i don’t ship sanji x nami in canon but i thought of this concept last night when i was watching punk hazard: trans fem!sanji and nami. sanji falls for nami even more after the arc and she thanks nami for being one of the reasons she realized she was trans 🥺🩷

This is,, So sweet,, Because, okay, hear me out. Nami is still pissed at what happened in Punk Hazard, but Sanji right after that has the biggest gender realization in trans history: "Fuck, maybe Ivankov was right. Damn". And she admires Nami so much for her strength and brains and everything that her father kept saying women didn't have (which caused Sanji to have this very toxic idea of masculinity and what it means to be a man, yadda yadda yadda) and Nami's personality and body are exactly what Sanji wants to be. So it's not only that she falls even more for her, but now she sees her as the woman she wants to be, too. I think Transfem Sanji and Yamato would be great friends, tbh. Anyway! I think Nami is still pissed, so when Sanji mentions Punk Hazard again she starts getting defensive until she thanks her for being the woman she is. For being herself. Because being in her body made her realize the girl she truly is. And that just breaks Nami, honestly, because she was not expecting that. And they hug because I say they need to hug because I love Sanami hugs with a passion.

Blackarachnia snorts. “And you clearly have a traumatic processor injury.”

“But I mean it!” Slipstream protests, throwing herself forward into sitting up. Ratchet shouts at her to lay back down on the medical berth. First Aid scrambles to save the tray of medical supplies beside the berth from getting hit by a stray wing. Blackarachnia drops the syringe on the tray and gently pushes back against the seeker’s chest.

“Woah, let’s avoid sudden movements like that,” she says, trying to urge her back into a sitting position. “You lost a lot of fuel out there.”

“You’re sexy!” Slipstream pushes, clearly having not heard a word she said. “And you’re cute and funny and I like you a lot and, and, and—” Her optics lose focus and she blinks once, twice, before declaring, “I feel lightheaded.”

The spark rate monitor screams a flatline as she goes limp and falls back against the berth once more. Ratchet is moving before Blackarachnia can even register what’s happening, getting her hooked to the defibrillator pads and starting a fuel transfusion on her. The shock of the moment disappears in an instant as she primes pressors and First Aid shouts, “Clear!”

They get her stabilized, which, given the Allspark shard still jammed into her chest, isn’t too hard.

I'd sooo love to see reader leaving Cass and Evie alone together for the first time (maybe she's called away for an emergency or just needs a day with friends, so Cassian watches her) and he does whatever she wants and they have literally the best day ever playing, baking, drawing, flying, having a princess tea party, etc, and reader returns and finds all of the evidence: the kitchen a mess from baking, there's toys and drawings and paint everywhere, and they're both fast asleep cuddling in a blanket fort surrounded by stuffed animals, with Cassian wearing make up and a tiara and pink tutu.

(Just picturing Cassian like this ^ is making me giddy 🫠)
