Still not entirely sure how to explain the "dragony" features and how they look visually...

In the simplest vaguest point... long pointy ears, a "crown" of horns like ornamentation, wings covered in feather-like scales, and a sleek tail covered in a silky fur-like substance.

There might other detailing, but the weird "void black" tone is everywhere. However, explaining what that looks like isn't easy to explain other than... black shapes where light cannot escape.
