uh, I don't really know what to say if I'm gonna be honest. But, I am working on my own version of episode 8. it'll be a animatic, but there will be some scenes with a bit of animation.

And no, episode 8 wasn't bad.. i'm not rewritting it because i think it was, personally, I just didn't like it that much, and wanted to make a alternative ending. after a couple days - a week of processing the episode i decided, "oh yeah I kinda know how to write and murder drones is embedded into my brain so yeah😥😥😘😘😍🙏🙏"

This is definitely gonna be hard, really hard. I don't have that much experience in writing but I have taken the time to learn how to by watching a billion youtube videos on all sorts of things relating to writing, like videos of analyzing characters. Characters like jinx for example, arcane has really cool characters. I still do have alot to learn clearly, and this will definitely be a learning experience for me.

I can't say much about the progress right now, because there isn't alot. But I am working on the first draft of the plot. Theorizing and coming up with my own answers to questions so I don't just write nonsense, and working on understanding murder drones characters more, like V.

Once I progress further I definitely will share more about this project.

Soft Announcement!

I’m currently creating a fan episode animatic for Murder Drones! It’s called Murder Drones: Intermission, an 11 minute episode that acts as a bridge between Cabin Fever and Home!

Currently the episode is at 20% completion and VA’s have been cast. The project should be done by April and I’ll be uploading the episode to my Youtube channel. I’m super excited to finish this. Will keep y’all updated!

Why You Shouldn't Worry About The Finale

I've seen a lot of people fear that Murder Drones will end up like Meta Runner, shafted and forgotten, relegated only to cameos and waxing poetic about the good old days.

However, I think that is far from the case. Why?

People actually like Murder Drones.

Meta Runner is hardly popular. With most of episodes only having around 1 - 1.5 million views, and most of the later episodes not even having 1 million.

Compare that with Murder Drones, whose episodes consistently reach 10 - 20+ million views without even breaking a sweat.

All the money they must be making from ad revenue alone probably blows any profit they got off of MR out of the water, not to mention merch sales and just general fandom hype.

Murder Drones is way to popular and profitable of an IP, it was literally the series that put GLITCH on the map and made people recognize them as a real studio. It would be stupid to just shaft it entirely.

Even if we don't get a second season (at the very least not anytime soon) I wouldn't be surprised if we got some more media with the characters.

Liam himself said that he knew there was more to explore in this world, so I wouldn't be surprised if we got more media coming from the series, even if it isn't as high-budget or even animated.

Even if we don't get, say, continuous merch drops or consistent content, I have a feeling Murder Drones will be alive in some way, shape, or form for a long, long time.
