My favorite christmas dish is... idk if you know what that is, but in French we call it "pet de soeur", which basically translates as "Sister (or nun) fart". I know, I know. The name of this desert doesn't sound appealing, BUT it's a delight. It's a bit like cinnamon rolls, but maple flavored.

Let’s hope that we can both get off shift in time for it.” “Yeah, well, we’d have to leave pretty early if we wanna make it there.” She bit her lip and motioned to the box. “The rest might help with that.” Intrigued, he set the paper down and moved to the next. Another printout, but this time with the British Airways logo stamped across the top: tickets to Scotland for the 26th through the 2nd of January. “This is— Luce, that’s two days away.” “Actually one, remember?” she reminded him with a grin.

Tim and Lucy ring in the New Year with a trip away from LA — 5,146 miles away, to be exact.

i have some issues with the dialogue trees and how they're paced, but i think the funniest consequence they have is whenever a character is out of lines, it's the most awkward hi and bye scenes in a game. raz going "hi dion :)" and dion growling only for raz to immediately go "bye dion :(" and dion pulling a complicated face as raz shuffles off like the ant with his bag and stick will never not be funny.

I planned to have all my December projects done by the 20th since I'm working all the way up until Christmas. My personal deadline was to have them done by the 15th so that after those weekend shifts I could have a few days to rest or catch up if needed before that.

Well, I'm almost done with the last project. Maybe I underestimated how long these would take, but it looks like I'm gonna get a nice sweet rest 😅

my best friend and her husband flew ACROSS the country to be with me for my birthday this week ;___________; this is her LAST vacation during her LAST few months of residency!!!!!!!!!!!! she spent it on me!!!!!!!!!!! god i feel so loved and i feel SO MUCH LOVE. we're gonna go to all these cool restaurants and hang OUT and be TOGETHER and it's all i've ever wanted!!!!!!!!!!!
