TL;DR: The world they grow up in is extremely unforgiving and Six is a child who has taken to the more cold and emotionally shut off route, and while Mono likely considered themselves friendly, he was more of a convenience to Six. They have a few moments in the game that shows some humanity, but I think it's got something to do w them being so young, too. Because of this, I think Six didn't consider them as friends, which is why she was so easily able to do what she did at the end. Mono became a liability, and since she lacked any real connection, she could cut him off to save herself, as self preservation is more important to her. So it's more one-sided.

I personally think (esp with the knowledge of the comics released before the game dropped), that Six ended up helping Mono in a mutual arrangement more than as friends, esp if u consider the fact he's the reason she was trapped in the house in the first place iirc.

In the school section of the game, if you let Six do it she'll kill that student with her bare hands, and I genuinely think she lacks remorse for that kind of thing (or at the very least, is filled with enough anger that she justifies it to herself in the moment), and considering the environment and how dog-eat-dog their world is, she struggles with human connections in general. To trust someone is to potentially risk it all, and her action at the end of the game I think reflects a "I did it before you did it to me" mindset she could potentially have. It's possible Mono failing to rescue her right away and continuing to put them in danger via TVs played directly into this fear, or even caused it.

So while they have a few cute moments throughout the game, I think that's more to do with the fact that she is still only like 9, and while she doesn't hate Mono, him being there was convenient for her up until it wasn't.

I haven't played it in a while, so these are more thoughts that have lingered since I did last run through it a few months ago, so while I may not have every detail ever to consider, those are my general feelings in regards to her and their relationship. I think Mono is a somewhat naïve and kindhearted individual who genuinely did care, and could have misinterpreted Six's usage of him for survival and safety as companionship. It's possible Six may have tried to open up a few times to the idea, but ultimately she values self preservation more.

So ultimately, I see their friendship more as a mutual benefits situation in Six's perspective, and Six in her young self and the last of her childlike charm sometimes has a few moments of opening up and showing that, but ultimately that matters less than moving on alive to her.

a little late but HELLO ! i am mono--for those that i have (unfortunately) not met yet...i've been at lgc a few times before. most people here may remember dowoon, wookjin, and maybe wren from last year/early this year...that was me! now i am back with my brand new boy YOO HYUN or just hyun, as he prefers. he's an 03 liner, singed january 2022, can sing & dance & look pretty (though that's basically it). more info about him can be found in his about page. i also have a couple wanted plots i came up with--but i'm definitely looking for more!! he's a lil shy/guarded/moody at first interaction but i'm down to work out any kind of plot/connection we come up with.

I am operatically trained and have actually traveled Europe with a choir group - it was one of the coolest experiences of my life, and I even had a solo! Song and music have always been such a large part of my life and it effects me super deeply - feel free to send any and all music to me!

When I was younger I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome that left me paralysed from the waist down for about 6 months, I was 3 years old and I somehow attracted it with mono? We're not entirely sure, but I made a full recovery! I remember some of the moments, but not a lot of them, and I'm extremely grateful for my doctor.

3. I have a collection of swords that I will be expanding again once more as Renn Faire peeks around the corner. I bought most of them after drinking too much wine! This year I'm hoping I'll be able to get a halberd.

Are we saying this would be Izuku's idea ? I tend to wrote mono relationships but I am perfectly find with writing poly if all parties are in agreement. I have before as a single thread.

To give a straight answer, if we're going by Izuku already in a relationship with Katsuki, he would not even think to bring in a 3rd party into said relationship. So, no, it would never come across Izuku's mind to bring in a 3rd person. If Katsuki brought it up, that's a different story if Izuku would consider it.
