Hi😊 I’m not sure if this is what you were looking for, but I was thinking of how Hector would be as a romantic partner so I wrote some headcanons. I tried to listen to your advice and made them gentle/romantic and they focus on Hector pre-murder:

When Hector comes home from a stressful day of profiling criminals, he finds comfort in you. He’s surrounded by death daily, but you’re the opposite. You make him feel alive. You make him feel like a better man. Nobody knows how to define him, let alone understand him. His mother thought he was a pathetic failure, a burden. The people on the force think he’s smart and capable but cold, impersonal. The criminals he interrogates think he’s easy to crack and just as sick as they are, even if he hides it. He wonders the same thing about himself sometimes, and often struggles with his self-image. But you see the real him, and accept him for his strengths and flaws. You ground him in reality and he wants to be a better person for you.

Hector becomes himself again when he’s with you. When he looks into your eyes and holds you in his arms, he’s finally home.

He loves the way you hug him tight, thankful he is back home and safe. You allow him to vent about all that stresses him, and you’re kind and supportive. Once that weight has been lifted, you utterly consume him. All he can think about is you. He wants to do everything in his power to make you smile. Your beautiful smile distracts him from the darkness of his work as an FBI agent. You free him from that storm cloud. Hearing you laugh is even better.

He’s a man of few words, but he always tries to find the right ones. He was selectively mute as a child and finds that habit hard to shake, but you bring him out of his shell. Talking to you comes easily to him, and it’s one of the many reasons why he can truly be himself when he’s with you. It’s one of the many reasons he loves you. He tries to say it, even if he’s so unused to those words and it makes him feel vulnerable. He wants you to know how much you mean to him.

Hector is much larger than you, so when you lay together and cuddle he always envelopes you in his arms, a warm cocoon. He wants to keep you safe and protect you from all the evil in the world. He even wants to protect you from himself sometimes, because the dark thoughts don’t always go away. He surrounds you with his body in the hopes of losing himself in you.

Since he’s much taller than you, when Hector holds you, his chin brushes the top of your head and he’ll angle his face downwards to kiss your forehead and whisper into your ear.

Hector has aggressive thoughts and tendencies, but he’s gentle with you. He needs to be. There’s a roiling storm inside him, but you allow him to be calm. He will hold you by the waist and listen to your heartbeat. He’s always paying attention to his own heartbeat. The way it races with adrenaline when he’s out in the field, the way it pulses with rage and the blood rushes in his ears when a murdering creep gets under his skin. So he measures your heartbeat. How it quickens when he touches you gently, how it races when you make love, it’s steady, sure beat when you look into his eyes and tell him that you love him.

He always wants to ask: Will you still love me when I can no longer tame the beast inside him? Will you still love me if I give into my darkest impulses?

He wants to think that you’d be there for him, his partner in crime. He likes to think that you’d be there, holding the rag, cleaning the blood of his face, disinfecting the cuts on his swollen knuckles, helping him hide the evidence.

Only time will tell. But right now, all that matters is that you love him. Right now, all he wants is to hold you gently in his arms and treasure you.

20: Violent Threads

This one I'm kind of on the fence about. I'm not against violent threads in any way, and I do love the trope of the beaten down hero barely able to move, yet pushes through the pain to get back up and keep fighting.

My issue is that I'm still very new to tagging triggers, and I always get self-conscious when writing those kinds of threads that I'm going to either forget to tag something, or tag the wrong thing, or something along those lines.

You gotta remember, I started out writing on Twitter, where you could just put "includes mature themes" in your pinned, and you were golden. Now, I'm not saying that's a better way to do things, absolutely not. Just that I'm still adjusting to it.

In general though, even when I do write violent threads, I try to keep it T-rated, or PG-13, where those things can happen, but you're rarely going to get in-depth descriptions of those things. Not because I have anything against it, it's just that those are the types of stories I'm more used to. The kind of stuff you'd get in a typical American comic book.

❀ What has made you completely lose your chill?

It really takes a lot for me to snap. I'll usually get cautious and paranoid before blowing my lid at someone. I'm not usually a confrontational person, even though I say I will be and would rather distance myself.

But the most recent time I went near ballistic was at an ex friend of mine who tried to make me look like I was trying to isolate them by spending time with my best friend one on one. Or something deranged like that.... It was during a time when that bff and I were trying to keep our friendship together after being abused by multiple people we thought were friends. This person was one of those fuckers. That (and a previous) group of people severely damaged our relationship, and we almost walked away from each other as well as them.

I don't remember exactly what they said that flipped the switch, but we were all in vc on discord to "air grievances" or something stupid like that. Her request, not mine. They were the kind of person who wanted you to bring the issues (no matter how small) you had straight to them, but then they demonize you for them or made it look like you were the problem, not them. They were gaslighty as hell and a massive brat.

All I remember was that it was something to make me look like a bad guy over not giving them attention, and at that point, I was over their constant gaslighting as manipulation. So I raised my voice, which I don't do unironically often. I think it shocked or scared all of them in call. Even my friend.

I told them to fuck off, get over themselves and to not reach out again. They treated me like I was their personal entertainment and to make their shit rp fun for them. Never again.

OC-friendly, but please talk to mun ooc first

Default verse, at present, is defined as canon setting immediately post s1 of Hazbin Hotel. Click the red text for more info. (Portrayals and threads/interactions do not need to fall under default verse.)

Mun is best at character response, rather than coming up with plots or world-building to drive threads forward. But they can discuss ideas and give feedback OOC. Communication is key.

Threads & IC interactions:

You may request that we start a thread where I will prioritize our thread for as long as it's running. Whether I agree or not will depend on whatever else I have on my plate at the time.

Asks intended to be thread starters (usually ploted or simply via ooc discussion) will be answered on an original post to make thread trimming easier.

Open threads are open to all and either tagged as #open or #muse status, but I reserve the right to be selective in which replies I interact with. Muse status posts involve high selectivity as I'm not fishing for replies so much with those.

Shipping & related:

This blog will primarily ship Lucifer x Lillith (also called LuciLith or sometimes fallenmelody). I by default view the LuciLith ship as overall one that contains mutual love and respect, even if there may be significant challenges. So.... please talk to me if you have something else in mind. More toxic interpretations would need to be discussed before we play. More guidelines and stuff on shipping below.

If you have a Lilith muse, you are granted autoship and may interact with my Lucifer as if they're married. But as everyone has different portrayals, I will check your pinned and rules before assuming the same.

Speaking of shipping: for romantically-themed asks or spicy themed asks, please understand you will need to either be shipping with me (as in, we've talked ooc and agreed we're a ship or at least agreed try to develop a ship), or you can DM me ooc and ask about sending one in

While in some verses I write for, Lucifer did have sexual relations with Eve, I will never write him as cheating on Lilith. I simply don't think he would. (I will never impose this headcanon on anyone. Any and all interactions will assume that Lucifer never slept with Eve at all, unless you want to interact with that headcanon.) Interactions with Eve that reference this will be tagged as #eve hc cw for blacklist purposes

In the same vein, I have some verses connected to the above where Cain is Lucifer's biological son. This is something I will never force on any RP partners, but it is still something that will sometimes be played on this blog. Tagged as #cain au for blacklisting purposes.

the last song i added to one of my muse playlist's was brand new city by mit.ski for kuro's. the repeating bridge is hard to explain but the verses in between sum it up nicely, the state of depression he found himself in for the past 500 years, the feeling of knowing hes rotting from the inside and being unable to do anything about it. the line that ends up standing out the most is, ironically, the titular one's: But if I gave up on being pretty, I wouldn't know how to be alive / I should move to a brand new city and teach myself how to die. pretty is a placeholder here when the message is clear: this sadness / depression / lingering feelings of negativity ruled the majority of his life, all brought down to the count. going to japan and murdering him, at the risk of his own immortal life, was his own way of trying to kill that.

the song that comes from my newest muse playlist i nominated was art by chonn.y jash for tills playlist: an immediate add from it's first line disrespecting the audience that listens to it, encapsulating the entire theme of the song, as brought up by the first verse: I don't do requests, I'm not your clown / Fuck you all / Who cares about broader reach? / This is not about you, this is all about me / And my tiny, little conscience / And staving off unease. at the end of the day, it's a song that sums everything up nicely, a musician who has love for his music, has confidence in it, but is brought towards an audience that holds everything in the balance - he'll work hard, sing from the heart, feel strong for doing as such, but deep down it's fickle, it's dependant. just like his own life, in the end.

I've been writing in online spaces for over a DECADE now (whhhhat), and while I've met some incredible people, I've also encountered a few genuinely awful ones. One instance that stands out was when my shipping partner and I were sent a picture of a dead child — I'll spare you the details — because someone was jealous OOC about our characters starting a family???? wtff. This happened maaaany years ago, but it still makes my skin crawl when I think about it :/ Like... who does that???

Honestly, I rarely lose my chill and I can't think of anything specific right now? That said, my tolerance for BULLSHIT has dropped drastically over the past few years ^^' I'll try to nope out waaaay before someone pushes me to the point of losing my chill — bc, honestly, stuff like that doesn't happen overnight (in most cases). These are the things I avoid bc they WOULD make me lose my chill; if you gatekeep / whiteknight, stir up drama, act overly possessive of my muse, try to dictate my writing, godmod, push ships I don't want, hound me for replies almost every day, bring nonstop negativity into my space (It's okay to vent sometimes, but if you constantly post irl negativity on your RP blogs, I'm out), ignore the 7th meme and 3rd plotting request I've sent, or if I notice you don't show the same interest in our RPs. Also, bad communication is a pet peeve of mine. I can't read minds. Still, talking to our fellow writers is something we all can improve on, myself included. If something upsets you, I encourage you to speak up. Most things can be solved by using our vocal cords. Or in this case, by typing.

4: Multiple People Threads

These are something I have very little experience with, but I do really like them when I get the chance for it. It's a bit of mess to know when it's your turn, since you can't really alternate with more than two people, but it does provide some unique opportunities for crossovers.

An example I have is a thread on Twitter I did a very long time ago when Aaron was having dinner with his girlfriend Makoto, as well as Sae, and a Bayonetta who had kind of adopted him (it's a long story). It was a bit of a mess, even though the Bayo and Sae were written by the same writer, the threads would kind of branch off whenever two people decided to reply to the same thing, which made it difficult to keep track of. BUT it provided a unique scenario where Aaron was trying to prove to Sae that he was good for her sister, and Makoto trying to make a good impression on Bayo, who was creating a bit of chaos by simply being Bayonetta.

Like, that's not the kind of thing you could ever really do with just two people, and while yeah it was a chaotic mess, sometimes that can be a good thing.

6: Excessive OOC

I don't entirely know how much would count as excessive, but I think it's fine. Sometimes life gets in the way, and you wanna update people on what's going on. Or maybe you have ideas for different verses, or threads you want to do, or just random ideas in general that you want to get off your chest. (I can definitely relate to that one, I have a whole tag for it)

I get that some people want to keep their dash clean, and I respect that. But personally I don't mind it, and I think as long as you tag it appropriately (as in extra tags for rambling off ideas or whatnot) so that people can mute them if they really want to, then it's fine.

That's why I tag all my ramblings about my AU with "au thoughts" so people can mute if they want.
