Simple touch had her nuzzle for it. Comfort was something she craved now. It was new and daunting. But the cold compress felt nice.
And his presence even nicer.
Her eyes fluttered closed. The fever makes her exhausted more than she already is.
@prehistoric-android replied to you in a post “dropping a fever on her”:
She bemoans slightly. “Cold-and hot.” Running a temperature like this isn’t quite familiar to her. Or comfortable.
Fevers rarely ever are a cozy experience. Thankfully though, they're a highly treatable one, with many remedies and comforts.
So, after a bit of thinking, Shiro applies one of his personal go-to's: a cold compress atop of her forehead. "Keep this here. It'll help keep your temperature down while you lay under the blankets. Fevers are good for sweating out illnesses, but shouldn't get too high either. Otherwise, you'll wind up overcooking yourself in the process."

dropping a fever on her
Chilis rack her suddenly. She can perceive something is wrong. A sudden sniffle her nose starting to run.
“Shiro?”

“We’re not much different.” There’s no energy to giggle. Desire to laugh withstanding.
Leaning on the wall isn’t enough. She needed to sit down. Simply sliding to the floor. To catch deep breaths for her racing heart.
"Newborns, infants, toddlers-- Not adults!" With a sustained growl, the demon unhands the woman to cease shouting directly in her face. That strategy rarely gets him anywhere. "I don't know what your particular damage is this time, but I'm not playing this way! Stop being a brat, and use your goddamn words to go ask one of the other consenting adults in your life."

The swift action isn’t something she can keep up with. Hitting the wall was a shock. What's worse is that her legs still couldn’t support themselves. Her body shivers unsteadily. Gathering coherence to stick her tongue a little.
“You do. First breath taken by the mouth and all.”
He's definitely breaking skin before letting go.
Taking the same approach as with hounds, albeit with less grace: Fang slams the woman against the nearest wall, crams more of the flesh into her mouth to relax the jaw, and break the latch.
"Bad! We don't explore the world with our mouths!"
