When Mualani first realized the dire situation her people actually was in, the young woman had sworn to never take her carefree lifestyle for granted ever again. Many amongst the tribe had noticed Mualani's enthusiasm developing a more determined undertone. What most did not probably notice, was Mualani's inner feeling of dread, a parasite ebbing at her gut. Thoughts that the home Mualani has grown up in and grown to that love could come crashing down kept the normally jolly guide awake.

Nonetheless, nowadays Mualani rarely had such thoughts, and though minute, Mualani had matured (to an extent). The despair of losing her home still plagued in the young adult, but she had now found gratitude and even further determination to live life to the fullest.

But that only lasted for so long.

When Kachina had almost been lost to the Night Kingdom, and It was said Natlan only had about a a year until ruin, despair haunted the Metzli. How could Mualani just WAIT when her home was at risk of being destroyed? The surfer and guide was restless, and it showed enough in her mannerisms, to say the least. Her usual cheer was more subdued these days. In less than a week, Mualani found herself restless, and even with the resignation she had to display at the feast, Mualani found herself back at Natlan’s stadium with a desire for answers and an underlying worry for her home.

Mualani sat outside the stadium, legs dangling off a small cliff(if you could call it that, it was only a few feet high). Mualani was tempted to storm into the stadium and up to the Pyro Archon, demanding answers, but… Mualani had long since resigned to leaving it be, even if she did still have a burning rage of questions and desperation. Tapping her knees with her fingers gently, Mualani gazed longingly at the Stadium, wishing to confront the Pyro Archon..

Whipping her head around, Mualani came to face the figure of the Pyro Archon herself, standing behind her.

eugh it's so hard to find people to roleplay with these days, everyone is in private cliques and discord servers

so anyway here's my last attempt at screaming into the void to find interactions, these are all the canon characters I write in all the different fandoms. I write para/multipara, just about any genre (esp angst and fluff and smut) m/m ships only and 18+ for various nsfw themes, and I'm open to canon compliant threads and AUs. I'm a lil slow on replies sometimes because life sucks and so does chronic pain, but I'm also down to just hang or play games or whatever idk. Phlogiston ran through her veins, her tribal marks glowing as her skin seemed to radiate color. Racing around on her surfboard in her small circle, Mualani grimace, trying her best to ward off monsters by circling her boundary. An abyssal manifestation of a baby Tepetlisaurus rushed in before her, ready to throw itself at her... She wasn't quite afraid of that, per say, but with her Snarky surfboard going at full speed, Mualani wasn't sure if she herself would be clear if she crashed into a monster-

Ah. As she desperately tried to brake her surfboard, the Ratio Harbinger seemed to come out of nowhere, stabbing through the fake saurian and tossing it aside. "Ah! Thanks!" Mualani nodded quickly, picking up speed on her surfboard again to swerve through enemies and crash into them (purposefully). Abyss monsters swarmed around both her and Capitano, the two fighting side by side.

When the Harbinger finished off the last of the monsters, Mualani was significantly out of breath. Fighting wave after wave of monsters was tiring, after all. "Th..thanks," she began, words airy. "Really needed that. I don't think I would've been able to hold out for any longer if you didn't show up, there!" Mualani laughed as she regained her breath, though her laugh was uncharacteristically half hearted. It was hard to stay optimistic during war, even for the cheerful Metzli guide.

'Ooouch,' Mualani thought. A Rifthound had plummeted straight at her earlier and had nearly sliced her head off... Thankfully Mualani had just barely dodged its claws earlier, but it had knocked into her.. The guide grimaced, reaching a hand up to hold her now throbbing head. ..The contact just made her involuntarily hiss because ow.. Anyway, Mualani cleared her throat, a small groan escaping her lips however. "Y..yeah! I'm fine. Not hurt. You?"

It was some time after the abyss attacked the area Capitano was in, usually the captain would make his way back to the fatui camp. But not this time, he headed towards the people of the springs, because he heard they would need some help. His breathing was rigid as he rushed towards the clan, sword sheathed to kill enemies that dared to attack him.

Capitano grunted when he saw the white-haired girl being surrounded by abyssal monsters. He rushed towards her, stabbing his sword through the back of a monster. . Ouch, it looked like one of those cute Tepetlisaurus's. The elemental magic from his vision coiled around his sword like a snake, combusting into shards when the cryo met the abyssal monster's skin via the tip of the sword. "I saw you needed help," Capitano said to the girl, pulling his sword out to quickly block an attack. His claws grasped onto the last remaining abyssal monster's (that he wasnt blocking an attack from!!) arm,, thingy before using his cryo to outline the monster, throwing it up into the air while he awaited for the monster to hit the ground and meet it's cruel fate of death.

Capitano glanced back at the monster he was blocking attacks from, swinging his sword in a fast manner. "Are you okay?" Once he was finished with attacking, he turned towards the guide. The Captain was gently wiping down his sword with a napkin he gotten from his pocket.

i write multipara, third person only. my responses tend to depend on if we click ooc, im not rushing to reply to someone who doesn't click with me. a big part of roleplaying is to get to know your roleplay partner and treat the roleplay as a shared activity instead of a chore/assignment. id like it if my partner and i could chat outside of roleplaying, instead of treating it like such. pinterest boards, playlists, headcanons, are all things im interested in doing. im big on world building and character immersive roleplays.

what id like to roleplay & fandoms i like

some tropes/dynamics i would like to test out are: jerks that only have each other [ us against the world troupe, evil idiots who are mean to everyone but each other, etc ], the leader and right hand man [ ceo & coo; the mafia leader & trusted hit man, “i give them what they need instead of what they want”; bonus if they’re evil, bonus bonus if only one’s evil and the other just goes with the flow lol ], rivals to lovers [ enemies at first sight, bullies but only to each other, competing idiots who fall in love, etc. i love ABO plots as well, i have a few myself id love to try as well.

🩸[F21+] interested in writing with other experienced female writers above the age of twenty :)) I’ll keep this short so I’ll just go right ahead and say that my style/roleplaying preference is as follows: adv-lit, multipara-novella length, and I’m relatively active but plenty of communication as a heads up if otherwise (no rush on my end if you’re busy, either). I love my long term partners I’ve had, and I will gladly wait weeks/months for quality replies! Headcanons and plotting together is also strongly encouraged 🫶 Limits and such will be discussed in DMs. I’ll share a plot I’ve been feeling below, but I’m honestly fine with doing something else if we seem like we’d be good partners regardless!

This will be a fandomless plot with low to zero fantasy, but what I’m inspired from right now is the Game of Thrones universe. Chasca greeted with a small smile. Chasca hoped she wasn’t disturbing anything important, with all the reconstruction going on.

“How rebuilding going here? Hopefully well.”

Nearly dropping the crate of supplies in her arms, Mualano whipped her head around to see the Peacekeeper approaching. Mualani rushed over to Chasca, waving eagerly, her crate held up with one hand(somehow).

"Chasca! Great to see you!" the Metzli grinned, dropping her waving arm back to hold the crate as she stood now in front of Chasca. "How've you been?" she would chirp, being harshly reminded of a certain loss only after she asked the question.

"Uh... Anyway!" Mualani brushed off her own question quickly, readjusting the crate in her arms. "Rebuilding's going pretty swell! Tourists are still coming in, so we still got our major source of income to help fund the rebuilding," she mused, tilting her head as she thought.

"What about your tribe? Holding up? Hopefully doing well? Rebuilding? Good? Yeah?" Mualani refocused her gaze back on Chasca, her smile unfaltering.

a teeeeeeny little notice

Hello! Faruzan mod here.

If you've noticed, most of the accounts that I run (known to the public) have not been very active recently. After I dropped uhm my last Steambird issue I was VERY burnt out, HAHA. It was very taxing on my energy and motivation and I didn't really feel in the mood to rp or write for the Steambird or anything.

While I still feel a tad burnt out, I'm going to try to return back to my normal activeness!! For the time being, though, I'll probably stick to replying to any asks that pop into my inbox(es).

I'm also going to officially be putting the Steambird on a hiatus, and until I see anything really silly I can write about.

to explain about the Steambird, its just that as of late and for the past few months, Genshin-official hasn't been as silly as it had been back in July of 2023. I joined this community because of how silly it was and I love being apart of it. And while I love all the multipara roleplay and serious worldbuilding and character development of all these accounts, it just feels so foreign to me.

I think when I feel better I'll try to interact with more accounts and be really silly! but despite still being a minor, i do still have to juggle my own life. (Okay, well, there's nothing really to juggle im just really unmotivated.)

And to be so honest, writing about the serious occurrences in the community just does not bring me any joy. It's interesting, sure, but writing the Steambird has just lost its spark for me. I'm basically a one man show too HAHA. Not to discredit my amazing link finder Minie. But I just don't think I feel up to the task and I'm sorry to anybody who enjoyed my issues. I want be able to give the same silly quality of issues like I did in my first two Steambird specials. People liked that and I felt so happy that they did and now reading back on my articles they just feel so bland and unexcited. I want to bring back that silly quality for my readers.

And with this hiatus, I think I may consider deleting or repurposing several accounts to characters that I truly love and enjoy and whatever. Because honestly despite being an ongoing inside joke between the early members of the Genshin-official community, having 22 roleplay accounts is A LOT.

And I also recognize that with the Dragonspine RP threads most of the halt in finishing it is.. my fault, actually. But I intend to get back in on it so we can finally put a finish to the narrative we as a community have scripted together!! (The Mondstadt portion, anyway.)

Uhm... I dont think i have anything else to say, but thank you to everyone who has followed and laughed and smiled at my accounts because you truly all brighten up my days.

Hi all! ✨ 20+ NB looking for 18+ interested in playing a female OC for a fandomless FxM plot.

Plot Info

I suddenly had the most random and overwhelming craving for a FxM friends to friends with benefits to lovers plot. I’m looking for someone to play the female character; my only request is that the she be on the more dominant side of the spectrum. I want my male character to be absolutely whipped for her and I’m imagining a sort of golden retriever vibes bf x black cat energy gf dynamic (although I have others in mind too). Of course, I’m always happy to further discuss and modify the dynamic and I have a few other general trope ideas. I also have several general plot/pairing ideas in mind that range from college settings to mafia settings; while I want something slice of life, I would love to have angst and conflict involved.

I’m completely open to incorporating NSFW as long as it doesn’t take over the story itself (including fluff moments never hurts either).

I have several established OCs but I’m also completely willing to create one specific to the plot that is chosen.

Writing Style

I only write on Discord and casual multipara (2+ paragraphs minimum) in third person past tense. While I don’t mind partnering with someone who writes in present tense, I won’t write with people who use anything other than third person. Please be literate and able to use proper grammar and punctuation as well. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but I want to be able to understand what you’re writing.

Classes have just started for me, meaning a few things:

- I’ll only be reaching out a few people as I don’t have the ability to take on too many more active plots

- It will be more of a laid back roleplay without strict expectations on word count/message length. However, while I don’t expect novella writing, I appreciate at least a paragraph that helps move the plot along

- Due to classes having started, my replies may not be as frequent/rapid fire. I’ll aim for at least once a day but I’m often able to chat ooc about characters/headcanons/etc. Just don’t expect to always get immediate responses to the roleplay itself (I will always do my absolute best to communicate if I suspect I might miss a day)

i’ve got an older (30) softer (dom/top) mafia guy that’s fleshed out, i’d love to use against a pre op trans male (20s) in an arranged marriage OR kidnapping/stockholm plot. please bring someone who is a good person, but has a rough life (no prostitution or strippers pls) and getting kidnapped by some rich man would be better than struggling to get by. for the marriage plot maybe their families know one another. but for both plots your character doesn’t know much or anything at all about the mafia until informed, and mine doesn’t know anything about yours being trans, or really what that means. wanting a soft slow burn here. can make my guy a playboy/sleaze but usually he isn’t.

i would ALSO love to muse my male prince oc (sub/bttm) against a male knight (possibly doubling as a spy) bandit, dragon rider?? another prince maybe? someone more headstrong than my prince. he’s very up in the clouds and as first in like doesn’t really live up to all his princely and future kingly duties; where as the other prince would be all about his kingdom and how to make it prosper. for the knight it can be a forbidden love trope, the doubling as a spy would make for a good hostage/kidnapping/stockholm situation. the bandit and dragon rider are perfect for a runaway prince plot!

“Awh..” Mualani sighed, shaking her head with an amused smile. “Was it that easy to tell..? I really thought I was getting better at being less expressive… Or maybe that’s just you! Nothing escapes your gaze, does it?”

Mualani let out another sigh, a resigned look forming onto her face. “Well… Alright, Kinich. If you reeeeally say so!” The Metzli girl shrugged. Who was she to force Kinich not to go with her? (Or TO go with her for that matter.)

Kinich was more than capable of taking care of himself, so Mualani had little to worry about… But Mualani herself didn’t quite know what the effects of cold water may have on the Huitzlan boy and his scales.

“Just don’t hesitate to holler to me if you need to stop or take a break, yeah?” Mualani said, her smile growing less wild and more calm. … That was only momentary, however. “Or something. But seriously, if you need anything, just tell me!” She grinned, her smile widening once more.

“C’mon, let’s start walking as we talk, yeah? We got a way to go,” the Metzli girl nodded, gesturing for Kinich to follow her as she began to walk away. “Oh, and by the way, do you have a surfboard around? Hm… Did you borrow one from me last time? You can borrow one from me, if you’d like! I have a surfboard stashed around the bay. The one around Coatepec Mountain, I mean!”

Mualani hummed, reminiscing about the earlier days of their friendship, clasping her hands behind her back. “Hah! Oh yeah, Kachina was scared out if her wits!” she giggled, thinking fondly of the young girl. “Even with your tendency to be scarily straightforward, she warmed up to you quick enough, anyway. So alls well ends well, I guess!”

“Even with Kachina being absolutely scared of you in the beginning, I’m starting to think there may be a day where Kachina likes you more than she likes me…”

''That's not..'', he would hold the bridge of his nose, slightly exasperated as a small sigh can't contain itself.

Ah, there he goes, blunt as always or perhaps the things of voiced had been misinterpreted.

''Mualani, i'm not saying i can't go with you, i only have to be cautious. That's all there is, so i insist''. Its easy to tell that she felt dejected just now.

With the price already settled; it being his company, Kinich could not turn back.

Hm, perhaps he may as well simply reiterate. ''I will go with you to surf'', albeit more casual than take on the waves, the big ones atleast.

A joke huh.

Truthfully, he was generally indifferent when it came to joking around or well, had a less lighthearted sense of humor.

''I remember, yeah'', its not difficult to recall how much harsh he had been towards Kachina, when it came to training. Even now, his blunt demeanor is far from gone.

''She would always hide feets away from me in the beginning'', mayhaps with how the Hunter was not somebody to sugarcoat things or go easy on anyone.

All this aside, he was ready to go.
