Ok but what if Lila rescued a kitten and gave it to Saeran??? How would the different members of the system react? Like just imagine Grave pretending he hated this thing but you know he loves it??? Ray making little flower crowns for it??? Su Jin petting it obsessively and loving how soft it is??? I dont think my heart can handle how sweet this could be??

What do you think would happen?? Would some be overwhelmed by the responsibility? Who would love it?

Saeran would be likely to be the most level-headed about that. Cats actually like him in a way that they don’t like his twin. He’s not very interested in animals but he doesn’t hate them, either. He’s kind of different to them for the most part, and that just has a lot to do with the fact that he never really considered getting one or got swept up in the idea of having them. It was and still is at times, hard to be able to take care of himself, and knowing that, he’s not big on the idea.

Though, he isn’t against it if say, Lila comes home and she’s holding some poor kitten she had found in worse for wear conditions that she simply couldn’t leave behind to suffer. He can’t say no to her, and since they live with Saeyoung and those two other knuckleheads, of course, they would allow an actual cat into this household. As if the robot cat wasn’t enough of an issue to think about with how it calls everyone out.

Still, he decides that if his girlfriend is invested in this, he might as well put a little effort into it. She’s always masking her problems with a smile whether she wants to admit it or not, so it’s good for her to have something to do that keeps her not only busy but happy. So, here’s a man that looks disgruntled with a cat pawing at his hands whether he tries to pet it. It’s the cutest thing you’ve ever seen in your entire life.

That cat likes him and is always following him around, or trying to climb up him to be held. He doesn’t mind, honestly. He never thought that animals would be interested in him, but this one... this one is okay. Just pray that he doesn’t pick out the collar, that would be edgy as hell. Hey, he’s a simple man with a simple taste in design.

SE Ray would be very on top of things. If you don’t know it, he’s kind of a soother, a healer, someone that takes care of things when it gets hard for the rest of them. He looks out for everyone as much as possible, even though he doesn’t tend to his own needs as much. So, to imagine Ray realizing they’ve got a little friend that likes to hang around him and he has no reason to say that they don’t like him, because animals either like you or they don’t.

He would be taking care of anything, making a schedule, and ensuring that the kitten is eating and has everything taken care of. He would scold anyone who crowded or tried to cause the poor thing duress. He knows what it feels like to be lonely and small, he empathizes. You won’t see him without this kitten. He’s going to spoil that little thing rotten and Lila’s going to giggle every time she sees him with a lap cat or just carting that kitten around.

He’s absolutely smitten. Yes, he would make them a little crown if they were interested in it, but he’s gone about making sure that they’ve got no plants in sight that the kitten can reach because as you know, there are a lot of flowers that can be toxic to animals, especially cats, so he’s the one drilling all of them to be careful with that.

Grave [SE Suit Saeran] is pretty easy to read in that regard. He would act like he’s not interested in the kitten and leave everything to the others in the house to take care of because... well, there’s plenty of other people here to take care of everything and that’s not his job. He would often watch the others fawn over this tiny thing, unsure of why they’re doing that. He doesn’t get it.

What do animals even do? He wagers some guesses, but he’s not going to ask questions about that sort of thing because he knows that someone will start looking at him like, “You like the kitten, don’t you, Grave?” And no, he’s said a hundred times that he doesn’t. However, he doesn’t send the small thing away when Lila comes into the room and plops down nearby on the couch, kitten asleep on her lap until Grave practices his next composition, in which case it stands at attention and watches him.

Perfectly content, and that’s when Grave kind of sees an appeal. It can’t be that... horrible, if it has good taste in music. He won’t show it to anyone but he will absolutely slide that kitten treats and pet it when nobody’s looking. He’s also one of the few people that this cat will just flop over and trust him to be in the space with it. From someone who felt scared of his own anger, he can’t believe such a tiny thing would trust him.

Su-Jin [Kid Saeran] definitely loves animals. There’s no hiding that and there’s no hiding that he’s very passionate about a lot of them. He thinks they’re neat and he’s got a lot more careful and gentle manners than his big brother, and that’s why he gets to pet Elizabeth and Saeyoung doesn’t. It makes him feel very special. His special interest is animals. Mostly bunnies and rabbits, but cats are also very nice because his brother likes them, too. He would be elated that there is an animal that he can be friends with.

You’re free to imagine him watching cartoons, gently petting the cat because its fur is really soft and has a nice feeling, and the cat just purring, blitzed out of its mind because the attention is sweet. New best friend. He’s constantly holding the kitten if it will allow him because he likes being able to hold his friend. They talk a lot, meaning there’s a little mewing and a lot Su-Jin talking about anything that’s on his mind. It helps him relax when he’s scared or uneasy about what’s going on.

He likes it when the cat skitters across the room from whoever it was just with to come and see him. Not to play favorites, but the kitten does like him quite a bit. It makes Su-Jin feel really special. His brother always pouts whenever that happens but those are the rules of this household. Everything likes to check with Su-Jin first. Don’t worry, Su-Jin holds the kitten and makes sure that his brother can pet the kitty, too. He just has to behave, or the child will scold him loudly for being a “meanie.”

It's been a while since I came on here an posted about anything going on. But then again welcome to my life a wake at odd hours right now 3:25 am as I typing. Any who searching for an internship and trying to stay afloat during exams at the end of this spring semester. Many things have changed since I last posted.

For starters I have this adorable bunny my partner got me back in December as an early birthday gift and she is just the cutest, she goes by the name Jade.

Let's see my boyfriend and I also have been having the most wonderful time when we can in the midst of the pandemic and an economic crisis but what I'm sure thankful for is that our parents are somewhat supportive so I've been seeing him alot. Which is great but my head isn't the best living space for myself and doesn't get better with a plus one. So I'm always sorry about my moods that are constantly occuring and my ability to easily get triggered.

Thank you tho for being part of my life working with me to get better at driving an being a better person in general. Here is a photo sketch that I submitted for my photography class about it one of the only good things that happened in that class.

Looking through these couple months I'm happy to see you were always there. My partner my lover and my best friend. From cuddling to watching shows together and a far and pressing play and pausing and interacting as if we were together makes me so happy that even when apart you still want me in your life.

Sorry about my jealousy tho I cant help it. I always see myself less perfect and less then average no matter how many times you tell me otherwise.

Another honorable mention I love that you support almost all my decisions like when I adopted a butterfly who we named sky or to the present day where we rescued a cat together and also now plants and are daddies together and watching you being excited about the small things your plants have to offer makes me so happy.

I think we are both happy and learning in this relationship even tho it hasnt been a smooth sailing, I'm happy you are a passenger on the boat and helping, guiding, and embracing the new mysteries that are coming forth.

Thank you so much for being in my life because I dont know where I would be without you. How much I have learned how much I trust and how much of me I have given to you i need to appologies for wanting a tail and become a merman to replace you. But honestly there is so much history in so little time between us it would be hard to take that wish if you were not in my life.

I mean me now can hardly function, now put me someone place new with different rules I will be struggling and without you there it would be more depressing then what I've been going thought nowadays.

Alas thank you for being a wounderful boyfriend. Sketching for me, taking time from your day for me, driving me places, helping me find an internship, playing games with me, reading for me, cleaning and cooking for me, getting me an ipad from charity donations, thank you for putting me first and coming even when I dont ask for it, thank you for existing my lover, my friend, my present and hopefuly future @jemsayb

My Favorite and Least Favorite Things about The Brothers

This is just my opinion!

Lucifer

What I like:

• He’s protective over the most important people in his life

• He’s definitely a good big brother

• Responsible

• Determined

What I don’t like:

• He really can be downright sadistic at times

• Can be pretty harsh as well

• He lets his pride (I know, I know, he’s the avatar of pride) get in the way of asking for help or recieving help.

Mammon

What I like:

• He’s genuinely hilarious without even trying

• He’s way smarter than he lets on

• Hardworking

• Protective over his loved ones as well

• He has the most control over his emotions

• Can be really good at comforting others when it counts

What I don’t like:

• He isn’t the most reliable... at all

• It’s like he has a special talent of getting himself into trouble (pshhh... it’s still hilarious, though 🤣)

Leviathan

What I like:

• I love his geekiness!

• He’s also VERY passionate about his interests

• Levi actually likes being different and sticking out (mostly)

• As far as his brothers go, he’s easily one of the most harmless (just DONT make him incredibly jealous 🤣)

• He’s probably the brother that’s the least impacted by the sin they rule over. Levi definitely gets jealous, but not that often.

• He had a pet snake and then a pet goldfish! I can’t be the only one that thinks it’s adorable how he’s the only one of his brothers that has pets! 🥰

What I don’t like:

• He is WAY too hard on himself and underestimates himself too much!

Satan

What I like:

• I like how he’s usually pretty level-headed

• His love of cats is the cutest thing ever. 💕🥰

• So many books! I love how smart he is and how he’s a huge reader

• I also love that he’s an art fan and likes to go to the gallery

• The pranks he pulls on Lucifer. They’re pretty funny! 🤣

• How passionate he can get with doing things he genuinely enjoys doing

• Willing to help out his brothers (it made me smile in that one side story when he was helping Mammon study 😊)

What I don’t like:

• His anger can be way out there sometimes (I know, he’s the avatar of wrath, after all)

• His constant comparing himself to Lucifer... 😔

• The fact that he thinks that he’s not unique in any way (I promise you Satan, that’s absolutely not true)

• Even though he’s not as powerful as Lucifer, he can definitely be scarier - his temper/anger is often unpredictable and very intense.

Asmodeus

What I like:

• He can be unintentionally hilarious just like Mammon (but in a different way)

• He clearly likes taking care of himself, and self care is important!

• Can be rather insightful and friendly when he wants to be

• He’s generally in a good mood and is optimistic

What I don’t like:

• I could put this in both what I like and don’t like for him, his obliviousness. Talking to him can truly be like talking to a brick wall. I was laughing at the Helene part, but I also couldn’t help but feel bad for her at the same time.

• He’s completely unaware how his actions can negatively effect others... he didn’t even see it as his fault or issue when he inadvertently started a war.

• Asmo can get really brutal with his words. He pretty much told Mammon to kill himself! He definitely knows how deeply words can hurt people.

• I know he’s the avatar of lust and all, but he’s WAY too obsessed with sex.

Beelzebub

What I like:

• The easiest one to talk with out of the brothers

• Pretty open minded

• Incredibly loyal

• Usually pretty patient

What I don’t like:

• His food rages. Those... are scary.

Belphegor

What I like:

• Generally friendly

• A good snuggle buddy

• Sticks to his beliefs

• Loyal

• Intelligent

What I don’t like:

• How only one human managed to make him hate literally all humans, to the point where he wanted to destroy humanity... and it wasn’t even the human’s fault (I’m sorry, but I’ll never get over that. Don’t get me wrong, I love Belphie, but that was a bit much)

love yourself tour experience! ♡ japan and singapore

hi! so i’ve been wanting to make a post like this for a while on twitter but i hate twitter rn so here i am. this january i was blessed with the opportunity to attend love yourself in nagoya (japan) and singapore and honestly? it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. i wanted to share my experience because really, concerts in japan and everywhere are else are so different, right from ticketing and the show itself. i thought you guys would find it interesting? and also i need to let this out ahhh keeping to myself is not going to do me any good :( anyways, i hope you find this post somewhat entertaining 💞

first of all, tickets. getting concert tickets (and any ticket, really) in japan is tricky. most kpop groups in japan have a fanclub and if you’re a member, you get the benefit of applying for tickets first (like a presale!). did i say apply? yes i did. in japan, ticketing for concerts adopts a lottery system for presale and general sales usually a month later.

for presale through fc, you’d have to apply for a lottery on a website and wait to find out if you win or not. you need a fc membership (paid), which also needs you to have a japanese phone number and address in order to apply. and you HAVE to pay your presale tickets in japan because you need to pay them in a convenient store. complicated, i know. FC presale tickets usually give the best seats. there’s no gurantee, but that’s usually the case. fortunately for me, i have a cousin residing in japan to help me with the address (you really need it, they’re going to ship you your membership card) and i found someone on twitter to help me make the payment. if you a apply for lottery, there’s no guarantee you’ll win. so you can apply as many times as you want with a maximum of 2 tickets for each shows. i think i used up all of my luck with this one [sobs]. FC presales usually have more than one round lotteries.

general sales is much simpler. i dont have enough experience to know the details but it’s usually up on japanese ticketing websites and can use credit cards? dont know if foreign ccs are accepted though.

oh and all tickets for all sections cost the same!!! so doesn’t matter if you get the best view or worst it’s all equal

/if you have more questions about this don’t hesitate to send me an ask i don’t know much but i’ve read a lot about it/

you can’t know your seat until a week (or a month? idk) before the concert, when it’s time for you to print your tickets at the same convenient store (yes you have to print them and you can only do it once so don’t lose the damn thing!!). my seat was really good!!! i didn’t get floor sadly but my section was right in front of the extended stage so i got a great view.

i arrived in nagoya a day before the concert (i spent a week in tokyo beforehand) and queued for merch!!! it was winter so it wasn’t hot at all and the japanese really know how to line up. everything is so organized like??? i was so amazed. i spent a good 4 hours queueing before getting my items and even then a lot of the things i wanted were sold out quickly :(

and then comes the concert day!!!! basically since it was all seating tickets i didn’t have to worry about queueing for entry but i did queue for merch again,,,, from 4 am. let me tell you how devoted people are there when it comes to queueing. some actually stayed from the afternoon? and it was winter. crazy.

i entered the dome an hour before the show started and the staff were so kind and helpful whenever i asked for help (i couldn’t find my seat). and everyone around is so kind and warm :( i didn’t really interact with a lot of people due to the language barrier but they’re so . polite.

and moving on to the show!!!!!! japan has strict rules about recording so i couldn’t do any of that [:(] but honestly it just made me enjoy everything better. of course they were amazing on stage and their japanese were so cute :( i still can’t get over nagoya, nekkoya my pure babies!!!

and uh . taehyung. so damn fine. can’t believe i was part of the first people to see him reveal his blue hair. and i can’t stress this enough but his gaze when he looks at the audience... i felt the love and fondness in his eyes i wanted to CRY.

and jimin!!! was so clingy towards joon the whole night ugh we love a baby koala. and jungkook :( he introduced himself as kookoo im so fucking sad. the second he said kookoo desu i was ready to give up my firstborn for him.

hoseok was a fucking machine. he’s so charismatic on stage i can’t handle him. and seokjin was full on crackhead mode :( we stan a whole legend i love love him so much. my mans yoongi was so?? small yet not??? i wanna put him in my pocket. my mans joon was looking like a whole snacc. all legs and dimples.

honestly what struck me the most was how everyone gave seokjin a standing ovation and applause after epiphany???? that was my first time seeing something like that and i just started tearing up because it was so beautiful. people were so respectful they didn’t scream or shout when bangtan were doing their ending ments. the fanchants were absolutely on point!!! whenever bangtan bowed i actually spotted some people in my section bowing in return and i was !!!! oh my god

but on another note you’d think that japanese fans are quiet during shows but theyre really not. they’re loud as hell too they just know when to shut up and listen and i think that’s beautiful.

the whole thing passed by really quickly. i felt hollow and empty by the time it ended but i have to say that it was the most relaxing and chill concert experience i’ve ever had. it just feels so different than my previous concerts. the only downside about it is the no recording part (i could’ve been sneaky but staff was right in front of my section) i guess. but without worrying about my phone i got to watch them perform. like actually watch them. it felt euphoric.

so for singapore, i got cat 1 purple 2 tickets at first. but because me and my friend wanted yellow initially, we managed to find someone who wanted to trade with us.

i arrived at the venue at 6 am because i had to distribute banners and fans for my fan support. here’s a pic of them!!!!

basically for standing ticket holders we were required to queue by 12:30 pm and fortunately my qn got the indoor holding area so i didn’t stay under the heat for long. we started moving to the venue at around 3 or 4 pm even thought they said it would be 2:30 pm. because my qn was large by the time i got inside all the good spots were already taken :( i ended up at the very back sigh and we had to wait for another 2-3 hours before the show starts. it was hot and everyone was thirsty. some people in the pit wanted to sit down but some also stood up so it was rlly cramped :/

everyone was hyped tho even when mvs were played. and then when the lights dimmed and the show finally started was where things got really,,, rowdy. when the first beat of idol played everyone pushed forward??? the amount of times i got squished and elbowed and pushed aside... man it was hectic. if you’re claustrophobic please do NOT go for standing in concerts.

but that aside of course it was amazing loud and crazy. there were accidents here and there. at one point several people actually fell down but everyone helped everyone up. some people got mad and started yelling and others but that’s understandable. it was hot and cramped of course you’d get cranky.

funny story i got my period two hours before the show and basically bled through my vagina for 3 hours as i watched 7 fine men go off on stage.

but anyways.

me and my friend managed to finesse our way from the back row to the third row because we’re amazing. no we did not push if you were there the pit was always moving so we just. squeezed through i guess. i was so fucking tired but when so what came on i forgot that my pants were like fucking soaked and just jammed the fuck out with everyone. they got really close to my section during this and i cant believe i got to see taejin dance together like clubbing buddies. jin is so goofy!!!!!!

oh but fuck you guys jimin up close is ethereal. he looks so fucking unreal i couldn’t keep my eyes off of him throughout the whole thing. none of the pictures can ever do his beauty justice. he’s so fucking beautiful and i was starstruck. and he sang promise!!! i fucking couldn’t believe he did it. one word to describe him is definitely godly.

namjoon was so hyped and loud too :( gosh he’s so adorable. hoseok looked crazy beautiful up close too. his aura.... fucking amazing. YOONGI ALSO MADE THE CUTEST EXPRESSION AFTER JIMIN SANG PROMISE I SQEUALED. gosh i was actually really close despite not getting barricade i feel like crying thinking about it now.

jungkook went so close to my section during so what i got a good fancam of him that i can’t stop watching :( jimin slipped during dna my poor baby but he just laughed it off :((((

they all looked prettier irl tbh. they have such nice skin??? and all that shit about jimin being short... well guess what fuckers he’s all LEGS. man. i think i left that stadium as a jimin stan.

taehyung’s so hot i wanna die n i want the whole of rapline to spit on me thx.

fun times aside the pit is hell. luckily the staff were responsible and gave us drinks after each set of performances. and everyone kind of just understood each other. whenever someone looked like they were about to faint people asked if they were okay. we helped each other and gave each other drinks. at one point during the show i crouched down because i was exhausted and someone asked if i was okay or if i wanted some candy.

hellish experiences aside, there’s a mutual understanding between everyone in the pit. like, we’re in this together. i’m sweaty and thirsty and tired but i’m here for one thing and so is everyone else. it’s a good feeling. i mean, yeah, i was drenched in sweat and water but. it’s a good feeling. here are some pics!!!! he has a little sister too who he loves and tries showing her magic despite not knowing too much about it himself

was shook the whole time though

from buying his books and getting picked by his wand

and asks his mom everything she can remember about Hogwarts

so he can imagine it himself

sorted into Gryffindor

which can be entertaining

bc the guy gets scared of really weird and random things sometimes

would jump at the sound of his own laughter probably tbh

things like spiders and bugs //COUGH COUGH RONALD WEASLEY TYPE//

but don’t ever think he doesn’t have enough bravery to be in Gryffindor

he will take on anything and anyone for his friends

like how someone accidentally casted Seungkwan's wand on the roof by a stray spell

dead af climbed hundreds of feet above

no broomstick or anything

just to get it back

his best friend is Seungkwan, second year hufflepuff of course

honestly what a duo they are

Vernon was sitting by himself in a carriage on the Hogwarts express his first year

minding his own business, looking out the windows in awe at the landscape speeding by

and Seungkwan runs into the carriage with his robes

ON FIRE

bc boo diva thought he could show off some A+ magic to make some friends

at least he tried?

things didn’t go as planned obviously

and Hansol being the ever calm and collected person he was

wasn’t screaming or anything lmao

dumped his water bottle

BUT NOT ON THE FREAKING FIRE BC WHY WOULD HE BE SENSIBLE AND DO THAT

no he dumped it on Seungkwan’s head

mostly by accident

but uh yea SEUNGKWAN IS STILL ON FIRE

and Joshua and Seungcheol see the smoke and run in on the two first years panicking and screaming

like “DON'T YOU CHILDREN KNOW FIRE IS DANGEROUS?!?!”

and they help put out the fire

and honestly find the kids endearing enough to invite them to sit with them

starting the iconic 13 member friend group that everyone in Hogwarts knows

and Verkwan’s friendship was literally born out of burnt robes ashes :,,,))

“So you got a name?” Seungkwan asked, sassy as always

“Hansol, but everyone calls me Vernon.”

“I’m Seungkwan.”

“Really I thought your name was ‘boy on fire’.”

“You’re funny, wanna be friends?”

“Sure.”

“You’re my puppy now.”

man these two started out the same height

but imagine how surprised Seungkwan got when throughout the year,

Hansol outgrew him by a few centimeters

were pretty devastated when they weren’t sorted into the same houses

“I’ll grab the talking hat you distract the teachers.”

"We can hang out in your dormitory every other day"

and so they hang out all the time

because if Hansol is left to wonder around, he might just walk off the castle grounds and get lost

would walk around thinking about stuff by himself

and fall into the lake or something

and everyone would be panicking EXCEPT FOR HIM

trying to figure out how to get him to swim back to shore

so he and Seungkwan walk together around a lot

claiming a corner of the campus for themselves

and all the prefects know Hansol by hair color or just general outline

and everyone in their friend group looks out for them because they’re the youngest

even Chan who’s younger than the both of them by a year

he takes care of the two of them too because he's pretty mature

they get in trouble a lot when they’re together

detention for hexing papers to fly everywhere in charms

and when they found out Seungcheol and Joshua were their prefects after coming back from summer break

didn’t make things easier for them at all

“I SWEAR HANSOL DONT PLAY WITH THE FIREPLACE, I DONT WANNA BURN DOWN THE COMMON ROOM.”

"Whatchu going to do daaaaaad give me detention?"

"Yea."

"Oh, sorry...? I love you? PLEASE I DON'T WANT DETENTION HYUNG!"

no one really calls him Hansol too much

except for his friend group

honestly this is so confusing to everyone when Seungkwan comes bounding up to him in the halls yelling in a singsongy voice “HAAAANNNSSSSOOOOLL~~~~”

“Why is he calling Vernon, Hansol?”

but that just shows who really knows him

even the teachers call him Vernon

Verkwan is such a troublesome friendship

always breaking the rules to sit together

but that whole group always does that

or sneaking out after curfew

and doing who knows what

there's always a classroom that has all the desks bewitched to spout out confetti or glitter the next day but no one has solid evidence so Verkwan hasn't been caught yet

can’t even split them up by separating them across the classroom

would end up sending notes back and forth

at some point the teachers gave up

and made the both of them announcers for quidditch matches

thinking that might calm them down when they’re together and using their energy towards something productive

honestly so biased though

each one will cheer for their friends only

“MINGYU-HYUNG BLOCKED IT IN YOUR FACES”

“JUN-HYUNG CATCHES THE SNITCH AND WINS IT AGAIN AS EXPECTED”

“JIHOON STOP SMOOCHING YOUR GF AND JUST WIN ALREADY- OW sorry professor!”

Hansol rapping the scores for the whole stadium

and everyone either loves it

or doesn’t say anything unless you want 12 other guys coming after you

wands drawn

despite being a kid who causes a lot of trouble

and doesn’t seem to study whatsoever

he does pretty decently in most of his classes

best class is care of magical creatures

but tbh doesn't really study

and again manages to pass stuff

but doesn't enter the library unless he wants to bother Joshua, Wonwoo, or one of his other hyungs about something

really laid back and chill, doesn't stress over schoolwork that much

he doesn’t mess up too often either MOSTLY

but when he does, he does it spectacularly

generally involving colorful explosions and fire

has a pet cat named Mr. Chwe

but Hansol just calls him Chewy

it’s the cutest fluffiest thing you’ve ever seen

besides Hansol of course

it's silver fur is honestly so pretty and Hansol loves it to death

anyway

one day you were looking for your owl, Cara

because you wanted to send a letter home

when a silver kitty passed in front of you outside

"Hey there!" you bent down to stroke its fur for a bit and it purred while laying on the ground in front of you

"Chewy!" you looked up as surprise, surprise

Vernon ran up to Chewy

and basically stopped dead in his tracks

because you're pretty DON'T DENY IT

and Vernon be shooketh

awkward human bean

someone protect him TT

and he kind of just stammers his introduction

which you think is really cute

"Hi, I-I-I'm Vernon."

and you giggle a bit bc DAMN VERNON IS REALLY CUTE LIKE YOU THOUGHT THE CHEWY WAS CUTE BUT OMFG

and he smiles because you laughing is really cute

"Chewy is it?" you smile asking him

"Yea!" and you watch as Vernon's face basically lights up as he starts telling you about how he got his cat

and you find out he's in the same year as you

which is surprising because you're familiar with his friend group

everyone at Hogwarts knows them

and you always kind of thought he was older than you

you're a ravenclaw yourself so you run into Chan sometimes

and Vernon goes on really excitedly telling you about Chewy's life story

how Chewy had basically eaten some chocolate Vernon had dropped in diagon alley

and how it got sick

and Vernon felt awful and just had to figure out how to make it feel better

until he found out the heartbreaking news of Chewy not having a family

and he basically begged his parents for days to keep Chewy will secretly hiding Chewy in his trunk

no one really knows how he did it though don't ask one of the older kids they'll claim to know no magic that can fix that cough cough liars they had to help Hansol ok? no one could say no

and you stand there just taking it all in

how Vernon was willing to go on and on about his pet to some stranger

and you were all for it tbh

and perfect timing

right as Vernon finishes his story, your owl Cara flies down from her roost to land on your shoulders

Cara is a beautiful amber color and you smile as Vernon kind of just stares at Cara in awe

"WOW IS THAT YOUR OWL, IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL."

"It is," you laugh, "Cara and I go way back."

and he just stares at you waiting for you to explain the story

and so you tell him and you both laugh at the varying adventures that you tell each other about your pets

and you both also realize you had care of magical creatures together

and you both really love animals and just never talked before

and Cara and Chewy are just following you and Vernon

Chewy following Cara with his eyes

and Cara being like "Have you never seen an owl before, you cat?"

and when you both leave

you feel all warm inside because you made a friend

or someone you really liked who knows

the next few weeks really zoom by

you talk to Vernon in care of magical creatures more now

and even Seungkwan can't help but feel like you're encroaching on his best friend

"Y/n, I know you might not know me, but since you're friends with Hansol, you have to be friends with me."

"Hansol?"

"Yea that's his real name, did he not tell you?"

"Hmm, I guess not, he said his name is Vernon."

and you're kind of like ???

because did he not consider you a close enough friend to call him by his real name?

but also why does it bother you? Vernon was just a friend... right?

and so obviously

when feelings get confusing

you're just like welp instead of working this confusion out I'm just going to pretend like they don't exist

even if you stare at Hansol a bit too long during care of magical creatures

and he always comes up to talk to you about homework help and stuff since you're in Ravenclaw

and in the same year

and all the hyungs take notice

"Hey you're Hansol's friend huh?"

"He usually doesn't even try doing his homework but lately he's actually been doing stuff."

"Oh you're that person that got Hansol doing his homework, wow thank you what did you promise him chocolate for life?"

and it's overwhelming but you find yourself having twelve new friends

bc you're friends with Hansol

and one day

"Hey Vernon! Do you wanna go work on that potions paper together?"

"Sure y/n! But uhhhh.... you can call me Hansol, it's my real name haha." he blushes but you don't notice

"Why do you go by Vernon then?"

"It's just what a lot of people know me as and I stopped correcting them, and only my really close friends call me that."

you feel your heart swelling

"Ok,,,, Hansol."

man the smile on his face when you said that

in the next few weeks you guys hang out more to do study sessions for upcoming exams

and one day when you're sitting at the windowsill of an empty classroom

Cara flies in through the open window landing beside you

carrying papers in her claw

"Cara, are you stealing people's notes again?" you laugh picking up the sheet to read it

and written at the top

"Vernon"

you're almost screaming because wow what a coincidence

"Cara, this is Hansol's" you frown

and you look at some of his doodles on the scroll of paper

and you see little heart doodles

around initials you can't really read because the ink smeared

but the meaning seemed pretty clear

he must have a crush on someone

you found yourself a bit sad

since that was Hansol's business and not really any of yours

but

you had to admit your feelings for him weren't all that straight forward and clear cut as they seemed

you sighed but continued working

the least of your worries, a silly crush on a boy who didn't like you

and the next few weeks, Cara kept bringing you Hansol's stuff

once it was a chocolate frog

and another time it was a little folded paper star with his initials on one side and a little heart

it's like your owl was trying to play matchmaker for you two

"He probably doesn't like me" you giggle when Cara dropped another one of Hansol's things in front of you

this one was a really pretty pale blue colored quill

"He might actually need this ya know."

and eventually you have a whole shoebox of random stuff Cara stole from Vernon

and you're like 'I have to return them at some point'

until Cara drops a card I front of you

and you're like ??? did you steal from Vernon again???

and on the card is a simple "Thanks to you I did pretty well on my exams, thanks for everything~ Hansol"

and you laugh as you read the post script

"PS I asked Cara to deliver it especially since she always hangs around my dormitory window"

"Awww Hansol, I'm sorry, Cara's been taking your stuff." you say to yourself laughing

"Cara, you're such a troublemaker." you gently pet her wing

and Cara sares at you like 'please just watch what happens'

and your amber owl is riiiiiiiigggghhhhhtttttttt

you gather up the shoebox with missing items to return to Hansol

and when he sees you he comes bounding right up with a huge smile on his face

until it sees the stuff in the box

and his face falls

"Hey Hansol."

"Hey y/n"

"Cara kept taking your stuff, so I came to give it back." you smile raising up the box

"About that......." Hansol starts blushing

"You see, at first I noticed Cara taking my stuff" Hansol started not meeting your eyes

"but after a bit, I ended up just giving her stuff, thinking she'd give it to you."

"Why would you do that?" you giggle blushing as well

"Well stuff like the chocolate frog, I wanted to share with you and I saw the quill in hogsmeade and it reminded me of you bc it was pretty and you're really pretty...."

you freeze blushing like crazy

"pretty..... PRETTY COOL AND YEA I LIKE YOU SO."

you're standing shocked

"And so I gave it to Cara because I thought you'd like it. So all that stuff's yours not mine, you can keep it." he smiles at you and playfully ruffles your hair

his hand lingering on your head as he pushes a stray lock of your hair back behind your ear

"I mean, if you don't like me that's ok, I just didn't want to lose one of my closest friends and best tutor ever" he smiled sheepishly

"No Hansol, I..."

his eyes met yours

"I like you lots too." you giggle

and it's that cute giggle that reminds his of when her first saw you

and he's so relieved he finally told you

that he just gives you a hug right then and there

"Yeeeeeeeeeessssss be mine then." he says not letting you go

"Haha of course." and you feel your cheeks burning

and the moment is just too cute and perfect

until Seungkwan notices you two

and basically yells

"HANSOL, Y/N, WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING?!?!?!?"

and from then on it's official

"Honestly, she's such a good influence making him do his homework and stuff" proud prefect Seungcheol

you two are the cutest ever

walking around campus with Cara and Chewy

tbh Chewy and Cara are like the bestest friends

and Seungkwan just being lowkey jealous that you're taking all Hansol's attention

"He was my friend first!!!"

but he thinks you guys are hella cute too

how could he not

you and Vernon sitting together for meals, only having dessert and getting into food fights

bc how could you let whip cream just sit on top of your pumpkin pie without smearing some on his face

before he gets you back with the frosting off cupcakes

and it's a big mess

and he grabs napkins and helps you wipe your face

one hand on your cheek as he leans down to kiss your cheek

"Hey!" you giggle

"Sorry not sorry!" Seungkwan making barfing gestures behind the two of you lmao forever third wheeling

him making you sit next to him when he wants to sit outside

just so he can lay his lead in your lap

and drift off while you're reading a book for some assignment

and you get a bit distracted every time he moves because he's so freaking adorable

and you end up just watching him nap

until he peeks open an eye surprising you

and quick as a cat

sits up to peck you on the cheek

"For a Ravenclaw, you aren't fast enough to pick up when someone's fake sleeping"

"Oh please Hansol, those snores from you were so real." you laugh

"Maybe, maybe not"

and he takes your hand in his and looks you straight in before pressing his lips against yours

and you smile at how beautiful and surreal it all feels

"Don't think I'll ever get over how pretty you are." he says tilting his face to the side a bit giving you a cute look

"Please Hansol lol."

"I'm not joking though!"

he holds onto your arm as he lays back down on your lap and looks up at you

"You're prettier than Chewy." he grinned slyly

"DID YOU JUST COMPARE ME TO YOUR CAT HANSOL?"
