sister who is single-handedly saving him from himself and all the trauma his father had inflicted upon him while trying to give her the childhood he never had. I…… am SO emotional about it!! 😭😭😭 They are THE found family siblings, I just get so soft thinking about them 🥺 Genuinely…!!!

I think the only other one that comes to mind, which idk how much this counts since one half of it is my OC, but I'm thinking very much all the time lately about the friendship between my OC Mal and Sebastian!! If you've been reading my fic you might say, "what friendship? Sebastian is a total dickhead to him!" But!! Trust me!!! It's gonna get there eventually!!!!! They are gonna be talking about their feelings and watching frogs together in no time (it will actually be. A long time. But you'll see!!) I think the one I've been lingering on most lately is the one you brought up recently, of Zenos being autistic! It makes so much sense, and I already subscribed to it before but I've been thinking about it more since you brought it up! Thinking about him laying in the wol's lap in the royal menagerie, and they're counting the petals on the flowers together to calm him down. :3 Idk, little things like this!

8. Fandom you're a part of that's the most obscure?

Mmm here's where I wanna split hairs on terminology sorry haha okay so to me "fandom" is like, a community, a place of active participation with other fans: whether that's sharing fan works, looking at/reading fan works, or discussing the canon material. That to me is fandom!

So like, to me I would say something like utapri feels obscure, because I'm very passionate about it and don't really have people to talk to about it in much detail, I'm picking up little crumbs about it from pixiv or tumblr, but it feels so tiny to me. But I know it is a big series in Japan! It was popular in western spaces for a time too, like a decade ago-- is that obscure? I don't know, I don't think so, but it feels obscure in the sense of like, I don't feel as if there is all that much community for me to connect with about it.

There's also games like Omori, where the fandom is largely minors so I haven't wanted to interact with the larger fandom space and thus it feels small-- or games that I am deeply fascinated with like Dead Plate that I have no clue if there's any fandom at all and am a bit scared to look for one because it's a very small indie game and thus feels like any fandom would feel too intimate, somehow-- or games that are so old and obscure that I would love to draw art for (and even have in the past!) but finding anyone who has played them is like a needle in a haystack, like my favorite game of all time, Arcanum!

Is a fandom just "things I like that I like"? Or "things I make fanworks for"? Or "a community where I interact with others about this shared interest"? What's obscure in one of those definitions wouldn't be in another definition! Sorry this is a total non-answer but I can't find a way to answer the question in a satisfying way because the question varies based on how you would define fandom!!

I really love how he came out omg.

- Firstly, he's Hispanic. Duh. His name is literally Azul, I don't make the rules. I'm thinking Hondurian or Guatemalan and I'd love to hear what you think too.

- Made him plus-sized because GOD we need more body diversity and I think that he would have eventually come to terms that weight is simply a number and that number alone doesn't mean you're healthy or unhealthy, y'know? He exercises and whatnot and is very good at taking care of his body.

- Autistic, his special interest is THE GRIND(tm). His capitalistic ass could rant about business building forever.

- I gave him fins as ears cause I gave all the mer fins for funsies. More for aesthetic than anything else and I figure it's a general trait of most mer (I'll talk about the exceptions later lol)

- I loved how pretty his eyelashes were so I added some teardrops to the ends for some flavour. He still wears glasses, again too lazy lol.

- I brought back the og concept earrings and piercings cause I thought they looked neat. I also gave them both earrings for simplicity's sake and because I headcanon that Azul gave them each a pair for their birthday.

- Longer hair because Imma be so fr, if the twins share similar expressions, I can't tell them apart lmaooo 😭😭😭. Also, felt it suited his personality more.

- Had a punk phase and while he outgrew it, he kept the piercings anyways.

- He and Floyd have matching tattoos on their biceps, Floyd's being a shrimp with sunglasses and Jade's being his favourite type of mushroom (hen/chicken of the woods).

- Also, autistic. Who's surprised at this point? Not me. This little guy and his mushrooms. 'Little guy' being like 6'5' lol.

(he/she/it) Unlabelled Gender - Pansexual

- He's not actually a fan of piercings but got them because Jade wanted to match.

- She has larger teeth that actually interfere with its speech and got bullied for that when he was younger, meaning all three of the Octotrio were friends kinda by default as the 'weird' kids.

- I think he has bipolar disorder and is ADHD, both are rather obvious from his character in-game.

Okay, first is the topic of the og character. So she draws reference to the Boogeyman from Nightmare Before Christmas which was a very controversial character because Tim Burton sucks. Hate him. I wanted to hopefully reclaim the character, though it isn't necessarily my place and if anyone has a problem with that, absolutely let me know and I will remove her. The original character took heavy inspiration from black culture, specifically New Orleans and I wanted to properly represent that with Hestia. I hope I did her justice and please please please let me know if she is offence in any way. 🩷🩷🩷

- She's the older sister of the triplets and a really good one, caring a ton about them. Her favourite thing to do is spoil her younger siblings.

- She also has crazy good luck and wins any bets she makes. If you play any game of luck with her, she'll win. She's a part of the Boardgame Club and infuriates Azul whenever they play something luck-based.

(they/he/she) Genderfluid - Panromantic Demisexual

- Konane is twisted from Tamatoa from Moana! They're indigenous Hawaiian and I will be researching more into the culture as I render them out more fully.

- I gave them the bioluminiscens that Tamatoa has though I think it would only be visible in low lighting, such as in the Octavinelle dorm.

- LOVES shiny thing, obvi. Vil keeps trying to convince her to join Pomefiore but he's like, "I get paid here and can afford more stuff so pass."

- Gets along great with Cater, they constantly do collabs on their social media.

23. Favorite picture of this character? (Character ask game)

that’s a really really hard one because I have so many. If I had to pick a favorite though…I think I’d have to say this frame from s2 ep14 of the anime (Hear the waves of turnabout) solely because this scene is so important to me.

this scene (and whole episode) is SO!! FUCKING GOOD!!!!!!! and a prime example of why the anime should be required watching for ace attorney fans. This specific scene for those who haven’t seen it depicts the day that Maya agreed to take over the fey clan. Mia takes Maya for a trip out of the village, gives her what was probably at the time the best day Maya had ever had, and then she asks her. She asks her little sister, fully understanding what a huge request this is and knowing she might say no, if she would be willing to take her place as the heir to the head of Kurain so that Mia can leave and search for the truth behind the incident that ruined their family. And Maya looks at her and she SMILES and she says of course. Of course you can go. she tells her sister (albeit not in near so many words) that yes, I will stay here and hold down the fort so you can go out into the world and pursue your dreams and find our mother and fix this whole mess. And I will shoulder the burden willingly and with a smile, because I love you and I want you to be happy. And then Mia starts crying because who the fuck wouldn’t. Amd it’s just so. Auuhhhhhhhhhhh you know and like I’m trying not to give an entire synopsis of the episode but it’s so so good you guys. It’s everything to me. This whole episode is legitimately what the inside of my heart looks like I’m so serious if you cut me open I will bleed sea water and ramen broth instead of blood. Please don’t test that theory though. Just trust me

Did you miss this section? Today my sister Angel (@littleangelblogstuff) and I decided to draw together again. Today's topic suddenly became Mike (and we didn't discuss what we were going to draw in advance!). We drew within the New World!AU.

Jeremy picked out a dress for Puppet, but he's not sure if she'll like it. Mike thinks everything will be fine.

I wanted to draw Mike with Ellie's ghost. Due to his head injury, Mike has frequent headaches, and Ellie's presence almost always makes things worse.

Someone had reprogrammed an animatronic dog to attack a boy who stood in his way to perform a ritual (and no, it's not Vincent!). Mike miraculously survived, but Ellie…

Back to the present, back to Ellie protecting Mike. She only does this in particularly stressful situations, because she understands that she is harming her friend.

Each time such drawing brings a new experience. I'm glad that so much attention was paid to Mike this time. This section doesn't end, and someday we will bring something more interesting! (Also, I think it's worth leaving the FnoF tag just in case)
