I ain't even gonna lie y'all, when a spicy intro gets me fucked up the way this Alphonse x Seth x Charlie flashback does, I can tell it's gonna hit different.

Sure, it's gratuitous smut that exists mostly to fulfil fantasies, but also getting the taste of Al & Seth prior to things really going south, plus lonely, needy Charlie hopping on the opportunity to link up with two hot motherfuckers...banger alert.

Plus, the inclusion of a "hey, you know you're not actually in trouble and we're not punishing you...you don't have to do anything you don't want" vibe pass really solidifies it for me. Even though like...they're all shitty criminal assholes, even at their worst Al & Seth wouldn't force anyone to do something they didn't wanna do wholeheartedly. I wanted to do a little more than just trust the implied consent and enthusiasm and cement it as a "Charlie literally thinks this is the hottest thing ever and is about to jump on the chance" thing and not a "omg the boys made Charlie do that!!!!" thing.

hehehehe finally got these done!! Reboot is so fun to draw; I swear drawing him just bursting into laughter immediately made me feel so much better about literally everything 🥰 He has such a pretty smile, especially when it's genuine. Okay, so… I have this very niche issue that isn’t rlly an issue at all but it’s rlly fucking w/ my brain and I need to like… get it out there because, seriously, I need to know if I’m not alone.

Every time I see THIS SHOT:

Like… I always just inwardly thought that the hand he used to toss away the light was facing downwards? Like, palm down. But I recently like… actually LOOKED at these frames and… it’s… it’s not. His palm is facing upwards. And like… I have no clue why but it is absolutely MESSING me up. Like actually I’m tweaking over this. And, I don’t understaaand! Like, I just feel like his palm is supposed to be down. Every time I watch it, my brain thinks it’s facing down.
