Day 10 of the wheel of whump!!
Today's prompt is:
Waterboarding
-----
"M- Master-" Boiling water poured down Pet's face, into its mouth and down its chest, yet despite the pain, it couldn't help but feel relief as the warmth spread over its skin.
How many days had it been in the cold?
Seconds later, however, the burning sensation in Pet's mouth grew, and it choked, water spraying across the room. It couldn't breathe. Fuck, why couldn't it breathe?
"So," Master said quietly, his breath cool against Pet's burning neck, "Are you going to be good now? Or would you like to go again?"

Could you make an imagine where Klaus Mikaelson is the father figure to the reader despite not being her real dad? And her birth father came back trying to take her but Klaus wouldn’t stand for it and wouldn’t let him take the reader?

Klaus had just been taking a stroll through the woods when he finds himself walking towards the sounds of a beta's broken sobs. Seeing the little abandoned wolf, Klaus takes her home with him, hoping that he'd be able to become her safe place -- which he very successfully does. But what happens when Y/n's biological father returns after ages in hopes of getting her back?
Warnings - None really, other than the fact that it's quite sad (but with happy outcomes I promise <3)
Word Count - 4.0k
Masterlist | please reblog the fic if you like it!
I'm so so so sorry for my absence the past whole week but hey, this is quite literally a 4k worded fic! So hopefully that makes up for it? (Also, thank you for the request, lovely anon. Please do tell me if you like it!!)
Also! I took the idea of Y/n's wolf being a little out of control from this very very amazing fic written by the truly talented @klausysworld Please do give the fic a read, if you haven't already that is, hahah <3

Klaus had been taking a stroll through the woods, his feet carrying him just about anywhere while his mind sped through thoughts a million miles an hour. He made plans, then backed them up with another one, and then made another one, just in case. And he'd just lifted his leg to cross over a fallen tree when his body came to an unnatural halt.
He was never caught off guard, but right now, as he heard hushed sobs and a heart that was beating in a painfully broken rhythm, he couldn't help but gently continue his stroll – in a particular direction with an aim, this time.
His head tilted as he neared the source of the sound, his nose picking up on a beta scent. It had been way too long since he had come across a beta, his major interactions occurring with either other Alphas or Omegas, or Vampires. As well as some other species that rather got on his nerves, such as the witches. It intrigued him.
From quite afar, his eyes finally caught sight of a rather small frame crouched against the rough bark of a tree, a jerk shaking their body every time their back accidently met with it, followed by another painful but gritted howl.
But what made Klaus' frown deepen even further, was the sight of wolf ears growing from the person's head. He felt as though his eyes were deceiving him; he had never come across something like this and if he wasn't mistaken, he was pretty sure that this was just an untrained little wolf -- or perhaps it was the strangeness making him think that there couldn't possibly be another mythical creature that was actually all too real.
So, he walked closer, his head a little ducked and shoulders bunched up on either side of his neck as he tried not to make any sound as that would surely startle the ...child, he realised.
The little frame, sobbing into their hands with their knees bunched up against their torso, belonged to a child. A werewolf child who was beginning to lose control of their wolf, and just then Klaus noticed a tail curling up against the little one's back in order to provide comfort.
He flinched when some wood broke unde his step, alerting the little girl and his heart cracked like a drought-stricken land when she jerked and looked up at him with eyes so big, full of fear swarming them and so much sadness that he could drown in it and not be found.
She immediately backed up into the tree, hissing sharply when her back met the unruly surface but not once did her eyes move away from him. Her lips trembled, a fat tear rolling down her cheek against her will and Klaus noted that the girl could not be older than a decade.
Taking another step towards her, Klaus froze when her wolf ears went back in, and a sob broke out of her mouth.
"Please, sir! I will do whatever you ask of me, but please don't hurt me," she shouted at him, fully breaking down into heart wrenching sobs as she tried to get up on wobbly legs but fell to the ground right away due to the tremor coursing through her body.
Tears blurred his vision for a second before he took the final step toward her which brought him close enough to sit on his knees beside her and rest his hand on her head.
"It's alright, little wolf. I'm not here to harm you," Klaus whispered, feeling her body falling into shambles under his touch. But when she looked up at him with uncertainty in her eyes, he couldn't help but pass her a reassuring smile.
"You are safe with me, sweetheart," he said, now weaving his hand across her forehead to brush away the hair that stuck to it. "Yes?" He asked her with a soft nod, bringing her closer to his chest when she too, nodded. Her eyes were still uncertain but he could tell that it won't take long for her to let go.
This was a child, full of enough naivety to trust a stranger and Klaus was more than glad that he’d found her before someone else could’ve. And maybe his Alpha scent provided her with the extra comfort that she most likely needed, but Klaus wasn’t complaining.
So he rested his back against the tree this time and let her sit in his lap, his arms around her in a way that cocooned her away from whatever that had pained her so terribly, and ready to protect her from anything that came her way with poisonous intentions.
His heart clenched inside his chest when the little girl curled up against him, finally letting the sobs rake through her body and for all the sadness to cause havoc inside her little heart before it left her alone for good.
And for some reason, Klaus just knew to avoid her back. It was clear that she was hurt over there somehow, making him rub his hand up and down her arm instead, and rock the two of them side to side for a little bit. Slowly and slowly, her wails turned into softer sobs and then finally, Klaus heard her heartbeat go back to a normal pace again.
He looked down to see if she'd cried it all out, wanting her to tell him about the culprit who had hurt her like this but when he found that she had slipped into a deep, peaceful slumber, he didn't even think once before carrying her home with him, covering her up under his duvet while he sat on the sofa across the bed, looking at her and telling himself that there was no way he was going to be able to let her go.
He just felt something between them, something that brought them closer in a way he had never experienced before. He felt like he was supposed to love her, care for her, teach her all about the world and show her the wonders. He felt like taking her responsibility, giving her his last name and raising her protected from the world.
Perhaps it was because he, somewhere, saw his inner child in her. The child that so helplessly begged for just some love from his father and got the horrifying abuse instead.
Klaus wanted to take her under his wing and be there for her while she grew up. He wanted this very clearly abandoned little wolf to call him her father, and his brothers her uncles and his sisters her aunts.
He couldn't sleep all night, fearing that she'd wake up and ask for her actual parents. And he knew he'd take her back in an instant if she wanted to, but it would tear him apart into uncountable and unrecognisable shreds.
And so, he waited all night for her to wake up and hopefully deny him when he'd ask her if she wanted to go back home. And Klaus would go to hell and back to build her a home; to become her home.
But despite his stubborn decision to stay up and look after her, Klaus awoke to something soft and comforting touching his whatever exposed skin. And as he cracked open his eyes, the sunlight was already pouring inside his room and one of his blankets was draped over him. And he knew it hadn’t been on him for long as he had felt it sliding across his frame, and yet he couldn’t catch sight of the carer.
That was, until he began getting up and he looked down to find the little girl, sitting beside his feet and looking up at him with doe eyes full of ...joy. He noted that the girl was happy to see that he was finally awake, her heartbeat picking up just a little as a smile slid on her mouth.
“Thank you, Alpha,” the girl mumbled shyly, placing her hands on his knees while she began standing up. And Klaus’ arms instantly went ahead in order to prevent her from falling but she didn’t stumble once, reminding him that she probably had werewolf healing powers that performed with a slight delay due to her young age.
Klaus opened his mouth to say something but when the girl warily wrapped her arms around his neck, standing on the very tip of her toes to do so, he found himself caught off guard, once again. But regardless, he hugged her back rather tightly, lifting her off the ground and bringing her on the sofa.
“Are you okay now, little wolf? Does it still hurt?” Klaus asked her, one of his hands cupping her face while the other cradled her. And his heart swooned when she curled up on him just like the night prior, but this time only soft breaths passed through her mouth.
“The wounds have healed, Alpha,” she mumbled, almost hiding her face by tucking it away in his chest. “But my heart still hurts, I think,” her voice wavered as she confessed, now clenching his henley in her fist due to the unease it brought to her.
“Oh, little wolf,” Klaus sighed, his eyebrows turned into an upside down frown as he looked upon her with pity. “Do you want to tell me what happened?” He whispered, cautious so she wouldn’t shut him off, even though she was too young to know of such a thing.
“My father, he – he kicked me out of the pack yesterday,” she told him with a quivering voice, tears beginning to pool in her eyes once again. “He told me – he said that he doesn’t love me… that – that he never has!” She cried out, a sob aching her throat and wrapping itself around it so tightly that it was almost beginning to choke her.
“He said he doesn’t love me,” she repeated, her body now shaking in Klaus arms as his heart crumpled inside his chest as he noted just how much she cared and felt, and that she was having to relive it again right now.
“Why did he kick you out, darling?” Klaus asked, wanting to end her misery and just a one line answer would be enough for him to go over and slaughter the entire pack.
“He wanted me to learn how to handle the pack once he wouldn’t be there anymore, how – how to be an Alpha,” she told him, tears flowing out of her eyes that had now grown bloodshot red.
And just then, her ears popped out of her head once again, and Klaus couldn’t help but pet the welted ears in order to help her calm down.
“But I didn’t want to! I – I don’t want to take charge after him!” She told Klaus, this time her voice changed its tone to be more convincing and desperate. She sat upright, trying to show Klaus just how much she’d rather work behind the scenes than take the lead officially.
“It’s okay, little wolf – you won’t have to anymore,” Klaus reassured the girl, weaving his fingers through her hair and pressing a kiss on her forehead. “You’ll be here with me, safe and sound, and I will love you, sweetheart,” he whispered, looking into her eys with the purest sincerity.
“I truly love you, little wolf,” Klaus said softly at recieving a questioning look from her, asking if he honestly meant what he was saying. “And I will always show you love.”
She brightened up at that, the shine of a couple stars returning to her eyes as she got up, but then saddened again. “But what about home?” She asked, her tears beginning to dry up on her cheeks as she wiped them away.
“Do you wish to go home?”
“No,” she trailed off, looking away from his eyes as if guilty, causing Klasu to cup her cheeks and turn her back to face him.
“Then I’ll be your home, little wolf,” he smiled at her. “Yes?”
The girl nodded, quickly leaning in to press a kiss on his dimpled cheek.
“What’s your name, darling?”
“Y/n, Alpha,” she answered him, and Klaus wanted more than anything for her to call him her father or dad, but knew that he should give her some time.
“Lovely,” he grinned, taking her in his arms and getting up to let her in the shower and then introduce her to the rest of the Mikaelsons.
And it wasn’t long before Klaus found himself officially adopting Y/n, making her  a Mikaelson and his heart had swollen inside his ribs when she’d so shyly asked him if she could finally call him her father.
Over the first couple months only Klaus noticed that her gentle and empathetic nature valued deep and personal connections with people over power and attention. He also learned that the reason she hid her high intelligence and outstandingness in whatever field she chose, was because that was simply ingrained in her beta personality.
So, gradually, books all about betas began to fill shelves in their library quarter of the house.
“Father!” Came in a shrieking voice, followed by his ears picking up on a rapid heartbeat and he was out of the bed in an instant, checking her over to see if she was hurt and he only shook his head when he found that Kol had just been chasing her around the house, early in the morning to keep her interest while Freya made breakfast for her.
“Good morning, little wolf,” Klaus grinned, picking her up off the ground and spinning with her in his hold, pressing as many kisses as he could all over her face as she pressed her palm against his face to keep his stubble away.
Loud giggles and squeaks echoed throughout the mansion as Klaus brought her back to bed with him, letting her lay on top of him.
It quite hurt him that she was too tall to curl up on him now, but it still felt good when her heart pressed up against his despite the many layers of bones and skin and clothing keeping them apart.
“Uncle Kol was chasing me with his vampire speed! Tell him that that’s not fair!” She whined, looking pointedly at Kol who was shaking his head at the door.
“You’re a wolf, little one,” Klaus began, pulling her attention back on him. “You can outrun anyone,” he smiled.
Y/n contemplated that for a second before she moved to sit upright beside him with a pout on her mouth. “Anyone but you, father.”
Klaus laughed at that, tackling her back into bed. “You do not wish to outrun me, now do you, little wolf?” He asked her, getting out of bed and letting her cling to him on his chest as he went downstairs. He knew that as a wolf, she preferred to nuzzle anywhere she found warmth, and that his chest was one of her favourite places.
Sitting her down on the chair next to him, Klaus let her eat her food by herself. Sure, the honey did drizzle down her chin once but he didn’t mind, instantly cleaning it up with his thumb before it could’ve slipped down any further.
Elijah asked her questions about the storybook he had bought her a couple days prior, Rebekah asked her if the girl wanted to help her aunt pick out a dress, Kol warned her against it by threatening to chase her and Freya smacked all of them on the back of their heads, telling them off to let you eat.
“Father, are you free to paint with me after this?” Y/n asked, looking at him with eyes that had truly unintentionally turned similar to a little puppy’s.
Klaus finished his food, noting another thing that her shyness had truly dissipated into thin air. And all that it had left behind was politeness and some convincing eyes that could get the devil to let go of a deal.
“Of course, Y/n,” he smiled, getting up and grinning when she trotted behind him happily with her own empty plate in her hand. He watched as she put it in the sink and washed her hands and mouth, letting her chug down her orange juice for once as he wiped his own mouth.
Once again, she followed him back inside his studio like a lost puppy. Klaus came back out with the heavier and the majority of supplies in his hands while Y/n skipped behind him with the paints and the brushes in hers.
Walking into the front yard, Klaus set down all of their stuff and sat himself in front of her, chuckling when he noticed that she’d already begun twirling her brush around on her canvas, not a single thought in her mind as she let out anything that flashed in front of her eyes, onto the paper.
Klaus on the other hand, decided to make a painting of colours chosen from her hair. Every colour he saw in the midst of her hair strands, he put it on his canvas, slowly and slowly morphing into a tree’s bark.
And when he checked upon her canvas to see where her painting was going, he felt his dimples dig inside his cheeks at the sight of every and any shade of green that she could find – perhaps in his eyes, Klaus realized when she raised her head to look into his eyes and went back to working.
Almost all of his days went like this, waking up to her running into his room after having had a shower, holding her in his arms for a little then taking her down for breakfast, where she would convince him to paint with her for a little.
After that he’d let her go off with Eilajh to read and learn some other things by Freya that she probably needed to learn. He would be out of the mansion during that, out to mind his business and kill his own minions because of their brave stupidity.
When he’d return to the mansion, Y/n would sleepily trod out of her bed and into his arms, let him pick her up and take her to bed where he’d just hold her and tell her how much he loved her, because someone had probably already read her a story or two.
Some nights she would wake up crying from a nightmare about her biological father, and then she would find herself running into Klaus’ arms which were already open, having heard her rushed footsteps and broken sobs.
Her wolf ears no longer popped out since Klaus had spent an insurmountable time helping her take her wolf under her control, but every once in a while, depending upon how bad the nightmare was, her tail would creep out of her shirt and curl itself either around Klaus’ arms or her own back, which Klaus didn’t object at seeing that she only did this when she was crying in his arms.
But once they’d finish painting, Y/n would run into the house with her and Klaus’ painting to show them off to her uncles and aunts, leaving Klaus behind to clean up the mess. But he didn’t mind it one bit, only laughing when she’d come back looking guilty and saying that she was sorry that she’d once again forgotten to help him clean up in her excitement.
And that’s exactly what had happened just now.
“It’s okay little wolf,” Klaus assured her. “You know I don’t mind it,” he said and let her hug him to show him just how bad she felt.
He rubbed her back, and got up with her hand in his, looking down at the back of her head and smiling as she led their way back inside.
“Wait father!” She paused her walking. “Look, the weather has taken a turn,” she stated, pointing at the sky in which angry clouds had begun swirling, the fluffy white ones long gone.
“Does that mean it’s reading time?”
“Yes!” The girl shrieked, jumping up and down, making Klaus laugh as she ran off to meet up with Elijah.
He caught himself grinning long after she had left his line of sight and shook his head, a smile still pasted on his mouth as he turned around to rule over the so-called supernatural adults whom even Y/n was smarter than.
“I see you’ve taken a liking to playing her father, Niklaus,” a rough voice said from behind, and while it hadn’t caught Klaus off guard, what had was the fact that this man was brave and dumb enough to step a foot in such close proximity to him.
Surely, he must have come with a death wish.
“Roman,” Klaus said out loud the name of Y/n’s biological father, his voice full of venom and he could’ve spat at the man in front of him. “I see you’re feeling daring today, perhaps even like dying?” He proposed, taking a threatening step towards the man.
Klaus had, the very next night of when he’d found Y/n, went on to slaughter Roman’s entire pack. He had let the man live since he wanted him to see and live through his own daughter's hatred towards him. So much hatred that she didn’t even look his way anymore, let alone call him her father.
“Let’s not get this messy, Niklaus,” Roman started but before he could’ve finished, Klaus had him pinned against the very door frame he was leaning so cockily on.
“I’m not your friend, Roman,” he gritted through his teeth, knowing that he didn’t need to clarify any further as to what he meant by that.
“Sir,” Roman started, stretching his neck. “I want my daughter back,” he said.
Red flashed in front of Klaus’ eyes as he sped towards Roman, tearing through his flesh and ribs to clench his heart in his fist. “I would’ve been a fan of such bravery had you not made the mistake of calling her your daughter when she fucking refuses to even recognise you,” Klaus finally spat at him, his grip on his heart so tight that it could burst due to the pressure.
“I will rip your heart out and shove it down your throat if you dare once again to call my daughter, yours, or call your lame excuse of a self, her father,” he said, pulling on his heart lightly. “She is mine, and I love her and this is her home now.”
“I am her home,” he gritted his teeth so hard that they could’ve shattered.
Roman’s frame was beginning to get blue, knocking the realisation into Klaus that his hold on his heart was so hard that it was struggling to beat. “Go to the opposite side of the world and never look back here again,” Klaus compelled him, finally taking his hand back out of his chest.
“Now off you go,” he said, maybe shooed. “I am sure you know that a wolf bite can only be cured by my blood,” he hissed venomously, his eyes shining golden as vampire streaks drew themselves through his skin.
And once Roman had finally sped out, Klaus let out a breath and his heart to rest again, his hands trembling at the thought of what could’ve happened right now had he not been who he truly is.
Rushing into his room to clean himself off, Klaus rushed back out to Y/n who was currently sitting in front of Elijah.
“Little wolf!” Klaus called for her as he stood at the doorway of the room, his vision getting blurry when she came running to him with the biggest smile on her face.
“Yes father? Missed me, didn’t you?” She giggled teasingly, wrapping her arms around him and Klaus couldn’t help but nuzzle in the nape of her neck, holding her tightly against him as he kneeled on the floor and felt a tear slip past the slit of his eyes.
“I love you, my little wolf,” he said, whimpering.
“Oh, I love you too, father,” she sighed, resting her head against his shoulder. “You should know that I’ll always be your little wolf.”
“Forever and always, my precious” Klaus breathed, pressing a chaste kiss on her cheek before resting his forehead against it for a moment, breathing in her scent and reminding himself that she’d also become his home now.

Little Beauty
Klaus had his lips all over her beautifully dark, rich skin; feeling how smooth she was and breathing in her delicious scent. His hands had stroked the length of her bare body over and over until he could almost see the buzz of energy that wrapped around every inch of her.
Her pupils had spread across the majority of her lust-filled eyes as she panted softly beneath him. Y/N had begged him to just take her, fuck her; stop with the teasing.
A weak groan left her as his palm cupped a handful of the perfectly shaped ringlets of hair, his forefingers following the spiral before tugging it gently.
Y/N went to protest him messing her hair up but his mouth was already keeping hers busy, pressing against hers with such an obvious need. The desire between them only ever seemed to grow as his arm went round her waist, lifting her body and prompting her to wrap those gorgeously thick thighs around his hips. Their tongues were too impatient to play nice, hers was desperate and begging whilst his remained taunting and dominant.
By the time she was able to breathe again, they were both sat up right. Klaus resting the back of his head against the headboard whilst his girl nuzzled her nose against his and straddled his lap just like he wanted her to.
A wet kiss was placed just beside the corner of her lips before his hot mouth was breathing right against her ear. "You'll have to take what you want, love." He muttered, voice low and gruff causing a shiver to crawl down her spine. She knew what he meant, her body was more than ready to comply but her mind was running slow as the heated haze lingered over her soul.
A chuckle rumbled through his chest as he watched her mindlessly grind her hips against his, a whine leaving her already parted lips. His broad hands slid down her back to her ass, gripping and squeezing the flesh in his hands to pull more sounds from her before lifting her figure up and guiding her down onto his cock.
A throaty groan vibrated in his throat at the familiar feel of her warmth enveloping his thickness. His eyes fluttered but he kept them open to see her head fall forward, her face pressing into his shoulder whilst a thankful moan echoed through the room.
His hand lifted to cup her jaw, lifting her face up so she would look at him. His eyes were slightly narrowed as his gaze took in every feature of her pleading face.
"I need you..." Y/N's hoarse voice whispered and he hummed ever so faintly in recognition of her words. His head tilted very slightly, one brow twitching but she knew what it meant and whimpered that simple word: "Daddy." She finished her sentence for him, lashes appearing thicker as the whites of her eyes glistened.
"That's my good girl." Klaus praised, jaw clenching at the immediate clamping of her cunt in response. "Go on, love. Show Daddy how hard you can try." He purred, urging her to roll her hips.
Y/N's nails were sharp against the skin of his biceps as she moved herself steadily along his length. Hands held onto her hips, admiring how full they were and encouraging her pace to quicken.
"Such a good girl, taking me so well." Klaus uttered before pressing a kiss to her forehead and licking the faint taste of her sweat off his lips.
A breathy moan left her as she bounced her ample ass against the muscle of his thighs, eyes closed shut and mouth open. The hybrid's fingers lazily stroked the back of her neck, occasionally toying with the little baby curls at the nape.
His hips had just bucked up to meet hers, pushing deeper inside her and pulling a loud moan from her chest when his ringtone sounded from beside them.
Both their eyes glanced at the screen, seeing Elijah's name pop up. Y/N started to slow her movements but a hard spank landed on her behind making a yelp erupt past her lips and her thighs to keep up the rhythm. "Be a good girl and keep going for Daddy." He commanded her, giving her a stern look as he lifted the phone to his ear and answered the call.
"What is it?" He questioned, his tone showing his expectance for no-nonsense as his spare hand continued to pat her ass in encouragement.
Y/N whined quietly against his shoulder, biting her tongue to try be quiet as her pussy ground down on her cock. Her hips jumped and rolled until she felt his head rub that perfect spot inside her. Both arms wrapped round his neck for support. The faint sound of Elijah's voice buzzed through the speaker on the device whilst she panted into his skin.
"Oh gods..." She mumbled, an edge to her voice that screamed for his attention.
Klaus ground his teeth to keep any groans in as he kept up his end of the conversation with his brother. His gaze would flicker down at the sight of her ass bouncing gracefully above his lap, her spine arching and hair sticking to her skin. He gave a firm squeeze to her asscheek again, smirking to himself as she let out a moan that he was almost certain Elijah would have been able to hear from his end.
Slowly he let his slender fingers slip down, feeling the moist between her rounded legs. He felt the edge of her pussy, how the flesh stretched around his cock and slid along him. Klaus considered paying attention to his favourite little button but he knew what she really needed.
Y/N's teeth bit into the skin between his neck and shoulder as his middle finger pressed and slowly circled her tight little asshole.
"Daddy..." She whimpered, her voice so needy as he caressed the pulsating muscle. Klaus kissed her temple softly between exchanged words with Elijah as he noticed her movements get a little sloppy as she tried to keep up with riding his cock and finger.
He had to suppress a chuckle at the way her brows furrowed and head fell back, revealing the slight indent of her teeth on his skin and the string of saliva that still connected to her mouth.
He held the phone out for a brief second so he could lean down and lick her lips clean, swallowing another of her moans as he let just the tip of his finger sink into her hole.
Klaus pulled back, getting back to his call before Elijah could know he was gone.
His finger slowly pushed back and forth within her little ring, enjoying how she would shudder and tighten on his cock. "Daddy...please." She moaned, nails digging into his skin.
Klaus shushed her silently, giving her an amused look as her body rolled with more effort. She arched so exquisitely, moved like the most synchronised wave as she crashed down on him time after time.
Elijah was nothing but an annoying ring in his ear as his head went back, eyes drooping lazily as he muttered along in agreement to whatever his brother said. His finger and thumb teased her tight little hole, rubbing round the rim and pushing just inside every now as then to keep her pussy squelching around his cock with each bounce.
Everything about her was elegant. Even in her messiest, most desperate state; she was just perfect. She moved with the grace of a dancer and made the sounds of a high profile porn star. It was phenomenal.
Klaus was barely conscious to Elijah's voice as she pressed her breasts against his chest, letting them jounce just in front of his greedy eyes. He ached to suck those perky little nipples between his teeth, trail his tongue over each bud, bite down until she screams.
His hips bucked up, meeting her rhythm and making her whine. His jaw clenched tightly to keep himself quiet, especially with how much she was whispering to him. Begging for her daddy to make her cum, to take her harder and fill all her holes. She needed him so bad, wanted everything and anything.
His mind went blank for a hot second as he clenched his hand around his phone, keeping silent as he stuffed his finger into her ass and let her milk his cock of everything he was worth.
Klaus barely had time to register how she was clinging onto him, a weak but undeniably hot mess in his lap as she panted and whimpered tiredly.
A clearing of a throat sounded from his phone and Klaus cleared his throat. "What was that?" He asked, voice scratchy and Elijah let out a chuckle.
"I think sweet Y/N needs you a little more than I do after that, brother." Elijah mused, thankfully not annoyed by his brother's...activities. Klaus's jaw tensed and he hummed faintly.
"You won't repeat anything you've heard." He warned before hanging up and dropping the phone. His eyes cast down immediately and his hands stroked his lovers silk skin.
Y/N was still whispering for her daddy's attention and now that he was off the phone, he was happy to give it to her.
"It's alright my love, daddy's got you." He whispered, pulling his fingers away from her needy hole and lifting his hand to suck her taste off before gently pushing her back to see his cock buried inside her. "Gods...You'll be the end of me." He murmured, leaning down to kiss her lips before moving along her neck, heading for her tits. "My little beauty is such a good girl." He praised before sucking her already hardened bud into his mouth, eyes closing at the taste and feel of her.
Her hands brushed over his hair, wanting nothing more than to kiss him all over, feel him all over again. His cock was still snug inside her, she hoped he'd never pull out; never leave her empty again.
"Please...hold me daddy." She whispered and Klaus raised his head, letting go of her nipple with a wet 'pop' and gently cupping her delicate face. He kissed her soft lips, pressing his forehead to her and sliding his hands down her back and round her waist.
"Like this, love?" He muttered and she nodded, leaning her head against his chest and basking in his warmth and love. His skin was wet against hers, their sweat combining as he held her just like she needed him to.
His fingertips slowly brushed her sides, enjoying how she slowly nuzzled into him. "I love you" She would utter, eyes staring at nothing as she relaxed and clenched herself slowly around his cock.
"And I love you" Klaus promised back, kissing her cheek gently and feeling himself twitch inside her.
"Do you need to call Elijah back?" She whispered and he smiled faintly to himself.
"No, love, he can wait." He mumbled, not caring for anything other than her.

hi can you make a human AU for yandere klaus mikaelson where he is a businessman and he is the boss of his own company and he has a new assistant *y/n* and he obviously falls in love with her and finds any excuse to stay with her and one day they stay late at the office just the two of them and klaus manages to seduce her enough to fuck her hard against his desk and claim her as his own.

(There’s hints of Yandere!Klaus in this but it’s not too bad, he’s more Yandere in the sense that the boss is ‘taking advantage’ of his employee)

It was strange to you how close he got at first, Klaus was constantly keeping you after hours, paying you overtime to help with the smallest things. He would be close as often as he could, touch you as often as he could and stare at you through his office window whenever he got the chance.
Honestly you feel like you should have reported him to Human Resources by now but…you love it.
Your boss was definitely attractive, and for some reason he wanted to constantly be around you. You didn’t really have a problem with it, doing your job and taking care of whatever he needed from you. Sometimes you just ended up having dinner with him in his office while you went over paperwork that could have easily waited until the next day.
Klaus seemed like he was trying to see just how far he could get. You knew the little touches were inappropriate, his hand lingering on the small of your back, wrapping around your waist, tucking your hair behind your ear, but he was so sweet and charming you couldn’t find it in yourself to complain. Klaus was hot, no denying that, but you never thought it went beyond a little teasing, you never thought he was as in love with you as he is. By the time you realized how serious it was it was too late.
‘Here are the reports you asked for Mr. Mikaelson. If that’s everything you need then I will head out for the day.’ You turned to walk back to your desk when his voice stopped you.
‘Y/n, I actually have something else to get done. Would you mind terribly staying and helping me? I’ll buy you dinner?’ He offered and you couldn’t refuse that sweet, hopeful face.
‘Fine, but I want Chinese.’ You teased and he just smiled.
Once again you stay with him finishing up paper work that didn’t need to be done yet, some of which never should have been anywhere near his desk, but you didn’t complain. You two worked and talked until almost 9pm when you began cleaning up for the evening and he seemed to suddenly realize how late it was. ‘Thank you for this Y/n, I appreciate how willing you are to help me. Most assistants I’ve had would never consider overtime…I also genuinely enjoy spending time with you.’ He admitted and you felt your cheeks heating up.
‘Well thank you Mr. Mikaelson. I’m glad that I can help, besides, overtime just means I can pay my bills faster.’ You joked, picking up the last files and moving to put them away in the file cabinet.
‘Are you having trouble? I can help you if you need-‘ you were stunned by his immediate upset at the idea of your money problems.
‘Oh no, I’m fine. It was a joke, really. I mean everyone has money problems, student loans, the normal stuff, no big deal.’ You brushed the subject off as quickly as you could before filing the last few folders. ‘Everything is finished, and legal should be able to find it all tomor-Oh!’ You gasped as you turned to find your boss directly behind you, jumping back into the filing cabinet in surprise.
‘Are you alright? I didn’t mean to frighten you.’ He spoke, reaching out to make sure you hadn’t hurt your head.
‘I’m fine…’ you mumbled quietly, trying to find a way around him but not seeing one and instantly hating your body for betraying you as you felt your nipples harden as his hands touched you, running down your arms and looking you over.
‘You’re perfection…you know Y/n, I’ve really become attached to you these last 2 weeks you’ve been here. I believe you deserve everything the world has to offer you, and I want to be the one to give it to you.’ His hand tucked your hair behind your ear and you were stood, frozen and in shock.
‘Mr. Mikaelson, I think this is becoming inappropriate and I don’t-‘
‘Come on Love. You know that I’m sweet on you, there’s no way you don’t. You’ve been enjoying our time together, I know you like the flirting and the little touches…well I love how you try to hide that sweet blush every time I compliment you.’ His thumb brushed down your cheek and you could feel how hot it was as your body continued disobeying you.
‘Please stop? I-I can’t-‘
‘Can’t what?’
‘Can’t lose my job for this-please stop?’ Tears sprung to your eyes as you tried to push passed him but his arm wound around your waist, and he quickly lifted you to sit on his desk.
‘You won’t be losing your job gorgeous, I like having you here. I want you to be mine, and if that’s what I want then who is going to object with me?’ You were stunned by that, he wanted you to keep working for him even after fucking you?
‘If people find out-‘
‘Let them. What are they going to say? I fell in love with my assistant and now we’re together? Now she’s mine? I enjoy the idea of working with you all day and holding you all night, don’t you?’ I looked up at him in shock, disbelief at the idea that he could be in love with me. ‘Oh Love, you didn’t think once was going to be enough for us, did you? We’ll have barely gotten started.’ The smirk on his face was dark and would have been scary if you didn’t already love him yourself. You had seen his dark side, the angry parts of him that come out in meetings with certain people, and you had seen who the only person to calm him down afterwards was.
You
‘You’re already dripping for me, aren’t you?’ He questioned as he pulled your ass to the edge of the desk and began pushing your skirt up your thighs. ‘I know you are, I know how badly this sweet little cunt needs me.’ You gasped suddenly, his forehead resting against yours now as you felt his hand grazing the inside of your thighs before his fingertips brushed against your panties. His other hand moved and suddenly he had ripped your panties in half, roughly shoving 2 fingers into you and swallowing your cry in a needy kiss. Your hands quickly moved to fumble with his belt, yanking it open and wrapping your fingers around his cock, stunned at just how thick it is. ‘I’m going to stretch you so good you’ll never want another cock again.’ His mouth devoured yours in his desperate kisses, hands now yanking his boxer briefs down and pressing the head of his thick cock to your dripping hole. ‘See how desperate she is for me? Sweet little hole is leaking all over my desk, I can’t imagine how wet your panties are when you go home every night-‘ you gasped loudly as he shoved himself into you completely, holding your waist tightly to keep your body flush against his. ‘So tight!’ He grunted, pulling back and shoving himself into you again, setting a slow pace and grunting against your neck as your arms wrapped tighter around his neck, fingers buried in his hair to hold yourself close to him.
‘Please sir-‘
‘Call me my name, love! Only my name from now on!’ He demanded, thrusting particularly hard.
‘Niklaus! Faster-Please?!’ You begged and he growled, pushing you down onto his desk, climbing on top of you and thrusting his hips faster now. You lifted your legs and wrapped them around his waist as he continued his desperate pace.
‘Do you know-fuck-how many times I’ve thought about fucking you over this desk?!’ You shook your head, tears springing to your eyes as you barreled towards your end. ‘Gonna bend you over it tomorrow, clearly gonna have to shove something in this needy little mouth with how loud you are. Fuck! Cum. Cum on my cock gorgeous, let me feel this tight little cunt squeezing me!’
‘Oh God Niklaus!’ You cried, your pussy constricting around him as you came, faster than you believe any man has made you before and dropping your head to the table, waiting for him to finish as well but he didn’t.
‘You look so fucking beautiful cumming for me, I need to show the world that perfect face.’ He pulled his still hard cock from you, watching with a dark smirk as your pussy dripped on his oak desk before he hooked his hands under your thighs and lifted you up, spinning you so your back was against his chest and moving to pin your body to the window surrounding his corner office. The cold window hardened your nipples even more as he forced you to look out over all the other skyscrapers. ‘Isn’t it beautiful?’ He asked, lips barely touching your ear and you could do nothing but whine. ‘This is just the first of the wonderful views I plan to give you while I fuck you senseless, the next will be time square in New York on the business trip next week.’ As he shoved his cock back inside of you, your hands pressed to the glass, pushing you back against him, your boss now slamming his cock into you like a desperate animal. ‘All mine now Baby, all fucking mine! Not gonna stop until I fill this body with my babies, God, imagine how beautiful you’ll be! Tell me your mine!’
‘Y-yours!’
‘Say It!’
‘I’m Yours! All yours Niklaus! Please fill me up, please?!’ You pleaded, your second orgasm ripping through you almost painfully and squeezing him hard.
‘Oh Fuck! Perfect, Tight, Little Cunt! Fuck!’ His teeth sunk into your shoulder as he came, filling you with everything he had before kissing the side of your face.
He pulled out and set you down in his desk chair, turning away and leaving you feeling exposed. Just as you were about to get up and search for your clothes he turned back, eyes warning you against moving before he knelt down in front of you and used wet wipes from his desk to clean you up. ‘You don’t have to do that, I can-‘
‘Don’t question me taking care of you Y/n, I meant what I said…you’re mine now.’ His voice was like a warning as he cleaned you off and helped you dress before cleaning and dressing himself which was extremely sweet.
You slept in his bed later that night, snuggled into your boss’ naked chest and content on the insanely comfortable mattress for the night. You were suddenly looking forward to the business trip to New York that much more…

I chewed my lip as I stared up at the building before me. If this were any other situation, I would've turned on my heel and run by now. But there were two little girls, one on either side of me, who needed me to be strong. This was their best hope of being safe, which meant all of my stuff needed to take a back seat.
I took a deep breath, trying not to let the girls sense just how nervous I was, then started heading for the door to the bar. It was the middle of the day, so hopefully no one would mind me bringing two kids in with me.
Caroline and Ric had trusted me with Josie and Lizzie, and I refused to let them down. Some new supernatural none of us knew existed had come to town and, worse, had started going after the girls. So, I'd sat down with their parents, and we'd figured out a plan to keep them safe: take them to the bigger, badder supernatural who I used to know.
My eyes scanned the bar for the familiar face of Klaus Mikaelson, and after a moment, I found him. He was leaning against the counter talking to the bartender, and I was surprised he couldn't hear my heart beating out of my chest from here. I hadn't seen him in years, and I'd also rejected him the last time I saw him. But he was the best chance the girls had, so I was just going to have to hope he didn't hate me now.
I cleared my throat, shook my nerves off as well as I could, herded the girls into a booth where I could keep an eye on them, then turned to face the bar. I found Klaus already looking at me, his arms crossed and a curious look on his face as he leaned against the counter. A wave of emotions hit me at once, but I shoved back against the feeling, squaring my shoulders and putting one foot in front of the other until I stood in front of Klaus.
"Hello, love," he said, and my heart damn near stopped in my chest. I took a deep breath. "It's good to see you again."
"It's... it's good to see you again, too."
And it was. Most of my friends had been relieved when Klaus finally left town, and they'd freaked out the minute they found out he'd come back to see me. And at the time, I'd convinced myself they were right, and that it was better he was gone. But standing before him now, that slight smirk on his face, I realized I had really, really missed him.
"So what brings you to New Orleans?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He looked past me to where the girls were playing a clapping game in the booth. "I take it it has something to do with them."
I sighed. "Yeah. Yeah, it does."
"And who's the father?"
Now it was my turn to cross my arms and raise an eyebrow.
"They're actually not mine. But I'd say you don't have a lot of room to judge, considering the reason you moved to New Orleans in the first place."
"Who said I was judging? I was just trying to gauge how jealous I might need to be."
I huffed a laugh, trying and failing to hide my smile by glancing at the ground. Nik grinned at me, and for just a flash of a moment, it was like nothing had changed between us since the last time I'd seen him.
But then I heard Josie and Lizzie behind me, and I remember why I'd come here in the first place. I sighed and met Nik's eyes again.
"I need your help."
His eyebrows immediately drew together, and he straightened up from the bar, taking a half step towards me. The intensity of his worried stare made my heart melt.
"What's wrong, love?"
"There's a new supernatural in town. Or a few new ones, I guess. We're struggling a little bit to deal with them, and they've made Josie and Lizzie their targets. Caroline and Ric are their parents for all intents and purposes, and we sat down and decided our best chance at keeping the girls safe is if I left with them, alone, and came to you."
"And whose idea was that?"
"...Mine. It... actually took a lot of convincing for Ric and Caroline to let me bring them to you."
A hint of a smile flickered across Nic's face as he huffed a barely audible laugh. His beautiful blue eyes met mine with the intensity I'd seen a thousand times for both good and bad moments, and it made my heart race.
"You will always be welcome here, with me. I'll keep the three of you safe."
Relief washed over me. I closed my eyes, taking a minute, and when I opened them again I found Nik still watching me intently. I thought he might lean in for a hug or a kiss or something else, but instead, he just gave me a small smile and nodded in the direction of the girls.
"Mind introducing me?"
The girls absolutely loved Nik from the first moment they met him, and he was nothing but sweet and patient and kind. He made a few absolutely ridiculous jokes that had them falling out of their chairs laughing, and had my heart melting all over again. We left the bar together, the four of us strolling through the streets of New Orleans as Nik led us to his home. He glanced over at me a few times with the roguish smile I'd come to love, and despite the fact that I'd come here on the run to protect the girls, I couldn't help enjoying this moment with him. In different circumstances, it might've just felt right.
"We're almost home, but I just had a thought," said Nik, his arm swinging back and forth with Lizzie's as they marched down the street together. Lizzie and Josie held hands, and I did the same with Josie, making us a little chain. I turned to smile at Nik over the girls' heads.
"And what's that?" I asked. Nik smiled at me, then turned his attention to the girls.
"My favorite ice cream place in the whole of the city is very close to here. Does anyone else feel like we ought to make a pitstop?"
"YES!" the girls screamed in unison. I laughed as Nik stopped abruptly, turning on his heel and then pulling us in the other direction.
"Alright, come on then!"
The girls cheered as they marched after him, and my heart soared as I followed along behind the three of them. I'd gotten to see Nik like this every so often in Mystic Falls, but a lot of our interactions were colored by whatever drama he and his family had going on with my friends and I. Being with him, like this, and seeing him being so amazing with the girls was seriously doing something to me.
"This place really does have the best ice cream," Nik assured me as we stepped inside and joined the line, the girls bouncing excitedly in front of us as we stood shoulder to shoulder. "Hope loves it."
"Hope... how is she? How's... how's Hayley?"
Nik smirked. "They're both good. We've had our rough patches, but Hayley and I have found our rhythm as coparents despite not being together."
I released a breath I hadn't realized I'd been holding, and Nik laughed.
"Now look who's trying to gauge their jealousy."
I rolled my eyes, but couldn't hold back a grin all the same.
"Whatever. But... you're happy? Being a dad, and being here, and... and everything?"
The corner of Nik's mouth quirked up, but the smile didn't reach his eyes.
"Like anything, it's had its ups and downs. But I wouldn't trade Hope for anything in the world."
I nodded, and the two of us fell into comfortable silence as we worked our way through the line. The girls were ecstatic to try their cones, and Nik recommended his favorite flavor to me, which lived up to the hype he'd promised. The four of us wandered slowly the rest of the way to our destination, which turned out to be an absolutely massive compound in the middle of the French Quarter.
Nik pushed open the door and led us inside just as the sun began to set outside. I came to a stop in the beautiful open space just inside the front doors, staring around at it in awe.
"C'mon, love," Nik said gently, resting a hand on my back and guiding me in the direction of the stairs. "Let's get the girls settled in for the night."
I just nodded, putting my focus back on the girls as we followed Nik through the massive compound. He pushed open one of the many doors along the second floor, letting us into a bedroom with two beds. I even spotted a few kids books on the shelves to one side of the room.
I slid my eyes to Nik with a raised eyebrow, but he just shrugged.
"For Hope, and any friends she might decide to bring over when the time comes. No reason to not be prepared, especially since we have the space for it." The corner of my mouth tugged up into a smile, that warm feeling spreading in my chest again. "I'll bring a few of her pajamas in, they should fit these two alright."
"Thanks."
"Of course, love."
Between the two of us, Nik and I managed to get the girls settled down and in bed in under an hour. They'd had a long, tiring day, after all, and if I weren't practically jittering with nerves after the afternoon I'd spent with Nik I'm sure I would've been right behind them.
Instead, I found myself following him after we closed the door to the girls' room, going who knows where in this massive house in his new life since he'd left Mystic Falls. After a few moments, I couldn't really take the silence anymore, so I spoke up.
"Where are the rest of the Mikaelsons?" I asked, my voice thankfully even. "I'd expected to see at least one of the siblings by now."
Nik turned to give me a little smirk over his shoulder, and I hated that he could probably hear my heart race.
"They're busy with other things for the night. And Hope is with Hayley having a mother-daughter weekend away from everything. It's just us, tonight."
My heart sped up even more, although that shouldn't have been possible. After a moment, Nik led me into the kitchen and headed straight for the refrigerator. I took a seat at one of the high stools at the counter, watching him as he moved.
"I assume you still like hot chocolate more than most other drinks?" asked Nik without turning around. I smiled.
"Absolutely. I know it's been a little while, but come on Nik, I'm not a completely different person."
He paused to give me a smile over his shoulder, then continued in his hot chocolate preparations. I scratched at something on the counter while he worked, trying to get up the courage to talk about all the million things hanging in the air before us. Finally, I cleared my throat and forced myself to look up, watching Nik's back as I spoke.
"Thank you for this, by the way. For taking us in, even after... Well, even after I told to leave me and Mystic Falls."
Nik sighed, bringing our two mugs of hot chocolate over and setting them down on the counter before walking around to stand in front of me. We were barely an inch apart, but he didn't make a move to close the distance anymore. I'd set a boundary the last time I'd seen him, and he clearly had no intention of crossing it.
"I will always be here for you if you need me, love. If you seek me out for refuge, or to change your mind and take me up on my offer to show you the world, or even because I make the best hot chocolate in the entire world and you just can't live without it... I'll be waiting."
I stared up at Nik, a slight twinkle in his eye, as I fought to keep tears out of my own. He'd truly caused so many problems in Mystic Falls. My friends' dislike-to-hate of him made sense. But he'd always been sweet and funny, patient and kind and understanding, with me. If I was totally honest with myself, I'd been starting to fall in love with him before I'd decided to side with my friends and push him away.
"Don't cry, love. It's alright," he said, his eyes scanning my face. I hiccupped, the tears finally starting to fall, a combination of all the different emotions and stressors of my past few days coming together and overwhelming me at once. I'd held it together for the girls, but now they were in bed and taken care of, so I could safely fall apart.
I leaned forward, falling into Nik's chest, and he wrapped his arms tightly around me the moment I did.
"It's alright. You're safe with me."
That brought on a whole new wave of tears, not just for the stress of the day, but for everything I'd lost with Nik, too. He just held me tighter, rubbing soothing circles on my back as I let it all out, then slowly started to calm down.
I pulled back slightly once I managed to get ahold of myself. One of Nik's hands stayed on my arm, and he brought his other hand up to gently cup my face, wiping away a few of the tears with his thumb.
"What can I do, love? Tell me how I can help you and I'll do it."
I choked back another sob, this one turning into a half-laugh.
"You've already done enough, Nik. More than enough. It's just... it's been such a long day. I feel like I've been barely holding back a complete stress breakdown for like a week, and I always had the girls with me so I had to keep it together..."
"Well then, why don't we get you settled into a room so you can get some sleep, hm? We can always talk more in the morning."
Nik started to move to help me off the stool and up to bed, but I stopped him, hands resting on his biceps. He raised an eyebrow at me but didn't move away.
"No, Nik. I don't want to talk tomorrow, I need to say this. I... I love you."
Any hint of humor or lightness dropped off Nik's face, replaced by completely serious shock. My heart was racing out of my chest, and I knew he could hear it, but I pushed on anyway.
"I think I was falling in love with you before, and I didn't want to admit it to myself. But being with you here, now... it feels right. There are a bunch of powerful murderers chasing me, trying to hurt two kids whose parents have trusted me, exclusively, with their safety, and I'm in a strange city far from anywhere I've ever called home. But for some reason I just feel... happy. Happy to see you again, happy to spend time with you, about a thousand times calmer than I was without you. You feel like home, Nik, and I love you. I just... that just feels like something you should know."
Nik's eyes had been scanning and searching my face intently the entire time I'd been talking, the slightest hint of wetness gathering in his own eyes. A smile tugged at the corner of his mouth once I'd finished speaking, and he brought his hand back up to cup my face, his thumb brushing lightly over my cheek.
"I don't think I've made it any secret how I feel about you, love," he said, voice soft and tender. "But in case you need to hear it again, I love you. Always and forever."
A few tears managed to sneak out and down my cheeks again, but this time I had a smile on my face. Nik's expression mirrored my own.
"Once... once all of this is over, do you think... well, maybe I could come back here. To New Orleans, once the girls are safe back home. That is, if... if your offer to follow you to New Orleans still stands from the first time you extended it?"
Nik beamed back at me. "I can honestly tell you that absolutely nothing would make me happier."
My smile grew to the point of pain as I stared up at Nik, a light in his eyes that I'd missed much more than I'd realized. I leaned forward just slightly, Nik mirroring my move as I glanced at his lips. One corner of his mouth rose higher in the troublemaking smirk that always made my heart race before he closed the rest of the distance between us, his lips meeting mine, soft at first and then with the same urgency pulsing in my heart.
I'd kissed him before, but it had always been tempered by concern for my friends, and about what they'd think. But this time, as fireworks exploded in my chest and thousands of butterflies took off in my stomach, I couldn't bring myself to care.
I was safe and happy in the arms of the man I loved, kissing him senseless. I'd missed out on a lot of times like this, but from now on, I didn't intend to let anything keep me from spending every second I could just like this, friends and insane supernatural threats be damned. Always and forever.

Part Five
As you prepare for your wedding, secrets come to the surface and your future hangs in the balance.
♡♡ Thank you for reading this series! Sorry for the slow progress on it, I hope you enjoy the ending xoxo~ ♡♡
8.5k {whoops} words - Warnings: Viking AU where the Mikaelsons are completely human (no magic, werewolves, vampires... etc) bit of violence, Klaus handing betrayal the only way he knows how, lots of fluff and a sappy ending...
{Part One} {Part Two} {Part Three} {Part Four}
Tumblr media
You sat on a log overlooking the river that ran through the village, watching Henrik, Gerda and Kol spar, their swords flashing in the sunlight. You couldn't help but notice how fast Henrik was getting, how his blows were stronger, more accurate. You knew he would soon surpass his brothers, he had the heart and the drive to become a great warrior.
Gerda was completely enraptured with him, her eyes following his every move, her heart clearly taken by the young boy. And it was clear to see that he returned her affections, what they had gone through together had created an unbreakable bond.
You could see the change in him, how his eyes lit up when he saw her, how his voice became softer, gentler, how he looked at her with such devotion, such tenderness. It reminded you of the way Elijah looked at you.
Kol went to strike Gerda, but she easily parried the blow, her sword connecting with his. You watched as Henrik moved in, his blade slicing through the air, cutting across Kol's arm.
"Ow," Kol said, his voice mockingly hurt, a mischievous grin spreading across his face, "that hurts little brother,"
"I told you not to let your guard down," Henrik said, his tone serious, his eyes focused, "never get distracted,"
"Well, well," Kol replied, his tone playful, his eyes dancing, "you've gotten better,"
The sound of twigs crunching behind you drew your attention. You turned to see Elijah approaching, sitting down on the log next to you. He subtly took your hand in his, his eyes searching yours, you leaned against him, savoring the moment of peace, letting the warmth of his body comfort you.
It had been a few weeks since your return to the village, and you still hadn't worked up the courage to tell Elijah you were with child. You knew he would tell Niklaus immediately, and would insist on marrying you. His noble heart wouldn't allow anything less.
You were starting to show, your breasts becoming fuller, your belly beginning to swell. You had taken to wearing loose dresses, hiding your pregnancy from the rest of the village, keeping it a secret from everyone, even though the guilt ate at you.
"Are you alright?" Elijah asked, his eyes searching yours, his brow furrowed, a look of concern etched across his handsome features.
"I'm fine," you said, mustering a smile, trying to reassure him, "I just have a lot on my mind,"
"What is troubling you, ástin mín?" Elijah asked, his thumb gently caressing your hand, the warmth of his touch always so comforting.
You wanted to tell him, you had planned a thousand different ways, but the words wouldn't come out, the fear of what Niklaus would do, stopping you.
You could see the concern in his eyes, the love he had for you, the intensity of his gaze causing your breath to hitch.
"I..."
"Brother! Y/n! What a pleasant surprise," Niklaus's voice boomed, startling the both of you. You quickly withdrew your hand, a blush creeping onto your cheeks, a nervous energy settling over you.
Niklaus walked towards you, a wide grin plastered on his face, but his eyes cold, devoid of emotion. He took a seat on the other side of you, his presence filling the space, his body pressed against yours.
"Such a fine morning," Niklaus said, his voice light, his gaze meeting yours, the smile not reaching his eyes, "don't you agree, y/n?"
"Yes," you replied, your tone hesitant, your body stiff, your unease growing, "it's beautiful,"
Henrik came running up, sword in hand, a wide grin on his face. His clothes soaked with sweat, his hair sticking to his forehead, a wild look in his eyes.
"Will you spar with me Elijah? Please," Henrik pleaded, his expression hopeful, his eyes bright.
"I'm sorry Henrik, but he's still recovering," You began to protest, but Niklaus stopped you, his hand resting on your thigh.
"Nonsense!” Niklaus said, his voice firm, his grip on your thigh tightening, "she fusses something awful about you brother, always fretting,"
"I just don't want him to strain himself," You protested, your voice trembling, "his wounds are not healed,"
"I'm fine," Elijah replied, his gaze shifting between the two of you, his expression guarded, his brow furrowed, "My scars just make things...difficult,"
"See? Now go, spar with our little brother, I'll look after my betrothed," Niklaus said, a sly smirk on his face.
"As you wish," Elijah said, a look of concern in his eyes, before he took Henrik's hand, "come, show me what you've learned,"
"I've missed you," Niklaus whispered in your ear, his voice low, his eyes burning into yours, "I've been so preoccupied with attending to our new home, I've forgotten to check in on you,"
"I've been fine," you replied, your voice shaking, a lump forming in your throat, "you didn't have to worry,"
"I see my family has kept you company," he said, a dark edge to his voice, his gaze hardening, "they're quite protective of you,"
"I love them as if they are my own," you said, a small smile forming on your lips, your mind turning to Henrik, to Kol, to Rebekah, "they mean everything to me,"
"That is good to hear," Niklaus said, his voice barely above a whisper, his eyes searching yours, "I think it's time, don't you?"
"Time for what?" you asked softly.
"Time to begin planning our wedding," Niklaus said, his hand moving to cup the back of your neck, his grip tightening, "the sooner the better, I'd say,"
"Niklaus," you began, your voice trailing off, you didn't know what to say, how to respond.
"I think we've waited long enough," he said, his tone still artificially light, a strange glint in his eyes, "there has been so much darkness over our families lately, let's have something good, something to celebrate,"
You looked in the direction of Gerda and the Mikaelsons sparring. Henrik and Elijah were facing each other, their swords clashing, their movements graceful and fluid. Gerda was on Kol's shoulders, screaming and laughing as he spun them around. This was everything you ever wanted, your family safe, happy, together.
You looked back to Niklaus, his eyes still locked on yours, his gaze intense. He was waiting for an answer, his hand now gripping your neck tighter.
"Yes," you said, your voice low, your mind racing, "let's have a wedding,"
"That's my girl," he said, his tone triumphant, his hand releasing your neck, sliding down your shoulder, his fingers trailing along your arm. "Our parents would be so proud, their children finally united,"
"I can't wait," you said, the words tasting bitter, your stomach churning.
Niklaus's hand found yours, it was meant to be a sweet gesture, but the contact made you shudder, his touch foreign. He didn't touch you the way Elijah did, didn't make your body come alive, didn't set your soul on fire.
You tried to suppress the guilt, the shame, the fear, the sadness, you tried to bury it, hide it, but it was there, gnawing at you. The truth, the reality of the situation, hitting you, crushing you.
You had no choice, your fate, your destiny, was sealed.

Elijah hadn't seen you for days, the entire village caught up in wedding preparations. He had his own special duties to fulfill, as the eldest kin to the groom. He had arranged the feast, had made sure the finest meats and breads were cooked, and had overseen all the decorations.
The wedding was to happen that evening, and Elijah was dreading it.
The guilt and the shame weighed heavy on him, he felt as if he had betrayed his brother, betrayed you. He loved you, and he wanted nothing more than to marry you. But Niklaus was your betrothed, and as such, it was his decision, his right.
The thought of watching you pledge your love and loyalty to another man, made Elijah's heart ache, the pain almost unbearable. He was surely being punished by the gods, his sins catching up with him.
He thought back to six months ago, how he was overjoyed to learn his beloved brother would be marrying the girl of his dreams. How he had counseled Niklaus, how he had given him advice to win your heart.
Somehow, it seemed like a lifetime ago, the events of the last few months, changing everything.
He knew he needed to speak with you before the ceremony. Everything was happening so fast and he wanted to make sure this was what you truly wanted, that you had a say in your future.
His feet carried him towards the home where you were getting ready. The door was open and he could hear Gerda loudly complaining about how beautiful you were. He couldn't help but chuckle, her exuberance always brought a smile to his face.
As he approached the door, slowly pushing it all the way open, his eyes immediately landed on you.
You were dressed in a fine, cream colored gown, a wreath of flowers on top of your head. You looked radiant, your skin glowing, your eyes sparkling, a small smile tugging at the corners of your mouth.
Rebekah, Gerda and Tatia were sitting all around you, braiding pieces of your hair, weaving flowers in it. Everyone was laughing and smiling, the atmosphere joyous.
You turned towards him, your eyes locking, the smile instantly fading from your face, a sadness creeping into your gaze.
"Elijah," you said softly, your voice breaking, "what are you doing here?"
"I came to speak with you," he said, his eyes searching yours, his stomach knotting, "if I may?"
The girls all exchanged strange looks, it wasn't customary for the groom's brother to visit the bride before the wedding.
Tatia gave you a small nod, the look in her eyes, reassuring, a small smile forming on her lips. She stood and began herding the girls out the door, following them outside, closing the door behind her.
You stood and faced him, he looked as handsome as ever, his face clean shaven, his hair combed back, a fine tunic hanging off his broad shoulders.
He didn't have to say anything, you could read every emotion etched on his face, every word echoing in his eyes. You took a step closer, your fingers interlacing with his, pulling his hand up to rest against your chest, over your heart.
"You look so beautiful," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion, his gaze locked with yours, his hand gripping yours tightly, his pulse quickening.
"Elijah," you whispered back, your eyes searching his, your voice faltering, a lump forming in your throat, "I'm sorry,"
"No, no, no. None of that," he said, his voice tender, his free hand cupping your face, "you don't have to apologize."
"It's just... I fear what he will do if he finds out about us," you whispered, tears spilling down your cheeks, "there is a rage in him, I can see it in his eyes. And you're not fully healed," you placed your hand gently on his chest, where his scars were. You worried for him, worried for your child.
"Don't worry about me," he whispered, his hand caressing your cheek, his thumb brushing away your tears, "I can look after myself. All I want is for you to be happy. I never meant to hurt you,"
"You could never hurt me," you whispered, your gaze meeting his, "you saved me," you paused, your gaze dropping, the guilt rising in your chest, threatening to suffocate you, "and our child,"
"What?" Elijah gasped, his mind racing, trying to process what you had just said, "our child?"
You nodded slowly, a warm flush spreading over your skin, you took his hand and placed it on the swell hidden beneath your wedding dress. The look in his eyes was indescribable, his expression a mix of shock, wonder, and sorrow.
"You are with child?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper, his mind trying to process what you had just said.
You nodded, unable to speak, your emotions overwhelming. You could see the battle raging inside him, his heart at war with his mind, his duty to his family, to his brother, fighting with his love for you.
"You should have told me," he said, his eyes searching yours, his mind working through the implications of your revelation.
"I know," you said, tears starting to spill down your cheeks, "I'm so sorry, I didn't know how to tell you, didn't know what to do,"
He wrapped his arms around you, his head resting on top of yours, his body tense. You closed your eyes and inhaled deeply, letting his familiar scent wash over you, calming you.
"I have to tell him," Elijah said, his voice strained, his hand coming up to rest on the back of your head, gently stroking your hair, "I cannot live with this secret,"
"He will kill you, and me," you protested, burying your face in his chest, tears soaking into his tunic, "please, don't say anything,"
"I cannot allow him to marry you, to claim you and the child as his own," Elijah said, his voice full of emotion, his gaze locked on you, "and if I die protecting you, then I will be welcomed in the great Halls of Valhalla. It would be a worthy death."
You nodded against his chest, your hands balling up the fabric of his tunic. He pulled back slightly, tilting your chin up, forcing you to meet his gaze.
"I love you," he said, his eyes full of tears, his voice breaking, "I always will,"
You stood on your toes, pressing your lips to his, kissing him softly, savoring the taste of him. You were so afraid of never kissing him again, never holding him, never being in his arms.
He broke the kiss, his forehead resting against yours, his breathing heavy. He placed both hands on your stomach, smiling as he felt the slight swell, his heart filled with pride and wonder.
"I will protect you and our child, no matter what," he whispered, his voice soft, his lips brushing against yours once more, "always and forever, ástin mín,"
"Y/n," a voice said from the doorway, startling both of you.
Gerda was standing in the doorway, a look of concern on her face, her eyes darting between the two of you.
"What's going on?" she asked, her brow furrowing, her eyes narrowing, her expression suspicious.
"Nothing," you said, mustering a smile, quickly wiping away your tears and stepping away from him.
"Do not lie to me systir," Gerda said, her tone serious, her eyes narrowing at Elijah, "what is happening?"
Elijah's eyes met yours, a silent conversation passing between the two of you. You gave him a small nod, he took your hand and gave it a kiss before leaving the house. You knew what he was going to do, that it was the only choice. That Niklaus would soon learn the truth. You just hoped it wouldn't cost him his life.
Your legs gave out and you sank to the floor. Tears were streaming down your face and your whole body was shaking. Fear coursed through your veins, but underneath it all you could feel a sense of relief. No more secrets, no more lies.
You put your head in your hands, sobbing uncontrollably. You couldn't believe what was happening. How had things spiraled so far out of control? A part of you wanted to run after Elijah and beg him not to go but you knew it was useless. His mind was made up. He had to tell Niklaus.
"Tell me," Gerda pleaded, crouching down beside you, she placed a comforting hand on your arm. "You can tell me anything,"
"You'll hate me," you sobbed, looking up at her through blurred eyes.
"I could never hate you," she said, her voice soft, her gaze never leaving yours.
You took a deep breath and began to tell her everything. Elijah saving you from the raid, your time together in the forest, training with him, your feelings for him, your affair, your child. It all came flooding out. The weight of the secret suddenly lifting, the relief palpable.
Your body felt heavy, exhausted, the emotional burden you'd been carrying for so long, suddenly gone.
Gerda's expression was unreadable. She was silent for a moment before her face broke out into a wide grin. "I'm going to be an aunt?"
You laughed, the joy and excitement on her face, warming your heart.
"Yes," you said, the smile falling from your lips, your anxiety returning. Gerda could see the fear and uncertainty on your face.
"Everything is going to be ok, we'll get through this," she said, holding your hand and giving it a gentle squeeze, "how far along are you?"
"Maybe two months or so," you said, your mind racing, your heart pounding, "it is too early to know,"
"Why didn't you tell me?" Gerda asked, her voice cracking, a small frown creasing her brow, "you have never kept anything from me,"
"I was scared," you whispered, tears starting to spill down your cheeks once more, "I did not want you to think ill of me,"
"Oh, systir," Gerda whispered, tears of her own forming in her eyes, she wrapped you up in her arms, her hand coming up to stroke your hair, "I could never think ill of you, I love you so much,"
The two of you just held each other, your fears and worries melting away in her embrace.
"Elijah," she said with a soft giggle, kissing you on the top of your head, "he reminds me of one of those valiant, chivalrous heroes in the tales you used to tell me," she began to rock you both gently back and forth, humming an old lullaby that your father used to sing.
You chuckled, wiping away your tears, nodding in agreement. You rested your head on her shoulder, taking a few deep breaths. Your body was still aching, your emotions all over the place, but you could feel some of the tension leave your body.
"Thank you, Gerda," you murmured, her comforting presence and calm words filling you with hope.
"I will speak with Niklaus," Gerda said, her hand gently cupping your chin, forcing you to look up at her, "he will see reason, I know it,"
"I'm not sure anyone can reason with him," you said, the sadness creeping back into your voice.
"He loves you, in his own way," she said, her hands gripping your arms tightly, "he is a good man, he will understand."
You remained silent, unsure how to reply, hoping Gerda was right. You could only hope and pray, that the gods would show mercy, would spare you, would save you.

The wedding celebration was in full swing. Elijah weaved through the crowd of villagers dancing around a large bonfire. Niklaus was sitting on the steps to the longhouse, sharpening his sword, with Tatia sitting at his side.
He knew his brother well enough to know he was angry about something. There was a coldness in his eyes, a dark edge to his demeanor. His movements were rigid and tense, his expression, hard and unforgiving.
"Brother," Elijah said, kneeling in front of Niklaus, meeting his gaze, his expression solemn.
"Elijah," Niklaus replied, a small smile tugging at the corners of his mouth, "why the dower look? This is a time for celebration!"
"I need to speak with you," Elijah said, his tone serious, his voice low, "about the wedding,"
"Is something not to your taste? Perhaps the food is not to your liking?" Niklaus's tone was light, but his expression was one of irritation.
Elijah watched as Tatia put a calming hand on Niklaus's shoulder. He thought she was behaving far too familiar with a man on his wedding day, her touch was far too intimate, her smile a little too sly.
"No, the food is fine," Elijah said, his gaze shifting to Tatia, the look on his face making her withdraw her hand, a small smile forming on his lips.
"What is troubling you?" Tatia asked, her tone light, her expression, innocent.
"Nothing that concerns you," Elijah replied, his expression hardening, his words biting, "I wish to speak with my brother, privately,"
"She stays," Niklaus said, his hand moving to cover hers, his eyes flashing.
"Very well," Elijah said, sighing heavily. He would have to be careful about how he presented the news, the last thing he wanted was for his brother to fly into a rage.
"Look at him," Niklaus chuckled, looking at Tatia, who looked nervously between the brothers. "He thinks we don't know,"
"Know what?" Tatia asked, feigning ignorance.
"That he's trying to pass off his child as my own," Niklaus snarled, twisting his blade in the dim light of the setting sun, admiring his reflection.
Tatia let out a fake gasp, her eyes wide, her hand flying to her mouth, "Surely, he wouldn't, that would be dishonorable."
"Yes, it would be, wouldn't it?" Niklaus smiled, the madness shining in his eyes. "My brother, the one everyone thinks is so noble. Who I thought was so noble," he growled, his fingers tightening around the hilt of his sword.
"Let me explain-" Elijah began, but was cut off by Niklaus raising his hand, silencing him.
"The two of you have been quite busy, haven't you?" Niklaus chuckled darkly, he got to his feet, his sword in hand.
Elijah could see the murderous look in his eyes, the tension in his muscles, his whole body coiled, ready to strike.
"Niklaus," Tatia said, rising to her feet, her voice calm, her hand going to rest on his arm, her gaze darting around the crowd. "Not here, there are people watching,"
"How dare you take what's mine," Niklaus hissed, ignoring Tatia, his face inches from Elijah's, his expression one of pure fury, his body taut with anger.
"Brother-" Elijah started to say, rising to his feet, his hands raised, his expression imploring.
"No," Niklaus said, his jaw clenched, his grip on his sword tightening, "you don't get to call me that anymore, my brother died in the raids, all I have left is a traitor, a snake, a thief,"
"Niklaus, please," Tatia said, her eyes pleading, her hand tightening on his arm, her body pressed against his.
He pushed Tatia off and stormed towards the bonfire, the crowd parting for him. The laughter and joy turned to confusion as Niklaus raised his sword high above his head.
"People! My people," Niklaus shouted, his eyes wild, a sinister smile spreading across his face. "I have an announcement,"
You and Gerda approached the crowd, the sound of Niklaus' voice echoing in the eerie quiet. All the music and the dancing had stopped, everyone's attention fixed on him.
You saw the look on his face, his expression a mix of madness and fury. You tried to push your way through the crowd, but you couldn't, the people were too thick, their bodies packed tightly together.
"I have gathered you all here today under false pretenses," Niklaus said, his voice loud and clear, his sword waving erratically. "Today is not a celebration,"
You could hear the collective gasp of the crowd, the murmurs of confusion, the hushed whispers, the sound of footsteps running through the village.
"Today is a reckoning," Niklaus continued, his voice rising, "today is a trial,"
Elijah watched as his brother pointed the sword directly at him. The look in his eyes chilled him to the bone.
"My brother forced himself upon my betrothed when she was under his care," Niklaus shouted, his words sending a hush over the crowd, "and now he seeks to pass off this child as mine own,”
The crowd started murmuring, the sound growing louder, their voices filled with outrage, their faces full of disbelief.
You managed to push your way forward, finally making it to the edge of the crowd. Your eyes locked with Elijah's, the pain and sorrow in his gaze, making your heart ache.
"That's not true," you protested, stepping forward, your voice faltering, tears rolling down your cheeks.
"Liar!" Niklaus screamed, his voice cutting through the air, his face contorted, his sword pointing directly at you. "You are carrying his child are you not?"
You gasped, his words striking you like a blow. You heard the crowd murmur, some gasping, others whispering. Your face reddened, your shame washing over you.
"I..." you began, your eyes darting around, your voice trembling, "I don't..."
"Enough," Niklaus roared, his voice ringing through the air, the villagers all looking on in horror. "I have a witness who can confirm the pregnancy,"
Tatia stepped forward, her eyes wide, her expression nervous. You knew what she was about to do and you wanted to run and hide, but your feet were rooted to the ground.
"I tended to y/n when she returned," Tatia said, her gaze falling on you, a look of apology on her face. "In doing so, I discovered she was with child,"
The crowd erupted into shouting and screaming, their voices angry, their faces shocked.
"Although she did not reveal who the father was, it was obvious it was not her betrothed," Tatia said, her expression grave, her voice steady.
"So who else could be the father?" Niklaus shouted, his expression triumphant, his face full of rage.
"I am," Elijah said, his voice clear, his gaze meeting yours. "The child is mine,"
Your heart stopped, the world seeming to spin, everything moving in slow motion. You could hear the crowd shouting, see their angry faces, but it was as if you were underwater, unable to move or breathe.
"So you admit to forcing yourself on her?" Niklaus asked, his eyes wide, his mouth twisted into a vicious smile, his expression, vengeful.
"No," You managed to croak out, the words catching in your throat, tears spilling down your cheeks, your body shaking. "He didn't...I...I'm not..."
"Speak up," Niklaus growled, his eyes boring into yours, his gaze filled with hatred. "Say what you have to say and face the consequences of your actions,"
Elijah moved in front of you, shielding you from Niklaus' view. He spread his arms wide, looking at his brother, his gaze resolute.
"Niklaus," Elijah said, his voice calm. "That's enough,"
"Don't tell me when it's enough," Niklaus hissed, his eyes blazing, his face contorting. "After what you've done, after what I've lost, I have every right to seek justice,"
"Is that what you are doing? Humiliating your bride in front of the entire village is not justice," Elijah asked, his voice rising, his expression furious.
"Bride?" Niklaus laughed, it was a cold and harsh sound, his gaze fixed on you, his eyes filled with malice. "No, she is no bride of mine, she's just a whore,"
Elijah charged at his brother, his face, livid. He punched him squarely in the jaw, knocking him to the ground. The crowd started cheering, their bloodthirsty cries echoing through the air.
Niklaus laughed, getting back to his feet, wiping the blood from his split lip. He lunged forward, his eyes bright, his sword flashing. Elijah jumped back, narrowly avoiding the blade, then he pulled out his own.
You could only watch as they circled each other, Niklaus' expression maniacal, Elijah's calm. The blade clashed as Niklaus attacked again. Elijah blocked the blow, shoving him backwards.
Rebekah was screaming for them to stop, being held back by Kol, her eyes filled with tears. Drums were beating as the villagers were chanting for blood.
Gerda held on to you tightly, stopping you from running towards them, trying to prevent the inevitable. You could see the anger in their eyes, and the hatred. You wanted to scream, to beg them to stop, to tell them this was all your fault, that you couldn't bear to see them like this.
"STOP!" You screamed, your voice cracking, tears pouring down your cheeks, your heart thumping in your chest.
But it was no use, they were too far gone, the bloodlust in their veins pumping. The sound of metal on metal rang through the night air, the crowd shouting and chanting.
The brothers were moving so quickly, their swords flashing and clashing, the grunts and the roars, loud in your ears. Niklaus growled, swinging his blade with such force, it sent Elijah's flying from his hand.
Elijah tried to pick up his sword, but Klaus leapt onto his back, knocking them both to the ground. They grappled, rolling around, pushing and shoving.
Niklaus drew a dagger from his belt, grinning maniacally as he plunged it into Elijah's shoulder. The crowd cried out in victory as Elijah gasped, his eyes widening in shock.
You wiggled your way out of Gerda's grip only to be stopped by Ansel. He threw his arms around you, holding you tightly, the cries of the people drowning out your screams.
Elijah fought back, tossing Niklaus to the ground, driving his fist into his face, the dagger still lodged in his shoulder. Niklaus snarled, kicking Elijah backwards, lunging forward with a savage thrust, narrowly missing Elijah's chest.
Niklaus stood up, breathing heavily, his face filled with rage, his eyes wild. Elijah staggered to his feet, his blade now in hand, poised and ready, his grip steady, his face set.
"I'm sorry, brother," Elijah whispered, his voice cracking, his face tightening.
"As am I," Niklaus replied, his voice choked with emotion, his expression pained.
Niklaus rushed at him, his sword held high, his eyes blazing. Elijah sprang forward to meet him, his sword arcing through the air.
Their blades met in a deafening clash, both men pushing and shoving, straining against each other's strength. The anger and frustration flowed from their veins as they danced and dueled in the burning light of the bonfire.
Niklaus pushed Elijah back, causing him to stumble over a rock. Elijah fell backwards, his blade landing on the ground just out of reach.
You watched in horror as Niklaus leapt forward, his blade raised.
"NO!" You screamed, watching as the dagger flashed in the light of the flames.
Suddenly, Henrik appeared in between them, his hands up, his expression filled with panic. Niklaus had already swung his blade, the momentum carrying him forward.
The tip of his blade slashed against Henrik's face, drawing blood. The crowd instantly fell silent, the drums coming to an abrupt halt. You cried out in anguish, covering your mouth with your hands, watching as Henrik fell to his knees.
Elijah was already rushing to Henrik's side, scooping him up, looking at him with horror. Niklaus had dropped his blade and fell to his knees, his expression one of total shock, his voice weak.
"Hen!!!" Gerda shrieked, running forward, falling to her knees at Henrik's side.
She turned to look at Niklaus, pure venom in her gaze. She slapped him hard across the face, screeching at him to get away.
He compiled without protest, his body quivering as he stood up. Tatia rushed forward to meet him, her arms reaching out for him. He shrugged off her touch, standing a distance away, his face gray.
Gerda cradled Henrik, stroking his face, looking down at him with worry. Henrik was clutching his cheek, looking up at her with wet eyes.
Elijah took the hilt of his knife and pulled it from his shoulder with a wince. Blood was flowing down his arm, dripping onto the ground. He grasped it tightly, trying to stem the bleeding with his hand.
You pushed Ansel aside, breaking free from his grip. You sprinted to Elijah's side, sinking to the ground next to him, you tore a piece of your dress and wrapped it around his shoulder, the ivory cloth turning crimson.
Tatia was helping Henrik to his feet, wiping the blood from his face, examining his wound. His cheek was sliced open, and she pressed her shawl to it to stop the bleeding.
Elijah stood up, swaying slightly as he stood, holding his arm tight to his chest. You helped him stand, your expression determined. He glanced at you, the pain in his eyes clear to see.
You looked over at Niklaus, who was staring right back at you through the flames of the bonfire. He looked defeated, his shoulders slumped, his eyes vacant. He glanced around the crowd, at all the disappointed faces then back at your own. He didn't blame you, the fault was all his, he'd been blinded by rage, by the fire burning inside him.
You watched him sit, his head in his hands, his shoulders slumped. He looked utterly defeated, his face a picture of remorse and guilt. He looked so small and alone, a broken man who'd lost everything.
Kol carried Henrik towards Tatia's hut, followed by Gerda and Rebekah. Elijah began limping towards the hut as well, leaving you alone with Niklaus.
You stood frozen for a moment, before making your way over to him, his shoulders trembling. You reached out your hand, placing it gently on his shoulder, feeling the hard muscles beneath his shirt.
"Nik," you breathed, trying to steady your trembling hands, your voice breaking.
He flinched at the sound of your voice, jerking away from your touch. "Don't," he rasped, his voice breaking, his eyes fixed on the ground.
You sat down next to him, crossing your arms over your chest, taking a deep breath. "Niklaus, I'm sorry," you whispered, your voice heavy with guilt, tears filling your eyes.
He nodded, still unable to meet your gaze. He shook his head, his hands clenched at his side. He felt sick, empty, numb.
"I didn't mean for it to turn out like this," you continued, tears flowing down your cheeks. "None of this was supposed to happen,"
He said nothing, just sat there, his expression unreadable.
"Do you love him?" Niklaus asked, his voice was flat, his tone, void.
"I do," you replied, your voice shaking, the words tumbling out of your mouth.
"Do you love me?" he asked, still avoiding eye contact with you.
"Yes, but not in the same way," you admitted, your voice cracking, the tears falling faster. "You... You are like a brother to me Nik, but Elijah... I am in love with him,"
You expected anger, hurt, betrayal but when he finally looked up at you, his eyes were filled with understanding, not rage or pain.
"He makes you happy," he said, giving you a small smile.
"Yes," you agreed, returning his smile with a watery one of your own.
"I have lost everything, haven't I?" He asked, his voice hollow, his expression sad.
"No," you said softly, taking his hand in yours, squeezing his fingers gently. "You have your family, and this village. You have all these people that care about you, who love you. I will always be a part of that, I will always be your friend,"
"Thank you," Niklaus replied, squeezing your hand in return.
"Let's go see them," you said, standing up and wiping your tears away, "They need you now, you're still their brother,"
He took your hand, following you towards the hut, his heart full of anguish, his eyes full of tears. He walked past you as you pushed through the flap, his gaze immediately landing on Henrik, who was being examined by Tatia.
"Is he alright?" He asked, his voice hardly audible, guilt eating away at him.
"The cut is deep but not life threatening," Tatia explained, cleaning the wound with a wet cloth, dabbing it gently. "It will need stitching,"
Gerda was next to him, kneeling on the floor. Niklaus touched her arm softly and she glared up at him with narrowed eyes. Her face softened as she took in the state of him, her expression one of relief.
Niklaus dropped to his knees, his gaze fixed on Henrik, shame flooding him.
"I'm sorry," he gasped, his voice choked with emotion, tears forming in his eyes.
"It was an accident," Gerda said, her voice soothing, her face soft.
"The last thing I ever wanted to do was hurt you," Niklaus murmured, his eyes never leaving his brother. "I just... I just got so angry, and I wanted to hurt someone, to lash out, to be in control..."
"Are you and Elijah still mad at each other?" Henrik croaked, lifting his eyes to meet his brothers.
Niklaus shook his head, his shoulders sagging, his heart aching. "No," he breathed, blinking back tears.
You went and sat next to Elijah, whose shoulder was now bandaged. He pulled you close, wrapping his arm around your waist, kissing you on the forehead.
Niklaus looked up at the two of you, his gaze lingering on Elijah's bandaged wound. If it wasn't for Henriks intervention, he would have killed Elijah, his closest brother. And all for what? His pride? His selfish anger?
He was more angry over Elijah taking what was his than you going behind his back. He didn't love you the way he thought he did, he just didn't realize until now. He thought he was doing the right thing, marrying you, keeping you safe. But it was never the right thing for you, it was always about him, even before everything fell apart.
Tatia finished stitching up the cut, dressing the wound with cloth bandages. She nodded at Niklaus, holding his gaze for a moment, then gave him a reassuring smile.
Gerda helpedHenrik to his feet, steadying him as he walked over to Niklaus. Henrik threw his arms around Niklaus' neck, hugging him tight. Niklaus clung to his little brother, his entire body shuddering as he cried.
"No more fighting, brother. Just peace, okay?" Henrik asked, looking up at Niklaus with a slight smile.
"Okay," Niklaus replied, breaking into a smile, tears streaming down his cheeks.
You slipped your hand into Elijah's, squeezing his fingers gently. He wrapped his other arm around your shoulders, pulling you close, burying his face in your hair, breathing you in.
Niklaus glanced up at the two of you, noting the tenderness between you, the obvious love and affection. He knew now you were truly happy with Elijah, and he was finally able to let go of the illusion of the future he had created. He realized now he was never in love with you the way he thought he was, he had misinterpreted his feelings as passion, devotion, it was all just confusion.
"Am I really going to be an aunt?" Rebekah asked, looking at you excitedly.
You nodded, your smile growing wider, tears stinging your eyes.
"When is the baby due?" She asked, bouncing on her toes, her eyes shining.
"In about seven moons," Elijah answered, his gaze filled with love, his hand moving to rest on the swell of your stomach.
Rebekah squealed, throwing her arms around you, hugging you tightly. She looked back and forth between you and Elijah, her eyes filled with happiness.
"We are so happy for you both," Gerda said with a smile, looking over at Elijah with appreciation. "Congratulations,"
"I always knew one day you would bear a little niece or nephew of mine, I just didn't expect it so soon," Kol remarked, smiling mischievously, throwing a casual arm around his sister. "And I also expected a different father,"
Rebekah smacked him on the back of the head, shooting him a disapproving look, shaking her head.
You sat with them for a while, watching their smiles and laughter, your heart light. Henrik and Gerda were cuddled up together, their fingers laced, talking quietly. Niklaus was speaking quietly with Rebekah, the two sharing an embrace, their eyes glistening.
You were gazing at Elijah lovingly, your stomach fluttering, your chest filled with warmth. He smiled at you as he stood up, his expression gentle, his lips pressing to your forehead tenderly.
"I'm going to head back to my hut," he said, touching your cheek. "Come with?"
You nodded, standing up, looping your arm through his. You walked with him towards the door, pausing to glance at Niklaus. He gave you a small smile, the first real one he'd given you in a while. Then he looked at Elijah, his expression hardening briefly before relaxing again. It was all you could hope for, a broken reconciliation of sorts.
Once outside, you found yourself wrapped in Elijah's arms, your body pressing against his. You felt relief, knowing you could be open about your relationship now, the shame of hiding behind secrecy, gone.
Elijah's hut was neat and cozy, the hearth fire, warm. In the corner, was a large bed covered in soft furs and linens. The sound of the river came through the open window, mixed with the rustle of the leaves in the trees. You looked out at the open forest beyond the river bank, at the stars twinkling above.
You watched as Elijah removed his sword from his belt, placing it gently down next to the bed, running his fingers over the metal. He looked up at you shyly, sitting down on the edge of the bed, motioning for you to join him.
You approached cautiously, stepping out of your shoes, padding across the fur covered floor. You sat beside him, taking his hand, letting his thumb rub across your palm. He placed his arm around you, pulling you closer, resting his cheek on top of your head, letting out a sigh.
"It's over," Elijah murmured, his voice soft.
"Yeah," you whispered, relief rushing over you. "Do you regret how it happened?" You asked. "How we came to be together?"
He shook his head. "I only regret not loving you sooner," he said, lifting your chin up with his fingers, his gaze meeting yours. "Everything else... is now history,"

~Epilogue
"Ella! Come help me with these flowers," Gerda called out, carrying a bundle of wildflowers in her arms.
Ella scrambled up from where she was seated by the river, clutching her doll to her chest. She ran towards her aunt, her dark hair billowing in the wind, her brown eyes wide.
"I found some lavender and daisies," Ella squeaked, holding up a fistful of flowers, their stems dangling loose.
"Perfect," Gerda replied, scooping her up and carrying her in one arm, balancing the large bundle of blossoms in the other.
You sat on the steps to your hut, watching the village bustle around you, men building furniture and decorating, their voices, jovial. Everyone was preparing for the wedding today, the excitement was contagious.
Elijah sat next to you, carving an intricate design into a large piece of lumber. It was a wedding present for the bride and groom, a perfect decoration for their table.
You watched his hands, marveling at the steady, precise way he held the blade, at his deft, nimble fingers.
He looked up at you, glancing at his work critically, raising his brows. "What do you think?" He asked, turning the piece of wood in his hand, showing you the carving.
It was a beautiful forest scene, complete with wild animals and lush green plants, birds sitting in the tree branches. It was a masterpiece, made with love and attention to detail.
"It's beautiful," you breathed, running your fingers over the intricate details.
He smiled at your praise, pleased at your response. He pulled you closer, pressing his lips to your cheek tenderly.
Kol appeared around the corner, an enormous crate in his arms. Henrik followed close behind, a large sack slung over his shoulder. They smiled broadly at the sight of you and Elijah sitting together, their faces friendly.
"Elijah, we need your help," Henrik said, dropping the sack next to the crate.
Elijah stood up, nodding his agreement. He planted a quick kiss on your lips, running his fingers down your arm before jogging off to help his brothers.
You could see the girls across the way, rushing towards Tatia's hut with bowls of flowers. Tatia hurried over to help, taking the bundle from Ella, smoothing her dark curls affectionately.
Rebekah was sitting in front of the hut, with Tatia's young son on her lap. The two of them weaving flowers together, crafting a crown. Rebekah placed it on top of the little one's head, laughing at his sweet smile.
You stood up, making your way over to the group of women, your feet softly pattering on the dirt path. You stopped briefly to pet one of the goats that wandered around, stroking its neck, receiving a loud "meeeh" in return.
Ella squealed when she saw you approach, her eyes growing wide with glee.
"Momma! Momma!" She squealed, running straight for you, wrapping her tiny arms around your legs, looking up at you adoringly.
You reached down, picking her up, tickling her stomach playfully. Her giggles made you laugh, the soft chime of her sweet innocence a welcome sound.
"Gerda said I can throw flowers for the wedding... Can I? Can I?" Ella exclaimed, bouncing on your hip, her doe eyes begging, her little hands curled in yours.
"Of course," you answered, brushing her curls out of her face, kissing her cheeks. "The ceremony will start soon, so we have to get you ready,"
She smiled, clapping her hands together, practically vibrating with joy. You carried her towards Gerda's hut, peering inside to find your sister's dress spread out on her bed, her shoes and hair ribbons resting next to it.
"I can't believe this day has come," you said softly, running your hand down the fine dress, your gaze filled with love. "Do you remember when we were preparing for my wedding?"
Gerda stood next to you, giving you a sideways smile. "Yes," she chuckled, her eyes sparkling with nostalgia, shaking her head. "Wait, which one of your weddings?"
"Hush," you chuckled, elbowing her in the ribs, giving her a grin. "You're worse than Kol,"
You both burst out laughing, overcome with fits of giggles. You linked your arm through hers, pulling her close, resting your head on her shoulder, breathing in her familiar, comforting scent.
"Mother and Father would be so proud of you little systir," you murmured, your heart full of love.
"And of you," she replied, wrapping her arm around you.
"Now," you said, turning your attention to your daughter, shifting her in your arms. "We have to get you dressed, we can't have you throwing flowers in your undergarments, can we?"

Today was a glorious day, one of family and love. There was laughter and music, sweet honey wine and delicious, rich food.
Niklaus spent the day out hunting for the biggest elk he could find, a special treat for tonight's feast. Everyone watched him carry it into the village center triumphantly, his forehead streaked with sweat, his grin ear to ear.
He saw you and your daughter Ella dancing together, singing, smiling. He saw Elijah running towards you, lifting Ella up, twirling her around, her laugh rising above the sound of the drums.
There had been a rift between the three of you for so long, it still felt strange to see you together as a family, but he had no regrets. He was filled with more pride than hurt, life was not the fairy tale he once imagined, but it was the right path, all the same.
Tatia approached him, carrying their son in her arms, stroking his golden hair, cooing softly. She looked at him, her gaze full of tenderness, placing a soft kiss on his head before handing him to his father.
"How was your hunt?" She asked, fussing over his hair.
"Very successful," he answered, his grin widening, kissing his baby boy on the head. "Fit for a feast,"
She took the arm he offered, squeezing it gently. Niklaus held her hand as they strolled through the village, people smiling and waving at them as they walked past.
Drums became louder as Niklaus approached the longhouse, admiring how the flames from the torches created shadows on the ground and stone pillars. He guided his wife and son to the head table, helping her to sit, placing their boy on her lap. He took his place next to his brothers at the altar, watching as everyone gathered in front of them.
Henrik stood in the middle, nervously twiddling his fingers, his hair a beautiful, shiny dark brown. He was dressed in finely crafted clothing, embroidered with threads of the finest silks, woven in exquisite patterns. Niklaus admired his brother's wide smile and bright blue eyes, filled with happiness and anticipation.
"Don't be frightened little brother," Niklaus said, winking at him, slapping him on the shoulder reassuringly. "Married life isn't so bad,”
As if on cue, there was the sound of a pipe and harp, and everyone turned their attention to the sound. Ella came first, ribbons braided through her hair, a crown of flowers on top. She tossed petals and blossoms on the path ahead, giggling and smiling, kicking up her skirts as she ran around the gathered crowd.
Rebekah followed behind her, and Niklaus smiled affectionately. You followed behind her, your arm linked with your sister, a few white flower petals tumbling from your palm to the path below, making a trail of beauty behind you.
Gerda looked perfect, her dark hair tied up, her crown woven with lavender and daisies, matching her loose white dress. A gentle, contented smile graced her face as she looked at Henrik, their eyes sparkling with love, their expressions overflowing with happiness.
The vows were spoken, Gerda and Henrik sealed their oaths with a kiss, their laughter mixing with cheers and whistles from their friends and family.
And then the feast began, with the new bride and groom kissing at the head table, their cheeks flushed.
Niklaus looked out at all the children playing and dancing, his wife twirling around with Rebekah, as Elijah sat with you at the next table, his hand gently stroking your knee.
Niklaus watched Ella run towards him without looking where she was going, slamming right into his legs. She looked up at him, brushing herself off, a look of hesitation and fear in her big brown eyes.
"That's okay, Ella," Niklaus said, crouching down to her level, trying to relax his expression. "Be careful though,"
Her eyes grew wider, she never had much interaction with her uncle Niklaus, so she was always a little afraid of him, hiding behind her mother or father whenever she saw him.
Elijah noticed his daughter and his brother speaking, how nervous his little girl looked, her hands clutching her dress, peering up at the man before her through her lashes. He came over, leaning down to speak to her, his face was gentle and caring, as he spoke, pointing out at the festivities, offering her something to eat. She shook her head shyly, hiding behind her father, her hands pressed against his legs.
"I'm sorry, she's a bit shy today," Elijah said awkwardly, it had been so long since he had a conversation with Niklaus. It all felt a bit foreign, it was difficult to know what to say.
"She looks just like you," Niklaus said, pushing himself to stand, smiling down at Ella, watching as her eyes followed him.
Elijah picked Ella up, resting her on his hip, smiling affectionately.
"Look Ella, you know uncle Niklaus," he said softly, bouncing her a little, encouraging her to wave hello, her tiny, trembling hand moving in a cute little wave.
"Hello, Ella," Niklaus said softly, waving back, extending his hand, motioning for her to touch it. She touched the tips of his fingers with her own, offering a shy smile.
Kol sauntered over, a huge grin on his face, his cheeks flushed red, probably from drinking. He clapped a hand on Niklaus's shoulder, and joined in the small conversation.
"Ella darling, you owe me a dance!" He proclaimed, and before anyone could blink, he had taken Ella from Elijah's arms, spinning her around, raising her up, laughing and giggling.
"Not too fast, Kol," Elijah warned, grinning at the sight of his daughter having fun, spinning and twirling, her laughter echoing around the grove.
Elijah returned his attention to Niklaus, surprised to see the relaxed expression on his brother's face, the corners of his mouth turned up in a friendly smile.
They spoke as they used to, laughing and sharing stories and jokes. They discussed the details of recent hunts, of their children and wives, of future plans and past adventures.
Henrik stood at the front table, with his new bride on his arm, raising his mug high in the air. "A toast to my dearest love," he said, raising his cup, smiling down at Gerda affectionately, their matching gold rings glimmering in the fire light.
"I want to thank you all for coming and celebrating this night with us. This is a joyous occasion for me, but I am especially grateful to share it with each and every one of you. Without you I would not have known true love, and today I get to make my darling Gerda my wife, so thank you for allowing me to have this beautiful life,"
Everyone cheered and cried out their congratulations. There was music and laughter, friends and loved ones. The night was filled with celebration, music, and love. The pain of the past was almost forgotten, your grief and sadness, laid to rest. Everyone was happy, overjoyed at the good fortune that life had bestowed upon you. The ground had thawed, the snow melted, giving way to sweet, bright Spring. New birth and beginnings were in the air, the scent of renewal permeated everything, love, light and joy were your family's future.

NEW ORLEANS, 1970
Strobe lights went all across the room, music blaring, but I could barely tell what song was playing, too distracted by what I was doing—or, rather, who I was about to do. I ran my fingers through his hair while his hand crept up my skirt, our kiss getting more passionate by the second.
His name didn't matter. All I cared about was the fun we were about to have.
"Why don't we take this somewhere more private," he mumbled in between kisses.
I nodded against him, giving him one last kiss before whispering in his ear. "Back alley." The fact that I was drunk didn't stop me from leading us across the dance floor to the back where I'd been many times before. I knew the owner—who was also a really good kisser—and so I knew where to go.
I felt the cold air hit us as soon as we got outside, despite feeling so hot. As soon as the door closed, I turned around, intending on pulling him back in for a kiss, but I almost staggered back when I saw the same man I was kissing just moments ago with veins crawling underneath his eyes, fangs protruding in his mouth.
What the fuck?
I quickly sobered up, baring my own fangs at him. The atmosphere went from hot and sexy to dark in an instant.
His eyes widened. While his voice was surprised, there was still an undertone of hostility. "You're a vampire?"
I narrowed my eyes. "You didn't know?" God, how drunk was he? I smelt that he was a night crawler immediately. Clearly, he thought I was a human and wanted to leave so he could suck me dry.
That wasn't happening. For obvious reasons.
He cursed under his breath. For a second, I thought we'd get back to what we were doing; I mean, I just cleared this up. I was gonna be generous and continue to make out with him in spite of the fact that he just tried to kill me, but this dude just had to kill my fun, too.
He tried charging at me, but my magic worked faster than even vamp speed. Quickly, I rushed, "Motus!" and he was sent flying into the wall. My eyes widened. Fuckkkkkk, man.
I just wanted to get laid.
I wasn't supposed to do that. I was supposed to punch him, maybe snap his neck—I was supposed to do something that a vampire would do. A vampire doesn't just move things with their mind.
I thought I was soberer than that, but it seemed that the alcohol was still affecting me because I just sent a fucking vampire flying. Shock was all over the guy's face, his pretty, pretty face that I just wanted to have a good time with.
Fuck. Now I'd have to kill him.
He remained against the wall, but he didn't wait much longer before firing questions at me. "What the hell was that-"
I cut him off, "Look, man, I wasn't planning on doing a lot of talking with you tonight." Annoyance laced my voice. He didn't respond as quickly, just looking at me with an extremely analyzing gaze. I didn't doubt that he was confused. People don't just come across people like me.
He was silent until it looked like a light bulb went off in his head. "Tribrid," he muttered under his breath, almost like I wasn't meant to hear it, but I did.
My blood went cold. "What did you just say?" I asked, but he ignored me, continuing to mutter under his breath.
"I knew a guy once—he was half wolf, half vampire." If he didn't have my attention before, he sure as hell did now. Because I only knew one person that matched that description, and that was Klaus Mikaelson.
My body went rigid while the guy took little notice, seeming to put together a bunch of puzzle pieces in his head. "Yeah-" he paused, looking up at me, "I've heard chatter. Witches saying something about a... triangle: werewolf, vampire... and witch."
Chatter? He's heard chatter? A thousand things went through my mind at once. That was impossible. Nobody knew about me. I just got to this city; there was no way witches have managed to decipher a secret I've spent centuries keeping.
Against my will, my tone was now less calm. "I don't know what you're-"
"I think you do know what I'm talking about." The guy's eyes were hard as he stared right back at me. I thought he was just some baby vamp, but it appeared that he was proving me wrong. He took a step closer to me. "You're the tribrid, aren't you?"
I almost laughed, even though I was full of nerves while, just seconds ago, I was fine. "You must have a death wish," I remarked. Maybe I could've left him alone, convinced him to forget about my display of magic and just left town. But now he not only saw that, but he also knew exactly who I was and he'd go running to tell everyone else.
He had to go. It's a shame, though, I thought, he was such a good kisser.
I stepped closer to him and he immediately got the message, eyes widening again once he realized that I had the upper hand. "No, no," he said, raising his hands in surrender. "I promise you; you do not want to kill me."
I scoffed, "And why is that?"
"Listen, I hold a lot of influence around here-"
I scoffed again. "I really don't care." Throwing power around was a politician's move, and politicians only lied to you. I wasn't gonna take my chances.
I was walking towards him, taking one step forward for every step he took back until he blurted, "My name is Marcel Gerard." At this, I stopped. Marcel Gerard... I knew that name. I stood still, racking my brain until I realized why his name sounded so familiar.
Marcel Gerard literally ruled this city. I'd been in New Orleans for not even a few days yet you could hear vampires and witches alike mentioning him often.
Damnit. Of course, I not only meet the guy who the vampires in this city worship, but I also end up locking lips with him and have him find out what I am.
I just wanted to have fun.
He saw recognition on my face, causing his own to light up. "So, you know who I am." I nodded in response, exasperatedly rolling my eyes. All of this had completely caused my buzz to dissipate into thin air. "Look..." he trailed off, making a gesture with his hands.
I rolled my again. "Y/N."
"Look, Y/N, I know what you are. I figured it out in seconds. There's already speculation of a tribrid going around with the witches-"
"Get to the fucking point, Marcel, before I just decide to kill you. Believe me, I am not in the mood to deal with this right now."
He didn't waste any more time. "I can get the witches to back off and find something else to fixate on. I can bury just the thought of a tribrid being out there, Y/N," he emphasized.
I wonder just how dumb he thought I was. I shook my head. "So you want me not to kill you, just so you can go blab to whoever you see as soon as I leave you alone?" He shook his head right back at me.
"I won't say a thing, trust me." He paused. "We can help each other."
"Oh, c'mon-"
"No, I'm being serious," he asserted, no longer looking like he was backed into a corner but much more assured than before. "Killing me wouldn't do you any good. My people would search relentlessly for my killer, and the witches would only keep digging, possibly striking gold at some point. You keep me alive, and I can get rid of that for you."
I only stared at him with narrow eyes. He looked confident in the bar, that's what drew me to him, but I wasn't expecting anything like this. He had a point, but that didn't mean it was enough to stop me from killing him. And if I didn't like this city, then I'd kill him without any qualms and leave. But I do like this city. I want to stay here, and I knew I couldn't stay here with him dead and with the witches suspicious.
I couldn't afford to make enemies. Right now, what I needed were friends.
I'd already made up my mind, but Marcel didn't know that, still trying to get me to see a vision that I already understood. "We can make a good team, Y/N."
I didn't say anything for a few more seconds, thinking everything over in my mind. I could possibly be making the biggest mistake of my life right now, I thought. But I was already set. I kept my voice cold and devoid of emotion. "I'm giving you twenty-four hours to make this witch thing go away, Marcel."
A weight was lifted off his shoulders. "And I'll do just that." I wasn't gonna stick around much longer. This was already much more conversation than I was anticipating to have tonight, and we clearly weren't gonna have sex, so without another thought, I sped out of the alley.
Little did I know, that night marked the start of one of the rest of my life in New Orleans.
Tumblr media
THE PRESENT
I was pulled out of my reverie when I saw Marcel came into my vision, sitting down on the chair opposite to me. We started out trying to kill each other, and now look: we were meeting for coffee.
I didn't trust him when I first met him, even after he made my problems with the witches disappear. That wasn't enough. And it also wasn't enough for him to insist I work with him. Those were things he was doing for his own benefit, so, of course, that didn't inspire my trust in him.
I only started trusting Marcel after he opened up to me about his past. Doing that, getting vulnerable with someone—that showed that you trusted them. And what better way to get someone to trust you than to show that you trust them?
I wasn't just reminiscing for the sake of it. The way Marcel got me to trust him was what I'd been forgetting throughout all my interactions with Klaus. I couldn't just ask him to trust blindly, the same way Marcel couldn't ask me to, or the same way I couldn't get the witches to.
I needed a show of good faith. The trick was just figuring out what.
"Hey, Y/N/N."
I nodded back to Cellie's greeting, pushing a tumbler over to his side of the table. While I actually liked coffee, Marcel wasn't a fan. "Got you your drink."
He grinned. "Ah, have I told you how much I love you recently?"
"Definitely not enough," I quipped back. "Now drink." His smile only got wider as he brought the tumbler up to his lips, sipping from his blood while I worked at finishing my Americano.
It's been about a week since I gave the contract to Klaus and went out with Marcel and Cami, who were now accepting the title of "dating" (after lots of resistance from Cami's side). Things have otherwise been quiet. I've been over to the Abattoir a few times to speak with Elijah, sometimes speaking to Hayley, and rarely talking to Klaus, but everything was fine if you didn't count the fact that he was still staring at me every time I came over.
You'd think that I'd be the one behaving that way after constantly seeing my father, his baby mama, and his brother, but nope. I've been calm; the whole Mikaelson thing has been getting to me less, but Klaus would look at me like he was trying to pick apart everything I said or did.
Sooner or later, it wouldn't matter how well I kept my secret. He was just gonna keep digging, so I needed to stop him before he struck gold.
"How's D been doing?" He asked, and the Mikaelsons were instantly pushed to the back of my mind. Davina had that effect.
"She's been good. Doing her school work, getting better with her magic by the day. You should come by for dinner soon, actually."
"Yeah, I-" he cut himself off when a "ping" sounded. He glanced down at his phone on the table, muttering a curse under his breath. When he looked back up at me, his expression was a mix of annoyance at the disturbance and apology. "Sorry, Y/N/N, I've gotta-"
"No, no, it's fine," I told him. "Go on and deal with it." He gave me a silent thank you before getting up, kissing my cheek in parting.
"I'll make it up to you. Dinner at mine," he said, walking away backwards. I smiled, telling him I'd see him later, and then he was out the door. Although we'd been sitting for all of one minute before he had to go, I wasn't irritated. He was getting back into the groove with the Quarter's happenings, so I'd be fully supportive.
I got up, throwing my empty coffee cup into the trash and walking out of the little café, mentally running over my schedule: housekeeping, then dinner with Marcel and Davina later. Right now, I'd go game plan my pitch to the vampires.
Or not.
Just as I was about to cross the street, a black car abruptly skirted in front of me, making me jump back. Before I could make anything of it, two men stepped out of it. Their expressions were practically lifeless, not a trace of emotion in sight.
"Get into the car," one of them ordered, causing me to furrow my brows. What the fuck?
I voiced my concerns not a moment later. "Excuse me?"
The other one stepped forward as if he was threatening me. I looked him up and down. Who the fuck was he stepping to like that? "Ma'am, you're gonna need to get into the car willingly before we force you to."
Force me to? I only stared at him, debating on whether or not I was gonna bash his head into the car he was threatening me to get into in front of any passers-by. I was then reminded of the exact thing I was on my way to work on: the peace pacts. If I exacted any violence, that wouldn't be setting the right example.
Still, though, I was tempted.
After a few seconds of eying them both, I realized I not only knew them, but I also understood what was happening here.
These were some of Marcel's old vampires.
And they were compelled.
Damnit. I glanced to the car behind them. I was willing to bet money that, inside that very car, sat Klaus. I rolled my eyes. A week ago, I would've been more put off by this, and I was, but I was more annoyed than anything.
I'd find some way to get him to trust me later, but if I didn't get into this car right now, then he'd only become even more suspicious of me, and I didn't need that.
I shook my head in disbelief that I was even gonna do this, gesturing for them to move so I could get into the car. One of them opened the back door for me and I got in.
I turned to my left, fully expecting Klaus to be sitting next to me, but instead I was met with the sight of a blonde with big, voluminous curls and bright blue eyes. Despite fitting into the dumb blonde mold exactly, I knew she was anything but.
This was Rebekah Mikaelson.
I (hopefully) hid my shock quickly, but my eyes still narrowed. My mind raced, wondering what the hell she could possibly want from me. I first jumped to conclusions, but I shut them down immediately, knowing that there was no way anyone knew I was related to the Mikaelsons, including the Mikaelsons themselves.
While I'd been visiting the Abattoir often, Rebekah was basically nowhere to be found. I never would've guessed that this was how I'd be meeting her, being pushed into a car by vampires acting like they were secret service. But, with the Mikaelsons, so far nothing has gone as I expected it.
When she turned to me, she didn't stop and observe me first like her brother did. I'd learned from my research that Rebekah Mikaelson was impulsive, possibly even more so than Klaus. So it didn't surprise me when she cut right to the chase.
"You must be Y/N," she said. Her voice sounded like honey and a smile was on her lips, but it didn't take rocket science to know that it was all an act. "I'm Rebekah Mikaelson, but I'm sure you're already aware of that."
I was. And so I said that. "I am."
She hummed at my response, indirectly reminding me so much of Klaus. She pressed a button to her side, causing the partition to roll up, never looking away from me once. Her smile then quickly dropped. "What are you doing with Marcel?"
Now, I couldn't hide the surprise on my face. "What?"
"You heard me," she asserted, unwilling to elaborate any further and just continuing to look at me, waiting for a reply.
Out of all the reasons she could've pulled me into this car, that one had never even crossed my mind. I paused for a few seconds, thinking over how I'd respond. I knew Rebekah and Marcel had history, and Rebekah had created a reputation for herself as not only being a lover, but a rather possessive one.
Saying the wrong thing here could get me into a tight situation I did not want to be in, so I had to be sure that my words wouldn't piss her off. "He's my friend," I told her, but she didn't look very convinced.
"Really?" She questioned, sarcasm noticeable in her voice. "Are you so cozy with all of your friends? Because you both looked rather close in that café." So she was watching us.
I backtracked, remembering how he kissed me on the cheek on his way out. I see how that could look bad to some people, especially his ex-girlfriend who seemed much more attached to him than he let on. From the way Marcel told the story, him and Rebekah were over, but the way she was acting didn't suggest that at all.
Suddenly, Camille was brought to the forefront of my mind. "We are close," I defended. "I've known him a long time, and we're just friends." I could've left it there—should've left it there, but with Cami on my mind I couldn't help but add, "Besides, he has a girlfriend."
Rebekah narrowed her eyes at me; although, something told me she was already conscious of that little fact. Her jaw tensed, making me more alert. While Elijah and even Klaus wouldn't immediately deal with their problems physically, I knew Rebekah was a different story.
She was smart, don't get me wrong, but if there was something to know about her it was that her emotions overpowered her mind more often than not. She was impulsive, and so this could go real bad, real quick.
I had to get out of this.
I decided to just say something instead of letting her make the first move. If I said something first, then I could take control of the situation and spin it before she could.
"Look," I started. "Marcel and I have a completely platonic relationship." Well, not completely, but I wasn't gonna tell her that. "After we met, I was just helping him keep things running smoothly in the Quarter, the same thing I'm doing with your family now."
While her expression remained blank, I could tell I was swaying her in the right direction. She just needed one last push. "We talk so often because of Davina. She's important to both of us, and we just want to make sure she gets the childhood she deserves." Her eyes immediately softened, and I knew I got her.
Davina was just a child. As ruthless as Rebekah could be, she still had humanity inside her—Marcel had told me this time and time again when he was under the influence. There was something in her that he fell for, and it was her ability to care when she really wanted to.
She finally looked away from me. "I understand," she said. If I knew anything about her, then I knew she was probably embarrassed right now. It turned out that Rebekah's emotional nature had actually helped, not harmed. "Sorry for the inconvenience," she apologized, but her eyes never met mine.
She rolled the partition back down, telling the driver to stop the car and unlock the doors. "You're free to go, Y/N." I stared at her for a few seconds, wondering if there was anything else I was supposed to say, but I came up empty. So I just got out of the car and watched as they drove away right after.
Once I could no longer see the car, I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding.
I just met Rebekah Mikaelson.
And I just barely dodged a bullet. I directed my thoughts away from freaking out because I just met yet another member of my family to how I was gonna fix the problem I had.
I couldn't keep tiptoeing on this tight-rope around the Mikaelsons. Sooner or later, I'd fall. I needed to do something to get them, all of them, to trust me. If they caught me at the right time, then everything could be exposed.
I had all of these thoughts running through my mind until a light bulb went off, and all of the puzzle pieces suddenly assembled themselves into a clear picture.
I knew what to do.
I had my show of good faith.

Birthday Boy (Part 2)
Summary: Your second gift for Elijah is giving him a night of pleasure.
(The reader is AFAB, but gender-neutral and uses they/them pronouns. The ethnicity/race is any.)
(Content Warning: Pussy eating, Multiple orgasms, Rough sex, a little dirty talk, missionary, hand on throat but not choking, & a little bit of cum eating)
Tumblr media
"My love," Elijah began, his voice dropping a tone lower as he looked down at you, his brown eyes glued to the sight of your already wet pussy. "You spoil me." He began taking off his suit jacket, his eyes not leaving you at all.
"No, you spoil me," you told him, spreading your legs even wider for him, inviting him to taste. "I'm just returning it to my birthday boy."
"A wonderful birthday, indeed," He started to loosen his tie, his fingers hurrying to take it off.
After waking him up with a little birthday head, you decided to start his birthday off first with fixing his favorite breakfast. You then took him to the movies to watch a new film that you noticed he was surprisingly interested in. Elijah tended to not really be interested in many shows or movies, preferring books mostly. The few times he is interested in a movie or show, then it must be really good. The day before you made sure to have his family (mainly Klaus) agree to not bother him with anything. It was hard but it was worth it to see your handsome man finally be unbothered and calm all day. After that you took him out to eat at his favorite restaurant in New Orleans and bought him his favorite dish. Elijah, the gentleman that he is, tried to pay for it, but you insisted that you would, wanting to continue spoiling him. After you left the restaurant, you and him went back to your place much to his confusion as you had begun spending more and more nights at the compound, but he agreed to it. The minute you two stepped through the door, you were on him. Running your fingers through his soft hair, you kissed him with such intensity and passion that for a second his mind went blank and the only thing he could think of was your lips. When you pulled away and began making your way to your room, he finally gathered his mind and followed after you, an erection already growing inside his dress pants. When you two finally entered your room, immediately you both began undressing.
"You can do what you want, birthday boy," you moved your hand to your pussy and spread your lower lips open for him. "Pussy's all yours."
A sudden feral look came over Elijah's face and before you knew it, he ripped his own shirt open, causing the buttons to fly everywhere, and threw it on the floor.
"Pussy's mine, is it?" He asked, grabbing your hips and pulling you closer to the edge of the bed, and got down on his knees.
Whining at the sudden pull, you grabbed the bedsheets beside your body and looked up at Elijah, readying yourself for him.
"I love you," he told you. The statement made you smile and you would have happily said it back, but before you could, Elijah had already lowered his head and spread your lips open.
"Such a beautiful pussy," he said lowly. He licked up your center, gathering all of your wetness on his tongue, moaning while doing it. When he got to your clit, he quickly began flicking his tongue against it, the little bud becoming more sensitive with each flick.
"Oh my god," You moaned. The feeling of his tongue against you was too strong and you began lifting and jerking your hips against his mouth.
"Sweetheart, behave yourself," he told you, before going back and flicking it some more.
The taste of you and your wetness on his tongue was so good to him and he wanted more of it. Still moving his tongue against your clit, he placed one hand on your leg, holding it down to the bed, and placed his other hand on your other leg, doing the same thing. When he saw that he had a good hold of you, he slowly moved his tongue down to your entrance.
"Elijah," you cried, wiggling in his grip, your grip on the bedsheets getting tighter and tighter.
Tightening his hold on you, he inserted his tongue into your entrance, flicking the tip of the muscle inside of you, more of your juices gathering on his tongue.
"Oh fuck, yes," you moaned, an intense fire was beginning to build inside of you and the intensity made you wiggle even more. "Elijah, don't stop!"
He could sense by your moans and your words that you were getting close to cumming and the thought of you cumming on his tongue made him decide to let go of one of your legs and move his hand. Keeping his flicking tongue inside of you, he brought his hand to your clit and began gently rubbing it with his thumb.
"Oh, Elijah," you cried, moving your hips against his mouth and hand. "Fuck, I'm gonna cum."
The combination of it was too good and the fire inside of you grew too intense too quickly. You moved your hips faster and faster against him.
Ready to taste your cum, Elijah began rubbing harder on your clit, his gentleness completely gone. "Cum," he said with his tongue still in you.
It didn't matter if you understood him or not, because before you knew it, you let out a scream as you began cumming, your hips still moving of their own volition, your orgasm too strong and almost rendering you breathless.
Grabbing your hips with both hands again, he held them down, and began fucking his tongue into you, the taste of your cum driving him wild.
"Elijah, please," You cried, finally letting go of the bedsheets and began nudging his head away from you. "Too much."
With one last plunge into you with his tongue, he let go of your legs and stood up. Looking up at him with glazed eyes you could see that his gorgeous face was covered in your juices and he still had that feral look upon his face.
"My love," he began running one of his hands over his mouth, wiping away some of your juices, the sight almost making you breathless again. "you are too good to me."
You tried to catch your breath and let your body relax a little before you both continue, but that feral look in his eyes and the sight of your pussy juice on his face caused your pussy to start throbbing again.
"You gonna fuck me or what, birthday boy," you teased him, bringing your hand down to your pussy, running your fingers through your left over wetness.
A small growl left his mouth and he quickly grabbed your hand and moved it away, while his other hand began unbuckling and unzipping his pants.
"This what you want, baby girl," he asked, dropping his pants and taking out his member, lightly tapping it on your pussy lips, the action making you jump as you were still sensitive.
"Put it in me," you lifted and spread your legs wider for him. "Please."
Not wasting a second, he slowly inserted himself into you, his girth slightly stretching you out, but you didn't care, enjoying the small burn it made. With each inch that entered you, you let out a gasp at how full he made you, until he was finally balls deep inside.
"(Y/N)," he moaned, closing his eyes, not moving. The feel of your warm walls combined with your wetness almost made him cum.
You wanted to respond back to him, but the fullness of him was just too good and you were speechless.
Slowly, he began pulling out of you, almost all the way and leaving just the tip inside of you. Automatically your walls squeezed around him wanting him to stay.
"Oh," he moaned, thrusting back into you.
The thrust forced a gasp out of you and you grabbed onto the bedsheets, bracing yourself for him and the roughness you were sure was coming.
His thrusts began to gradually increase, his member hitting that special spot inside of you over and over again forcing more moans and gasps out of you.
"Right there, Elijah, right there," you yelled, feeling that same fire begin growing quickly inside of you. You tried to lift your hips to meet his thrusts, but they were going too fast.
Still thrusting, he reached down and rubbed your clit with his thumb again, keeping his eyes on your face to see the pleasure he was bringing you.
"Yes! I'm cumming," you yelled, closing your eyes from the intensity of your second organism. "Oh fuck, Elijah!" Your whole body was shaking and you wouldn't let go of the bedsheets.
His thrusts didn't stop, in fact they increased. Your sensitive walls squeezing him so tightly drove him into a frenzy and he lifted one of your legs onto his shoulder, bent his body over you and began pounding into you, hitting the special spot each time. Your moans and cries combined with your increased wetness made him more feral than before.
"Shit," you yelled, another more intense fire burning inside you quickly becoming too much. "Oh my god!"
He placed his hand around your throat, not squeezing, but just holding you there and looked you in the eyes. "Cum for me," he demanded.
Your body quickly followed his demand and soon your walls were squeezing him again as a third organism, more powerful than the others, ran through your body. You couldn't say anything as the orgasm knocked you speechless and breathless.
"Where do you want it," you heard Elijah say. Your mind was fuzzy for a long moment and it wasn't till your speech and ability to breath came back to you that you looked up to see Elijah's face scrunched up in intense pleasure and you could feel that his thrusts had lost their rhythm and was now wild.
"On my pussy," you told him out of breath, laying your head back.
Feeling his self getting close, he quickly pulled out and roughly ran his hand up and down himself for a few seconds before finally shooting his cum onto you.
"Uhh," he groaned as he continued to jerk ropes of cum out of himself and onto your skin. "(Y/N)."
"Yeah," you responded looking at him as he finally stopped jerking himself, no more cum left in him, and he looked down at you. The feral-ness was now gone from his eyes and they were now filled with love and adoration for you.
"I love you so much," he told you, breathing deeply.
With a smile, you looked back at him with the same amount of love and adoration he had and reached down to where his cum landed, and scooped some on your pointer finger.
"I love you too, baby," you replied, bringing your finger up to your mouth and licking his cum off your finger.
The feral-ness came back to his face and you smirked, knowing that this will be a long night of pleasure.

Part 5
Little Slavatore sister x Stefan Salvatore x Damon Salvatore
Summary: Klaus takes you from your house to trade you for the white oak stakes from your brothers and their friends
Warnings: vervain use on child vampire/kinda torcher (don't know how to word it), swearing I think-idk
A/n: I wrote this series a while ago and just started realizing how cheesy it got, so don't mind my older writing 😅
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“What did you do Niklaus?” Elijah said, rage laced in his voice.
He turned around, facing his younger brother, fury written on his face. Klaus just looked back and smirked, knowing what he’s talking about.
“I have no idea what your talking about, brother” Klaus said before Elijah went over to him and held him up against the wall.
“Oh now brother, those Salvatore brothers have a little secret that apparently they will tell you and not me. The obvious more dangerous and good looking one of us” Klaus smirked before getting out of Elijah’s hold.
“Please do not tell me you kidnapped their little sister” Elijah said, eyes widened.
“But the thing is I did and they are probably going to want her back so in favor they’ll give us the white oak stake back and then we’ll give her back to them” Klaus said and poured himself a drink.
“Seriously Niklaus? Show me where she is” Elijah said, jaw clenched.
"If you must know, she is currently in the basement in that room we had no idea to do with. Well also I fixed that problem" Klaus answered, annoyed and followed his brother as he started to go to the room.
When they walked in you were no where in sight, the ropes that Klaus had you tied up by were on the ground in the middle of the room next to chair that was toppled over.
"It seems that she is not here" Elijah stated, glaring at Klaus.
"She was here fifteen minutes ago, I don't know where she went!" Klaus tempered.
Meanwhile as Klaus and Elijah were searching the house you were in the vents crawling around. You reached a room and saw a pretty girl inside with blond hair and is on her phone while sitting on her bed. You tried to push the grate off but this one was more sturdier then the one in the basement.
While you made the noise the girl looked up and saw you tiny fingers through the slits of the grate. She got up off her bed and moved over a chair, she stood up on it and took the grate down, seeing you.
"Who are you?" She asked, concerned.
"Not 'upossed to tell st'anger name" you mumbled to her.
"Okay, well my name is Rebekah."
She lifted you up a bit from underneath your armpits and carried you back down to the ground and placed you onto her bed.
"Okay, then can you tell me how you got here then?" Rebekah asked.
“Woke up in rwoom wif rope ‘round me and I climb frough dat” You explained and pointed to the vent.
At that point, Kol came into the room and picked you up, speeding off downstairs where Klaus and Elijah were. Rebekah followed and saw how Klaus grabbed you out of Kol’s arms immediately, pushing you over to the side.
While Klaus did so, he grabbed your wrist really hard, hurting you. A bruise starting to appear.
“What did you do Nik? You hurt her, look there’s already a bruise that’s starting to show up from where you so forcefully grabbed her” Rebekah explained, starting to get mad.
“Now, now sister calm down, she is just a bargaining chip to get the white oak stake back - the only thing that can kill us” Klaus said pointing over to you.
You were backed up against the corner of the wall and a book case, crying your eyes out, scared of them.
“Who is this again?” Kol asked confused as to why his two brothers were looking for a little girl.
“Nikaus got one of his hybrids to kidnap y/n over there who is Damon and Stefan’s little sister. If I remember correctly she got turned at four, also how did you know about her?" Elijah explained and then asked the hybrid.
"Well I simply just asked for one of my hybrids to look for anything valuable that the Salvatore brothers and everyone else would want back" Klaus said and started to go over to where you are crying.
Before he could grab you to tie you up again Rebekah got over to you first, picking you up into her arms. "Look, I know we want the stake back but she's just a terrified little girl!" She started to rub little circles on your back to sooth you a tiny bit.
"Evidently I don't care if she's scared or not, I'll be right back to get new chains" Klaus then left the room.
While so, you were staring at Elijah and Kol with a scared look in your eyes and tears streaks on your face. "So are we going to torture-"
"KOL!" Elijah stared at him wide eyed and got him to leave the room, glaring at him.
"Lijah, we can't let him chain her up like some animal again!" She looked at him with anger written on her face.
"Oh but weren't you happy yesterday when I said that we'll be able to get the stake with having a bit of fun with someone first" Klaus reappeared with chains in his grip, not allowing Elijah to answer Rebekah.
He walked over, dropping the chains on the couch and brought up a chair. "Now we can either do this the easy way or the hard way which one do you pick sister?" Klaus inched closer to the both of you.
You whimpered, shutting your eyes hoping that this isn't real and just another one of your nightmares. Rebekah turned so that you were blocked from Klaus's view almost entirely.
"The hard way it is then" Klaus glared and picked up his pace towards you guys. Elijah sped in front of him, flipping him over onto the ground when he held up an arm about to throw the first punch.
Rebekah was about to run away with you before Elijah came crashing into her, knocked out by Klaus's doing. Before she had time to react she dropped you and Klaus pulled out a dagger from his pocket and stabbed it through Rebekahs heart. She paled and vains started showing all the way up until they stopped at her forehead. Klaus then pulled out another dagger and wasted no time to stab it in Elijah's heart aswell. Rebekah laid limply beside Elijah and you screamed, scared trying to get up but Klaus got to you before you and the chance to. He dragged you over to the chair he pulled out, sitting you down even though you were trying anything to get out of his grasp.
He pulled out a syringe and stuck the needle into your arm, injecting vervain into your system making you pass out. Klaus quickly chained you to the chair and took his siblings down to the basement, locking them in there until he got the stake back. He couldn't waste his chances, even though they were daggered.
You woke up to see Klaus in front of you reading a really old, torn up book. Once he realized you were awake he put the book to the side and walked over to where you were chained to the chair. You tried pulling at the chains but it didn't work, you also noticed some dried blood on your arm.
"Now that your awake, before I offer bargain you for it do you know anything about a white oak stake?" Klaus asked you, looking deep into your eyes to make sure your not going to lie to him.
"N-no. What dat?" You asked him and tears started to stream down your face again.
"I'm going to ask you one more time. Do you know anything about the white oak stake and where it is?" He compelled you this time.
"N-no! What is white o-oak s'ake?" You shrieked out and this time he didn't talk back to you.
Instead he got back up from crouching down in front of you and flipped over a table, mad at your answer. Soon enough he left the room and came back with a grey duffle bag in hand. He sat it down on one of the couches and pulled out a pair of gloves, putting them on. After he pulled two jars, one of them having the same verevain like the ones in the syringes and the other filled with the plant, some of them a bit off colored from being in the jar for some time. He opened the one with the plants and pulled one out, closing the jar lid afterwards.
Slowly inching the plant toward your cheek, you quivered with fear. Finally he pressed the vervain against your face and you screamed, painfully as it was burning your skin. He kept that up until most of your face has burn marks. Once he removed the plant from your face he placed it onto a napkin beside him. He reached over to the other jar which was way bigger than the other one and opened it up. He stuck one of his gloved hands inside and pulled it back out, setting the jar on the coffee table. Then brought the gloved hand shakes with vervain to his other hand to make sure he had enough on both.
While he was doing so Klaus was wondering where Kol was since he would've heard your screaming, probably wanting to help him with this. In the end he just suspects that he left the house after Elijah told him to leave the room earlier.
Klaus brought his hands over to you and wrapped them around your arms, making you scream even louder than the last, each time he did so. Doing the same thing over and over until the jar was empty and at some points of your arms were bleeding. They eventually healed but there's was a bunch if dried blood littered on your arms and your face now.
As it was later now, and you were at a very thin line of passing out from the torture and sleepiness, Klaus stopped and put everything back into the duffle. He came back into the room with something hidden behind his back.
"Now when you got here, you had this in your arms, I am going to give this back to you, because it would be a waste of space in the garbage bin. Maybe tomorrow you'll be more cooperative and I might make a deal with your brothers to give you back to them" he said and placed the teddy bear on your lap.
Whe he was out of sight, you smiled seeing your teddy bear was alright. You probably shouldn't be happy but its the most you've been in the past hours.
It has been like 6-7 hours since then and everyone is asleep except for you. Your quietly trying to break free from the chains. By that your wiggling your wrist from the hold, since they were really small and eve though the chains were tied tight, they couldnt be that close or else they would've just snapped in half while Klaus was tying them.
You finally got one written free from the chains and shortly after you got the other free. It took a bit of time to undo the chains wrapped around your stomach and ankles but you manged eventually.
You got off the chair and picked up your teddy bear since it fell onto the ground. Now your quietly and slowly looking around for an exit out of this place.
While you were looking for an exit your brothers and everyone else is still awake, worried about you. It's five thirty am now.
All of them are still at the boarding house, thinking of ways to get you back. No one could sleep, they tried and nothing worked. Even though mostly all of them just met you they care about you a lot.
"Okay, so the first thing we need to figure out is where Klaus took y/n....Elena have you heard anything from Elijah?" Stefan asked.
"No, but I have a feeling that Elijah found them but Klaus did something to him before he could contact back. Everything I call him it goes to voice-mail" Elena sighed.
"Well it's too late now to do anymore searching we can try in the morning, well when people are actually up and outside" Alaric said.
"That'll have to work I guess but you guys have school and you can't exactly get out of it since it would look too suspicious" Damon said, pointing towards everyone including Ric. Except for Katherine.
"Wait do you guys have a tracker on her?" Katherine asked.
"No" Stefan and Damon answered at the same time.
"Worth a shot" Katherine said and slumped back down on the couch again.
You found a way out and made no noise whatsoever. Now your running down a road and after 10 minutes at vampire speed you saw the Mystic Falls sign. You smiled and started to walk instead of run because you used a lot of energy and haven't had any food or blood in a very long time.
While you were walking you tried to see if you could spot anybody that you could feed from but there was absolutely no one anywhere. Yet you still kept walking, wanting to make your way back to your brothers and everyone else you grew to liking.
It has been almost an hour and your not close to town but you can't stand anymore. So you went to the closest hiding and shelter spot so no one could see you and fell asleep quickly with your teddy wrapped in both arms.
It's now light outside again and you woke up, hearing a lot of birds cawing and chirping. After sleeping you got more energy and stood up. You started to run at vampire speed again. When you stopped your finally at a place you semi remember from before, a bunch of houses but you knew where you were. Starting to walk normaly because people could see you, the high school came into view. You started to run at normal pace into the school grounds, hoping that you could find Stefan or someone you knew there.
Some of the teenagers were looking at your burn marks but didn't say anything about them, just staring. Some wondering what a little kid was doing there but didn't exactly really care as to why.
Finally you saw someone you knew and ran over to him. "Jer!" You called, arent able to pronounce his full name.
"y/n?!" He picked you up immediately and you wrapped your arms around his neck, hugging him.
The two friends he was talking to looked at him weirdly wondering how he knew you. But he just glared back at them, resulting to them walking away. By now it's lunch time.
"What happened to you?" Jeremy asked concerned, seeing burn marks throughout your arms and face.
You shook your head, scared to say anything about what happened. "It's okay, you don't have to say anything right now. How about we go find Stefan" He said.
"Stefy!" You nodded your head fast.
"Alright, let's go" he started to walk to the courtyard outside and saw everyone there except for Alaric. (Damon and Katherine obviously not there).
Caroline was the first to notice. "Jeremy! Where did you find her!?" She said, getting everyone to face towards the two of you.
"She came running up to me in the hallways" Jeremy answered quickly.
As soon as you saw Stefan you reached out grabby hands for him. He came over and got you into his arms hugging you tightly. "Stefy!" You exclaimed and started to cry again.
"Hey, hey its going to be okay, just calm down sweetie" Stefan said softly and started to lightly bounce you up and down, soothing you into sleep. He held you close to his chest with one hand on the back of your head and the other one supporting you. He kissed the top of your head. All the girls held back their awws at how soft Stefan is with you at this moment.
Once you fell asleep everyone started to talk in hushed tones. "Bonnie can you let Alaric know that we have y/n and are going back to my house with her, then meet us back at our cars" Stefan whispered.
Bonnie nodded and started to jog back into the school over to Alarics classroom to tell him. While she was doing so everyone else started to walk to their cars and got in, waiting for Bonnie which didn't take long. You were still in Stefan's arms while Elena was driving.
They then headed back to the boarding house to where Damon and Katherie are.
Imagine: beer pong with Klaus
Tumblr media
You look at yourself in the mirror and sighed, oh how much you hate school dances but you had no choice. Your best friend , Caroline was the reason why you were going, if it was for her you'll be sitting at home and watching Bones. Wondering who was the murderer but sadly you have to go to that stupid dance.
A ring was heard, you quickly went into your room to fetch the phone and see who is it. It was a text from Damon, you had a sick feeling that Damon was going to ask you for a favor.
(Third p.o.v )
She huffed and toss her phone on the bed then goes back to the bathroom she fixes her make up then grabs her keys from her desktop. She heads off to the school, as she arrived to the parking lot she heard a screaming of annoyance. She quickly dashes to where the screaming was coming from. When she got inside the gym, she sighed in relief.
"Caroline! What's wrong?" She said as she reaches to the gym. A smile began to appear on her face but she had to cover it up and be a good friend.
"Oh! No! The gym is ruined and all the hard work we did." She said trying to sound convincing. Caroline looked at her and gave her a glare, then reply "Who would do such a thing?"
"I don't know. But what are we going to do."
"We can have it at my house. My mother won't mind." Someone suggested
Both of the girls turn around to notice it was Tyler, Caroline smiles and says" Really! "
"Yes"he assures her, a bunch of squeals slip out of mouth and Y/n huffed out of annoyance. She thought she could get away and not go.
"Okay! I'll see you at his. I need to do some touch ups." Caroline said and waves good bye.
Y/n turns to Tyler and punches him on his shoulder then murmurs "Good job! Dimwit, now I have to go."
_______
Y/n parks her car in front of the Lockwood Mansion, she was amazed on how Tyler could fix up a party in seconds. She walks to the door, the door opens up immediately to see the mighty Klaus standing with that annoying smirk of his.
"Lovely seeing you here." He shows his signature smirk.
Y/n rolls her eyes and retorts "I wish I could say the same." She walks pass him.
"Come on, love. Don't be mean."
She ignores him and walks to where everyone is, she notice Damon was giving off instructions to everyone. He turn to look at you and said "you go distract Klaus."
"Why do I have to distract Klaus?" She asked.
"Because you look fuckable and he has a thing for you." Damon said
She huffed in annoyance and hears the rest of the plan.
______
Y/n goes to the bathroom to do some touch ups on her makeup and fix her hair to look presentable. She walks out of the bathroom, began her search for Klaus. She notices him playing beer pong with his hybrids. As she has her phone on hand, she felt a vibration; she picked it up and saw there was a text from Damon. He was telling her not to fuck up his plan. Y/n made a face of annoyance and turn off her phone. She walk towards where Klaus is at, one of the waiters that was walking around handing people glass of wine or any other   alcoholic beverages. She picks one up from the trays and swirls the liquid around the cup. She brings the rim of the cup to her lips and takes a sip, while she sees at Klaus. As he felt her eyes piercing his skull, he looks up and give her a smile. He makes a gesture for her to join him, Y/N shakes her head no and gives a small wave. As she was about to leave, Klaus takes a hold of her wrist and pulls her towards him. He leans closely to her and whispers" Lets play."
"I have to tell you, Sir. I do not know how to play."
"I can teach you. Do not worry."
Y/n mouths an okay and walk towards the pong table, she places her hand on the edges of the table. Klaus turns to her and explains how the game goes. She gave him a nod and says excitedly  "Let's make this game interesting."
Klaus raised a brow and replied "How?"
She gave a soft smile and tells him"The loser has to be the slave for the winner, form at least two months."
Klaus had a shock expression but quickly smirk, then gave his famous smirk.
"Alright, love. Let's begin shall we."
_____
As both of you throw the plastic ball into the cups, it was a draw. A tie, but there has to be a tiebreaker to end this game. Therefore, the loser could pay the price.
"Last round, love." Klaus announced excited.
Y/n scoffed and brush her bangs away from her face, "Aww, do not worry nikkiepoo. I am going to win."
"As they say may the odds be at your favor."
As she aim the ball to go inside the cup, sadly, the ball did not went in. She cursed and slammed her hands on the table, while Klaus smiled. He knew that he won, even though he aim the ball to her cup and successfully made it in. He walks up to Y/n with a big smile on his face and says,"Well, loser. As my personal slave, I order you go on a date with me."
Baby i cant swim!!
Tumblr media
Summary : The original family decide to spend a relaxed day in their backyard around the pool. Unfortunately for you however, you forgot to mention you didn't knew how to swim.
Tumblr media
Today, differently that their usual movemented and kaotic lifestyle, the mikaelson had opted for a more relaxing evening in their backyard. It was sunny and pretty hot outside so the pool had seemed like a pretty good idea for all of them.
Well, all of them you none included.
The pool was the last place on earth that you wanted to be at. Water was terrifying for you, lakes, pool or beaches were your worst nightmare as a child. You hated how unpredictable it could be and how dangerous it was for someone that never got to learn how to swim like you.
Their was just no way In your right mind that you would accept to go.
Well that's what you thought before Elijah came up to you and literally pleaded for your presence...God he was just such a good negotiator and well, you just couldn't refuse him anything.
Y/n darling, please do an effort for me my love, it's going to be the first time in ages that Rebecca and Niklaus won't be causing any trouble. Just a peacefull and relaxing evening with the family. You don't even need to go for a swim if you don't want to, you can stay in my arms and take a bit of sun. Its going to be fun I promise.
Elijah said with his sweet and terribly attractive accent that you love so much. He was standing in front of you, his arms circled around your waist securely and a dashing smile on his lips.
You rolled your eyes at the sight of him and how unbelievably perfect he was and just let your head fall on his chest with a groan.
I hate you...
You whispered soundlessly before sighing and laying a gentle kiss on his neck. You both knew those words were a lie. You, in fact, loved Elijah way too much for your own good and that's why you felt exasperated of yourself sometimes.
Your boyfriend let out a gentle Lough as you spoke and groan, he really couldn't believe how adorable you really was sometime. As he kept smiling, the original took your chin between his fingers and brought your eyes back to his. Then, with all the sweetness in the world he kissed your lips and caressed your cheek.
Now darling we both know this is a lie hum.
He said smugly into your ear as his lips moved to your neck to kiss and bite on it.
A little moan escape your mouth when he did indeed bite you gently and a blush spread all over your face when his eyes met yours again.
Mh, be a good girl now and go get changed darling, I don't want to let Rebecca and Klaus alone for to long, you know how childish they can get sometimes.
You couldn't find it in you to argue with him at the moment. Your mind was all fuzzy and you felt like an innocent little girl when he spoke to you like this. Therefore, you just nod and left Elijah to wait for you on the bed, while you went to get your bikini on.
While you changed, you tried to keep thinking about being in Elijah's arms in security, away from the scary water. It felt a bit reassuring to be honest, to know he would stay with you all along and keep you safe. None the less, their still was a side of you that was scared and uncertain about all of this. What if something happened and you ended up in the pool...
No, you just had to keep your mind away from those thoughts. So with those ideas pushed away from your immediate concerns, you finished getting dressed in your cute black bikini. Then, when finally ready, you got back to Elijah's side with a cute smile on.
I'm ready Lijah, let's go.
You said with your soft innocent voice before taking his hand in your and blushing a bit at his gaze traveling all over your curves.
You look so damn beautiful my love...
Elijah whispers while laying a kiss to your cheek and smiling lovingly.
Thank you Eli.
You replied before the both of you headed outside in the huge mansion backyard.
As you finally arrived close to the pool, you saw Rebecca and Klaus water splashing each other in the it. An amused smirk crept on your features at it, god they were such children really. It was adorable thought, you couldn't say otherwise.
More and more that you got closer to the water, the further you pushed yourself against Elijah. Your breathing got a bit shaky and your eyes showed a bit of fear as it goes. You never told your boyfriend about your fear frankly. He just thought you didn't liked pools or else, Elijah never really questioned it.
So the original just didn't realised your reaction to it. Beside, his attention gor captured by Niklaus voice speaking up to the both of you.
Oh look at that Rebecca, our two lovebirds finally decided to grant us the pleasure of their presence.
Niklaus said with his cocky like voice and expression before he chuckled amused.
Rebecca on her side smiled brightly, seemingly quite happy to finally see yourself and Elijah. Then, she spoke up to.
Well, it was about time, I thought you guys would never come.
You were to concentrated in staying the closest you could to Elijah to even war what she had to say. Luckily for you thought, Elijah was there to speak.
Sorry dear sister, y/n took quite a lot of convincing to come out but here we are now.
Elijah finished to say before looking at your feature. He frowned when he saw your expression, now realizing that you seemed scared.
Darling are you alright?
He asked worried before delicately kissing your cheek and playing with your hair in a calming manner.
You took a long breath then, feeling nervous before meeting his gaze and nodding warmly.
I hum, yes...yes I'm fine love, can we... can we just go sit on the chair Lijah? You asked weakly while pointing at the lounge chair situated not so far away from were you both stood.
Your boyfriend that still looked quite worried, just shook his head gently before humming in unbelief. Then, swiftly Elijah lift you up into his arms like a little girl and walked you both to where you wanted to be.
You hugged your body to his the second he picked you up, looping your arms around his neck securely.
After that, you placed your head on his shoulder to breath him in just in time for Elijah to gently sit you both down on the chair.
There sweetheart, you feeling better?
Elijah's loving and caring voice demand to you as he continued to play with your hair delicately.
Your back was facing the pool while you sat in Elijah's lap. It was making thing much easier for you to feel safer and forget their was actually a reason to be scared. You looked into his eyes and nod reassuringly to him, then you kissed his lips. It was a quick peck but it felt good and loving none the less.
After you parted from one another, you smiled at your man and just let your head fall back on his chest. It felt right and calming surprisingly considering where you were. Soon enough, you found yourself completely at ease and relaxed.
Until...well until you felt someone rapidly grabbing you away from Elijah's arms.
You panicked and your mind went blanc the second you felt a wet body against your back.
You heard Elijah's serious and hard voice calling Niklaus name, asking him to put you down but it was already to late. You struggled a bit and tried to tell him you couldn't swim but before you could finish your sentences, the hybrid trow you into the pool. Niklaus only did it for fun, not knowing you actually couldn't swim but soon he saw you struggling to stay out of the water and his eyes opened wide.
Oh fuck she can't swim.
To be honest, you didn't really keep track of what was happening around since you just tried with all your might to keep your head out of the water.
By chance, you didn't had to wait for rescue very long since Elijah jumped after you the very second he saw you didn't knew how to swim. His strong arms wrapped themself around you as he reached your side, making sure to keep your head out of the water. Has fast that he could manage, your vampire dragged you out of the pool then proceeded to lay you down on the ground safely. His perfect body towered over yours, looking at you to make sure you were fine and that their wasn't any apparent injury on your body. His feature showed worry and a bit of panic that you felt responsible for.
Angel are you ok?!
The first thing you did as you finally reach land was to caugh up all the water you had in your throat that was keeping you from breathing properly.
Then, when you finally got it out, you took many rushed breath and tried to get your body back to its normal beat. You struggled to do so at first but after a little while you manage to get it under control. Your eyes found Elijah's a little after coming back to your senses, finally able to concentrate on something else that your survival. That's when you took in his appearance on top of you. He was completely drenched, his dark brown hair were undone by the water and his perfectly cut suit was soaking wet. He had jumped in to save you, not caring at all about anything else. Your knight in shining armor you thought.
I'm ok Lijah...it's fine I'm not hurt. You got me out just in time luckily.
You ushered to him with a weak and soft voice before delicately reaching up to cup his cheek with your hand.
Elijah reached toward your touch and let a shaky breath out of his lips as your fingers caressed his skin. You knew he was very mad at Niklaus right now because he endangered you and came really close to killing you. He was so protective of you and even if you were yourself quite mad at the hybrid. Only a look in his direction was telling you he was regretting his actions quite badly.
I'm so sorry y/n I didn't know you couldn't swim...it was just for fun, I would have never done that if I knew. Klaus said with an apologetic voice and an expression of pure regret on his feature. Your eyes found his and you nod before turning your gaze back to Elijah. You continued to caress his cheek before you brought your face closer to his and kissed his cheek.
Elijah darling It's ok, he wasn't even aware that I couldn't swim and he didn't wanted to cause me pain in the first place. I'm fine right here in yours arms. Let's just head inside ok, we need to get change.
Elijah's eyes were so dark as you spoke to him. He was so mad and he wanted to make Klaus regret his gesture. Nonetheless, you didn't wanted to cause more problem after what happen. Their was no need for the two brother to get mad at each other. It would only cause more injury and problems. Therefore, you felt quite relieved when you saw Elijah getting calmer after your words. Your original seemed to be a bit more appeased now that you told him you were fine. He just needed to be with you alone now, to take care of his princess and keep her safe in his arms. So with that in mind, Elijah picked you up in his arms before walking straight to the house without an other look at his siblings.
With his vampire speed, Elijah got you both quickly in your shared bedroom. When you stood in it, your vampire gently sat you down on the bed before vamping away from you again to get towels and dry cloths. It took seconds before he was back in front of you and started untying your bikini top from your body. Your respiration accelerated as the tissue fell on the floor, leaving you topless in front of him. Your cheeks redden and your eyes followed his hand as he carried on with his task, delicately withdrawing your bikini bottom from you seconds later. Now that you stood completely naked and pretty in front of him, Elijah's brown eyes shined when looking at you. His strong hand that felt rough yet quite good against your skin, sent shivers along your spine and made your body tremble slightly. Your eyes met Elijah's then, he had an handsome smirk on his lips and a desire lurking on his feature. The only sight of it causing a cute whimper to leave your lips followed by his name said in a muffle plea.
Elijah's eyes came back up to yours when he heard you, feeling the desire pouring out of your voice. His expression was soft and sweet as he look at you, the love he was feeling practically overflowing. You just looked so adorable in front of him with droplet of water cascading down your body like paint on a virgin canvas. It was nearly to much for him to handle...nearly.
Shhh...it's ok baby girl, daddy is just going to dry you up before getting you dressed and comfy ok.
Elijah said with a warm voice before he kissed your forehead and grabbed the towel aside of himself.
You didn't say a single words of objection to what he just asserted to you after speaking. You felt quite content just with your daddy's attention directed on you. His hand with the towel now In possession, started to dry you out, beginning by your shoulders, your chest and belly. Elijah then continued his path to finally come to an end at your pretty feat. When he was done, your vampire smiled brightly at you and softly caressed your cheek with his hand.
There sweetheart, better isn't it?
You bite your lips at how handsome and perfect he was there in front of you before nodding cutely as an answer. After doing so, your eyes met Elijah's with a bit of playfulness in them. An idea crossed your mind and in a swift movement, you got away from your man and hurried to get under the bed huge covers.
Elijah barely had the time to understand what happened before he saw you move and hide. A smile crept on his lips then and he chuckled at how childish you were acting. God, you were just so precious he thought as he gently started to unbutton his suit. It was rather uncomfortable when soaking with water and since you wanted to play like this, he figure he'd better get comfy too. Consequently to this, Elijah hurriedly finished undressing himself before parching his body out with the towel. Thereafter finishing this task, your original vampire made his way to his dresser and put on some new boxers and a T-shirt.
Now that he was ready, Elijah got back to your side and gently slipped under the covers with you.
At first, you got a bit startled since you didn't anticipate his body to come against yours so suddenly. Yet, as you felt Elijah's lips kissing the nape of your neck, an happy sight left your lips and your body rapidly relaxed against his.
You gently let your head fall on his chest as you closed your eyes. The day has been exceptionally hard on you and now that you were in Elijah's arms securely, you just felt good.
Daddy...I'm sorry for not telling you I couldn't swim. It was my fault.
You said to him with a soft and weak voice as you tried to get even closer to him. Elijah that on his side was just trying to enjoy being with you, stayed speechless at your words. For him, there was simply no way that you caused what happen. It was exclusively Niklaus's fault for throwing you into the water. With one of his hands, Elijah started doing sweet patterns on your back as he breath you in. His lips on their side manage to go find yours and he sweetly kissed your thoughts away. It felt like seconds for you because all you wanted was never to stop. Yet, it lasted way longer. Long enough, to create a need in you for air as you parted.
My perfect princess, I don't want to hear any blame directed toward you. Klaus is the only one that deserves to receive those and you shouldn't even think about what happened anymore. I could have lost you, never again. You are way too precious for me to lose.
Elijah finished saying with a voice that was dripping with love and affection for you. His grip around your waist tightens after that, resenting the strong need to have you as close to him as possible.
You didn't say a word after those he said. It was just you and him in a comfortable silence that was gradually shooting you to sleep. Your body was starting to feel heavier and your eye to close by themselves. That, no matter how much you desired to look at Elijah forever. After a little bit, you just ceased to resist the pull of slumber, and whispered three sweet little words into Elijah's chest before falling asleep.
Good night daddy~
Good night my sweet little angel, you are safe now, ill protect you from the world...i promise.
Elijah said in a whisper, more for him than for you to hear. He gently laid a kiss on her cheek before finally letting go and falling asleep with his little girl.
Deadpool and Wolverine Thoughts (spoiler-free)
Okay, so I just saw Deadpool and Wolverine yesterday (no spoilers, don’t worry.) I think I liked the second movie best out of the trilogy but that’s not what I wanted to talk about. I’ve been thinking about the team up and it made me consider who ELSE Deadpool could work with. As usual, my mind immediately went to the Umbrella Academy and asked this question: which sibling would get along best with Deadpool?
Luther: I think his sense of justice/morality would keep him from liking Deadpool, but they would bond over the abnormalities of their bodies. (Although he’d definitely refer to Luther as a furry.)
Diego: Deadpool would like his use of knives and spandex (I can already HEAR the off-color jokes.) Plus, how Diego beats up Christopher in s3 (who’s your daddy?) is right up his alley.
Allison: he’d probably like her ruthlessness but she’d 100% rumor him to shut up within the first minute.
Klaus: I don’t really know what their overlapping trait would be except maybe a similar sense of humor? But Deadpool is way more lewd than Klaus is.
Five: Deadpool would definitely like him during his murder-rages (like when he kills the commission board), but I think on the whole Five tries to be too diplomatic for him.
Ben: there would definitely be more off-color jokes about his bentacles. But Ben is maybe too serious for him? Idk.
Viktor: another one I don’t really know. Would Deadpool like how powerful he is? Or would he resent Viktor’s importance in his timeline (being the key factor to ending the world multiple times)? Also, Viktor’s first instinct is to use his powers to protect, not hurt, so…
I’m not an x-man fan (just a marvel one), so I might’ve missed some things. What do you guys think?
Some Invisible String
Tumblr media
Ever since the news of Klaus' death reached her, Y/n's heart remained shattered as she happily accepted the sole purpose of her immortal life to be mourning her love. But then a looming shadow out of the Mystic Grill catches her attention and to whom is it that some invisible string had tied to her for centuries?
Warnings - a lot of grief in the beginning but it ends happily I swear!
Word Count - 1.9k
Masterlist | please reblog the fic if you like it!
And part two to 'Should've known' is here!! I don't know how the hell did I manage to involve the song Invisible String into this, but it's turned out to be quite cute in my opinion, so I hope you like it as well <3
Tumblr media
Y/n lived on to live a life as merely a withered shell of who she used to be. That new vampire girl who had found solace in Klaus’s human arms and in art, the one who had just begun falling back in love with life was long gone, stripped off of Y/n as if she’d been skinned alive.
Doing anything sent a heartstopping wave of hurt rippling through her flesh and bones. When she breathed it felt like air burned her lungs and tried to strangle her heart, leaving her mouth as she'd wake up gasping for it to return back inside and finish the job.
Tears pricked her eyes each night, her sniffles blocking out the air making her throat feel like it was being ripped out, her lungs and heart as if they were collapsing. That’d be, until she’d finally fall into that peaceful slumber in which she’d always return to lay in Klaus’ arms after being torutured by the grief that consumed her wholly.
So wholly that her sole purpose for the immortal life ahead of her felt like it was to mourn and grieve her love. Something that she’d been willing to do just to preserve her love for him, for always and forever.
But living in a world that took birth, grew old and then died, Y/n could go anywhere she wanted, anywhere but home to Klaus. She was left with no other option than to just flee before she could even mistakenly call a place her home.
It had been three hundred years. Three hundred years of restless nights, lifeless days and a heartless blood thirst that had her leaving a trail of blood behind on her move. So many years spent hiding her face beneath cloak-hoods, running into other supernatural creatures who were immediately frightened by her post in the vampire chart, and running away from the stupidly careless killers who couldn’t wrap their heads around the fact that were she to die, every single vampire would end up dead too.
It was rare for her to lose her patience, but it happened nonetheless – on the nights that she wanted to be wanted, to be loved and to be held so desperately that she couldn’t bear sight of a beating heart that was caged in the warmth of another’s safe hands.
No matter where she went, she couldn’t forget about him. It had taken her a while to realise that she didn’t want to forget him,  but in the meantime that she hadn’t, she had turned away from everything else that she loved. From art, to history. Everything.
She avoided all of her dark red dresses as they reminded her of him never once failing to tell her how much he loved the colour on her, so much so that he’d bring that colour to her face while he’d slowly slip the dress off of her. So gentle was his heart that he even loved the crimson red that would slip out of the corners of her mouth when she’d feed, either off of him or anyone else – the way he’d wipe it off for her, and kiss her on the very same lips made her heart race to the point that she felt like she might just die from his touch.
On letting another hand graze her frame, she couldn’t help but stop it before things could escalate because her heart couldn’t let her mind to just let go for a little. Looks of disappointment and calls of slurs would be thrown at her by betrayed men, smirks or sympathetic looks passed to her by women who were witnesses to the assault.
Despite the cunning shards of her broken heart cutting her on the insides, she woke up every day and went outside to explore, just so that she could tell Klaus about it on starry nights, which were getting rarer and rarer in some places, Y/n had realised.
Just like every other morning since the past fifty or so years, she woke up and got decent before leaving her house. This day, she was walking the streets of Mystic falls, a small town that might’ve been attracting a little too much trouble than it can handle. And it was always the teenage girl with two vampires brooding over her who seemed to be the main magnetic pull, taking everyone who loved her with her into the dark pit that she’d dug herself.
Strolling inside the Mystic Grill, Y/n looked around and her eyes quickly met with the raven-haired man’s, who waved at her like he was a Villain going around toying with people like his puppets. It made her chuckle but despite that, she walked over to him and sat on one of the bar stools beside him.
“One Old fashioned please,” she told the bartender before turning to face him with a smile on her face. “So Damon, got another deal to make this morning?” She teased him, smirking once he was rolling his eyes.
“You know me so well,” with a sarcastic smile, Damon downed the rest of his drink. “And yes, I have got one,” he admitted, still.
Since she’d set foot in this town, the whiny group that consisted of him and his friends had been breathing down her neck, trying to strike a deal with her left right and centre as if she was going to say yes just out of pure annoyance.
And they should’ve caught by now, the fact that she wasn’t one to lose patience over such lousy things but she didn’t mind the constant bother, it kept her busy and a little entertainer, dare she say.
She would even sit with them in their boarding house and point out the unimaginably huge plot holes in their plans that led Damon to slam her into a wall with his hand around her neck. “You make one for her if you’re so clever, then,” he’d snarl and before he could let her go, she’d have smashed his face right into the wall she’d been pinned to.
“How stupid do you have to be to make such mistakes is beyond me,” she’d sighed. “One of these days you’re going to get your heart bloody ripped out,” she almost advised him, narrowing her eyes when he rolled his, holding his head in pain.
But still, because she’d crashed into people who were somewhat similar to her and didn’t need to hide from, she found herself wanting to stay a little longer, maybe she was finally going to let it rest and begin picking up the pieces of her broken heart. She doubted she was ever going to be able to put it back together, but at least she would have them picked up.
“What is it?” She asked Damon, knowing that even he knew that it’d be rejected the moment he’d spill it.
“We are going to kill Katherin…” Damon trailed off, not even meeting her eyes because despite the fact that he’d convinced everyone back at the house, he knew that this was nothing but a dire call for a mess out of stupidity.
They sat in there for a while, Y/n pointing out mistakes and Damon glaring at her before fixing the hole and moving on. The time had quickly escaped them and as their conversation neared an end, a strong force of gravity began pulling her heart down into her stomach, knowing that the restless night was finally creeping up on her, all over again.
She hugged him quite awkwardly because of Damon’s disdain regarding touch, and walked behind him as they exited the place. The sun had begun setting, causing the anxiousness inside Y/n to begin eating away at her for the night. “I hope I won’t have to see you tomorrow, you exhaust my brain,” Y/n mumbled, fishing out her car keys.
“Oh c’mon, you know my stupidity will kill me,” he repeated her words, making her roll her eyes with a grin forming on her face. Biding their goodbyes, Damon crossed the road to walk home while Y/n went to her right, towards her car.
And it was then when she noticed a dark figure looming in the shadows, making her clutch her keys tighter. God, she truly wasn’t in the mood to kill today.
“And you are?” She asked, still at the very distance that she’d stalled at, her vamp-instincts buzzing underneath her skin, preparing her to defend herself from a possible attack and to kill the darer.
The man walked out of the shadows then, the streetlight shining down on him. He slowly raised his gaze but when it landed on her face, all arrogance and smugness dropped down from his face as he felt his breathing come to an abrupt stop.
Y/n knew she most likely had the same expression on her face as the man standing in front of her, and she began taking hindering and wobbly steps towards him. “Is that you, Nik?” She breathed, her whisper loud enough to be caught by his mystical hearing.
When he didn’t move an inch, her hand frantically moved to place itself on his neck. “Niklaus?” She called louder this time, bringing him out of his trance as a sudden rush of air hit his lungs.
“Y/n,” he whispered, his hand coming to hold hers and in whoosh they had their arms wrapped so tightly around each other that it was a surprise not a bone had cracked. Klaus’ body immediately came to rest as it remembered this feeling to be the very same as when Y/n used to hold him, back in the days.
Klaus was really here and she was in his arms, and he was holding onto her with just as much desperation as she was.
She brought herself away from his neck, tears leaking out of her eyes as she scanned his face. “How?” Her question came out in a breath that Klaus immediately sucked in, pressing his lips to hers.
Passion coursed through their bodies as Y/n’s body moulded itself around Klaus’ to grasp at every scrap of touch it could find. Her hands clutched the collars of his jacket, pulling him impossibly closer to herself while she pushed herself into him, her nose smushing against his cheek.
And Klaus’s shoulders were bunched up beside his neck as his hands cupped her cheeks, holding her still as his tongue clashed with hers, eager to claim back what's been his for a long time.
To catch their breaths, they broke the kiss but Klaus made sure he was still holding her and he looked into her eyes when she rested her forehead against his’.
“It was your blood,” Klaus smiled at her, watching something light up within her eyes on realisation.
“I’ve spent all these years looking for you,” he continued, pressing a quick kiss on her mouth. “It was as if there was some invisible string, tying me to you,” he looked at her so softly with tears reddening his eyes that Y/n couldn’t help but let slip a broken sob, her face wet with her own tears.
“Isn’t it so pretty to think?” She asked him, voice barely above a whisper as her mouth brushed against his when she spoke. “That a single thread of gold tied me to you?”
hello, can you do a one-shot for soulmates au, where klaus and stefan are in the summer making hybrids and they go to ray's pack, and when they start to convert everyone klaus catches the scent of his soulmate and is surprised that she is an omega and notices that some wolves try to subdue her and klaus quickly takes care of them.
Tumblr media
Lovely little omega
Klaus stood looking proudly at the wolves as they all passed around a cup with Klaus’s blood and begrudgingly took a sip and awaited Stefan to snap their necks.
He breathed in deeply and went to let out a sigh of success but the scent that filled his senses caught him off guard.
His eyes darted around to where he saw a few of the waiting wolves huddled and exchanging harsh whispers and staring at something or someone.
Whatever it was, smelt positively delicious.
He pushed past the half dead almost hybrids and growled when he heard a gushing as the men turned to face Klaus and pushed someone behind them.
“Move. Now.” He commanded and watched them all hesitate but choose to remain stood in place. He narrowed his eyes and looked to Stefan who forcefully moved, borderline threw, them out of Klaus’s way to reveal the wolves secret.
Klaus stood frozen as the small girl that looked up at him with wide fearful eyes. A gold ring of colour flashing around her irises as he felt his own eyes do the same.
His wolf was starstruck and dead silent in his head which had his reaction time reduced and left him staring at her in wonder.
Thankfully she was better in contact with her wolf as she hadn’t had hers locked away and so her instincts immediately told her who he was to her.
She took an apprehensive step forward and wrapped both arms around his waist making his breath get caught in his throat. Her head rest against his chest making his heart run a thousand times a second. His wolf snapped back to reality and his hands were pulling her up his body to have a proper hold of her as quick as he could.
He growled as a few of the wolves began to grow angsty
“Look man, you get the whole pack but not her just put her down” one of them yelled while moving to grab ahold of her arm resulting in Klaus snapping his wrist and then his neck
“Shit okay, alright look you can’t turn an omega alright? She hasn’t even experienced her first heat alright? She isn’t ready” another stepped up and Klaus scowled and stroked her hair
“Stefan kill the lot of them, I’ll be over in the trees” Klaus mumbled dismissively and carried his new found omega mate away from her old pack.
He felt her nuzzling and sniffing his scent glad against his neck making his wolf pant with desire. Her soft little tongue licked right over his sensitive spot making him shudder and hold onto her tightly
“Now now sweetheart, I haven’t even heard your name” he chuckled and she whined. It being a full moon for an omega wolf was a big deal, her sensitivity was peaked and finding her mate who was one of the most powerful alpha wolves known to exist was driving her to insanity.
Her hands tugged at his henley like a needy baby and he hummed lowly as he put her down onto her feet. “Dainty little thing aren’t you puppy?” He murmured seeing the top of her head barely at his shoulders.
“Need alpha” she whined needly as her hands grabbed and pulled at him. His eyes flicked over her delicate frame a few times as she pressed all up against him
“My lovely little omega, I know you’re all hot and bothered tonight and I would love to have my hands all over you, but I won’t take advantage of your instincts darling.” He whispered trying his very best to hold everything he wanted to do to her in his mind. She was his mate, his prized possession not a toy for him to throw away in an hour.
But she didn’t understand him. Wasn’t his wolf going as crazy as hers? Was she not desirable enough? All of the wolves in her pack had wanted her, needed the touch of an omega every since she were a child the wolves treated her as though she were their darling pet. Never really treated as a human but more a precious gem. She was used to it and didn’t understand why he wasn’t all over her.
“Please?” She whispered a little reluctantly, she frowned and took a little step back “do you…not feel it?” She asked, a twinge of hurt in her voice making his eyes widen and his head switch between nodding and shaking
“I do love, definitely do. But you’re a delicate little angel and I would hurt you” he argues “besides it’s the full moon sweetheart, you’ll be in your sweet puppy form within hours if not sooner” he reminds and she tilts her head
“So?” She asked confused and he blinked surprised “you’re a wolf too right?” She asked sniffing him a little more to make sure she had got his hybrid scent right.
“Ye-yeah I just, you mean you would…in your wolf form? Love who have you let touch your pretty figure?” He questioned while his hands dropped to her hips and pulled her to him, not liking the thought of another touching his mate.
She nods and happily stood with her front against his “well Ray was my alpha so-“ an instant growl cut her off and had her wolf falling into an immediate obedience and silencing her for him. “I’m…I’m sorry” she whispered “I didn’t know that I wasn’t allowed”
“It’s not your fault darling omega” he murmured while holding her closer “I will ensure that sorry excuse of a man is dead as soon as possible. From now onwards you are mine and only mine, are we clear sweetheart? No more wolves get close to you, not sniffing those mutts, you get hungry, sleepy, you need or want for anything at all and you come straight to me okay? I’m your alpha, just yours forever, yes?” He spoke clear and relatively slow to insure she took in all information.
“Promise” she whispered and he smiled
“Now what’s your name princess?” He hummed watching as a bright blush spread over her cheeks
“Y/n” she whispered and he grinned
“Perfect, do you know who I am?” He asked gently
“The hybrid” she stated like it were obvious and he smirked a little bit
“Not quite my name sweetheart but close enough. You may call me Klaus or just keep calling me Alpha” he growled pleasantly and she nuzzled into his chest again with a pure rolling through her. He stroked her hair gently and hummed
“Will you be with me to turn alpha?” She asked and he let out a breath
“Of course I will my omega” he smiled and she snuggled him closer making him sigh in contentment. “And I will stay forever after that”
“You promise?”
“I give you my word”
(Ngl ran out of my creativity half way through 😭)
Modern Highschool!Klaus M.
Warning:Smut in every chapter after this one
Tumblr media
She was the only person in the school besides his family who gave him the time of day, let alone treated him with any kindness, even his siblings struggled with that half the time. She was one of the few popular girls who wasn't a bitch to all of the kids around her and he admired that about her, ever since the day she first spoke to him he hadn't been able to get her off of his mind and even he knew he was a little obsessed.
The first time she talked to him she was commenting on his painting. She had been sent to the classroom to drop something off to the teacher and as she went to leave she walked passed Klaus, seeing his painting. It was a beautiful, dark night sky and she was in love with it immediately.
'Wow. That is beautiful!' He was startled by her voice, usually completely focused when he paints which makes hearing other people a complication, though people don't usually talk to him so it's not often a problem. When he turned to see her he recognized her instantly, who wouldn't? She was one of the most popular girls in the school, though she wasn't completely cruel to those around her. Her boyfriend however, James, was an asshole who had abused Klaus both physically and verbally on many occasions, both that she knew nothing about that. He had never really looked at her before but now that he was his hands were practically itching to sketch those gorgeous eyes of hers.
He realized he had been staring at her a little longer than was humanly acceptable so he immediately stumbled over his words to say something. Anything! 'Thank you.' Thank you? Thank you?! That's all he has? He's pathetic!
'It amazes me that people can paint like that. I can't even draw stick figures.' She leaned closer to get a better look at his painting and he was overcome with her scent, inhaling as subtly as he could when he realized how Wonderful her smell is. Mango and Pomegranate? Along with something flowery that was just perfect and practically had him melting. He wanted to nuzzle his face into her neck and just take in her scent as deeply as he could. 'You're really talented Klaus.' He was instantly stunned. She knows his name? His name?! He was stunned but he surely didn't mean to say it out loud.
'You know my name?' He wanted to slap himself in the face.
'Of course I do. We've had 3 classes together since 9th grade. It's Niklaus, isn't it?' He nodded.
'Yeah, I know, it's a really weird name, I've heard it all before.' He joked but she didn't laugh.
'I don't think it's weird, I like it. My name is Y/n, how boring is that? Why would you want the same name as everyone else? It's unique.' She was sure of herself and he was touched that she liked anything about him, let alone something that he had been embarrassed by since he was 5.
'Thank you...I used to get teased about it by everyone, including my brothers. It's nice to know not everyone thinks it's stupid I guess.' She smiled and god damn if that smile didn't light up his whole world.
'I'm glad. I should go before my teacher thinks I ditched, I hope I get to see your painting when it's finished, it really is amazing. See you later, Nik.' With that she was gone and he was left there staring after her like some love sick puppy...which he absolutely was!
For the rest of the day Klaus could be found with his sketchbook in hand, drawing her beautiful eyes over and over again. He was obsessing over every little detail of her cute little nose and her full, kissable lips and by the time the last bell rang he had drawn her 4 times. He tucked the book into his bag and shoved his notebooks into his locker when he was suddenly shoved from behind, hands pushing him painfully into the locker before shutting the door behind him, laughter from 3 jocks outside for several moments before he could pull the latch and let himself out. That asshole had been abusing him since his first day of high school and now as a Junior the moron should be gone but he is, as he said, a moron and has been held back 3 times yet somehow still allowed to play football and to wrestle. How does a piece of shit like that get a girl like Y/n?
Over the next few weeks his crush grew into full blown obsession and even his brothers had noticed, the brothers he lived with who never notice anything! Kol teased him but he could be shut up pretty easily with a punch to the mouth, Elijah just warned his little brother of the risks of what he's doing. Though Elijah is in college now, he had been in the same class as James for years before the kid started getting held back and he knew very well that his little brother would get crushed if he pissed James off. Finn however just wanted details in the insane chance that Klaus actually got the girl into his bed, which Klaus found offensive. Finn was a dick when it came to women, everyone but his girlfriend Sage who had straightened him out when they started dating 2 years ago, though he was still a pig when it came to anyone else. If Klaus was lucky enough for Y/n to give him the time of day he would Never share details with anyone, especially his asshole older brother.
It was 3 weeks before Klaus spoke to Y/n again. He had finally gotten the painting graded and could take it home, and while he normally would take it home and hang it in his basement bedroom (a room his mother had fixed and given to him to make it easier for her son to avoid Mikael when he's angry or drunk), this time he had no intention of taking it home. He had been watching Y/n for weeks now and knew exactly where she was after school, walking outside and to the side of the building to see her with her Cheerleading friends. She was good friends with almost the entire squad despite never being a Cheerleader herself which Klaus almost thanked God for because if he had to see her in the halls every game day wearing one of those uniforms he would bust a nut in front of everyone multiple times a day. He took a deep breath and steadied himself, walking over and instantly having their undivided attention as he got close, none of these popular girls probably ever having been approached by a nerd of any kind. Klaus was an art nerd, meaning he spent all of his time in the art rooms, he wore dorky glasses sadly and he got incredible grades, he knew it and he was fine with it...most of the time. The only time he had a problem with it was lately because he knew a girl like Y/n (despite how kind she was) would never give him the time of day when it came to dating him.
'Are you lost, dork?' One of the Cheerleaders (that he had been teased by before) asked and he felt his face heat up, ready to just give up on this stupid idea when Y/n spoke up.
'Shut up Stacey! He hasn't even said a single word and you're already being a bitch!' She snapped and she stopped laughing, having the decency to look at least a little bit sorry. 'Hi Klaus. What's up?' He grinned, ecstatic that she was so receptive to him approaching her at all, let alone in front of her friends.
'I um...I just finished getting the painting graded and I remember you saying you wanted to see it when it was done?' Her eyes lit up and she smiled a beautiful grin that Klaus instantly knew he would be drawing later.
'Yes! I can't believe you remembered! Show me!' He turned the canvas around and allowed her to see it, letting her take it from him to inspect it closer, her friends now moving to see it as well. 'Klaus...this is incredible! You are so talented there aren't words for it! Isn't this amazing?' She asked her friends who all looked quite stunned by it.
'It is, it's really fucking good.'
'Truth. You have some serious talent. You should be in like, some special art school or something.'
'Brittany is right. You should be! Tell me you're going to some fancy art college after next year?' Y/n asked and he shrugged, blushing like crazy now.
'I'm going to apply to a few but they're really hard to get into, you know?' She nodded.
'Well I'm sure you'll get in, they would be crazy not to like this. I love it Klaus, really.' He nodded, smiling and not taking it from her when she went to hand it back.
'Good. Because it's yours.' All of them looked up at him in surprise, some of the girls giggling while another poked Y/n in the side, all of them walking away at this point to head to the football field for practice.
'Klaus...I can't accept this. You worked so hard on it, and don't you need it for like, your gallery or something to apply to schools?' He shook his head, smiling at her use of the word gallery.
'No, I have some photos of it for my art portfolio, I've been putting it together for years hoping to get out of this fucking town. I do hope I have a gallery of my own someday, but that's a long way off. Maybe someday when that happens, years and years off you'll let me borrow it to showcase, either way it's yours. I enjoyed how your eyes lit up when you saw it, no one has ever really been interested in my art work before besides my little sister, though I think that's just because she knows my family doesn't care much for my artwork.' Y/n looked saddened by that and he hated it immediately, never wanting to see her sweet face frowning.
'That's fucked up. Your family should be supporting you, especially when you're this good! Why don't they?' She seemed genuinely upset for him and it sent butterflies fluttering through his stomach.
'It's complicated I suppose, my mother had an affair and I'm not my fathers son, my relationship with my parents has been...complicated to say the least but you don't need to hear about that. My siblings just aren't into art, simple as that. My older brother Elijah is supportive, as much as he can be.' He didn't like the look of pity on her face as he told her this and tried to get out of the conversation quickly. 'I hope you like it.'
She caught his arm as he turned to leave before wrapping her arm around his neck and hugging him to her. 'I'm so sorry you have to suffer through that. I can't relate to that exactly but my family is fucked up too, my dad is a drunk and my mom numbs the pain with drugs so I pretty much take care of myself. I can empathize is my point...thank you for the painting. It was very thoughtful, I'll take wonderful care of it, I promise.' He wrapped his arms around her, taking the opportunity to take in her scent and feel her body pressed against his. He had been dreaming of her for a month now and finally feeling her body against him was like he was back in one of his dreams, her breasts pressed against his chest firmly and it was all he could think about, his cock twitching to life in his boxers prompting him to let go before this became embarrassing. 'I'll see you tomorrow, yeah?'
'Yes. Absolutely!' With that she was gone and he happily watched her walk away, desperately wanting to know what her cute little ass felt like in his hands, or pressed up against his crotch as he held her to him tightly...if only he had some kind of a chance with her.
From that day on she greeted him every time she saw him in the halls, and every time it made his day. He had caved for the first time after that hug, practically running to his room as he got home and wrapping his fingers around his cock, trying like hell to imagine they were hers as he could still feel her breasts pressed against his chest.
His fingers had been wrapped around his cock ever since…
It was a week later at the end of the school day that he was grabbed from behind, dropping his bag as he prepared to be shoved into the locker again, but he wasn't. He was spun around and pinned to the locker door, looking up to see James behind him and for once he was alone. The halls were deserted as Klaus had stayed after school to finish his newest painting, wanting it to dry over the weekend so he could hand it in on Monday and he felt a chill run up his spine when he realized no one was going to help him if this jerk decided to beat him to death.
'You know, I've been shoving you into lockers and smacking you around for almost 3 years and until a week ago I had no fucking clue what your name was. So why is it that now it's all I hear?' His eyes widened, not having expected that at all. 'Tell me, Klaus...why is my girlfriend suddenly talking about you as if you're fucking Mozart with that damn 'Night Sky' painting she hung in her room?!' Klaus couldn't decide what his mind wanted to focus on, the fact that she hung his painting in her room, the fact that she's talking about him on such a regular basis that James is this upset, or that James has clearly been in her room quite often and imagining him with his hands all over her naked body makes Klaus want to set him on fire. He's willing to bet however, that he picked the wrong one instantly.
'Mozart was a composer, he wrote music, he didn't paint. Maybe you're thinking of Van Gogh with his painting 'The Starry Night'? Though mine is drastically different in every way so I don't know how you could-' he was cut off by the meat headed Jocks fist straight to his eye, his head colliding with the locker hard.
'You are becoming a complication for me Klaus, and I don't like complications when it comes to my girl. She should be focused on me! When I'm in her bedroom there's only one thing I want and it's not to hear about the complexities of your God Damn Fucking Painting!' The idea that James was not only fucking her, but disrespecting her on top of that when she blessed him with the ability to not only see but touch her gorgeous body set every inch of his mind on fire with rage. He was about to snap some sort of comeback that would probably get him beaten when they were both startled.
'James?' Both of their heads turned to see where Y/n had walked in from the stairwell. 'What Are You Doing?! Let Go of Him!' She shouted and he was honored that she was sticking up for him, making him feel like the king of the world before he suddenly got punched again, this time in the nose making him cry out, feeling and tasting the blood that exploded from his face.
'No! He's gonna learn his fucking lesson! You don't go muscling in on a man's women, especially when you're a little punk who can't fight back!'
'Muscling in on-What are you Talking about?! He's my friend! I shared with you how much I love the painting so you could learn something new about me, yet you still never paid an ounce of attention to anything except my tits! Let. Him. Go!' Her voice was firm and Klaus could tell she was pissed but if James noticed, he didn't care.
'You ain't been putting out like normal, what am I supposed to think, huh?! We've been together for over a year and I know how much of a little slut you are, if you ain't getting it from me then you must be getting it somewhere! I wouldn't have guessed this nerdy little shit could give you any kind of fuckin' that's worth while, but stranger things have happened.'
She hadn't been sleeping with him?
Klaus wanted to think maybe he had something to do with it but his logical mind was telling him it more than likely had something to do with this Morons attitude rather than Klaus.
'I told you that if you didn't start paying attention to me and giving a damn about our relationship that I wouldn't be dedicating myself to this relationship anymore! This shows exactly how much you listen to me, now let him go! You have no reason to hurt him, besides, if it wasn't already clear from this conversation, we're done! You can find a new girl to put out, I hope she's as dumb as you so she won't feel the need to talk! Lord knows she won't be getting any actual conversation from you.' James looked stunned, like he didn't know quite how to respond but he seemed to figure it out when he pulled his arm back to hit Klaus once again. As James' hand came down Klaus was yanked out of the way and he collapsed to the floor on top of Y/n as the Jocks hand collided with the lockers painfully, causing him to howl in pain.
'You Fucking Cunt!' Klaus pulled her up to her feet and she took his face into her hands to look over his injuries, allowing him to see how bad Y/n felt about it. 'Fuck This Shit! You ain't worth it, I mean yeah, you have a tight pussy, but you're so fucking needy! All the snuggling and the pet names and needing me to spend time with you every damn day! She's all yours, freak!' With that James stormed off and Klaus was left with Y/n pulling him towards the bathrooms.
'I can't go in there!' Klaus insisted, seeing she was taking him into the girls room but she just huffed.
'Everyone has gone home, and the Cheerleaders have a locker room. No one will come in here.' She pulled him through the doorway and pushed him to sit on the counter. Klaus watched as she wet a paper towel and began cleaning the blood from his face very gently. Even when his mother had cleaned him up after Mikael had beaten him again she was never this tender and careful, he found himself wanting to get hurt everyday if this is the treatment he got. 'I'm sorry he did this to you Klaus, it's all my fault. I should have known he would freak out if I tried to do anything other than take my top off.'
'Y/n, it is not your fault! He's either hit me or shoved me into my locker at least twice a week for 3 years…I'm sorry he treated you like that, you deserve so much better. He should consider himself lucky you let him see you like that, listening to what you say shouldn't be treated like a chore. He's a fucking idiot.' Y/n had stopped cleaning his face and all at once Klaus realized what he had said. 'Not that it's any of my business and I didn't mean-I-well I didn't mean to...I'm sorry-'
'Don't be. You're incredibly sweet Klaus, and you're right, he's an idiot. He's been held back 3 times, plus once in second grade, like how the fuck do you get held back in second grade?!' They were both laughing at that point and for the first time he felt completely comfortable with her, not nervous at all, he enjoyed how carefree she seemed. 'He's right though, I'm definitely needy. He loved it when I called him 'Daddy' but calling me pet names or caring for me or something as simple as snuggling after sex was insane to him. Like, yeah, I have Daddy and intimacy issues, I don't comment on how stupid and childish you are, why can’t you just let me feel safe and small?!' He was stunned, she was talking to him so freely and personally that he didn't quite know what to do, but he didn't want her to stop. He definitely needed to go home and take care of himself now that he's picturing her in baby blue lingerie, calling him Daddy, and snuggling into his chest but he never wanted this moment to end. 'Oh God, I'm so sorry!' He quickly realized that he hadn't said anything after her little rant and he felt bad immediately. 'You didn't need to know any of that! I'm-'
'No! It's fine, I...I think it's even more shitty that you would be so vulnerable with him and he just spat on it. You deserve to be loved and cherished...and a Daddy to take care of you however you need. I...well I would have taken care of you...he doesn't deserve you.' He could see how red your cheeks had become now and he thought it was adorable. 'You can stop if you want. I have plenty of first aid stuff at home, you don't need to-'
'I want to. You deserve someone to take care of you too...I'm almost done anyway. You'll need someone to check on you, you might have a concussion.' Klaus shrugged at that.
'I've had plenty, if I was going to die it probably would have happened by now.' He joked but you did not look entertained.
'I'll do it. Come on, we can hang out and get something to eat. I'm starving.' His eyes widened and he wasn't quite sure how to react. His plan was to go home and jerk off until his balls were surely empty but now Y/n wants to spend time with him? Fuck Yes!
'Yeah...okay. Sure, we can go to my house if you want? The basement is my room but it's so big I made an entertainment center, we can grab some food and...hang out?' Klaus had never 'hung out' with anyone other than his siblings but he was ecstatic at the thought of the girl he is most assuredly in love with crushing on being in his room.
'That sounds like fun! Come on.'
I won't be offended if you prefer to delete this but your post about Tyler had me thinking...
Caroline really made his grief over his mother dying about her so much so that she issued the worst ultimatum and left herself with...
A drunk old man that used to be her teacher.
A long time friend that never seemed like he got over Elena and definitely has codependent issues with his brother so much so that he sacrificed himself willingly a day after their wedding.
And a power hungry hybrid who gave her money he could more than afford to give and said pretty words but also tortured, enslaved and killed people she was connected to....and also definitely had codependent issues with his brother.
I cannot fathom it.
All true facts. It’s late here so a meta! :D
As a huge Forwood shipper and I’m equally very critical of them. It’s a great ship for them both at first, then becomes a ship only for Caroline’s needs and development which isn’t fair to Tyler That Klaroline/Steroline shadow made those fans believe Tyler was the worst Caroline could get. When in reality he was the BEST romantic partner and friend she ever had.
What upsets me more about that ultimatum that Caroline FORCED is that she’s the only one we see comforting Tyler after Carol’s death. Even before Carol died, and Tyler was skeptical about being alpha she uplifted him and Tyler heavily respected what she had to say and went full force with it. Mind you, this is the same Tyler that broke every bone in his body just to be with Caroline. Then re-agreed to slavery for Care. Forwood communicated with each other and called out their faults. The other tvdu ships weren’t doing that!—then we get this full arc of Caroline’s grief and remember she bluntly told Tyler to get over the fact that she hooked up with Klaus because of her impulses and she’s not good1!!1
The series wanted to bury Forwood and they did so in the worst ways imaginable. Caroline gets pregnant with Alaric’s babies forcibly. (I understand Candice was pregnant but they could’ve hid her belly so Caroline wasn’t pregnant.)-Oh and we can’t forget Alaric was in love with her and proposed.
Steroline was supposed to follow the friends to lovers build up the way Forwood did and it never appears that Stefan is all in the way Caroline is. Tbh, even before the wedding Stefan wanted out the relationship he tried multiple times to end things in s8. Caroline refused and wanted it to work. Building them up after Liz’s death was a choice. Stefan manipulated Caroline heavily to when it came Tyler and their relationship.
Klaroline has no obstacles to pass with them. Klaus may give Caroline pretty things, and money but emotionally he’s never shown to give Caroline any support. When Caroline saves Bonnie from those 12 witches which is her first huge kill(correct me if I’m wrong) since s2 she immediately goes to Klaus and he basically tells her to get away from him. Klaus mentions how she’s too good for that small town but Caroline had never said she hated her home. What she did hate was Klaus grown ass destroying shit. They never had a serious conversation about anything tbh. I did enjoy how Caroline called him out at first but TO’s “you aren’t the villain in my story.” Ruined that. Oh and lol these shippers get on Damon for his rape of Caroline yet somehow, someway excuses that Klaus attempted to rape Caroline too in Tyler’s body…. Anyways! I do think a lot of Klaroline is rooted in Klaus wanting control over Tyler, and Caroline is a way to exert control over Tyler because of his love for her.
Okay this is long af, sorry! To end this off Tyler loved Caroline for who she was. He never wanted her to change, he valued and respected her. Never abused her or anyone she loved. He listened to what she had to say. Caroline’s other love interests NEVER saw her the way Tyler did. Btw, I wish people understood Tyler never, not once slutshamed Caroline for having sex with someone else. He was only mad that she slept with Klaus as if Klaus did not ruin Tyler’s life and murdered his mother. There’s obviously a reason Caroline didn’t want Tyler to know and continued to ignore the boundaries he placed up in s5 so they could just go back to the way SHE wanted them to be. It’s sad they were ruined because 5B of Forwood has moments where you can forget their broken up just based on Forwood’s chemistry. I forgot to add, some fans pretend Tyler couldn’t give Caroline a good life. Tyler wasn’t financially struggling, and would’ve done anything she asked of him. I think it’s a little problematic that Tyler did say everything he liked about himself was Caroline lol. But, he wanted nothing but her and their happiness. Just without the enslavement from Klaus.
Thank you for the ask!
