After reading about pearlcatcher culture and how it feels to transition into a bogsneak, I DESPERATELY need an in-depth book about Baldwin’s transformation and the affects on his social life, friends/family, and mental health.

He’s really one of my all time favourite character types and the nuuuuance you can pick up on is sooooo tasty. It’s a really good example of letting your audience have just enough key points to be able to read between the lines and piece together a whole picture if you actually look close at it and that’s impressive and fun in its own right!
