first i would like to apologize for the lack of posting. i was gone for thanksgiving and didn't have time to post, and i will be moving in a few weeks so i will be packing a lot so requests and next parts will be on hold. i will try to create posts and queue them for the next few weeks. while works may be on hiatus, still feel free to send requests, or if you want to talk about f1 or any of my works, my ask box is open. i have attached a cute little picture of the works in progress (minus the lance smau) so you can see what's coming up.

Ladies and Gentlemen looks like DC is happy with their Ink and Zoom lines as the latter just added a brand new title to its roster - The Secret Spiral of Swamp Kid. Kirk Scroggs, of Snoop Troop, Tales of a Sixth-Grade Muppett and Willey and Grampa’s Creature Features fame, will give DC horror icon Swamp Thing a Diary of a Whimpy Kid-style tale. The book will be written in the format of a diary of Russel Weinwright, a middle-schooler with a connection to the Green. Scroggs has also teased that we will see Swamp Thing himself assume a mentor role to this young man.

Muita gente pensa que tocar Bateria é uma atividade muscular, de muita força ou mesmo sem expressão. Entendo que muitos se lembrem do Animal dos Muppetts mas, apesar de eu ser suuuuper fã dele sei que ali era zoação e nada mais longe da realidade profissional. Tocar bem bateria, assim como qualquer outro instrumento requer o domínio e aplicação de 3 conceitos básicos: O primeiro é a PERCEPÇÃO, que vem como principal ferramenta de entendimento do contexto musical pois, a partir daí você escolhe COMO tocar. Seja muito forte para uma situação de Rock'n Roll ou até mesmo muito leve numa situação de bossa nova, num cantinho com um violão. Adaptabilidade às situações musicais é algo muito valorizado nos maiores profissionais. Já se imaginou na sua churrascaria favorita, o garçom te servir sua carne favorita e colocar uma bola de seu sorvete também favorito em cima? Eu amo ambos, mas misturados não funcionam. Como diria Miles Davis "Listen and then play." (Ouça e só então toque). O segundo é a TÉCNICA, que funciona para se minimizar o esforço quando se toca. Uma vez que toca relaxado, você consegue se focar no primeiro conceito, a PERCEPÇÃO, aumentando assim sua interação com os outros músicos. A Interação funciona como uma conversa entre amigos, onde cada um expõe sua visão de um assunto e faz suas colocações de forma ordenada. Desta forma, geramos o terceiro conceito, a MUSICALIDADE. Este vem de um grupo tocando com o mesmo foco num objetivo comum, a execução da música de acordo com seu conceito, num contexto e de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos. Sei que parece óbvio e são conceitos que se resumiriam em apenas um; Bom senso mas, este parece estar mais longe da realidade a cada dia. Day 5 of Muppettational May Art Challenge by Toughpigs.com: Miss Piggy in the latest fashion!

This was a tough one, just cause I’m iffy on how I draw Harajuku decora key fashion but this one might be a great throwback!! It’s Miss Piggy wearing Nina West’s dress from Nina’s appearance in Blues Clues and you Pride episode!! I haven’t drawn that dress since 2021! It felt good to redraw it again, since I’m getting slightly better at my artwork. So I���m very glad to have done and redrew the dress again..

Also yes it’s mainly cause pride month is next month and I’m too damn excited 😅🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I’ve been wanting to do this for a little while. Ever since Fraggle Rock Back to the Rock came out I discovered Jamdolin. I fell in love with the guy right away! I’ve been wanting to draw Jamdolin for a while now; but I couldn’t just draw one Fraggle! Mokey has always been my first favorite Fraggle so I drew both versions of Mokey!

Am I a sucker for Afro muppets? Probably. 😅
