I forgot to send this before but. I'm interested in your take for Golden/Deuz 👀

hiii!! so it's not very elaborate because i haven't analyzed deuz a lot, but from what i understand + what I've heard from deuz enjoyers i think him and golden could get along

like imagine if the nightmares found golden when he ran away and took him in... honestly at first golden would probably be shitting his pants out of fear, but once he realizes they don't want to hurt him and actually want to help him, i think they'd become friends.

i consider deuz to be a "idc abt ur past, if u need help I'll help u" type of guy so i don't think he'd ask golden why he was living on the street, which would be a HUGE relief for him because he doesn't want them to assume he's a spoiled brat throwing a tantrum like everyone else seems to think. golden is also just not prone to talking about his issues, so he'd feel comfortable not telling them. and even if golden did tell them eventually, i think they, and deuz especially, would understand that being homeless is ROUGH and nobody, espcially not a spoiled rich kid, would do it just because, and especially not for the amount of time golden does. sooo i think golden could find a safe and supportive space

enough of that. let's talk the actual ship. deuz and golden are both hugeee loverboys. i mean, golden fell in love with a girl because she helped him once and deuz is still trying to get meg back and gifting her flowers after god knows how long. these guys never let it go, so if they liked each other, dude? they'd always do romantic things for each other, and they would never, not in a million yeras, give up on the other or move on. some call it codependency-

they're also both quite flirty, and although deuz can have an edge to him, we know from golden's interactions with fox that he can keep up. if golden can't earn deuz's respect though his strength (and we know from the halloween special that he can't cause he's a weak bitch) he definetly can through his smarts and his unwillingness to let anyone tear him down, he knows what he's worth and i think deuz would respect that. and golden would definetly admire deuz for not just surviving on his own but helping others and creating his own little family. i mean, golden tried to live on the street and was not doing great, doing that as a KID? that's insane.

also they would both fucking hate rich old farts, they both have trauma with adults mistreating them and taking advantage of them. i can imagine deuz enabling golden to let out his frustrations and spite on fun light crimes against the rich. golden has always been the one to organize and plan what the animatronics would do, so i think it'd be fun to see golden use that ability to help the nightmares in their shenanigans. and yes this is jsut me wanting to see golden be more of a rebel when he runs away ok.

all of this assuming the nightmares are actually not bullies anymore. cause otherwise i don't think golden woukd like to hang out with the guys that beat up his friend. well i mean it's still kinda fucked up even if they stopped cause they still have beat up bonnie in the past. so uhh drama!! lmao. no but really, golden wouldn't want to lose the animatronics for ANYTHING so if there's tension between them and the nightmares that would actually be a huge drama. and then there's fox in the middle which both golden and deuz have a bad relationship with lmao.

6. Do you have a fan character? Tell us about them!

I...DO.............the concept is that she's class 78th's (Makoto's class) homeroom teacher. Like Chisa, she wants to encourage the class to engage in their lives as high schoolers, but unlike Chisa, she is less Nurturing Caretaker and more Serious Professor. She's the Ultimate Prosecutor, and she structures her class as a round circle debate club. The only time she softens up is when around bunnies.

The idea is that it's a ton of little stuff that can be picked apart as reasons for stuff that's unexplained later - why Junko picked the trial system (replacing fond memories of faux class trials with the despair of the true class trials), why Usami is designed as a bunny (though her personality was taken more from Chisa), etc. - so there's a lot of retroactive foreshadowing, but also a guise through which to see the THH embrace each other and grow as people. Ultimately she's more of a catalyst and perspective character than she is a person with her own arc, because I would love to explain the pregame students one day and the depth of the tragedy that is their lost memories. But Not Today. Maybe I'll draw her one day, too!

Mukuro: Ultimate Mercenary. The wording on this just pisses me off. She was part of a mercenary company. Come on.

Akane: Ultimate Parkour Artist. Another one that just pisses me off. She calls it parkour.

Byakuya: Ultimate Butler. This is the first one where we're going off the rails a bit. Listen. I would hate Byakuya no matter what. That's just how he and I are. Destined mortal enemies. But I would hate him slightly less if his nonsense asshole snobbiness was because he served the rich instead of because he is rich. At least then I could justify it as internalized class politics. Instead of just being. Some rich guy.

Nekomaru: Ultimate Nurse. I couldn't tell you why, but "team manager" always struck me as a really weird, out-of-place talent. But between his knowledge of the body (he can do...It) and his experience as a child in the hospital, I think Nekomaru would be a great nurse!!

Tenko: Ultimate Aikido Master. You'll notice this is not a different name. But it IS a different talent. Because it's just regular aikido. Why did they decide Tenko would have her own fake aikido that wasn't as good. That was so weird. Just let her do aikido.

23. Which are your top three favorite beta designs?

I don't look at the beta designs too often, but these are the ones that stick out to me!

The Sakura art always stood out to me - though I understand why they didn't do it, considering the colorist implications becoming Even Worse. The Fuyuhiko concept art stood out to me in a different way. Look at how stupid that guy looks. Look at that chin. What a man.

I don't actually really like any of Tenko's designs, though I do like this one better than her final one. The most important part is the little snaggletooth on the right. I LOVE that. I LOVE snaggletooth Tenko. I'm obsessed with it.

OJOJOJOJOOJOOJ. me alegra que preguntes. soy muy normal sobre ellos. no sé si lo dije antes pero tengo un au del futuro con fankids y todo eso y he. pensado. una cantidad normal de tiempo en golden y cami. porque son mis babygirls y jamás puedo ser normal sobre ellos. así que sí... tengo mucho que decir. esto no va a estar para nada organizado y es básicamente vómito de palabras larguisimo y yendome a las ramas, perdón

ok empezemos por golden. golden y chica empiezan a salir cuando están en su último año de la secundaria, al terminar el secundario chica estudia diseñadora de moda y golden sigue viviendo con fox hasta que cumple 18 y accede a esa cuenta bancaria que tienen los pibes estrellas que nadie tiene acceso excepto ellos al cumplir 18(?) sabés de lo que hablo dkjshd y con esa plata funda su propia discografía y le va bien !! y vive de eso. el tema es que realmente no le gusta su trabajo, nunca le gustaron las cosas de oficina, entonces básicamente no hacía su trabajo y se lo dejaba a los demás mientras él va por ahí buscando talentos para firmarlos a la discografía y ayudarlos a crear su marca y todo eso. y mientras chica estudiaba se mudó con él, así que ahora debía mantenerla a ella! y después de que ella terminó sus estudios se casaron, y él pagó por la gran mayoría de la boda porque ganaba mucho más que chica, su mamá no tiene mucha plata y él no quiere ver a su abuelo ni en pintura! y después tuvieron un hijo y debía mantenerlo a él también! así que aunque no disfrutaba su trabajo se veía forzado a seguirlo y pues le gustaba buscar a jóvenes talentosos a los cuales ayudar a crecer y volverse profesionales, así que no era taaan malo, pero ese NO ERA SU TRABAJO!!

y después chica comienza a irle muy bien como diseñadora! se hizo su propia empresa junto a toddy (se reencontraron en la uni y toddy se disculpó. mucho. y se volvieron amigis) enfocándose en ropa de alta costura (y sólo bonita también) plus size y en sí inclusiva y les va genial! les hacen entrevistas y las invitan a eventos, al punto que se vuelven celebridades en su rubro porque la gente las quiere y las admira. y golden... no lo toma muy bien. no es que le molesta que les vaya bien, él adora a chica y quiere que cumpla sus sueños! es solo que el entorno de la gente famosa le es... triggering (el trabajo de oficina también, pero como nunca hace su trabajo…). le recuerda a cuando era el golden boy, lo cual le recuerda a su abuelo con el que solo se habla en reuniones familiares (y solo porque no quería privarle a su hijo de conocer a su familia) y es todo muyy abrumante. desde que se hizo su discografia anda muy de perfil bajo y no le gusta que comienzen a reconocerlo de nuevo. esto sumado a que no son buenos... comunicandose cuando se sienten mal. golden shuts off completamente y se aisla y chica no sabe qué hacer cuando él se pone así. chica se pone muuuy intensa y también se aisla porque no quiere molestar a nadie, y golden tampoco sabe qué hacer cuando ella está así ni como calmarla porque no sabe como hacer con gente que siente... tanto! él es mucho más calmado y... disociado lol. (todo esto inspirado en esa escena en la segunda temporada donde chica se va llorando, golden lo nota y no hace nada al respecto LOL). entonces chica quiere ir a un lugar de gente famosa con golden y él intenta ir pero se triggerea y se siente mal y chica se siente mal pq golden está mal y no sabe por qué Y NO HABLANNN. todo esto empieza a desmoronar la relación, pero la gota que rebalsa el vaso es la muerte del abuelo de golden. ellos tenían la relación hecha poronga desde que golden se fue de la casa en el secundario, y aunque se estaban viendo de vez en cuando en las reuniones familiares todo era muy... awkward. golden lo odiaba pero quería reparar la relación al mismo tiempo, por su hijo, y porque en el fondo sigue amando a su abuelo, básicamente lo crió! but too little too late! el viejo palmó y nunca resolvieron nada. después de eso golden se cerró mucho a chica, ella no sabía qué hacer e intentaba invitarlo a ir con ella a eventos pero golden comenzó a directamente negarse a acompañarla a ningún lado pq esos lugares lo triggerean aún más ahora pq le recuerdan a su abuelo, pero chica no sabe eso! y ella se siente despechada porque golden no parece apreciar su felicidad ni sus logros, no actúa como su compañero y ni siquiera la ayuda cuando se siente mal. y encima golden empezó a fumar, lo cual a chica no le gusta porque 1. le hace mal a su hijo, 2. le hace mal a él, 3. siente que golden está buscando support en la adicción y no en ella, como si ella no pudiera ayudarlo (lo cual es algo cierto porque en todo este tiempo no supo qué hacer cuando las cosas iban mal, aunque golden tampoco ayudaba mucho). otra cosa es que la verdad que quieren cosas distintas en la vida. golden quiere estar tranquilo con su familia, mientras que chica quiere seguir con sus sueños. comienzan a tener peleas, y deciden que es mejor para ellos y su hijo terminar la relación. TODO ESTE PÁRRAFO PARA DECIR QUE golden y chica se divorciaron a los 30, su hijo tenía 4 añitos (el "presente" de los dibujos sería ellos a los 43), 2 años después golden y cami se conocen.

PERO PRIMERO. cami. ella seguía trabajando para owynn después del secundario, y comenzó a irles mejor en su quest de… uh… hacer que todos se vuelvan sombras, supongo? al punto que owynn se volvió la persona a cargo de toda la organización, the big boss, y cami su mano derecha. en un punto, owynn dice que quiere tener une heredere, pero obviamente no tiene pareja porque está demente. cami se ofrece como madre sustituta, osea que va a tener al hije de owynn, y va a ser su hije biologique pq quién más perfecta para poner sus genes que la segunda persona más poderosa en la organización, pero no le iba a criar como suye. dos años después, cami decide que ya no quiere nada que ver con owynn. esto surgió porque ttrap y eak tuvieron su propio hijo (perdón mutual...) y ella lo ADORA. es su sobrinito, y se da cuenta que 1. la organización le toma MUCHO tiempo, apenas puede estar en el "mundo real" para ver a su sobrino y sus amigos. 2. quiere su propia familia! quiere una pareja y un hijo de ELLA! (aunque se encariñó bastante con le hije de owynn... después de parirle, amamantarle, verle seguido... pero no es realmente su hije, por lo que owynn y ella habían acordado), y pues esto hace un efecto de bola de nieve y se empieza a dar cuenta de todo lo que desperdició en este objetivo que ya no le interesa, ya no quiere controlar gente para sentirse menos sola, quiere conocer gente! quiere formar una familia! el rumbo de su vida es diferente. así que a la edad de 29 se aleja de owynn y abandona a le niñe y decide empezar con su propia vida. el problema. es que ahora que está en el mundo real se de cuenta de que realmente.. no sabe qué hacer? no sabe cuales son sus habilidades, sus gustos, gastó tanto tiempo y energía junto a owynn que se olvidó de quién es ella misma. decide estudiar violín, aunque la música tanto no le importa, porque cree que es la única cosa especial que puede hacer. 3 años pasan mientras estudia y conoce gente. tiene algunas parejas, pero nada especial, solo esta intentando averiguar qué demonios hacer de su vida. y entonces conoce a golden.

ok. golden y cami se conocen en un recital de cami de la universidad. golden suele ir a la universidad de música (bueno, el conservatorio mejor dicho) para buscar talentos jóvenes en quienes invertir. no suele ver los recitales de música clásica porque la discografía se enfoca en pop, pero había un cantante que le interesaba. ahí ve y escucha a cami y le parece una artista increíble. su música lo atrapa instantáneamente y le engancha la forma en la que puede como sentir, hasta entender, a cami a través de como toca, pero nunca logra descifrar bien qué es el sentimiento o quién es cami. cuando termina el recital él va a decirle que es una artista extraordinaria y cami está MORTIFICADA porque es el chabón que ella hipnotizó hace 16 años! todo regresa a ella muy fuerte, su pasado, owynn, el mundo de las sombras, es muuucho para ella. tanto que apenas puede hablar, quiere disculparse, quiere decirle todo lo que sucedió y cómo lo lamenta, pero no puede, está shockeadaa. lo único que le puede decir es que quiere verlo otro dia, le da su número y se va corriendo. y eso confunde a golden. y asume que acaban de invitarlo a una cita. lo cual le emociona! hace mucho tiempo no tenía una cita y la verdad que sí le gusta cami, es linda y talentosa, la admiración se vuelve atracción muy fácil. aunque es un poco rara, esto es algo encantador, siempre le gustaron las personas raras (side eye a los animatronicos). se ven de nuevo, y cami intenta disculparse pero no puede porque no encuentra el momento, porque golden volvió todo super romántico y a ella le abrumó un poco. se ven de nuevo, golden le baja a la intensidad y cami se siente más cómoda, hablan más sobre ellos y se dan cuenta que son parecidos. los problemas con lidiar con sus sentimientos, la soledad pasada y presente (pasar de tener una familia a nada y de tener a tu jefe y su hije a nada.. y ttrap y eak no están en la ciudad), las malas experiencias siendo usados por alguien y el estar perdidos en su vida. pues, cami ya ni se conoce a ella misma y está perdida sobre qué hacer, y golden salió de un divorcio y detesta su trabajo pero no sabe qué más hacer. ambos sólo están haciendo lo que pareció más fácil o lo que "debían" hacer y no pensaban en lo que querían! básicamente, están muy perdidos en todo. y cami sigue sin poder decirle a golden sobre lo que pasó, ahora pq de verdad le gusta y no quiere arruinar las cosas, y lo intenta, en cada cita, pero nunca tiene las agallas, la culpa es muy grande. al principio golden vive a través de cami un poco, porque siente que sus "prime days" ya pasaron hace tiempo, cuando era el golden boy, y no puede visualizar un futuro para él mismo, en ese trabajo que odia y sin chica, que aunque las cosas no funcionaban con ella, pues man, vivieron mucho tiempo juntos y de verdad creían que estarían juntos hasta la muerte. mientras tanto, él cree que cami tiene mucho por delante, es una gran artista, solo es cuestión de tiempo hasta que la noten. está algo celoso de eso, que ella tenga un futuro brillante. pero... mientras más hablan y se conocen cami nota que golden tiene mucha vocación de ayudar a los demás a crecer, de enseñar, y le dice de estudiar para ser profesor de canto. y a golden le EXPLOTA LA CABEZA le encanta esa idea! empieza a estudiar y le gusta mucho! y por fin siente que tiene un futuro para él, siendo profesor. con cami. se aman por muchas razones y una de ellas es que golden confía en el futuro de cami, dándole esperanzas y confianza,  y cami le dio uno a golden. pueden visualizarse a largo plazo gracias al otro, juntos, les da dirección, ya no se sienten tan perdidos ni tan solos. cami comienza a realmente amar el violín, y la música en general, gracias a golden. aprende a intencionalmente expresarse con esta y le ayuda mucho a sanar, a procesar sus emociones. ahora está segura de que el violín es lo que quiere hacer.

uhmm anyways cuando el hijo de golden cumple 13 se va a vivir con golden y cami por razones unrelated, esto es justo el año que golden termina de estudiar y comienza a trabajar como docente (y vende su discográfica para que dejen de hincharle los huevosss). ahora que golden está más libre y que su hijo está en la casa, cami y golden deciden casarse. es una boda chiquita con sus amigos, its very cute, y golden canta en ella. y dos años después tienen su propia hija! en el "presente" ella tiene 2 añitos, la tuvieron a los 41. y sí, puede ser peligroso, y tenían algo de miedo, pero querían su propia familia juntos y todo resultó bien! fun fact: la bebé se llama gabriela ainara (significa golondrina kdjajk) y es intersex! decidieron no hacerle ninguna cirugía y asignarla afab, pero están completamente abiertos a aceptar si se equivocaron jsksjk en la actualidad están bien chill. la pasan bien juntos, ya sea yendo a recitales, al teatro o solo existiendo juntos. son muy de perfil bajo, golden trabaja full time como profe y cami toca en una orquesta. la casa goldami es muy tranquila, tiene vibras calmantes (?) aunque… cami aún no le ha dicho nada a golden sobre owynn o lo que sucedió en el campamento.... yeah, me pregunto si eso traerá problemas... jaja. medio que se autoconvenció que como pasó tanto tiempo ya no es importante (golden ni parece acordarse) y owynn ya no está en su vida so who cares!!! haha. tampoco le contó sobre le hije de owynn… le comentó que fue madre sustituta pero no aclaró que es su hije biologique y que ayudó a criarlo en los primeros años y que le carcome la culpa porque sí le consideraba su hije pero está biennnn its not like theyre ever gonna show up again right? haha. perdón, me gusta el drama

uhm anyways eso fue muy largo akjdhsakj perdón. fun facts! 

golden es naturalmente chubby, en el tiempo de la serie estaba flaco porque hacia dieta + ejercicio para mantenerse flaco (y, la verdad, la "dieta" requeria unos habitos que eran borderline de desorden alimenticio). después de mudarse con fox recuperó su peso normal y nunca miró atrás jksds. también era miope desde siempre pero antes usaba lentes de contacto, y al mudarse con fox le dio mucha fiaca ponerselos asi q empezo a usar lentes exclusivamente. solían ser sólo de reposo pero con el paso de los años tuvo que empezar a usarlos todo el tiempo. golden no es super peludo pero sí tiene pelo en el pecho y todo eso, es un bear (?). le empezaron a salir canas en sus veintes por estrés + genes de la mamá (tengo el hc de que la parte clara del pelo de la madre eran canas), no se los tiñe porque le recuerdan a su madre <3. cami sí se tiñe las canas, aunque no tiene tantas como golden. cami también fumaba por razones parecidas a las de golden, para intentar lidiar con.. todo. ambos dejaron el cigarrillo cuando se mudó zack (el hijo de golden y chica), fue todo un proceso pero lo lograron. a golden le gusta cantar con su hijita <3. las personas suelen asumir que golden es más viejo de lo que realmente es y que cami es más joven de lo que realmente es kjhsfkjs. cami suele andar con vestidos y ropa “arreglada” porque esa es la ropa que se usa en recitales y le da fiaca cambiarse lol. cuando cami se siente mal y quiere apoyo emocional va a golden, lo abraza y esconde la cara en su pecho, le hace sentir protegida + golden da buenos abrazos
