Frank: And uh [laughs] remember- Ray: Remember Mikey- Frank: In the Paramour Mikey was like “oh we gotta play Disenchanted” and Ray was like “aw man! no!” [laughs] Ray: Right and the thing, yeah, like at that point too we probably had like 18- Frank: Yeah we had so many songs Ray -or 19 songs and it was just like, to us, y’know, - except for Mikey, to us it was just like, another song y’know and it didn’t have that- it didn’t have anything special about it and I remem- yeah he was like, he would like whisper while you were sleeping “Disenchanted” y’know Frank: Yeah [laughs] Ray: Get you to think about it the next day Gerard: Yeah, Mikey, uh- Mikey always believed in this song, and y’know, I’m glad he did because he helped us pull together in the end ────── Gerard: The first time we heard it tracked, we were blown away Frank: Yeah Gerard: And we were so happy that, y’know, Mikey had encouraged us to,- to keep pressing on with the song Mikey: Yeah I listened to it like 30 times when it was done, tracked. I’d like grab the headphones- Ray: [Laughs] Mikey: And I like- Gerard: Yeah any chance Mikey could get to listen to it Mikey: I was like, “let me listen to Disenchanted, please!”

HELP WANTED! Where/when is this photo from?

The origins of this Gerard Way photo have alluded me too long. I’ve seen it all over Pinterest and tumblr and I’ve scoured the internet and My Chemical Romance archives and cannot find it.

Posted my query on Reddit but no one knew on there either. Some assumptions about it being pre-2004(due to haircut, proximity, and possible booger sugar nosebleed). Could also NOT be a live performance photo. I’m desperate for My Chemical Romance experts to help me in my quest PLEASE HEAR MY PLEAS.
