I feel like this question has already been asked but i can’t remember and I couldn’t find the answer by searching his tag, so: What was the role of Akio in the original OBT? From what i can tell he’s meant to be Rune’s son, but what about his father? Is there a chance he could appear in the current comic, or would he just be repurposed into a new character? (Sorry for long prompt btw)

// the explanation was a bit buried into this ask here (which also talks about other plot points from old OBT), but I'd be happy to give a more accessible version of an explanation as well as some extra context! so akio is the remnant of an arc I had in mind for rune from the very early era of preboot OBT up until I officially scrapped him in 2020. october 6th, 2020 in fact (happy die day you little freak)! in old OBT his role was to be the son of rune and some rando from the luxio tribe in a one night stand, mostly to stir drama between her and kodali. later on it turned out that luxio had the same name as one of my partner's characters (a mew named Xander), and we joked about Xander shapeshifting into a Luxio and blending into the tribe and getting together with rune... and then I made doodles of a vulpix with fun little mew traits, and got attached to the idea! around that time I was gearing up for the reboot of OBT, so he's... well, I was gonna say alolan, but this was actually my first doodle of that fire opal vulpix concept!

and then I thought "actually it'd be more fun if he was kantonian and also will help differentiate his design from rune" which is where you get the current iteration of his design that I use for memeing purposes

then with this being in the reboot timeline, it meant it started intersecting and butting heads with other arcs I had planned. I can probably go more into detail with that once we're a bit further along in the story, but basically rune was A Little Cringe for the circumstances she ended up with xander in the reboot, which would've ended up giving akio a bit of tasty insecurity as he got older and realized he resembled his dad in several ways he didn't like.

one of those ways being that he was flirty, but didn't want to commit to having a family

but that said... these were all headcanons for akio when he was older, aka either in the epilogue of OBT or in a potential sequel. which would've meant I'd have to carry around a baby character that I didn't really have any strong feelings about, a character arc for rune that was fitting with the story less and less over time, all for an epilogue or sequel that may or may not have seen the light of day. don't get me wrong, i still LOVE the idea of exploring this type of arc. but... does it have to be rune's son? she has a bunch of other arcs to explore, and her experiencing motherhood was just complicating the story in a way that wasn't fun to write. overall, it stopped fitting with the themes of OBT and needed to be cut in order to tell the story I actually wanted to tell. so nowadays, akio is a funny little in-joke with myself as a remnant of a long forgotten storyline, and is floating around my brain like a dvd screensaver. maybe someday he'll find a home in a story (he'd be more likely to find another life in my original project before OBT), maybe I'll use him in some sort of RP/collab, or maybe he'll keep collecting dust. only time will tell!

HOW TO INTERACT WITH TUMBLR RP BLOGS

Hello friends! I've gotten quite a few non-rp blog followers on this account— thank you, and I'm flattered that you love Louis enough to follow me here! However!!! This is a ROLEPLAY blog, and as such, there is a slightly different etiquette code than regular tumblr fandom blogs.

Normally I just block folks who don't read my rules, but I figured I'd make this comprehensive post for archival reasons anyway. So! What are the do's and don'ts of tumblr RP etiquette?

DO: read our rules! Every rp blog has them! Mine are linked in my pinned post! You can also find them here! Rules are different for every single rp blog, so it's important to read them to understand what kind of interactions they're comfortable with

DON'T: REBLOG OUR WRITING!!!!! DO NOT REBLOG FROM RP BLOGS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE.

The first reason this is considered rude is because roleplay writing is NOT for you. is it cool to read an rp blog's threads and cheer from the sidelines? absolutely! I LOVE getting little messages from people following along and commenting on what makes them excited! But rp is a contained writing format between two people, so taking someone else's writing and putting it on your blog is just....not good! it's not like reblogging fanfic! it feels more like stealing!

The second reason this is considered rude is because rp blogs on tumblr use the notes system to track our writing threads and other activity. when people reblog from us, it fucks up the note count (deadass some of y'all almost made me delete this fucking account when one of my amc salt posts got out and i had like 200 notes to wade through overnight. please don't do it).

There may be certain exceptions to this rule— for example, on my rules page, I state that I'm okay with folks reblogging my non-writing related content (aesthetic photos, musings, etc.). But for the most part...reblogs are kinda off-limits

DO: send in questions from headcanon/character building prompts! Basically, any question set that's meant to be answered out of character, referring to Louis rather than me writing as Louis. Here are some examples of what I mean: x, x, x

DON'T: send in in-character sentence starters meant for other rp blogs! Whats a sentence starter? Here are some examples! (x, x, x) Basically, any prompt that is meant to be sent in FROM ANOTHER RP BLOG, to be replied to in-character on my part. If you send me an anonymous message with a line of dialogue from a sentence starter, I can't do anything with that, because I don't know who my writing partner is supposed to be. These are for established character blogs only.

DO: send in random questions or comments! I do love interacting with y'all and I don't want you to be intimidated by all the rules I just laid out! If you have a question for Louis, please feel free to ask him and I'll reply in-character! If you have a question you want me to answer ooc, feel free to ask it! As long as you're respectful, it's all good!

RP RULES

This will only be a brief synopsis of my rules and standards, after reading below if interested please dm me, we can discuss rules and boundaries more in depth prior to beginning an rp. As of now all rps I’m opening are AoT exclusive.

Expectations for me:

- As a literate writer, varying on how detailed or lengthy of a writer you are will of course effect my responses, however please consider that me being a literate writer means the majority of my responses will be longer, varying 2-10 paragraphs, overall I max out at 3k word replies (IF that is what we’re going for). So long as there’s something for me to actually form a real response to I’ll gladly keep a rp alive.

- I will portray most canon characters and am very open to either SFW or NSFW plots, though when it comes to my own prompts my rps tend to turn NSFW eventually. (though I’m very strict about enforcing slow-burn say it were a build up to romance.) I tend to prefer playing as my OC with canon characters, obviously I ship my OC with Levi but this doesn’t mean I exclusively rp with Levi mains/portrayers. I’m open to about anything so long as you reach out with a suggestion. If you wish to have no NSFW content whatsoever, or at the least no sexual content please let me know!!!! I have no issues with these accommodations just because I’m a freaky little goose in the pond.

- Regarding sexual content, I will not engage in any beastiality, scat/piss fetishes, DDLG/MDLG/age-play, etc, basically if it could get you in legal trouble or it’s just generally fucking disgusting don’t even bother suggesting it. Reiterating here, I enjoy getting freaky in writing now and then, but I won’t ever make it the exclusive theme of the rp.

- Please understand I love doing this in my free time,

Meaning, no, I am not ignoring you. I’m an outspoken and confrontational person by nature, if there is an issue I will openly address it to your face before ending a role play, guaranteed. Therefore, give me time if I haven’t updated you whatsoever, as in not even to say that I’m answering you soon, because I’m either at work or at home rotting after work.

- If you’re looking for me to play a specific character for you in one rp and you’re willing to portray for me in another at the same time lmk!! I know it can be exhausting writing as a character for someone else’s appeal when you also have an idea to execute.

- If you dislike the way I write for a character, please let me know so that we can discuss it and potentially work out changing things about my portrayal to better suit your expectations. I’m very open to criticism so long as it comes from good intentions.

- If you want to restart an rp by all means please speak up!! It’s very difficult to rouse or annoy me over an rp, I’d rather know you’re unsatisfied than continue leading an rp knowing you’re struggling to come up with a response.

Introducing Florina from FE7 (The Blazing Blade)!

Some quick notes about portrayal:

She is Post-FE7 events and follows her solo ending.

In TOA she is employed as an unaffiliated Flying Instructor Assistant, looking to grow herself and maybe make a few friends and come out of her shell.

Regarding other FE7 characters that she shares supports with: I will generally assume they've reached A support unless otherwise told.

She is quite shy and has a tendency to flee (takes the flight option in fight or flight), but for RP purposes, most of the time she will not run away and may not be the most talkative, but I will find a way to put her in Situations.

1. Who's the primary protector of the two?

I think they both are but in different ways. Francis I think is better with talking about emotions and is better for emotional regulation while Lovino is more physically protective. For example if Lovino was the one driving and they come to a super quick stop, he'd be the one to put his arm out over the other. He's also not afraid to chew someone out (Fran isn't either, but I think Lovino is quicker).

16. Who's the first to help a stranger in need?

I'm going to say Francis only because I think his natural charisma takes over. HOWEVER, I do think Lovino is wonderfully helpful, but he takes a hot second to come around. He's hesitant but willing to help in the ways that he can. Something both of them share is the need to feel useful.

45. Who gets the most excited about holidays?

Hmmhjhhghhmm I'm gonna roll with Francis on this one mainly because it's an opportunity for him to show off with a fancy dinner.

7. Who secretly knows the lyrics to the other's favorite songs but refuses to expose themselves?

Arthur. I genuinely cannot tell you what music Francis listens to, but I know Arthur is a big music person. Was/is punk, definitely was into rock, I can see him having a vinyl collection. Music is something he cares deeply about and knowing Francis' favorite songs is a subtle way to feel connected.

36. Who's better at dealing with emotional trauma?

Francis. I do think Francis can and will bottle things depending on the situation, but he has better coping skills and is better at processing things than Arthur is. I think Arthur doesn't give himself enough patience.

45. Who gets the most excited about holidays?

I'm gonna roll with my same answer as before: Francis. I'm not someone who gets excited about holidays so this one's a bit hard for me to answer! I do think with FrUK, both of them highly value quality time, so holidays are probably something special. Was talking to my FrUK rp partner like last night -- Arthur's love languages are gift giving and quality time while Francis' are acts of service and quality time. Maybe gift giving, too.

Guess who's back bitches!

Ok but real talk it's been a long long time. To long if you ask me. But I have a good reason I promise. However it comes with good news and bad news.

The good news 2022 saw the pregnancy, labor and birth of my first (and possibly only) child. They are absolutely perfect and I now have first hand experience.

The bad news the whole experience did not go as planned (not that you can plan very much.) It left me scared (mostly mentally) which is partly why I didn't document and keep you guys in the look though I wanted too. My partner also had a really hard time watching me go through it, so they are very hesitant to try for baby #2.

I still have some drafts of blog posts I had intended to share. But not sure I am ready to relive all that yet.

Though I would be happy to answer questions.

Blog update

I have more story parts ready they just need to be polished. I am going to be going through my asks and questions and answering those.

However if you have submitted a Story Prompt/Request I am not currently going to be working on those.

I am searching for RP partners but I am very picky. I am reaching out to a few potentials. If you ask me but have no writing examples either in your ask or in your blog I will say no. If you start with "wanna RP" i will say no 0 effort = 0 response.

experience in RP — Coming up on 17 or 18 years I think? From starting out on forums to avatar games to MMOs, and now I'm primarily writing here on tumblr though there's a bit of forum and tiny amounts of discord tossed in. But the latter feels off to me. I always prefer more public venues with opportunities for sharing and prompting random questions and meeting new people.

best experiences — Here on tumblr, I'd say. I've met some great people and have come through with probably the best characterization some of these muses have ever seen. Won't get into anything too specific, but suffice to say I've kept some people around for yeeeeears for a reason!!

pet peeves / dealbreakers — I've got so many I'm worried for myself. But aside from the obvious lack of response or enthusiasm, unanswered memes and starters, it would be this: People that come to you for writing (repeatedly) while contributing nothing to the plotting or selection process. Anytime someone looks at you and waits for you to paint a picture of an interaction through a roster of muses and genres and then set it up while going "I dunno" to any question asked?

Guhhhh!!! Give me a break!!! RP is a two person activity. Especially when I barely know your characters. Try and sell something to me!

Another thing that's gotten to me in recent years is an over-use of meta commentary and referential humor. I do this sparingly with Wylan, but too much and you feel like you're on an episode of family guy instead of writing a scene or interaction.

muse preference ( fluff, angst, smut ) — I am... an adventure and action and banter kind of guy. Which doesn't really fall under any of these categories. However, the preference would be fluff. Feel good stuff or anything that makes you smile. Angst, I'm not great at, and I've realized I don't care for it when it's sad or angsty for the sake of being sad. Give it purpose, give it a resolution of some kind. I don't much care for bad ends.

As for smut... I'm mixed. I like writing it but after giving it a shot again have accepted I don't much care for things after foreplay if it's in a thread. Headcanons that are lewd? Yes. Answering lewd/nsfw asks? Yes. But the back and forth is kind of eh.

plot or memes — I like adlibbing. And I like improv now and then. There's a pitfall depending on the writing partner with plotting- and it's that you just talk about the plot and the end instead of letting it develop and having things happen. There should be some room for surprises and twists that nobody was expecting. Laying out the whole timeline piece by piece can remove the enthusiasm to.... write it!

Memes are a great way to get started with everyone, especially the situation prompts since it's a little more flexible. I find myself less enthused with contextless sentence prompts lately. And I may start reblogging less of those and letting the more fun ones get a spotlight.

long or short replies — Mixed. I can't novella on command anymore, but depending on the interaction my fingers do get away from me on lengths and what have you. Overall I prefer something in the middle. 400ish words feels comfortable, and conveys enough information without conversations stacking on top of each other. The longer a post goes the more often that seems to happen. And you can get into temporal errors where situations change on past conversations that happened in the same post and.!??!?!? Yeah.

I also do enjoy the occasional banter of one liners and shitposting. But it'll never be the focus of this blog. And is almost guaranteed to get longer over time to the point that it becomes a multi-para thread.

best time to write — When I'm not busy at the office. Quiet space with less things to distract me. I can get into a good productive mindset really fast and knock out multiple drafts in an hour. Feels great. Otherwise I think it's early mornings where I do the best on days off. Evenings are times of distraction, so much distraction.

are you like your muse — I put a little bit of myself in all my muses, otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to relate and make a convincing portrayal or conflict. Wylan used to have a lot more of my traits in the past. But he is far and above his own problematic beast now and I'm glad I don't have as much in common anymore jfc.

(Random Ask) Do you have a favorite amongst your characters? Someone you always seem to go back to no matter how many characters you make?

Oh, I love a random ask - thank you! Now, to the question....

I do but I don't have favourites, if that makes sense. It's complicated, I suppose, as I am a hoarder by nature and that stems over to my OC's, too. I don't really like... deleting them, getting rid of them, or anything like that. Cause sometimes I just get a vibe and want to take screenies with them or RP them. Out of all the OC's I've made, I've only ever got "rid of" 2.

By this, I mean, I have deleted them as a physical character from FFXIV, however the concept and notes and all the developments and stories I made with them are still written down, their looks are saved on the game (so I can still take screenshots with Crimes), and I could very easily remake them if I wanted to play them again. But these 2 characters I found were... not many people seemed to want to RP with them outside of needing them as a purpose (myself included, one of them was specifically a childhood friend of my main at the time, that I made for story purposes, and then just kept around and developed as their own for a bit), so it seemed irrelevant to keep them around for that. But as I said, they are not gone and may likely come back in the future if I felt like it.

Anyways - I'm waffling, and just pointing out how bad I am at getting rid of things (it's a problem, I know). But I don't have favourites, I have phases. Depending on the themes I want to write, depends on who I'm probably going to be playing/writing prompts and stories for.

But, Dee is my oldest OC. I've had them since I first started playing the game, and their character has been a constant. I've never changed them, I've never reworked them, only developed them though RP. I think I tried new classes on them to RP but I didn't like it and went back to what they were good at: smashing things. So in a sense - I always go back to Deeza. They will always be a character I want to do RP on, despite all the shit that's happened with old RP partners, I don't want that to sour their character. And because I put so much effort into their character that I don't want them to just fizzle out into nothing... but I also know it's hard to maintain so many OC's at the same time, so I will go through phases of having a favourite, and kind of pick the OC I'm vibing with most at the time - like now, it's Nanako, and she's who I want to play and make content for.

So basically I'm playing spin the wheel with my OC's and whoever it lands on is my favourite for that moment. I love them all. Let me have more brain space to do more and RP more thank you.

please ask your mutuals more questions in conversation. social anxiety sucks, sometimes you don’t have the energy and can’t think but want to respond, and sometimes you’re busy a lot—i get it! i really do. but if you’re just answering passively, no questions or contributions, then it falls on the other person to keep coming up with something. it’s really hard to plot when your partner doesn’t ask questions back or suggest things, and it’s tiring.

as someone who’s been trying to reach out first and talk, i can affirm i’ve unintentionally just… stopped plotting with some people because it drained my energy for me to always be the one moving the flow of conversation. it’s a pattern i’ve seen that pops up frequently, as i’ve had quite a few DMs that end up along this line — “how are you?” “i’m okay.” “good! did you have any specific scenarios you wanted to thread?” “no, not really?” “ok, did you want me to send you some prompts?” “sure.”

it’s exhausting. I understand it’s hard to come up with ideas on the spot, but i want to let y’all know: it’s hardly ever expected for you to do so!!! you can take your time in responding, and even just a quick “im not sure, let me think” and then getting back to your partner later is, in my opinion, leagues better then a simple “no, I don’t have any ideas”. even greater would be a “i don’t have anything off the top of my head, but what about you?”

most people here are patient and won’t expect an immediate response. so, please take your time if you have to! just… please, please start asking questions, bringing up your wishlist, giving information, anything to get the conversation moving. it’ll be easier and more fun for you and your partner if you’re truly collaborating instead of one person getting burnt out making a majority of the decisions.

just a little one !     i am very new to dc + marvel comics and find myself often overwhelmed with the amount of issues there are to read.     i’ve got the spirit,  but i may or may not know the basics about your muse when it comes to comic based portrayals.     i apologize in advance,  but it’s nothing a little plotting can’t fix,  so if i pop into your ims with stupid questions about your muse, this is why.     but as always,  if you’re still down to clown,  i am very much too !

001. . .     activity.

i'll be frank : i write pretty sporadically, and this goes for ic and ooc interactions. i can get overwhelmed juggling responsibilities often, and socializing is one of the first things to go.     i un  /  fortunately work 40 hour work weeks,    and only get every other weekend off,  so my schedule makes consistent activity difficult on top of my focus. if i can successfully plot something with you, i find my muse is sooo much more involved, but i'm contradictorily bad at it due to the reasons above ; it's truly hit or miss, and i understand if that becomes frustrating for any of my partners.    sometimes i’ll be able to get out a couple drafts a week,  others merely once,  or not at all. if i haven’t replied or answered something in a while,  please know it’s nothing personal, i’m just taking my time until i feel good about what i can put down.     writing is a hobby i enjoy, but if you're looking for a blog with any sort of regularity, this isn't the one for you. i have other rp blogs i try to run as well,  therefore i might be very slow on this one at times.     i can be quite the flaky rp partner,  so i apologize in advance for that and completely understand if my antics   [  or lack thereof  ]   result in an unfollow. if i go longer than two months without activity, i'll try to make a hiatus notice.

because of the previously stated,  i’m also highly selective with who i rp with.     i want to not to bite off more than i can chew,  and for the sake of pacing myself,  my activity will be reserved for mutuals only.     if my thread count gets too high for my liking, it's not uncommon that i drop threads, but i will absolutely try and let you know if that happens.     duplicates are always welcome &lt;;3   [  let me know if you need me to tag same - muse posts and i’ll be happy to !  ] i regularly go on softblocking sprees to keep my follower count semi - low, but do feel free to re - follow if you feel like the stars merely misaligned for our first bout of mutual following and i'd be very down to give it another shot. on that note, it'll take me a week+ to follow back sometimes, as i like to read through not only rules, but dossiers and verse pages, especially for ocs, so it can take a hot minute.

the basics  ;  don’t be an asshole,  any transphobia,  biphobia,  homophobia,  racism,  whitewashing,  pro - shipping,  incest,  etc,  will be blocked on sight.     no godmodding,  please cut your threads,  continue asks in new posts,  etc,  and no stealing of any personal concepts of mine.     loose inspiration is fine,  but if i see repeated similarities,  i may or may not approach you about it.     formatting - wise,  here is an example of my prose style.     i primarily use big ol’ text and static or no icons,  beta editor + xkit rewritten,  but feel free to format however you like and i’ll try to match you somewhat. since my concussion, however, i will no longer be threading with super small text or anything heavily formatted, as this can strain my eyes and make headaches worse, even with my glasses.

i’m all about exploring meaningful dynamics,  whether they be platonic,  familial,  antagonistic,  pre - established,  etc,  so feel free to shoot me a message if you’d like to plot something out between our muses !     while the mun of this blog is 18+,  smut just really isn’t my thing  ;  referenced  ‘ offscreen ’  as it were is fine,  as are nfsfw headcanons and such,  maybe fade to black  /  time skips,  but for the most part,  you won’t find any roleplayed smut on this blog.     this of course is muse dependent and does not apply to any underage muses.     romance is fine to some degree,  but again,  if they are a child,  anything beyond lighthearted and innocent experiences are off limits,  no exceptions.     if i see you’ve aged up a minor character for shipping purposes,  it will result in an instant unfollow.     if at some point i flesh out adult verses for them,  these shipping rules will not change.     on that note as well,  i do prefer to rp with muns who are also 18+.     i don’t see your age somewhere in your rules or pinned,  it will affect my willingness to follow.

memes from anyone,  anytime,  for the muse or for the mun,  are always welcome,  and often a go - to ice breaker of mine since starter calls make me nervous.     please don’t hesitate to send a good handful since i try not to cage myself into answering ones i just don’t have muse for.     i find if i force stuff,  i’m just less likely to ever actually get it done,  so don’t feel like you’re overwhelming me if you send more than just a couple for me to choose from.     please remember to specify which muse your asks are for unless it’s to one of my sideblogs.     if you want to start a thread from an ask,  i greatly encourage it since i try to write most answers as potential starters anyway ! lastly, any memes in my tag aren't expired. if i don't want them sent in anymore, i'll delete them from the tag.

8. do you expect your answered memes/asks to be turned into threads? regardless of answer, what’s your reasoning?

In my opinion I think it depends on what kind of meme/ask. But in general, I don't expect much about most of the time because well... either I just end up writing a drabble whenever it's a prompt/starter or, in case someone turns the ask into a thread, I don't feel like going further with that topic. Again, it depends of my muse and my inspiration at the time, but most of the time I keep my expectations low.

9. when you look at a new blog, what is it that makes you press the follow button? is it the muse, the aesthetics, the writing–?

Being honest with you, I'm what people calls 'your friendly neighbor' so I try to go and support as many new rpers as I see and can! Of course I do look at things like rules page, about character and if the person tags their posts accordingly. But yeah if I see a possible interaction with our muses in general, I gently slap that follow button and even offer some help if they need!

4. which muse of yours is your all time favorite? if you stopped writing them: why?

Well I mean, I have quite a good variety of muses (not counting with my deadass multi) but in general, I love all of my babies equally! But I do have a certain muse that I had some fun for a while which is M.onty from F.naf, I sadly stopped writing him because the fandom kind of... killed him for me because they kept calling the character a villain etc etc (which is just because of a stupid theory curse you MatPat) and... yeah.

But to keep myself within the fandom of this blog, High Tide has been my very first muse for years now. I love that we kind of grow together and I learned to write more about him occasionally, but his muse is... kind of quiet all of a sudden. I mean sure it happened before and that led me to dip from the internet for like, 2 years. Sure it can happen again but I have to say that I have a small concern that his muse goes radio silent again all of a sudden because I do want to write him with my mutuals, being them old or new, but my scaredy ahh keeps making me think that I intervene or ask for too much attention. Not to mention the fact that people constantly annoying my mutuals because of my 'main ship' (even though I declared myself multi-ship) saying that he'd probably steal a different ship's partner is just... yeah. Demotivating not gonna lie.

Not to mention that I feel like my headcanons are unintentionally forcing people to follow that part of what imagined of his canon (like saying that he was friends with TFP Megatronus in his Gladiator era for example) and this... sort of counts as god-modding for me and I honestly don't want people to feel forced to follow my canon. That's why I mostly do silly headcanons regarding his actions or his daily routine instead of going too deep with his backstory because I have this sense that a secondary/background character shouldn't have that much lore in a single rp blog. I rarely bring his lore up for the reasons mentioned before sooo yeah I think that's why I stopped writing him that often, even though I love him dearly and I'd do anything for him...

And I also feel like I make him way overpowered strength wise, another reason why I never brought the topic about his full strength up in public. Anons are probably just waiting for me to make an 'OP move' with him to start their ramblings or saying that I'm unfair. That's why I almost never do fighting threads, I know that I may or may not have done High Tide extremely strong and I don't want people to come here and say that I'm buffing him up. Not to mention the rare instances of me mentioning his gladiator arc and almost immediately regretting bringing this up.

I feel like he's slooooowly going inactive again, but that's part of life I guess. If he does go inactive, I may try to go absolutely radio silent about his past and even discard the headcanons about him being a gladiator, his strength and all and just keep the trauma of having to lose his partners since they're somewhat close to canon giving the nature of the whole franchise.

1. When are you usually online?

.After work or on weekends if I’m not busy with a friend or family come on around 10am est, and I usually log off around 12-1am

2. What verses are you involved in?

Depends on the person I’m roleplaying with, I tend to keep Desmond his standard self since I only have icons with the tailed hero, but I try to be as flexible as I can. I have a fantasy verse where Des is a Dijinn (genie) and where he loses most of his tail and has to adjust and lastly a villain verse as well.

3. What is your biggest RP pet peeve?

.When a person isn’t frank with me when they either have no ideas or wanna drop an rp or straight up have no muse; I don’t like confronting a person about what’s going on about our rp even if we’re both understanding and through about it.  I also hate when I state not to reblog from me unless we’re partners and you plan on leaving a prompt and some stranger I never heard of reblogs a prompt and I gotta go tell them to please read/follow the rules.

Oh or when a muse does their best to get away from Desmond because Desmond is a kind understanding person, and if you’re mean or rude to him, well he’s not gonna wanna hang out with your muse, especially if you’re like racist or call him a freak cause of his tail, obviously he’s gonna just leave.

4. Are you drawn to specific types of muses?

I’m versatile but I like to stick to other fantasy like muses, I don’t bounce off muses that are incredibly overpowered, because Desmond can’t offer help or get to stand on his own feet. So anyone open or is also a super hero Des can bounce off really well!

5. Are there reoccurring themes in your writing that people might not notice?

That’s a tough question, I tend to be pretty frank with my writing, Desmond always mentions, that anyone can be a hero, Mutant struggles, racism, classism, Desmond is always trying to fix the world for the better, even in his villain verse, the theme or changing the world for the better!

6. What are your favourite RP trends?

I don’t really pay attention to threads so, idk, sorry for the boring answer.

7. What is your process for starting a new story with someone?

Well despite my anxiety I like to talk to the person and then if they follow, I’ll follow back and we’ll plan it; I try to be as open and friendly as I’d like to be treated, and some people even appreciate contacting them first.

8. How do you feel about duplicates?

Gee I hope not, Idk why I said gee; anyway there are so many original character ideas out there, I would hope that they would come up with something else creative than a straight copy of my oc.

9. How long have you been involved in roleplaying?

 Since 2012 then took a break and came back towards the end of 019 and onwards.

10. Is there a muse or verse you could write in, but haven’t?

I’ve written alot of muses I felt I wasn’t good at in all honesty. Mitsuru from Persona 3, Jolee Bindo from Kotor 1, Darui from Naruto I used to have alot of rp blogs that didn’t pad out cause either the fandom vaporized off the earth or the fandom was a bag of dicks.  I stick with Original characters now cause there’s no pressure to write them perfect or be told “you can’t write them, you’re black.” so fuck it. i feel like i've told you this once, but i hate it when people get on their soapbox to lecture about what rp should look like and what rp community should be. mostly because the things they say people should do are really just things they want people to do for them. and there's nothing wrong with that, but what annoys me is those individuals hardly ever actually do those things ( ex. write unprompted starters, reach out for plotting, answer open starters, ask questions about their partner's muses, etc. ) for others.

REGARDING PERSONALS / NON-MUTUALS: I allow people to follow me. You can send the characters questions, and engage with posts, but be aware that I won’t always reply to them if you do. It mainly depends on my mood. Mutuals are typically a priority

REGARDING IMS / DISCORD SHARING: I am NOT that talkative in IMS, and typically will mainly use them to discuss things regarding plotting or stuff regarding threads. They can overwhelm me sometimes and thus I will stop responding. I also do not share my Discord out easily. I prefer sharing it once I’ve at least rped and or talked to the mun for a while.

OPENS POSTS / STARTERS / PROMPTS can be replied to or sent at any time no matter how old they are. I also accept random unprompted asks. I have a lot of muses, so if you have an idea for a thread, go ahead and hit me up in Ims as well. - Turn answered asks into threads!

I’m a go with the flow rper, so things take off with no set direction unless discussed. However, I will always try to let the thread go somewhere, even if it’s unknown where. That being said, I do not mind plotting! 

Sinners can leave Pride and go to the other rings temporarily but will be forced back to Pride regardless. 

It is recommended to specify muses regarding asks. If you don’t, I will just select a muse best fit for the situation.

Mun/=/Muse. Muses can say and do things that I do not personally reflect, but I will not hold them back nor censor them. 

Ships are built upon chemistry! I do not instant ship! I am a multishipper, and will not do single-shipping.  I do self-shipping, but I will not do any twin-aus. If they meet their direct alternative, it’s considered multiverse shenanigans. [All duplicates have their own custom history.]

I’m all for conflict driven threads. I enjoy them a lot, so don’t be afraid to let your muses be mean, because mine sure will be mean as well.
