(Some TWs because I mention Luke and Robbie's trauma [in my au/hcs/lore] TW for SA.)

Okay, so basically, I think Robbie wouldn't really like intimacy as much just due to Eli who is inside him. (Eli literally sees everything he does, and that probably would make Robbie extremely uncomfortable, plus, Robbie is most likely the type that wouldn't get into physical touch such as sex or so until he is truly comfortable and also dealt with Eli or something.) Lucas doesn't find out about Eli until they actually start to date and way more into it [As much as I joke abt Luke and Robbie getting 𝔉𝔯𝔢𝔞𝔨𝔶, Ima be fr, the only time they actually canonically had any sexual relations was the drunk hookup. If I said any other time, Ill be damn surprised.] *Yes, Ive drawn nsfw of them, but 👏🏽THOSE.👏🏽ARENT.👏🏽 CANONICAL.👏🏽AND.👏🏽NOT.👏🏽REALLY.👏🏽ANY.👏🏽CONTEXT.👏🏽* [Still don't know if I want to keep drawing nsfw at all really.]

I'm graysexual personally (I am hypersexual yall, but that is a curse. Im not comfortable with sexual stuff irl really [Might be ace]) but I kinda want to put that label onto Robbie. In my au, Robbie is trans female to male and is also bisexual. Hes not openly trans and the only people that DO know is Gabe and Luke due to the drunk hookup.

Also, as Irhen said, Robbie is more of the awkward shy type.

I think Robbie wouldn't really care for sex in an actual relationship I think he'd be fine with just romance and stuff but not anything sexual really.

In my au, Sam does exist, but thats way before Luke and Robbie generally start to click and such.

Sam also is a key part in it, due to Sam being an absoulete A-Hole and completely just pushing Robbies boundaries in the relationship he had with him and also being just a total weirdo, that also plays a big part in MY Robbie's story and stuff, Robbie is hesitant towards the stuff. Robbie overall isn't a really 𝔉𝔯𝔢𝔞𝔨𝔶 guy...

Anyway, That plays a big part because Sam has pushed Robbies boundaries a lot and has definitely given him trauma and Robbie has definitely become more guarded due to it. (Sam Hate Club.) [I also might make it to where Sam was BEFORE Robbie became a ghost rider.]

Lucas and Robbie have a very complicated relationship, they are quite literally enemies to lovers, Robbie has literally DESPISED Lucas and at one point Lucas forced himself to feel the same way about Robbie. (In my story Lucas has known Robbie since highschool, but I'm thinking about removing it because Lucas's story is progressing to a isolated traumatic childhood being forced into Luke being raised into a weapon for the Gang that his father is in.)

Luke and Robbie's friendship (They'd never admit it till FAR on) progresses over the years very slowly, and mainly due to Luke and Sam's history and Robbie's. [It honestly REALLY starts off with that, Luke and Sam get into it because Sam just doesn't leave Robbie alone and Luke managed to get rid of Sam for a bit and Robbie learns about Lucas and Sam's history.]

When Robbie and Sam were together, Robbie generally was just so mentally unstable and stuff that he didn't really watch what he was doing and stuff, Sam really drained him. (This is Kinda where Lucas driving Robbie home constantly after something stupid like a party or so and Robbie gets drunk or smth. [Sam would always refuse to take him home.])

If you think the drunk hookup actually got them close, HELL no, they actually got further away from eachother. Lucas and Robbie were kind of just embarrassed. (Especially Lucas, the hookup really really messed with him, Lucas has kept that crush a secret for a while and that drunk hookup just ruined Luke's ability to think around Robbie, Lukes a nervous wreck. After that whole thing, Lucas avoided Robbie, and Robbie avoided Luke. Until a while later they eventually would run into eachother no matter what at the street races and eventually get back into that banter they would always have *without bringing up that embarrassing moment they had ages ago*)

Luke and Robbie started to get closer over Sams bullshit and once Sam was mainly out of the picture other things would happen and Luke would end up helping Robbie out.

I don't wanna say the drunk hookup made them dislike eachother more, it didn't, it kind of made Robbie feel a certain way about Luke (and also just kind of wrong because of Eli, smh.) and Luke felt just even more in love with Robbie (Poor guy could NYATT find a new crush 😭🙏🏽) but also really really weird around Robbie because Lucas himself has sexual trauma too (Now why did I give them both intimacy issues. [Because maybe they both can help with those issues by talking to eachother about their personal trauma with that])

But anyway, Luke and Robbie got closer due to Sam.

Let's get back onto the actual thing I was talking about which is how Robbie feels on intimacy. (A part of me really wants to make him a freak deep down when he's very comfortable and Eli isn't a PROBLEM!! 😡) I personally think Robbie would actually avoid relationships and intimacy all together until Eli wasn't an issue or so. [I did put in my au that Eli can swap places with the car and Robbie, but he specifically stays with Robbie.] Plus, I feel like Robbie would just be very awkward or so with intimacy.

[When I act get the money and find the ghost rider comics too it'll make it easier for me to add headcanons onto Robbie and mess with his lore n hcs :)]

Robbie isn't asexual but he definitely doesn't get into intimacy much or doesn't really experience it. Buddy doesn't jump into that. [I think Robbie is touch starved but he still just doesn't want to get into intimacy because of the second mind inside of his head that does not leave him alone and literally makes him want to scream, we all know who we're talking about here.]

(LUCAS DOESN'T EITHER DUE TO HIS TRAUMA, SO HEAR ME OUT, I FEEL LIKE THEY'D JUST BE GOOD WITH THAT IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T BE FOCUSED ON SEX OR SO. 🙏🏽)

I think graysexual fits Robbie or maybe demisexual (Is it possible to be both?)

Now, with Eli... Luke figures out abt Eli later on when Robbie and him do start to date.

Robbie kind of really keeps it hidden and such, but it almost became impossible to hide because Eli just DID NYAATTT want Luke and Robbie 2gether. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 And would literally do everything he could to try and break them up and to be honest, they did break up a few times due to Eli. (THE ANGST I HAVE FOR LUKE BECAUSE LUKE WOULD NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY!! AND TELL ME WHY I WANNA MAKE IT TO WHERE THEY BROKE UP MULTIPLE TIMES AND LUKE WANTED TO GIVE UP BECAUSE HE JUST THOUGHT THEY DIDN'T BELONG TOGETHER!!STARTS SOBBING!!) Robbie eventually does try and talk to Lucas about it [Since Lucas is also supernatural, he does end up believing Robbie and its not like the Ghost Rider does not exist and let's be honest here, Robbie, you are not fooling anyone, you have a 69 dodge charger, same color, and same mods, just like the ghost rider. Who are you fooling here?] And Luke's opinion on Eli is kind of... Complicated. He kind of just ignores him and just does not like Eli at all. (NOT ONLY THAT THEY DO NOT GET INTO SEXUAL STUFF EVER REALLY BECAUSE OF ELI.)

I kind of like to think Eli does take control of Robbie sometimes and maybe argues with Lucas sometimes. (Which I kinda wanna do smth comedic on that cuz I would find it funny drawing a picture of Lucas screaming to get out of my boyfriend or smth and chasing Eli around idk.)

Robbie telling Luke about Eli and also... Robbie being dead, did make things complicated in the relationship, like Lucas didn't really like the idea of Eli being there, so it just felt awkward, but it did make them closer and made the relationship stronger which Eli absouletely hated.

(Lucas is the type of guy to make jokes to cope, so you already know he'd make jokes about Eli. And maybe sometimes Eli replies.........)

This also caused distance between them, as much as Lucas loved Robbie dearly he just didn't feel comfortable with Eli there so he was a little uncomfy.

"Robbie, we need to kill that guy." -Eli

"What? Absouletely not, He's my ex." -Robbie

"I agree, I think we should kill Sam personally." -Luke

"Don't agree with him, Luke." -Robbie.

Whos Sam in my story?

Okay, Robbie and Sam dated a while ago, and at first it really went good until Sam slowly just started to switch into a really manipulative boyfriend, he also lied a lot and wouldn't really defend Robbie or Help Robbie in a lot of situations like if Robbie needed a ride home he would tell Robbie he was too busy or make some excuse or sometimes just be rude for no reason because he has no life and we hate Sam (sorry sam might be my oc but I actually hate him its not even funny im killing him off later.) And eventually would get like really rude towards Robbie or like push him a lot and also didn't really respect his boundaries (In my au, Robbies trans, and Sam would be transphobic towards him and make him very uncomfortable.) At first it was fine but then as Sam got closer to Robbie and Robbie opened up, Sam took advantage of it.

When Sam found out abt Luke and Robbie knowing eachother and Robbie not really liking Lucas, Sam didn't handle it well, Sam would constantly ask if Luke has talked to him about him before and Robbie would constantly tell him that he literally doesn't like Lucas and isn't friends with him at all or even talks to him. [Well figure out why Sam was so worried abt Robbie and Luke talking and stuff abt him.] Sam started to get also just worse too, really possessive, jealous, and not in a good way, and it'd be mainly because of Luke?? It was obvious to Robbie that Sam and Luke clearly had history but everytime he'd try and ask Sam would brush it off with some excuse like "I just don't like him due to the whole Jones thing, I don't trust him." (IN LUCAS'S LORE, LUKE IS RELATED TO TIGER, WHICH IF YOU'VE SAW N STUFF IN LUKES LORE, HE IS A KNOWN MURDERER AND THE LEADER OF THE BLACK SCARLETS AND THE FATHER OF LUKE N HIS SIBLINGS, He's constantly compared to Tiger/looks like him qs well and stuff due to it because people generally think Lucas is involved with his dads gang and more.) Sam isn't really a stable guy, so this whole thing with Robbie knowing Luke absouletely tore him apart to the point he'd start to accuse Robbie of cheating with Luke which really took Robbie's mental health down, Sam was a real piece of work. Sam avoids talking about any of his history with Luke. [Let's be honest, Sam literally just wanted to manipulate and use Robbie.]

Sam and Robbie ended up breaking up because Robbie went through Sam's phone (He doesn't really break peoples privacy, but Sam acted so weird and just suddenly changed so much to the point it had Robbie worried about maybe Sam getting physical plus the whole pushing his boundaries stuff really really affected Robbie) and Robbie found out Sam was cheating. [THE AUDACITY OF HIM TO ACCUSE ROBBIE OF CHEATING WITH SOMEBODY HE FUCKING HATED AND THEN CHEAT ON ROBBIE IS FUCKING DISGUSTING I SWEAR TO GOD NOBODY HATES MY FUCKING OC MORE THAN I HATE HIS BITCH ASS)

(A lot of Robbie and Lukes trauma is kind of me importing MY trauma onto them, so this is kinda where Sam just magically appears. [Same with Liam, we're not talking abt Liam though, Ive spoken about him before hes a big ass part of Luke's trauma, we dont like Liam nor Sam.]

Now, let's get into Luke and Sams history. Oh, boy, theres a lot to unpack.

Luke and Sam weren't really friends back then, Luke knew Sam because Sam dated Jasper which is Lucas' deceased best friend. *This was a while ago.* Luke always was kind of hesitant of Sam, ever since Jasper started to date Sam, Jasper changed, he wasn't the same, he was distant, and he avoided Luke, he avoided all his friends. Luke generally started to get worried about him and was worried it mightve been caused from Sam (Which. It. Was.) But Jasper would never speak about it, never. Sam started to notice Lukes interest as well [Sam also knows that Luke and Jasper has a sort of thing at one point, Luke hooked up with Jasper, and liked Jasper, but Jasper turned him down, and Lucas very easily fell out of love with him after that, they were just friends, Sam used that to his advantage with Jasper.] Since Sam noticed how Luke was acting, he immediately started to kind of tell Jasper lies and that Lucas still liked him and was trying to break them up and was lying about how he was treating Jasper and that he wasn't doing what Lucas thought he was doing (Which was controlling Jasper and mentally abusing him and more, a lot of similar stuff with Robbie including pushing his boundaries.) And that started to cause distance between Luke and Jasper, and since Jasper was starting to believe Sam more than Lucas, Sam decided to try something else, since Jasper believed him constantly, he decided to try and "hook up" with Luke behind his back but Lucas obviously declined and immediately went to Jasper about it, but of course, Sam pulled the "He's trying to break us up because he likes you" card and what did Jasper do?? BELIEVE IT. I'M GETTING ANGRY OVER MY OWN LORE. I'M PUTTING MYSELF IN LUKE'S POSITION AND IT HURTS AND IT MAKES ME ANGRY BECAUSE WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME YOU'VE KNOWN ME LONGER. Luke and Jasper eventually had a really big fallout but lets be honest that didn't stop them from going back to eachother and talking it through, they finally hang out, Luke gets gifted the supernatural necklace from Jasper, (Jasper was also gonna breakup with Sam that night because he and Luke talked it out and Jasper showed Luke the screenshots and stuff what Sam would say and stuff) and what happens? Jasper DIES. BOOM. BANG. POW. What really made Lucas hate Sam the most was how Sam didn't even go to Jasper's funeral. (They were still technically dating because they never broke up because Jasper died.) Lucas hates Sam for what he did to Jasper and how he didn't even show an ounce of care. Jasper passing away tore Lucas straight apart.

I just read Legoland and I decided to compile some helpful tidbits about Penny's character, for all your fanfic writer needs!

If you want to write RTC fanfic using her canon personality and backstory, this is the place for you. I apologize if someone has done something similar!

•Let's start with her basic introduction in the play;

"PENNY is a young woman wearing French braids and a private school uniform; she has a bright smile." "PENNY: Hello. My name is Penny Lamb, and I am an aspiring animal conservationist." "PENNY speaks at an incredible speed, being an immensely nervous and self-conscious teenager. She literally trips over her words -- a volcano of passion and eloquence."

Now I'll give you some backstory and character info without getting into Legoland's plot. This is so people who don't have an interest in the story itself can still grasp the basics of Penny's character.

Both Penny and her little brother (Ezra) were homeschooled. They grew up on the Elysium Community Farm, just outside of Uranium City.

When Penny turned 13, she was already getting "itchy" to see the outside world (kids were not allowed to leave Elysium until they turned 16). She thought she knew what to expect after reading 'Anne of Green Gables'.

The Lambs snuck out to a Walmart and found out it was very different from what they thought it would be. They tried to strike up conversations with people but everyone seemed weirded out by them (they snuck out several times to try and "strike up friendly chats")

Eventually the manager called the police who drove them home. That's when "all that trouble happened"

Penny's parents got 15 years in prison for cultivation and trafficking of narcotics. Her and Erza were sent to Saint Cassian Catholic School (which as I'm sure you all know is the same school that the choir members attend, obviously, since Uranium City isn't big enough to have more than one school). It is stated to be a boarding school in this so that's some extra lore for us I guess.

"PENNY: The instant I see the boys staring at me like gaping fish with their heads cut off… and the girls looking at me with those Queen of England smiles… Oh, little Penny wasn’t in Kansas anymore… Uh-uh… I was sent to the charred black bowels of everlasting Hell!"

Despite her homeschooling education Penny is actually very smart, but the values taught to her don't really go over well with a catholic school system. She also likes to use 'big words'.

Penny gets sent to the school psychiatrist, and allegedly diagnosed as Bipolar and manic depressive (to me it seemed implied that the psychiatrist was a crook, but maybe I'm reading too much into it. Do with this information what you will).

She does go through a depressive episode though, or what sure looks like one; "PENNY: Like, sleeping in my room all day… tearing my hair and throwing up, kind of suicidal and depressed and everything… So, one day a bunch of girls were setting fire to my school bag -- second time that week -- and I wasn’t even crying anymore… because, you get to a point… when you’re waaaay beyond crying."

Penny can play the ukulele and she also composes songs (or, she writes at least one during the play, but y'know)

She seems to be very against cussing, just as much as Ocean is, and reprimands Ezra whenever he cusses throughout the play.

Penny is a pescetarian.

She goes on this insane cross-country trip with her brother to the US, and whenever they get to a new state she always recites how many endangered species they have there. I just thought this was cute, and very Jane-like.

So yeah, without getting too much into it, Penny throws hot coffee on this guy and uhhh, bites him? Apparently? The assault charges get dropped and she gets extradited back to Canada, but the story was leaked to the media and she was famous for a little bit.

The way Penny and Ezra got money to travel to the US in the first place was by selling his ADHD prescription meds, so she goes to trial for drug dealing, and gets probation (they don't specify how long she's on probation for in the play).

At the very end of the script, Penny states she'd like to say something about true love. I wanted to include part of what she said because it's quite lovely (and oh y'all can make so much fanfic with this); "In a world where we are ultimately alone, and die in our own arms, love is the closest you come to another person… because it is the closest you come to being another person. So be very careful what you love."

*this quote is apparently also in some versions of rtc, I assume as an easter egg of sorts.

tmc fairy tale au!!!

SO this is actually a concept i had a few months ago that i never rly expanded upon.

first, let me explain the basics:

i assigned different tmc characters to different fairy tales, but they all exist in the same universe.

next, some art i made for the au!!!

and now, huge lore dump! >:)c its gonna be long so buckle your seatbelts LMAO

so, the main plot of this au is basically that adam has been stuck in a tower in the middle of nowhere for almost 21 years. he had been raised by six, who is actually a witch set on taking over the kingdoms that surround the nearby areas (aka the counties). one day, six it out doing stuff, and while he's gone prince evelin (yes she's a prince bc fuck it) ends up finding the tower. she decides to climb it out of curiosity.

she ends up in a standoff against adam, but to try to deescalate things, they introduce themselves to each other. all of a sudden before they could talk more, adam hears six coming back and hides evelin in a nearby closet. evelin sees adam and six get into a fight abt adam wanting to go out into the world for once, but six is all "you're not ready" and it just gets really bad. all until six lovebombs adam and leaves again to get something for adam's upcoming 21st birthday.

evelin had exited the closet as six left, and she's like "you let him do that to you?" adam is like "uh yeah? he always does? i dont see them problem" and evie starts making adam question everything. she promises to take adam into the world but return him by night in case six came back. they'd also stay near the tower just in case as well.

cut to jonah's pov! he's a simple merman wanting to be a part of the human world! he sees evie and adam having a lot of fun and wishes he could join them. his dad (yes, if jonah is the little mermaid, the fucking mervin marshall is the king by proxy DCFVGBHNJ) is all like "nuh uh too dangerous, especially with most of the witches residing on land anyway" and jonah is like "FUCKING BET!"

he goes to the sea witch, preacher, and asks for legs and talks about seeing adam and evie hanging out! and preacher is like "im sorry WHO????" bc she knows that adam shouldnt be out and about. she makes jonah promise that as part of the deal, he must return adam to six in three days time, otherwise he'll turn back into a merman. he quickly agrees, and the whole deal is made. preacher does go tell six about this, and while he freaks out at first, preacher is like "it's ok dude i got this. i got a client to promise to return him home as part of our deal. you're fine m'dude."

jonah ends up on land and tries teaching himself how to talk while finding a cloth to barely dress himself with. adam and evie do eventually see him and they're like "yo who tf are you?" and while jonah cant talk, they do find a way to write to each other and they become friends!!!!

they do also eventually meet sarah at some point, and oh b o y does she have a backstory.

SO, in order to explain her backstory, let me explain the story of "the juniper tree" (copy pasted from discord LMAO)

"so a mother is peeling apples under a juniper tree and accidentally cuts her finger. the blood drips onto the snow on the ground, and that (somehow) grants the woman's wish to have a child as white as snow and as red as blood. she dies after giving birth to her perfect child, and the father soon remarries, having a daughter of her own.

she loved her daughter but hated her stepson and abused him every day and is all "i want my daughter to inherit your father's money." she then leads her children to a chest of apples one day. she lets her daughter pick an apple from the chest, but when her stepson came to pick one, she slammed the chest on his head and decapitated him.

she then set it up to where the same thing would happen again but the daughter would be there to witness it all, and her mother would gaslight her into thinking that she murdered her own brother. she then literally turned her stepson into soup and fed him to her husband. the daughter was so grossed out and distraught the entire time, but she couldn't rat her mother out. she ended up burying her brother's bones under the juniper tree.

then, he reincarnated as a bird and sung a song to some townspeople to convince them to help him get revenge on his stepmother. he gathered a golden chain for his father, red shoes for his sister, and a millstone to crush his stepmother. he reveals himself to his family and they live happily ever after."

here's the changes i made to the original story:

instead of just the mother dying, both of mark and sarah's prents die, and now they are in the sole custody of dave

instead of having the caretaker marry someone, dave asks his friend "o'brien" to help raise mark and sarah

instead of the stepmother dying, it is revealed that o'brien was actually the great mage gabriel trying to steal something important to their plans that dave just so happens to have

and thats it CFVGBHNJM. gabriel does try and come back every once in a while to coax gabe into either letting them come back or trying to make dave give himself up for sarah's sake.

cesar's story is also p cool imo! he is the prince of bythorne and evelin's cousin! they got along great when evelin was younger, but that stopped once cesar disappeared.

this was caused by him saving mark and sarah from the candy witch, stanley, who had lured them in to specifically kill mark. cesar saw what was going on and saved the two of them before it was too late.

later that night, stanley decided to be a petty bitch and curse cesar into being a frog so he wouldn't be able to save anyone else from her or her sisters' (in which six is her like. brother but i'll explain why later LMAO) plans. cesar hid in the shadows of mandela kingdom's palace for years since then.

since cesar's disappearance, evelin had wanted to take the role of prince to honor him. she also used it as a way to not have to be trapped inside the palace walls and coddled. she ended up still feeling stuck anyway, which led to her sneaking out to travel through the woods, which ofc led her one day to find adam's tower.

at some point (if anything this would be after evie and adam meet and stuff), evelin finds cesar in his frog form on the windowsill of the guest room he would regularly stay in whenever he would come to mandela to visit. he finds that she isnt revolted by his new appearance and is actually willing to help him out!

he explains that he learned that most curses can be cured by "true love's kiss", which in storybooks was always seen as romantic. he had always viewed evelin like a little sister, so he felt that he was hopeless.

that was until evelin thought of a loophole, since the stories never explicitly said that it was romantic, she would try to break the curse purely through the love she has for him as her cousin. she kisses the top of cesar's head, and cesar has returned to his human form!!!

...well, somewhat. the curse had altered his human form due to it not being broken for years on end, so cesar came back deformed. his limbs were too long and half of his face was always covered by a dark shadow. cesar did freak out about this, but evelin assured him that he'll always be her cesar, no matter what he looked like.

evelin and cesar explained the situation and cesar was finally returned to bythorne. he did write a letter a bit after wards telling her that he has resigned from his princely duties to become a princess! maybe it would help him not have to struggle with the expectations of needing to be brave and bold, and it would be a thank you to evelin for taking his role as a prince!!!

speaking of evelin, let's go back to her for a minute. so, i had also put her as snow white, but we haven't really seen her fulfill that role yet. weeelllll...

at some point in the story, six finds evelin alone in the forest and offers her to take a bite of an apple in exchange for knowledge about adam and his past. the thing is, evelin HATES fruit so she's like "ewww do i have tooo" and six is like "if you really wanna know, then you gotta."

evelin agrees and bites into the apple. it tastes so fucking gross, but she feels like she was to swallow it to finish her end of the deal. once she swallows, the pieces suddenly cling onto her throat, choking her in the process. as she struggles to breathe, six begins to tell her who adam truly is.

adam is a regular boy who six took as part of a deal made by his parents. lynn had been getting pregnancy cravings and wanting the rapunzel frm the neighbor's garden. she made jude retrieve them for her, but it wasn't enough. eventually, jude got caught by six and agreed to give up their firstborn child in exchange to continue taking the flowers.

once adam was born, lynn and jude were killed by six, and he took adam away to raise him as his prodigy. as a catalyst for the witches' plans.

as six is explaining all of this to evelin, she is trying her hardest to take him down with her. fuck the info he's giving her, he tricked her, and now he has to pay. she swings with all her might but falls in vain. her vision goes black as six walks away from her dying body...

there's probably a "mother knows best reprise" moment here and six is all like "oh you might wanna go save your friend if you care about her so much" and adam freaks tf out. she's desperately trying to think of something to help evelin.

eventually, the group remember's cesar's story with "true love's kiss" and they're like "fuck it let's try that". adam, while literally sobbing, plants a small kiss on her forehead and prays for her to wake up.

while this is all happening, evelin ets visited by mark's spirit. he basically hypes her up and is like "you got this girlie!!!" and she wakes up after adam plants his kiss on her. she starts to choke again, but adam helps her with it and heimlichs the apple out of her throat. she's finally able to breathe, and the group celebrates.

however, the happy moment doesn't last for too long. jonah does eventually return adam to six behind evelin and sarah's backs, but afterward he feels so guilty for it. they literally sacrificed one of the first human friends he's ever made for legs. how stupid is that? they eventually go to sarah and evelin and they quickly figured out what happened. while evelin goes to the tower to save adam (with help from a certain spirit), sarah and jonah confront preacher.

there is gonna be a plot abt preacher almost taking over the seas, but jonah and sarah do eventually take her down and retrieve jonah's voice. and yes, sarah gets to see that jonah is a merman and she's actually like "YO WAIT YOU GUYS ARE REAL???" and jonah is like "UH YEAH?????"

and yes, adam does eventually escape as well, but i dont have those details either so ye :')

that's the main plot at least! i do have a subplot for thatcher's pov tho! more copy paste from discord

"thatcher and ruth are friends and live nearby each other. ruth usually helps out w raising mark and sarah, though mark by this point is dead so dave DEFINITELY needs help. he and sarah havent been taking his death well, especially since dave literally ate mark’s remains without knowing. and sarah feels guilty enough for being gaslit into believing that she killed mark.

so ruth is about to go to dave’s place and has to walk through the forest to get there. she eventually meets what seems to be a very friendly wolf. she is a little weirded out by it, but she eventually tells it how dave lost mark and that she’s helping out! and the wolf is like “oh thats cool! i wish you luck on your journey. though i must say, these flowers smell beautiful! maybe you should pick some and take them to your dear friend!” and as ruth collects flowers as the wolf suggested, it found thatcher nearby and took his appearance to take a visit to a particular dave lee." ...

"she gets to dave's place who has been escorted out by the wolf/alt thatcher, right? so he's like "dear friend, why don't you rest! you've spent all day walking here, and you should be able to rest" aaaaand he tries to turn her into a werewolf but then thatcher comes in and is like "AYO TF YOU DOING TO MY BESTIE????" and he and the wolf fight. thatcher ends up getting bitten but is able to ward him off with his axe that was laced with silver just in case. so ruth is saved, but overtime thatcher feels more pain surge throughout his body and just kinda. turns one night.

unfortunately, he ends up killing ruth. alt thatcher tries to take this as an opportunity to maybe make him join the witches, but thatcher ofc refuses and makes a break towards dave's house. thatcher ends up telling dave what happened, and dave is okay with helping him hide it as well as hiding his newfound lycanthropy

sarah overhears this convo and becomes EXTREMELY angry at thatcher bc ruth was helping dave raise her after mark died. she was basically the mother figure sarah had always wanted, and thatcher took that away from her."

that's it for plot!!! now for some witch shenanigans >:)

Random's Lore Drops - Flowey, the Psycho.

Obligatory 2:30 AM post (please help I'm an insomniac I think), so here's lore drop on the flower that nobody really mischaracterizes. That's right, IT'S...

Flowey the Fucker- I mean, Flowey the Flower. Yes, I went out of my way to find a sprite by toby fox that wasn't the exact same, so uh... bow-wearing Flowey lmao. Anywho, Spoiler warnings, so don't stay if you haven't played the hit game Undertale by Robert Fucking Fox. Or, at least, I think Fucking is his middle name. It'd be funny as shi- Oh yeah, I'm writing. ANYWAYS, Flowey the Flower is the antagonist and literally the final boss for two of the main endings (but one of them isn't actually Flowey). Or, well, "two", not including the fact that there are, like, fifty neutral endings with the same boss. Now, if you don't know much about him, he's a psychopathic, sadistic talking golden flower with no SOUL. Literally, he is SOUL-less, and so, he is soulless. That's basically his whole premise. His backstory is (SPOILER-FUCKING-WARNING) that he is Asriel Dreemurr, son of Toriel and Asgore Dreemurr, resurrected after his demise, but this time as a sentient flower due to a DT experiment gone wrong. As Flowey the Flower, his whole shtick is to be as deceiving as possible, acting as a fake tutorial in an attempt to kill you at the start of the game, using you so you can reveal the SOULs as you fight Asgore and weaken him to kill him, using you as bait in order to bring all of the major characters together so he can capture all of them and absorb their SOULs, along with the human SOULs, and finish you off, shattering Asgore's SOUL at the end of a genocide route in order to prevent you from leaving the Underground (since, knowing us, we'd just wipe out all of mankind), and also... well, that's all I can remember, really. Within the genocide route, he almost immediately mistakes you for Chara right after informing Toriel about her cars extended warranty that she couldn't pay since she was in the Ruins and thus sending the IRS after her, while it only takes a whole pacifist route for him to refer to you as such, as he usually just goes and refers to the player as "you" or, in the most Flowey way possible, "IDIOT" in the neutral route. He IS capable of feeling emotions, such as annoyance and anger, boredom, it's just so muted that he's almost emotionless, and due to this, has CANONICALLY murdered the ENTIRETY OF THE FUCKING UNDERGROUND MULTIPLE TIMES OVER, (and somehow people say Asgore is worse for killing only 6 human kids, when, in theory, Flowey has killed many more monster children) ranging from the most random Monsters ever, and despiseable Monsters, like Jerry, or Icecap, to Monsters like Toriel, who is, theoretically, as he is Asriel Dreemurr, but as emotionless flower, HIS OWN GODDAMN MOTHER. His whole reason as for why he wants the human SOULs in a Neutral route is to "become GOD", and in the Pacifist route, he just wants to do everything all over again, from the beginning, back when he and Chara were still alive. Because remember, in Pacifist, he STILL mistakes you for Chara until after you win against him. ...Oh, and remember, UTY isn't actually canon, so canon Flowey (as in Undertale canon, not UTY canon) doesn't know who the fuck Clover is. That's about it.

I am so desperate to share these so, Slenderman Headcanons [PUPPET STRINGS LORE DUMP]

Okay so I wanted to wait until the day someone asked about Slenderman and Zalgo's characterisation in my AU, but I don't know when that time will come and I seriously NEED to share this with all of you.

This AU has been in the works since 2016 and has been my number 1 hyperfixation, and Slenderman is one characters that I had the most fun making. I love love LOVE every rendition of him, from Your Dad Slenderman to EVIL MANIPULATIVE ELDRITCH MONSTER. I want to give homage to both of these renditions by bringing in my own Slender to the mix! I hope you like it, because Zalgo will get his own post very soon ;)

I'm currently writing his backstory on AO3! Chapter 5 should be up soon ;)

As I've said previously, Slenderman and Zalgo are my favourite characters! I just wanna lore dump about him right now because BRAINROT BRAINROT BRAINROT

So without further ado...

The "Slenderman"

-He's not actually one being or entity, although he'd like you to believe otherwise. He's actually a hivemind of two consciousnesses; Lord Operator, and the Vengeful Spirit Charles.

-Slenderman is actually just the body that's basically holding these two entities hostage, technically. Neither of them can escape, although they've definitely tried. Multiple times. Slenderman doesn't have a consciousness of his own and is just a horrifying mixture of the two of them combined into one.

-NEITHER OF THEM ARE HAVING A FUN TIME. They hate it and will go to great lengths to get out. His brain is just the two of them arguing about who gets to control the body at any given moment, and they both have ulterior motives of their own.

-A little backstory: Charles, the Vengeful Spirit, was sacrificed to the Operator and made a deal with him that he would allow himself to be used a Vessel in exchange for his lifespan to be elongated. However over the years Operator began to use Charles' body for more and more depraved purposes. Eventually this drove him insane and caused him to kill himself. However at that point the Operator was so co-dependant on his soul that it basically killed it too, and it had to use some of its remaining abilities to create a new body so that neither of them would really die.

-When Charles is fully in control, he is a 'decently' humane being and can sometimes even be a Father Figure to some of the residents of the Mansion. However he still retains some of his negative traits from life, such as being nihilistic and at times selfish. He's sociopathic as a joke and mainly spends his days trying desperately to fix whatever things he did when the Operator took over.

-When it's Charles, he actually has a good relationship with all of the Residents, and has more of a sit-com Boss-Employee relationship with the Proxies, often laughing at their misfortune. Although he and Sally argue a lot Sally is very close to him when he's Charles.

The same thing cannot be said for when its the Operator.

-The Operator first and foremost is a former God. Although it wasn't a very well-known God, it still said a web of loyal worshippers. However ever since its power was (mostly) stripped away and had to unwillingly transport itself into this new body, its hated every second of it there. The reasons why the Proxies exist in the first place is to create new followers for it so it can gain more power.

-It's absolutely HORRIBLE to everyone else when it takes over. He's mentally and physically abusive, lashing out at everyone who dares disobey it. Its manipulative as well, and the Pastas who are sensitive to that thing, like Toby, Natalie etc often lock themselves away when its taken over.

-Several rooms that Charles doesn't know the purpose of are usually used by the Operator to torture the residents into submission. There are multiple Basements and secret rooms that its locked people inside to get them to 'obey' its command.

-Several of the Slenderverse stories, like Marble Hornets happened when the Operator took over. It often goes unconscious again and leaves Slenderman to deal with the consequences.

(Okay to explain, when I talk about the Operator specifically I'll refer to it as 'Operator', but when its Charles I'll refer to him as Slenderman, Slender, Slendy etc).

-Slenderman is not having a fun time. Random people keep on confronting him and coming up to him when he has no idea who they are and why they're here. He has NO idea on who Toby, Masky or Hoodie are nor how they ended up here. However he's apathetic to it and decided to be decent to them for as long as he's the one in charge of the Slenderman body.

-Whenever the Operator becomes too violent, Zalgo has to come and knock it out. Yep, Zalgo has to beat the shit out of it and basically chain Slender up to get it out, or at least sedate it enough so that it doesn't do anything violent.

-Remember how I mentioned how they've both desperately tried to leave? Yeah, the Slenderman body is fucking terrifying to look at naked. Its severely malnourished, with bruises, shock wounds, stab wounds, slash wounds, cilice wounds and just open wounds EVERYWHERE. They've both tried to leave by any means necessary, and are slowly killing the vessel to try and escape.

-More lore important characters such as Zalgo, Lazari, EJ and Ben sort deal with problems like this as well. But Jesus fucking Christ is Slenderman having a horrible time. He has to basically deal with his own Slender Sickness (Slender Sickness actually comes from the Operator, since most mortals can't perceive Gods without their bodies basically shutting down).

-If Masky and Hoodie are slowly going insane from Slender Sickness, Slender is basically killing himself from it. He's always on the verge of psychosis, suffering from some kind of really disgusting illness, or otherwise just not having a great time. The body is a-okay when its the Operator, but when its Slenderman he's just not having fun.

-Its basically eternal damnation being stuck in that body. Its like an eternal punishment of lies and deceit, waking up every day not knowing that tortures you'll suffer through. However since this has been going on for about 123 years now, they're both used to it at this point.

-Due to being used as vessel and basically being trapped in an endless cycle of torment since the ripe age of 11, Slender's a bit apathetic to the Proxies' situation.

For Example:

Masky: You do realise that we're all suffering because of you, right? Slender: It's not even that deep Timothy we all get mentally and physically imprisoned by a nonhuman Entity at times you just have to deal with it. Masky: Slender, are you okay? Slender: *vomits out a dead corpse* yes why wouldn't I be.

Although he does feel remorse for the fact that Masky, Hoodie and Toby's situation will probably never improve due to the Operator basically holding them captive at the Labrinth, he just doesn't feel that much sympathy for them, as that idea of being used for an upper beings entertainment is just normalised to him.

-Despite the fact that some of the Pastas call him dad are nice to him, a lot of them hate him. Some of the ghost kids refuse to go near him due to the Operator's actions, and his brothers are all scared of him, although Operator cut contact with them years ago.

-One bittersweet tidbit: Slenderman has tentacles because it represents Charles' favourite animal; Octopi.

Okay that's like the only sweet headcanon I have for this guy.

-Slender isn't a good person even though he's a lot better than Operator, although he is actively trying to be a better person for the Pastas' benefit, due to being a vengeful spirit he's definitely prone to violent fits. He can and will hurt you if you agitate him enough, even though it doesn't happen often.

-The Slenderman Vessel is incredibly unstable, so neither of them know their own strength. Because of this, Slender has accidentally flung Toby out of a window more times than he would care to admit.

Also sometimes it just doesn't do what it's told? There's like a 5% chance that it just doesn't teleport where you want it to at any given point, which is very inconvenient.

-Often times when Slender knows the Operator is about to take over (he doesnt' really have a choice on when it happens), he just leaves the Labrinth. He usually stays in Zalgo's castle for months, even a year on end. Yes, the Operator can stay for THAT long.

Do any of the other Residents know?

-As a general rule of thumb; no, they don't. Neither Charles nor the Operator will tell, and even when Charles tries to explain whats happening the Operator will ALWAYS stop him by any means necessary.

Once, he tried to explain what happened after disappearing for half a year, but the Operator had forcibly forced his body to shut down, so he was just sitting there unconscious.

Slender: It all started when I was 11 years o- *starts choking* Hoodie: Oh my god is he having a stroke Slender: *is just unconscious sitting in his chair* Masky: Does this mean Payday is getting delayed or do I still get a raise? Toby: Man wtf

-Due to this unpredictability on whether they'll get 'Nice Slender' or 'Mean Slender' at any given moment, most of the Pastas are dead terrified of him. Although they won't show it sometimes when they see him ominously walking the halls at night or if he doesn't show up for breakfast that morning they all subconsciously start worrying that the Mean Slender's back.

-Sally is especially terrified of him. Slender brought her to the Mansion out of the Operator's wishes, which he HATES. Everytime the Operator comes out he tries to actively harm Sally, which is why she hides in her room for months on end or runs to the back end of the forest.

-Ben, EJ and Lazari all kind of understand whats happening, at least they have a semblance of an idea. Toby knows for the most part due to doing some snooping. However nobody else has a clue and it will probably stay like that for a long time.

*Rises from the depths gasping for air* You'll Have Me Rise chapter 14 is here!!!

I'd like to say this took so long because I was honing it to perfection, but tbh the same kinda shit that caused the last mini hiatus just keeps happening and at this point I don't wanna jinx anything by saying this is the last of it. That said, this chapter is long as hell, and I did genuinely put a lot of work into it. This is finally a huge bulk of the plot reveal, and I hope you all enjoy!

-Fffff where do I even begin with this? First off thank you for reading the whole thing. I can't begin to explain how this whole concept entered my head, and tbh I'm not sure how much it will end up being addressed within this story. But, if I keep at it, this means there's gonna be a sequel with undercover spy work and guerilla warfare and the works, so, fingers crossed there.

-Anyway, the opening lyrics are meant to be kind of an emotional reversal from the first chapter, because I'm seeing this as kind of a turning point in Jamil's feelings and perception of the octatrio. In chapter 1, Jamil is feeling like he's worth more than he's being given, that he's better than the people controlling him deserve. He's resenting and resisting the people around him and fighting for a sense of independence, of control over his own life. Now in these last two chapters, he's surrendering to a feeling of helplessness, he's been beaten down by recent events and falling back on the belief that he can only gain anything by being used. He's realizing that he's actually started valuing certain people, and perceiving himself as not worth enough for it to be reciprocated. Basically, Jamil is starting to give in to the prospect of being controlled by the only people he actually likes, because he's lost sight of any better alternative.

-That said, obviously his sense of pride isn't letting him give up the fight quite that easily. Jamil may get convinced to look down on himself at times, but that doesn't mean he thinks the rest of them are any better.

-I don't care about the canon dorm images. I have an idea in my head and I'm sticking with it.

-Fun fact, as a barista: If you tell us "surprise me" (unless we really like you), you're getting whatever's easiest at the moment/using up leftover ingredients laced with spite. Unless you seem chill enough to experiment on and the manager isn't there, then you're getting whatever weird flavor combo the staff has been curious about but not willing to try themselves. At least give a general range of flavor preference, or ask what we think is good. All that said, this is more proof Azul really likes Jamil.

-Mansplaining as a narrative device for exposition? In my fic? It's more likely than you think… (for real though, you can't have a story about villains without at least one monologue)

-So, moray eels shed and regrow teeth, which means I'm deciding that the tweels do too, which supplies some of the parts they're selling. So yeah I'm picturing Azul acting like the world's most awful tooth fairy and coming to collect whenever his boyfriends lose one

-Very minor but I imagine Azul is absurdly pleased with himself for coming up with a terrestrial plant metaphor to explain things to his terrestrial crush

-A while ago (when I thought the chapter would be written soon) I did a short poll asking folks on tumblr to vote on who got fridged for Azul's backstory, and his stepdad was eliminated …sorry Orfeo… (I'm gonna go into how I picked the name after a chapter where we learn more about him)

-TBH I feel like half of this lore was made up on the spot. I'm not sure if I'm sorry or proud of myself, but at least it's written down. It didn't hit me until I was done writing it out that environmental exploitation and human trafficking have always been such major topics growing up that they've really become go-to narrative conflicts in my writing

-I can't resist the concept of sirens having an inherent magical allure. I imagine it helps Azul with convincing clients and victims to agree to his inadvisable deals, and acts up more subconsciously when he actually wants to attract someone (like Jamil during class and in this chapter)

-I actually really enjoyed trying to depict Azul's feelings and motives from the POV of Jamil completely misinterpreting just about every cue

-A moment of silence for Jamil and what he thinks is normal. The idea that Azul might be upset for him has never crossed his mind (Azul: What's that? People try to poison you? Often??? I'm going to need a drink. / Azul: Oh so you… don't… get choices… in your line of work? You just referred to yourself as someone's resource? More wine it is. / Jamil: …is he mad at me?)

-On that same note, another moment of silence for when first crush anxiety meets massive paranoia. And the inevitable drastic misunderstandings when one party is accustomed to always being used and the other is notorious for always using people. Our boys are Going Through It

-Jamil can't tell the difference between a broken heart and indigestion tbh, and Azul's pretty sure he's poured his heart out on the floor enough times that he can't figure out what could possibly be left to misinterpret

-Aaaand have another round of Disney References Slipped Into Serious Scenes For A Laugh. It's like an easter egg hunt of me sabotaging the mood of my own story! (I'm still waiting on someone to catch the shitty aladdin sequel ref thrown into one of my otherwise favorite scenes from several chapters back). All that said, I'm actually kinda pleased with this one, since the theme songs can merge like that

in all seriousness, i have quite a few. luckmelvi is obviously a big one for me, but you knew that already; i wasn't expecting them to have the chemistry they did at the start, and while they took me by surprise i don't regret making the suggestion at all. they're honestly one of my favorite ships i've ever written so they get the honor of having a full paragraph.

shiroe/souji and shiroe/krusty of log horizon fame are also up there. raffaello/kanami/leonardo is also up there (i mean, seriously, raffaello is ALMOST the name of a teenage mutant ninja turtle and leonardo is a tmnt superfan, he was meant to join the relationship). same with kanami/leonardo separately and kanami/elias. and then of course there's louis/mycroft, baren/sakichi, roland/vanitas, cahir/regis, shang qinghua/liu qingge, eomer/faramir ... um, anyway the list is actually endless and that's only speaking of my canons. i'm inherently into rarepairs by virtue of them being rarepairs.

Is there anything you would have changed when you started writing now that you have more experience?

i guess there's a lot of things i would have changed. i started without any knowledge of rpc culture and stuff so i was kind of a pushover, i would have told myself back then to have a little bit more of a spine about things that don't really matter. i also would have probably stayed clear of a lot of drama. i really don't mean to cause it, but sometimes i give my opinion where it's not asked for or necessary and it took me a long time to figure out that there are lines you shouldn't cross and stuff.

in terms of my writing, i wouldn't really change anything. i was pretty bad when i started out but nobody just starts out good, and i was 14 anyway.

Do you have developed dynamics with the OC of another mun that has influenced your OC or Canon muse?

i actually don't write with ocs overly much so... nooooot currently?

well, that's not ENTIRELY true. actually it was a lot more common in the past. i remember i wrote a character that was so far back in the lore of his source that he was basically an oc, kunwu; because i started plotting between him and my friend's touzannou (a character in a similar situation) he actually took a step onto a plot i didn't expect at first and i was pretty happy about that.

also, playing dnd with you guys influences my dnd-based ocs all the time! yemevon's ideal character progression was just going to be acceptance and contentment until i started seeing more of other characters. i started thinking things like "what if dharlan's energy rubbed off on them over time?" or "what if their eventual friendship with yu makes them break their own rules surrounding death?".

*Siiigh* Alright, I guess I can do this real quick. But if there’s one thing to know in advance when I talk about all these, I actually have problems with pretty much every DR/DRA antagonist.

//To start with, even though I’m fully aware of the issues with her character, I still stand by my belief that Junko is the best villain in the main series. Especially in Danganronpa 2. Most of the time she comes off as cartoony and you can’t really take her seriously, even if she is the woman who basically destroyed the world, but at the same time there is an element of true unadulterated sadism that comes out of her every now and then, and those are the moments where you actually see how evil this girl is and believe that she really could be responsible for humanity’s destruction. People in DR’s franchise tend to get sick of Junko, but in my opinion, every other villain in the series fails to emulate the level of villainy Junko carries.

//Monaca is our prime example. I might like Monaca if she had her own clear-cut character traits, but in general she just seems to be Junko 2 (which is ironic given that her entire goal was to then Komaru into Junko 2). If there’s one thing that Monaca does have above Junko, it’s a more fleshed out backstory, but at the same time, it doesn’t do much for her overall character. Danganronpa lore does state that Junko and Mukuro had rough childhoods and were even homeless for a time, but this time seems to have no effect on the Junko we know and hate. As far as anyone’s concerned, she was always a fucked up person. You’d think that Monaca’s consistent abuse from her father and stepbrother would be what causes her to snap, go crazy and use her sick and twisted, but genius mind to perform her evil deeds. But no, she’s in the exact same boat. She was just fucked up even without all the abuse. Monaca ultimately just never felt…finished, really.

//If we’re counting Izuru, then I’ve got some problems for him, and ironically enough, the main one is that he is just…super boring. And Izuru is actually barely ever shown or mentioned in DR2 until his actual reveal, Most of what’s actually shown of Izuru is in DR3, UTDP and DRS, the latter two which aren’t canon. But what IS shown is mainly just a stone faced guy who is just perpetually done with everything, and that’s about it. He’s a cool concept, but not a cool character.

//Utsuro from Another and Another 2 is in the same boat. He’s a bit better than Izuru because he actually has some semblance of a personality, and does seem to actually have things he cares about and a creed that isn’t quite like Junko’s or any mastermind that came before him, but he has his own issue. The main one is his power of Divine Luck, which has the same effect on his character as Izuru’s Ultimate Talents do on him. But the difference is in the larger scheme of things, Izuru’s talents were given to him when Hajime Hinata was lobotomised and modified, so with the mechanics and lore of the sci-fi genre at large, it makes sense. For Utsuro and Divine Luck however, it’s just “oh he was born with it.” That’s not interesting, it’s lazy, especially because of the constantly changing concept of luck across Danganronpa as a franchise. So while I didn’t hate Utsuro and while I thought the Yuki twist in the end was done well (they are the same character basically, but Izuru and Utsuro’s backstory’s are kind of the reverse of one another, which I appreciate) he’s nothing I really thought to write home about.

//AKANE TAIRA on the other hand, the OTHER mastermind of Another 1 is FUCKING FANTASTIC. Everything from her involvement across Another 1 and 2, her reveal in the end, her backstory, her character writing, her turnaround and redemption in the end; all of it was GLORIOUS. Maybe it’s a bit much saying this, but it’s kind of rare to see any of LINUJ’s characters get actual development, and Akane was handled super well in comparison to a lot of his characters. Not to mention her connection to Sora, who as I stated is my favourite PROTAGONIST, is also super interesting. I just really liked Akane’s moments across basically all of both games and I thought she was all around a super interesting character.

//Next is Tsumugi. And as you know, Tsumugi is important to me because she is the current main antagonist of Survivor. How do I feel about her in the canon games. If I can be blunt, one of the things about V3 that makes it so polarising for me is its cast. Half it’s cast is made up of some of my favourite characters in Danganronpa overall (Kaito, Kaede and Kokichi specifically) while the other half are some of my least favourite in the series overall (Kiyo, Angie and Tenko mainly) and Tsumugi unfortunately falls into the latter category for basically the exact same reason as Izuru. She is just so stupidly uninteresting. She gets props for being a mastermind who is truly her own evil and separate from Junko, as well as the fact that I think Dorothy Fahn’s voicework is really good with her specifically, but outside of that, as well as a cute and nice design, Tsumugi is just as she calls herself throughout the entire game - “plain and boring” even to the end.

//And lastly, I really need to apologise for this hot take, but if I’m being super honest, I REALLY don’t like Mikado at ALL. He’s just such a clown of a character with no depth to him outside of the twist of him being an AI. And while it is interesting that the Mastermind of the Killing Game is revealed from the start and actually serves as a participant in the game, it ultimately reduces the overall impact of the games main story when you know from the beginning who you can attribute all the bad events back to. I might not feel this way if Mikado was more of a twist villain in that he acted as a mastermind under the person who was REALLY pulling the strings, but that isn’t what happened. His plan was solid and he’s not bad by any sense of the word, but he’s just kind of messy in my eyes, like LINUJ decided on this plot point and then didn’t know what to do with it.

Angel Cop (sloppy, well-polished mess that deserved more time to get it done)

I'll keep it simple (SPOILERS btw, Idgaf). Watch it because it's well animated, R-Rated Retro OVA. Articulate gore, tits, the works. All the shit that makes Ecchi genre look like a loser's genre.

But I do not recommend it because it's good, at all, writing-wise. Mainly cause of pacing.

This one's a mixed bag, the story itself is fine, the execution is literally blasted at you at SMG speed.

The plot has terrorism, communist global rule, conspiracy, a lot of themes that are a little too relevant to today's direction of the world, destablization of country through misdirection, very eerie/scary parallels almost as if this anime in it's own way was it's own propaganda. Wouldn't be the first time.

So that got my interest immediately.

But by itself, the OVA should've been a 13 episode series. Not 25 but less than 15.

OR? 6 episides but 50 min-an hour a piece. Like The Walking Dead.

Just like (Giant Robo The animation), this is also jam packed with good ideas crammed into a very very VERY tight window. So much lore that deserves more breathing room and respect.

But At least with GR, it had a lot of time to say what it wanted to say.

Angel as a protagonist is the weakest part of the show. She has this moral compromise where she's willing to shoot kids if it means getting to the criminal, uncaring about the people around her until she suddenly cares, and she's never made to confront or develop from her flaws organically. She literally stays the same, and the only thing she shifts on is she "cares" about one character whom she had little to no connection with. Knew him for less than half-a day.

As for said character, HE'S more interesting than she is. Injured cop turned Cyborg, basically Robocop just better in everyway, he's the reason for the finale's outcome. MVP Raiden.

The other characters (Kuwata, Taki, Hacker, Peace *better lady character*) could've been so much more- enjoyable cast while it lasted. But they weren't there long enough for me to connect with them before shit went down, at least a backstory on them, nothing.

Pacing was too damn fast. Thus good ideas get rushed.

Animation is fucking great, this is almost Akira/Roujin Z level shit.

The antagonist, has background but only in heresay, we see nothing of their backstory. And Lucifer is actually one of the most tenacious, badass, evil ass baddies I've seen in an OVA. She makes All For One look like a bitch sometimes ngl.

Best way I can describe this is as Akira x Ghost In The Shell x Robocop: Jam packed full of potential. Should've been in a better fleshed out series.

It was too rushed, mainly the plot's pacing thus the characters by proxy, good & bad guys, because it was worth more and given a small window to present the material in the best way possible.

Yeah we got stellar animation because of the small window, but was that worth a sloppy execution? No. It wasn't.

What this OVA read like: was a TL;DR of a more fleshed out show.

We don't even get to see what happens to Angel post-event, the show gets a vague af narration after an explosion, and then it just fucking ends. What? What about the rest of the sponsors??? Certainly the organization didn't end with just those 2 idiots? That's not how cabals work lmfao.

Just like that. So sloppy, like it was RACING for the end credits. What the fuck was the rush?

I have no issue with bitter-sweet endings, I'm one of those people that love The Mist' ending but this was just clunky from beginning to end.

And again, the namesake of the show, Angel, was the weakest character. She's actually a piece of shit sometimes, and she doesn't develop.

Would've gotten a 5 or 6, just on animation, but the frames can do but so much when the subatance is hollow as shit. When I don't care because I WANT TO CARE but there's nothing to care about because the show doesn't care enough to explore anything-- fuck the animation at that point.

HAIR: Sandy Brown; long enough to pull back into a small ponytail at the base of his neck

HEIGHT: 6'1

PRIMARY OUTFIT: Cowboy casual? Is that a thing? ;D Jeans that have a little wear and tear, boots that have seen better days, t-shirts with stuff that makes him laugh (or smile), and sometimes a beat-up cowboy hat (when he's out and about.)

Personality

Cole is the type of guy who's laid back and friendly with just about everyone... until you give him a reason not to be. Because of his past and his current situation as a parolee (in most verses) he can't always throw a punch when he'd like to... but maybe that's for the best.

Powers & Weaknesses

In Cole's main verse he's just an average human leading an average life. His only real 'powers' come from his ability to mimic just about any art style for his job, and his major weakness is his desire to protect the people he cares about (even to his own detriment.)

Romance

Cole likes to flirt. He tries not to lay it on too heavy - especially if he's not sure the person he's flirting with is interested. However, if the other person shows interest, he'll lay things on a little thicker. Things could quickly lead to sex, depending on your muse. But it's typically just sex. For an actual relationship Cole needs time and trust.

A/B/O Verse

Almost exactly the same as Cole's main verse, except all of the typical conventions of an A/B/O universe apply. The only other difference is that Cole runs the tattoo parlor himself and lives above the shop. Gabe is sort of a silent partner. He and Jack are off traveling the world together. ;)

Fallout Verse

So… I’ve been playing at lot of Fallout 4 recently, and this is the result. There’s not really any canon Texas lore for the Fallout universe (I don’t think), so I really just made a bunch of stuff up. I call this made-up canon FALLOUT: LONESTAR, and it takes place around the same time as Fallout 4 - only in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. There’s a group a lot like the Minutemen calling themselves the Texas Rangers, and they have bases scattered around Texas, but their main base is at the Alamo complex in San Antonio. Their Fort Worth base is located on Lake Worth in a building know locally as the ‘Lake Worth Castle.’

Aside from that, the ‘dangers’ of the area are about the same - Raiders, Super Mutants, Ferals, Deathclaws, etc.

So, Cole’s backstory in this verse: He started out in Texas as a kid. Just a normal settler family. But back then the Texas Rangers weren’t as well-formed and settlements got attacked a lot. Cole’s family was killed by Raiders when he was 8, and he did something foolhardy enough that it impressed their leader, so the Raiders took him in. I don’t think there was ever a moment Cole enjoyed being with them. But he wanted to survive, and did a lot of things he’s not proud of in order to make sure that happened.

It was nearly a decade later before he got a chance to get away. The raiders attacked a group of travelers… who turned out to be Texas Rangers. They weren’t prepared. Cole saw his chance and took it, switching sides mid-fight. Some in the group still wanted to kill him, but one of them - a man named Gabriel Reyes - argued against it, and Cole’s life was spared.

For the next few years, Cole stuck with the Rangers - defending settlements, working undercover, and trying to give kids a better life than what he’d had. But somewhere along the way, it all started to fall apart. The Rangers were still strong, but his team - his family - was crumbling from within. Rather than watch it happen, Cole left. He traveled by himself for awhile, eventually settling in the Fort Worth area, where a group of settlers had ‘gone back to their roots’ and setup a ‘Wild West’ variety show (Fallout style!) Cole joined up as the show’s sharpshooter and hasn’t looked back. (Well… not often, anyway.)

Sometimes he does think back to his days with the Rangers and the friends he made there, but he tries not to. The caps are good and he’s got new friends and he’s entertaining people. Is there really any more he needs out of life than that?

Four Horsemen Verse

Currently a Private Verse

Cole is one of the Four Horsemen - War to be precise. This universe is based VERY loosely on the Incarnations of Immortality series by Piers Anthony. Basically, I borrowed what I wanted and made up the rest with the help of piercedflora.

Gardener Verse

This is practically the same as my main verse. The only real difference is that Cole isn't working as a tattoo artist with Gabe as his boss. He lives in a more suburban area, in a room over a garage that he rents from a nice, elderly woman. They have an arrangement where he keeps her yard looking amazing, and in return he gets the room for a VERY reduced rate. Usually Cole is in-between jobs when threads in this verse begin.

Monster Hunter Verse

Cole Cassidy grew up on the streets - not only learning how to survive humanity… but also learning how to steer clear of everything that lurked in the shadows. Eventually, he made a life for himself alongside a handful of fellow ‘street rats.’ Calling themselves The Deadlock Gang, they were his friends and family all rolled into one. Together, they managed to survive… and almost be happy while doing it. Until the day their group got on the wrong side of a demi-god - a trickster who didn’t take too well to being tricked in kind. The trickster didn’t kill them - instead it destroyed what mattered most - their family, scattering the members of their little gang to every end of the world.

Cole was once again left to fend for himself - which was how he happened across one Gabriel Reyes*. Caught in the act of pick-pocketing, Reyes made a deal with Cole - travel with him or get turned over to the authorities. Reasonably, Cole chose travel - though he did make several (failed) attempts to slip away in the first few weeks. Reyes always caught him. Eventually Cole found himself wrapped up in the other man’s work - as a freelance monster hunter. He took to the life easily enough - after all, the shadow world was a familiar one - and Reyes taught him more than he ever thought he’d know.

Then everything changed again when a job went south… and left Gabriel Reyes a changed man. Literally. Cole tried to stick with his partner and friend at first. After all - not all monsters were bad; he’d learned that much in his time with Reyes. But Reyes’ personal struggles with his new life caused tension and discord, eventually leading the older man to just walk away one night. Cole hasn’t seen him since. But he still hunts, still takes on jobs. What else can he do? Sometimes Cole feels like survival is the only thing he’s ever really been good at, anyway.

Space Opera Verse

Currently a Private Verse

This universe is set in something VERY akin to Cowboy Bebop. Cole is a sci-fi bounty hunter who never seems to have enough cash to keep him going, so he bounces from one job to another, trying to keep his head above water... so to speak.

Steam Fantasy Verse

I’ve used this verse with a lot of my muses (because it’s fun. ;P) Basically, it’s a world set in a Victorian-esque setting, only with a combo of magic and steampunk qualities thrown in. Supernatural creatures of all kinds live and walk freely among humans, and everyone (mostly) gets along.

While slavery of ANY kind has been outlawed in this world, that doesn’t stop there from being a black market surrounding it. This underground group (often referred to as the ‘Goblin Market’ or 'The Underground') consists almost solely of powerful supernaturals who defy the laws and continue to buy, sell, and trade living creatures. Sometimes these slaves are other supernaturals, sometimes they’re human - regardless, the government (for multiple reasons) refuses to acknowledge that the Goblin Market exists, so there’s a secret group which works, vigilante-style, to end the Market once and for all. They refer to themselves as Shades

Unfortunately, the supernaturals involved in the Market are often old and powerful. They work from the shadows and have their hands in many aspects of law and government. This makes bringing any of them legally to justice almost impossible. But that doesn’t stop the Shades from trying (both in official and unofficial ways.)

Which is where Cole comes in. Cole Cassidy is a werewolf, and a former slave. He was rescued from that life by a vampire named Gabriel Reyes - a powerful Shade who’s working to destroy the Goblin Market from within. Cole quickly made himself an asset to the group, and occasionally has been known to ‘rejoin’ the slave ranks in order to gather intel. He doesn’t like it, but he’s good at it. And better him than someone else.

I’m open to exploring just about any aspect of this universe with someone as long as we do a bit of plotting first. Some bits are fleshed out more than others in my head, but that’s what RPs are for, right? :)

Stuff That's Good to Know Before Starting a Thread

If it's not apparent yet, this is a VERY AU version of Cole Cassidy. I can do an Overwatch verse it that's what you really want, but you need to tell me before we start, so we can do a bit of plotting. Thank you! :)

This AU version of Cassidy is also part of a fic I’m writing over on AO3. That way it doesn’t look like I’m stealing or anything. LOL! I decided I wanted to try a hand at RPing the character, but there are SO MANY amazing Cassidy’s out there already. So by making my AU fic my main verse, I feel more able to offer something new (while maybe fueling my drive to work on the fic in the process.) It’s at 11 chapters and over 50,000 words and still being written right now. But the story is about 95% all planned out in my head, so hopefully I can keep on track with it.

The fic itself is set in New York, but for ease of RPing, I’m happy to have Cole’s ‘home base’ be in any major U.S. city that’s convenient for your muse. Small towns don’t work as well due to certain headcanons, but if you’re interested in that (or would prefer it) for our RP, it’s okay to ask and we can try to work something out.

Stinky Sinister Strange Infodump!

Since you fellas seemed to like Defender so much I decided that I would upload more info about my re-write Sinister as well!

In the Movie Sinister has more character than the other Stranges, but most of his story is up to interpretation. I have some headcanons regarding his actual story in the movie, but for this post I will be focusing on my own version of him which is quite different. He’s the only Strange variant who I have gone out of my way to change the appearance of, and I will explain why in a mo.

He doesn’t have as big of a role as Defender does, but he has more of a backstory, so most of this will be explaining why he is the way he is. Most of his backstory isn’t explicitly shown in the actual course of the re-write, but I like to have it there anywho, just for my own enjoyment.

Let’s rip into it!

Universe 51 (there was no number so I made one up) is an identical universe to 616, being a branch reality where the same things occurred, but just at a faster rate. (I have a glossary and explanation for multiversal terms and how they work which I’ll upload later.) Sinister is basically a version of Stephen from the future if America and Defender hadn’t caused a multiversal interference.

Though we can never truly be sure that 616 Stephen would’ve turned out this way, everything in both of their universes leading up to America and Defender’s arrival is identical. Sinister simply continued on into a future where he never went through the developments in character that Stephen did in this re-write.

Sinister's universe naturally perished and died out. Nothing horrific, nothing sudden, just the slow and steady decline of mankind. Being Sorcerer Supreme he cannot age or die of natural causes, thus he remains the only living human being on earth after it’s collapse. (I also have a lore on magic and how this is possible which I’ll upload with the multiverse glossary)

After a lifetime of service and devotion to the mystic arts he feels that he deserves a happy life now. After a long long time of existing alone in his sanctum his desires begin to be drawn to the Darkhold. Eventually he caves in and dreamwalks.

Sinister tries to find a universe where he can slip right in undetected. A Universe similar to the one he used to live in. He only lingered in a universe long enough to find out wether it was like his. As time goes on and he dreamwalks more and more he slowly gets corrupted by the Darkhold. He becomes reckless in his dreamwalking, lingering too long, or being too careless in the variant’s body. As a result people start to get hurt, and people close to their Stephens notice his presence. It becomes harder and harder in his unstable state to be able to compose himself enough to dreamwalk undetected. However, with the Darkhold’s vice grip he continues his never ending endeavor, regardless of the cost.

Due to the Darkhold corruptive nature the healing factor of his supremacy becomes weaker, and he also starts to physically age. This is why he looks a lot older than the other variants.

For the die hard fans out there, he’s based on Stephen from Doctor Strange: The End! My all time favorite comic.

A short break before I get into his involvement in the plot. This break is brought to you by Sinister’s Harp!

I loved the harp included in the movie, so I decided to make him attached to it. Christine gave it to him as a last gift before she too passed away from old age much like most of the people he was close with. He enchanted it so it would never perish, and he gets distressed if it’s damaged. He plays it to sooth himself and clear his mind, it’s the only time when he can exist without the Darkhold’s influence.

Anywho, back to it!

He continues his rituals until Stephen (616) is thrust into his sanctum by Wanda after she captures America.

Sinister, at first is fascinated and afraid of Stephen, thinking that maybe the consequences of his dreamwalking had become due. However, after a brief chat he realizes Stephen is no threat at all, and instead turns to manipulating information about his universe out of him in hopes that he could replace Stephen by leaving him in the sanctum and taking his place in 616.

He asks about Christine and Wong, asking for information on how they are, or what they’re up to, pretending to look for comfort in the fact that they’re alive in his universe. Stephen answers, though he starts to grow suspicious of Sinister.

Eventually Sinister becomes malicious, realizing Stephen’s universe is ideal for his parasitic ideals, and he uses the Darkhold to try to possess Stephen.

Stephen is having none of it, and realizes that the Darkhold is probably the only hope he has in communicating with his own universe, and thus the two engage in battle.

YES I KEPT THE MUSIC BATTLE. I LIKED IT. I THOUGHT IT WAS SO COOL. SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE JUST MEAN.

I’ve altered it slightly so that Sinister plays the harp, and Stephen plays the piano. Both struggle to because of their hands, but because of the lack of core magic (magic lore coming soon!) in the earth, the two need to create their own runes using the energies from sound waves to create magical projectiles. This is also an opportunity to remind people that Stephen has a music related hyper-fixation which I am very passionate about.

The two go about battling and using different compositions to create different runes, but eventually Stephen uses an off key to create an unstable projectile which explodes, causing both of them to be disarmed. The Darkhold comes loose from Sinister’s grasp and lands on the floor between them.

Sinister is mortified, not at the loss of the Darkhold, but because of the fact that one of the strings on his harp has broken. This emotional distress allows him to break from the Darkhold’s influence for once, and he tries to warn Stephen about the dangers of using the book, explaining that they were copies of each other, and that Stephen would certainly fall into the same state of corruption as he did.

Stephen states that using the Darkhold is (drumroll please) ‘The only way’ to save America, and picks it up. The transfer of dark energies and magic from Sinister to Stephen is powerful and causes a huge shockwave to explode out of the book, sending the harp (that was put to the side as sinister tried to bargain) out of the nearby window.

With all hopes lost Sinister leaps after it, managing to grab it as he dangled off the edge of the Window ledge. Stephen rushes over to help him, and Sinister passes him the harp which Stephen pulls up to safety. He’s too slow to grab Sinister’s hand and he falls into the void. (Not onto a fence I prommy. It’s hard to explain, but that big void that his sanctum was being sucked into in the film? He falls into that.)

Stephen is in a state of shock, but he realizes he had more pressing matters to attend to.

Timeskip to the lead up to the big final battle. Wong has been captured by Wanda after attempting a 1V1 to buy Stephen time to do whatever he was up to. Wanda is about to kill Wong when America, who is also captured nearby, panics and opens her multiversal Portals. Three of them open, and outstep Defender Wong, 838 Christine and Sinister (who unfashionably falls flat on his face).

Because he was falling in the void he never hit the ground, and thus he lives to fight alongside those he lost to save America from Wanda.

He lives to return to his own universe free from the darkhold’s influence :).

The final battle and how that works out is a whole new bag of worms so I’ll leave that till later on. Man, that was a lot of writing, I hope you fellas don’t mind. I am so sorry (it will happen again).

Sinister was a favorite of mine from the get go, but I really hated the Christine obsession, it gave me the ick. Regardless, this is my version of him, and I hope you like him! I think I’ll be uploading stuff about 838 Stephen next, so look out for that if you’re interested in the smooth clean shaven baby girl.

So my MC is basically just general MC but with a backstory/more specific likes and dislikes

All my fics for unnamed gn! mc × mammon are based off my MC because their personalities are so similar & it's easier to write with a concrete figure in mind [ AO3 ]

If you know me by now, you know it's gonna get long as I explain things, add headcanons and the reasons behind them, add links to theories about the lore/world building/general mc & add links to any fic of mine that's relevant

My theorised OM! time frame -> 3 years from S1 to S4 & why

1. How does your MC react to being summoned to the Devildom?

In this theory , I said that at some point in history the existence of the other two realms was an open secret to (at least some) humans but with the war, the rebellion & them practically shutting themselves up it became myth & then transformed into religion

Under this theory, a lot more humans would have been raised hearing stories/myths/folklore of the other realms. The interpretation of the realms and their residents may vary between people but the core is the same.

Eliza's mother (like general MC's mother was supposed to be) was a painter & a descendent of Lilith, who despite not being religious was very interested in the stories and so painted scenes from them.

Eliza didn't spend long with their mother (theory)* but the stories featured heavily in what little time they had together so they grew up seeing angels/demons in the same way most people see sentient/intelligent aliens.

You don't put much thought into it in your daily life, you're completely fine with never seeing one/confirming they're real, if someone asks if you believe in them you shrug & say "who knows" while 75% of you believes they probably aren't real. If confronted with hard evidence of their existence you'd probably be more shocked about seeing them/meeting them than the fact that they're real

In OM! at the very beginning it also says that MC signed up for an exchange program I believe? As in they weren't just randomly kidnapped. They were given the opportunity, they signed up and instead of going to where ever in the human world they were supposed to go they ended up in a mythical realm

More than being shocked that they were kidnapped by monsters under the bed, they were shocked that the cultural exchange program they signed up for was with aliens

So they adapted to it a lot quicker than they should've though a part of them still believed they were dreaming until they hurt their wrist when Levi tried to kill them

*this is mostly to explain why general MC doesn't seem to have a family, why they're so ready to leave the human world & join the brothers' family, why there's never a mention of more descendents of Lilith which rightfully the brothers would be interested in

Ik there's no mention about others because this is MC's story and they also needed to make MC more customizable for the players but since my MC is general MC I needed a solid reason for it

3. How does your MC feel about Cerberus and Henry?

They adore Henry 2.0 and make a point of asking Levi how he's doing every once in a while (mc asking Levi how Henry 2.0 is doing is actually canon and adorable!!)

They absolutely whipped their phone out to take pictures of both Henry 1.0 & Cerberus while they were being chased/attacked by them.

By this point of the game, as long as they're not sneaking into the labyrinth, Cerberus has come to accept them as just another member of the household and (like general MC) their rotation of chores now includes grooming/walking Cerberus.

They've got a lot of pictures of him taken by their professional camera and they have an entry on him in their "journal"/ the book they're putting together about the animal life of all three worlds

They're still trying to convince Barbatos to let them go to the dungeons in the Demon King's Castle to take pictures of Henry 1.0

4. How would your MC react to the brothers almost killing them and/or hurting them?

They don't even register Mammon's threats and have no problem snapping back at him from the beginning*¹

When Levi & Beel try they're in a dazed numb shock and they remain quiet till (in Levi's case) Mammon brings out the line about 'dying next time they're in trouble instead of letting anyone else save them' and the line itself and the entire situation is so ridiculous that they end up laughing (somewhat hysterically) as everything catches up with them.

In Beel's case they're shocked out of it when Mammon blames them for eating Beel's custard and they immediately start scrambling to defend themself to Lucifer, while also throwing Mammon under the bus.

When Lucifer tries to kill them the first time, they hardly remember any of it but they're silent and contemplative afterwards.*² They try not to dwell on any of the times and they push themself to keep looking forward

Asmo's & Satan's ones put them off the most because they were both the ones who were initially nicest to them without needing to build any deeper friendships/connections. Asmo & Satan's threats were graphic and sounded like promises more than threats. They tiptoed around the two of them after that and found comfort in the pacts because it meant they had a way to defend themself. Satan apologising meant that they relaxed around him quicker than they relaxed around Asmo.

They usually dismissed Lucifer's threats, pretending that if they didn't believe them or sneered back at him/laughed them off, it'll mean Lucifer wasn't serious. Though I did end up writing a whole fic about the time Lucifer hurt their wrist*³

They were angry when Lucifer tried to hurt them the second time. They were betrayed and livid but things happened so fast afterwards it got pushed back and the only resolution they had was when they got to punch him (in the shoulder/arm) after they reunited

They stayed away from Belphie/tried their best to interact with him only when the others were around. In the end their desperate need to reunite the family (because hell they went through this much BS they might as well see it to the end) won out in the end and they interacted with him more than they were comfortable with in order to do so. Remember Gisella who said you never forget the way you die? Their body hurts now - some days (most days) it's barely noticeable but on others they can't even make it outta bed. On these days, even after they're completely comfortable with Belphie and usually have no problem napping with him, they can't even look at him without flinching away.

After nearly getting killed so many times and then actually dying and being brought back to life, what little self preservation they had completely disintegrated. They now have a tendency to make light of all the near death experiences and any future experience as well - as a way to cope? No! They're perfectly fine! :)))))

5. What would be your MC’s favorite class at RAD?

7. What job would your MC like the most?

They technically are a wildlife photographer but are currently without a stable job

Photographer because of all those pictures on Devilgram where the LIs are staring at the camera with heart eyes but the photos itself looks like they were taken by a professional

Wildlife photographer because they need to be patient, cool & calm, adaptable, used to dealing with possibly dangerous animals etc and MC having a job where they need all those traits would explain how they got used to the chaos of the Devildom so easily

10. Where would your MC go to escape it all in the Devildom?

They'll usually take their camera and head out into the woods.

11. How would your MC react to going back to the human realm after spending a year at RAD? Would they try to go back to things being normal?

They try to put on a brave face when leaving, specially because they always knew this was coming but they're absolutely devastated and they feel stupid for it.

They don't have a family (unknown father, dead mother & no relations at all from her side) and have always moved around too much + worked too much to form any deep relationships (both platonic & romantic) and so they've never really found a place or people in the human world where they can come out of their shell/open up more (something that Lucifer notes in S2 is that MC is now more open about their emotions). Despite this they've always being fascinated by families & in the Devildom they felt like they finally found their place so having to leave and not knowing if they'd ever be back was heartbreaking

They tried to get back to normal but the world now seemed duller and they were, ironically, homesick*⁴ & counted the days till their once a week calls.

(Like general MC) They lose weight during their time in the human world.

Despite all the evidence that everything that happened was real there are days when they wonder if it was all a dream and:

I headcanon that Eliza's pact with Mammon is on their right palm for many reasons (the most prominent being that scratching your right palm means you're going to get money) but also:

After leaving the Devildom in S2 they move to a bigger apartment & get a roommate because they start getting luckier with money so they can afford it and after the loud chaos of the HoL they needed to hear someone else moving around their home*⁵

12. What would your MC write their paper on for the exchange program?

It'd mostly be a general paper covering all topics - from culture & food, to the people & RAD (they gloss over a lot of the "nearly dying" parts)

Additionally in their time in the Devildom they start photographing the animals + supernatural creatures they find there and then doing research on them. They get a thick old blank paged tome (the actual book from Satan, but with Solomon's magic so that they never run out of blank pages & so that only they can open it) where they make entries for each animal/creature with the research material they found & attached pictures.

13. How would your MC wear the RAD uniform?

They normally wear a similar uniform to the brothers. They start the day with everything neat & in place and end it with their tie tucked into a pocket, the jacket open, the shirt's first few buttons unbuttoned. When it's cold they'll have a light-material hoodie peeking out from under their shirt. Every once in a while, they'll wear a skirt with black leggings.

16. What sort of magic would your MC want to learn the most?

Summoning magic would obviously take precedence over everything else but (like general mc) they'd be able to easily pickup healing magic and they find it really useful as well

17. Would MC prefer Diavolo’s dances/balls or Asmo’s parties?

They don't have a preference and the answer could change depending on the day because it's fun to dress up for Diavolo's dances & to hang out with everyone else but they can be overly stuffy depending on who's there.

Asmo's parties are always fun but the later you stay the hornier they get and that can become uncomfortable

18. What is your MC’s relationship like with the brothers?

To make the story fit more with my characterizations, I work under the assumption that not all the characters are in love with Eliza. All of them have somewhat of a passing curiosity (you know when you suddenly see someone you've never liked in a romantic or sexual context do or say something and you suddenly get a flash of desire and wanting that's gone as quickly as it came? Eg: me at the tall dude sitting in the middle of the class and nodding along with my presentation while everyone else was focused on preparing for their own presentations. Nearly dropped down on one knee and pulled out a ring at that moment) - but that's it. None of the side characters have an actual crush on them (except Thirteen eventually). All the brothers had a small crush on them at one point or another but once they realise Eliza doesn't return their feelings it settles into the background - still present but not important (you know when you get a major crush on some person but nothing ever happens and now you're completely happy with their friendship but every once in a while your brain lets out a longing what if)

They're initially a bit in awe of Lucifer (a little bit attracted to him even though they'd gun-to-their-head deny it) until they have the "oh he's an asshole" realisation and then they're scared of him but also willing to put that aside to help Belphie because 1. They can't stand to see Beel sad. 2. The brothers clearly all adore each other but they have so many issues that are tearing them apart and Eliza who has always wanted a family is pissed by how they seem to be taking it for granted. 3. Lucifer was a dick and now they want to be petty and openly defy him. Once things get settled and they realise that "oh he's still an asshole but he's also an overworked, overprotective dad with ptsd" they become more open to the idea that Lucifer's not as bad under everything. They still go out their way to annoy him/defy him but when it comes down to it they'll always listen to what he says and follow his orders. They also tease him about the crush he has on them. They have weekly (sometimes daily) private meetings where they drink tea and Lucifer gets to finally open up and complain about everything.*⁶ Whenever he works late they make him coffee (the kind that bets bitter depending on how much the person making it loves the person they're giving it to). Eliza can fluctuate from being the only other adult in the room that Lucifer can depend on to giving him just as much hell as the rest of his brothers. They'd deny it but they preen whenever he's proud of them because more than anything they want him to accept them. Whenever Lucifer simps for Diavolo (which he does in canon) they always side eye him with the most smug look ever. Their entire relationship can be summed up by Eliza punching him (in the shoulder/arm) because he's being emotionally constipated and they were worried about him and then immediately hugging him tightly.

Eliza is very indulgent of Levi and considers him a best friend as well. They're always up to binge watch anime with him, play games, go to cons, cosplay & sing karaoke. They take a heavy interest in whatever he's doing while also gently brushing away the crush he has on them. Though in my version, mostly to avoid hurting Levi, his crush is mostly superficial and becomes a "friendship crush" once they get close (yknow that one friend you have no romantic or sexual interest towards but you're a bit in awe of them & would also totally marry them no questions asked). Levi's the one who introduced Eliza to anime/manga/games and though they don't watch/play them on their own they're always more than happy to stay up the whole night doing so with Levi.

Satan & general MC have the most underrated friendship is2g. I have a half written post about how similar the two of them are which I'll post later and then add the link here but till then trust me, they are very similar - their situations more than their personality (though personality wise there are some similarities as well) and they tend to find comfort in each other because of that. Eliza can always depend on Satan whether it's with help finding research for a certain animal, helping with a spell they're supposed to learn, helping with work at RAD etc. He also feels comfortable about opening up about all his issues to them and he trusts their opinion more than anyone else's (remember in S3 when he looked at them to confirm who he was as a person?). They can also exist in comfortable silence around each other, both doing their own thing. Eliza is also a comfort and stabilising force for him when he's upset (literally just all their main interactions in S3. How they sat together and held hands in silence when he was upset in S3 was absolutely beautiful). They constantly recommend books to each other and have discussions about them.

They have a friendly indifference towards Asmo until he threatens them, makes a pact with them and then starts coming on to them strongly all in the same night and then they become wary of him and make sure to keep their distance. They do soothe things over once Asmo realises Eliza's just genuinely not interested in him and that he has an opportunity to make a friend without anything romantic or sexual involved, just someone who's not at all attracted to him in that way and while it does still annoy him, it also piques his interest. He can trust them to be upfront with him about anything without attraction clouding their judgement so he can actually get an unbiased, objective opinion from them about what actually looks the best on him. He still flirts with them but now it's just to see them fondly roll their eyes. He is a very heavy Mammon × MC shipper and is more than happy to play wingman (P1 & P2). He paints their nails and actually starts Eliza on self care routines and the occasional spa days. He's very clingy with them and once they become proper friends they don't mind having him hang off their arm or cuddle into their side.

They're very protective of Beel because they somehow see him as a little brother despite the fact that he could break them in two using just one hand. The whole reason they agreed to help Belphie was because they saw how upset Beel was about Belphie being gone. They always carry around snacks for him (like general MC) and though they would hate it if any of the others just randomly/spontaneously picked them up and carried them places they don't mind if it's Beel. They have however stolen a number of his t-shirts & jackets because they're huge and comfortable. They're always up for trying a new restaurant with him because, like Beel, they're not fussy about food and will try anything at least once. While they always make sure to buy food/bring him food if Beel texts them & asks, they also hold him accountable when he eats their labelled food. They always go to his matches and he usually manages to drag them to exercise together (MC is canonically able to kick open Levi's locked door and all that strength must come from somewhere). Like general MC; Eliza, Mammon, Levi & Beel hang out and get into trouble frequently & have weekly gaming nights. I can't find the post I made about it (but you can play the locked chapters of Lesson 4 to see what I'm talking about), Beel also "ships" Mammon × MC

Eliza initially doesn't trust Belphie and refuses to help him until they see how upset Beel is and agrees. They form a friendship while Belphie tells them stories about his brothers from inside the attic. After he kills them, they're much more wary of him, to the point that they feel uncomfortable standing close to him - though they push this all aside for the sake of everyone else. Even at the time of making the pact they are uncomfortable around him but making the pact and then hanging out with him & Beel starts soothing over their fears. Though going to the attic at all is painful for them at this point. Belphie isn't oblivious to any of this but tries his hardest not to let it affect him. (I have a fic based on this but it's not complete yet, when I finish it I'll post the link). After they become proper friends, they don't mind napping with him or even being in the attic with him alone, though they're less touchy-feely with him than they are with the others despite loving him as much as them and considering him family. On days that their body hurts a lot they avoid him and he knows how to recognise those days and retreat to the attic to sleep them away. After the pain has gone or reduced to its normal state (which can take 1-3 days) they always make sure to immediately seek him out so that they can nap together. They've also learnt to use him killing them against him. Eg: Belphie: refusing to do something that they really need his help with. Eliza: "Hey, remember that time you killed me :)". Belphie's also one of the brothers with a bigger/more persistent crush on them.

Overall, they're family.

19. What is your MC’s relationship like with the side-characters?

Luke is their son adjacent if that makes sense? He's not their son but he's close? Like a little cousin or a nephew. They're very indulgent of him and happily go along with whatever he says. The trips with Mammon & Luke to look for mythical/supernatural creatures becomes a thing.

They're much more quiet/subdued with Simeon than they're with any of the others because they hold the same sort of respect for him that is usually reserved for your grandfather. If Simeon liked Eliza romantically (which he doesn't in my version) he'd be grandfather-zoned and I think it doesn't get any worse than that

They're the least close with Barbatos and are somewhat intimidated by him and so are much more reserved when interacting one on one with him. They do taste test human (& Devildom) teas for him pretty frequently though (like general mc)

So canonically MC is probably the first person to see Diavolo instead of Lord Diavolo and yeah. Lucifer & Barbatos are still obviously Diavolo's closest friends but Eliza becomes his go to for more emotional problems/rants. He's going to gush about the exact colour of Lucifer's eyes for 57 minutes and Eliza is going to think "damn maybe there are perks to being homophobic :/" but they're going to (painfully) listen till he's run out of steam, because who else can he tell any of this to? And then they're going to suggest he actually tell Lucifer that he has beautiful eyes because if they get together hopefully this will stop (if they get together it will only get worse). Diavolo does tell Lucifer, but it completely flies over his head because he's oblivious like that and "haha it's just Diavolo being Diavolo". Eliza considers throttling him. Diavolo can also trust them to be painfully blunt and give their honest opinion when he makes suggestions about any new ideas/parties.

They have a lot of respect for Solomon but they also think he's batshit crazy so while they're willing to help him out whenever, they're always wary about what exactly that will entail. They do work very hard though because, while naturally being hardworker, they also want to live up to his (non-existent) expectations (seriously mc could breathe and solomon would be proud). He's also their go to when they want to complain about the brothers (as much as they love them). Because they're so curious (nosy) they do get frustrated by how much they still don't know about Solomon and how he evades the questions when they just straight up ask him.

Bonus:

They completely indulge Number 2 in his need to terrorise Mammon and happily play the part of Number 2's other parent*¹⁴ despite knowing that this is a full grown man who's much older than them. That being said they're not above threatening him with bodily harm when he pushes them right to the edge (which is true for all their relationships with the brothers and which is true for general MC as well)

Remember these seven little assholes? Eliza absolutely considers them their weird ass adopted kids. (Valago & MC) (what I think they look like with the help of the above picrew)

20. What is your MC’s relationship like with Raphael, Mephistopheles, and Thirteen?

Raphael starts his intro by more or less telling MC that they've heard bad things about each other and this holds true for Eliza as well. After everything they've gone through in the last 3 years, Eliza is somewhat protective of the brothers so their guard is up around Raphael. They have no real reason to pick a fight with him but they also tend to go out of their way to antagonise/tease him. Despite this they really are trying their best to be more civil because Lucifer asked them to + they want to mend the bridges between the three worlds as fast as possible. Despite their reluctance, because of how adaptable they (and general mc) are, they end up working fairly well with him

Eliza can be oblivious (and I think it's hilarious) so it takes them a while to realise who Thirteen is. As in when Thirteen accuses them of breaking into her house they're genuinely like ??????????? They go with the flow when Thirteen's pissed at them but they are genuinely confused about who exactly Thirteen is and why she's upset until some time later. They're also curious about her and her way of talking sometimes reminds them of Mammon. Thirteen's own extremely fiery personality makes Eliza take on the role of calming her down, even if that means drawing the attention towards themself. When Thirteen eventually gets a crush on them it's going to take them the longest time to realise it/believe what the others are telling them. Unfortunately for Thirteen (and me cause: Thirteen🥺❤) they get a lot of "little sister" vibes from her and treat her accordingly (did I somewhat unconsciously decide this to stop myself from jumping ship to Thirteen despite leaving Mammon being clearly against Eliza's personality? Maybe.)

Up to this point they're mostly indifferent towards Mephisto or at most annoyed that after everything he still wants to oppose their place in the Devildom. Also no matter how much fun they have with getting on Lucifer's nerves they're protective of him when someone outside of the family & their close friends do so. After getting to know him better they become his go to place when he wants to rant about something and they willingly listen even if they occasionally (somewhat fondly) roll their eyes and wonder how they ended up here.

**Despite being everyone's therapist + problem solver, Eliza tends to keep their own worries, problems, doubts, anxieties & hurt to themself until someone notices and forces it out of them and this is probably because they've been independent/self-sufficient almost their entire life. (This is something general MC also does either on purpose or accidentally as seen in the "snowed in" event)**

2. If you had to give up your keyboard and write your stories exclusively by hand, could you do it? If you already write everything by hand, a) are you a wizard and b) pen or pencil?

Yes! Funny story actually, this is how I started writing fanfiction! I was writing fanfiction before I found out that it was fanfiction lol, but those notebooks are for my eyes only and the only reason why I haven't burned them yet is because younger me put so much time into it. Sadly, I'm not a wizard, but I did write in pencil!

17. Talk to me about the minutiae of your current WIP. Tell me about the lore, the history, the detail, the things that won’t make it in the text.

Ohhhh man I think the best one to do this with is the Locked and Reloaded rewrite I'm working on (curse marvel for opening the multiverse in such a wonky way). But I'm very proud of my magic system in it! Essentially, everyone has the capacity to do magic and can use certain tools or instruments to reduce its degenerative effects or to amplify their abilities. The main one I want to talk about here is called a Conductor. Not necessary but highly recommended, it's an accessory made up of either Gold, Silver, or Platinum, with the user's birthstone infused with a part of their DNA to make it effective and unique. So, in Chenle's case he has it in a wrist watch and in Renjun's case he has it in a pair of glasses, with their conductors they can expend large amount of magic without feeling the effects of harsh physical labor haha. Basically the lore behind this is that way back when an omnipotent being gave their followers the ability to use magic should a certain element remain in supply and the rest is history!

Ohhhh this one is hard okay how about this heartbreaking moment from [How to Keep a Promise] (SPOILERS obviously)

Yangyang wondered how different everything would’ve been if he came back earlier, wondered how different his life would be. He wondered how the butterfly effect would play into everything, or would it remain the same as it was now? It’s funny how things like this worked, he thought. How growing up and maturing could be. Never did he think that he’d be stuck with you this long, when he first saw you in orientation he didn’t think your friendship would last as long as it did, it was remarkable. He should really get an award or something for dealing with you this long. All the late nights and mental breakdowns, it’s something that not everyone could do.

There was a clear wall of platonic love that separated you and him. If anyone were to just glance at it, they wouldn’t even know it was there. Over the years it had grown to immeasurable heights, ones that he couldn’t even begin to fathom. But one day, while your back was turned, Yangyang pressed onto it hard, he kept applying force, and he didn’t stop until he saw a small crack appear under his palm. Then, he retreated, he walked backwards, because it scared him, it terrified him to no end. This was a wall of glass, once it broke, it would be no more. Was he willing to risk that? He slammed his fist into the glass and the thin line broke into more smaller lines. He had to make his choice now.

Facing the groom, you felt the lifetime of joy to come, and you wanted to punch yourself for running away from it before, all the years you could’ve saved if you just pulled yourself together and realized your feelings then but no, you waited years and when you finally thought that you were over it bam he’s in your life again and it was like all the repressed love you had for him came flooding back like it had never left. The joy you felt when he dropped onto one knee, you knew right then that this was the man for you. The one you wanted to be with through sickness and through health, the one who you wanted to be with until death, and the one you could rely on until the bitter end.

So finally you said the two words that everyone had been eagerly waiting to hear.

“I do.”

“You may now kiss the bride.” Then, while another huge smile broke into your face you felt your cheeks burning with some mix of joy and embarrassment as you looked into Jeno’s eyes, his own filled with the same childish excitement that you had, and with one swift movement his lips were over yours, and you had never been happier.

Oh yeah, the passage that got my blog to cry. The build up of this whole story was to make it look like Yangyang was always the endgame lead but surprise it was Jeno! I wanted to perfectly capture the unrequited love between best friends, the kind of love that if they timed it just right then they would've been together. Right person, wrong time. That's what I was aiming for in this fic. But, it wasn't always supposed to be this way! This wasn't going to be the ending. Actually, the original end I had planned was that Yangyang flies back on (Y/N)'s 30th birthday to own up to the promise they made to each other after being best friends for so long. He had it all planned, location, rings, vows, it's what he'd been dreaming about since university. Then, once he returns to their shared apartment (bestie things), he unlocks the door with nothing but hopes and dreams, only for them to be utterly crushed when he sees Jeno in the kitchen, silver wedding band gleaming on his hand. His worst fears are confirmed when you walk out with a similar ring.

But, I figured that's too angsty so I went with the indented passage above instead hehe

24. How much prep work do you put into your stories? What does that look like for you? Do you enjoy this part or do you just want to get on with it?

It depends on the story. For long fics like Zemblanity, it was in the works since the first trailer for Turn Back Time (I believe it was Kun's character trailer or something) and working with what I had from those I developed a cohesive story line (even getting a little deterred when the MV came out and the Lore changed LMAO but I braved through it with my original plot lmao). But yeah, I'd say usually on average I'll work on the outline for a long fic for like 2-6 months. There's one fic I have in the WIPs that's been in the planning for a year now, actually, Redamancy. But anyway, for things like one shots, a month tops. For one shots I usually just run and gun it. Meaning I sit down with coffee and a snack and I write. I just go with the flow for oneshots then I read them over and over again and make sure there aren't plot holes, but I'll admit that some get through anyway AHHHH but yeah! I have a lot of fun outlining, I find it easier than writing sometimes, actually haha

The only exception to this would be Prominence. This started out as a bit of a joke series but then I was like... let me add an actual plot lmao so I put together a plot asap for Season 1, the aftermath of that is Season 2 and.... mm, I'll stop here muahaha
